CLAPPER CONNECTION: Fired CISA Director Chris Krebs And Krebs’ Former CISA Election Security Lead Matt Masterson Oppose AZ Senate 2020 Election Audit And Subpoena For Maricopa Routers

In response to the Arizona Senate’s subpoena of Maricopa County routers during the Arizona 2020 election audit, former Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Security Agency (CISA) Election Security Lead Matt Masterson said that “The routers aren’t needed to audit election results.” At CISA, Masterson worked with now-fired CISA Director Christopher Krebs and now-resigned CISA Deputy Director Matt Travis.

Christopher Krebs is the disgraced former DHS CISA director whom President Trump fired via Twitter on November 17, 2020 after Krebs and CISA falsely proclaimed that the 2020 U.S. election was “the most secure in American history.”

The ever-growing mountain of forensic evidence about the 2020 U.S. election has subsequently proven Krebs’ statement to be false.

Masterson criticized the Arizona Senate’s subpoena of the routers and questioned why the Arizona Senate’s election audit contractor Cyber Ninjas would need the routers.

Masterson, however, like Krebs and Travis, is no longer employed by CISA. Masterson is also no longer employed by his previous employer, the Election Assistance Commision (EAC).

Further, even if Masterson were still employed by CISA or EAC, Masterson would have no legal authority to compel the Arizona Senate or Cyber Ninjas to conduct the Arizona Senate’s audit in a manner preferable to Masterson and his former CISA colleague Krebs.

For a former federal bureaucrat no longer employed by EAC or CISA, Masterson appears particularly worried about the prospect of the Arizona Senate and Cyber Ninjas getting their hands on the Maricopa County routers. Maricopa County’s routers are not federal government property.

For the sake of emphasis, it is worth repeating that the “Arizona Republic” reported in a May 11, 2021 article titled “Election experts say giving Maricopa County routers to election auditors could be security threat” that: “The routers aren’t needed to audit election results, and the lack of clear answers about why the Senate’s contractors want them raises questions, said Matt Masterson.”

The fact that Masterson actually said “the routers aren’t needed to audit election results” raises a more profound question: What is Matt Masterson hoping to hide?

Masterson and his former CISA associate Chris Krebs appear to be a tag team.

Krebs also does not want information revealed from the Maricopa County routers. Krebs tweeted, “I’m assuming the demand [for the Maricopa County physical routers] is based on lack of understanding of how AZ state/county systems work. I’m hoping they’ll withdraw [the subpoena]. If not, its [sic] the equivalent of ransomware or denial of service attack. It’ll be a tell that they’re seeking to disrupt ops & have no idea what they’re doing.”

Masterson routinely retweets Chris Krebs.

The Arizona Senate and Cyber Ninjas are attempting to obtain and forensically audit evidence that they have every right to review — evidence that former CISA bureaucrats have no jurisdiction over.

Before Joining Krebs At CISA, Masterson Was Commissioner Of The Election Assistance Commission (EAC)

Before joining CISA, part of the Department of Homeland Security, Masterson was the Commissioner of the federal government’s EAC, where he oversaw its certification of election systems from election system vendors.

EAC’s Masterson had election systems tested at private contractor “laboratories” in Huntsville, Alabama and in the Denver, Colorado area. Election security activists and the mainstream media have criticized some of the laboratories used by EAC for operating in secrecy.

“The routers aren’t needed to audit election results, and the lack of clear answers about why the Senate’s contractors want them raises questions, said Matt Masterson, former head of election security at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency,” the “Arizona Republic” reported in a May 11, 2021 article titled “Election experts say giving Maricopa County routers to election auditors could be security threat.”

According to the “Arizona Republic”:

[Masterson] said when voting systems are tested at the federal level, there is typically:

- Full transparency about the standards used to test the equipment.
- Details about how the equipment will be tested.
- Information about what will be included in the final report.

The private contractors haven’t provided that clarity.

“The request leaves those who understand these systems and processes with their hand up in the air saying, ‘What are you doing? What are you trying to do?” Masterson said.

Masterson is correct about one thing — the lack of transparency does raise questions — and those questions are about Matt Masterson.

Dominion Voting Systems, using EAC as a gatekeeper under the pretense that EAC hold authority to , demanded that only EAC-accredited auditors be allowed to audit the election.

While election system vendors provide local governments with election systems and technology, the vendors do not operate or oversee the elections themselves. That responsibility falls on local election officials such as state and county leaders.

According to a May 13, 2021 tweet by Brahm Resnik, a reporter for NBC affiliate KPNX, and subsequently reported by the Washington Examiner, one of the election system vendors, Dominion Voting Systems, released a statement regarding the Maricopa County Audit and Cyber Ninjas:

Dominion voluntarily provides access to voting machine equipment and information to auditors who have been accredited by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission. We happily did so with the independent EAC-accredited providers that Maricopa County hired for system auditing earlier this year.

If Cyber Ninjas went through the process of successfully obtaining EAC accreditation, Dominion would of course cooperate, as we do with all federally accredited auditors.

However, not only is Cyber Ninjas unaccredited, but they have also already demonstrated bias and incompetence, including committing a serious breach of the secure chain of custody that protects voting equipment, which has been deemed by the U.S government as critical infrastructure.

Releasing Dominion’s intellectual property to an unaccredited, biased, and plainly unreliable actor such as Cyber Ninjas would be reckless, causing irreperable damage to the commercial interests of the company and the election security interests of the country. No company should be compelled to participate in such an irresponsible act.

Masterson appears to be a “biased” actor.

Masterson retweeted Representative Liz Cheney (R-WY) proclaiming “The 2020 presidential election was not stolen. Anyone who claims it was is spreading THE BIG LIE, turning their back on the rule of law, and poisoning our democratic system.”

The Arizona Senate-ordered audit reported via Twitter that “Maricopa County deleted a directory full of election databases from the 2020 election cycle days before the election equipment was delivered to the audit. This is spoliation of evidence!”

Masterson retweeted a May 14, 2021 tweet by Maricopa County that stated “The 2020 elections were run w/ integrity, the results certified by the county & state were accurate, & the 2 independent audits conducted by the County are the true final word on the subject. We know auditing. The Senate Cyber Ninja audit is not a real audit.”

Masterson: Russia, Russia, Russia

Masterson is also still trotting out the tired argument that anyone who questions the integrity of the 2020 U.S. election is only helping Vladimir Putin — a variation on the Trump Russia collusion hoax pushed by Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Clapper, Robert Mueller, James Comey, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler, Nancy Pelosi, Carl Bernstein, Rachel Maddow, CNN, MSNBC, the New York Times, the Washington Post, and the Daily Beast, among countless others.

Masterson said during a Zoom conference:

I think you have hit at the crux of the problem. What we know is that this was already part as I said of our adversaries’ playbook to undermine confidence in our democracy and now they are watching us do it to ourselves and amplifying that and so this is now for election officials that I talk to everyday this is now part of their reality is struggling with doing everything correctly by the book — canvassing, auditing, litigating — and still being presented with outlandish theories, lies, whatever to undermine confidence in the democratic process and the only people that benefit are as Tammy said those who are raising money of off this and more directly ah, you know, Vladimir Putin and Russia, who get to watch us undermine our own democracy.

Matt Masterson’s Former CISA Colleagues Christopher Krebs And Matt Travis Are Connected To James Clapper, Whom A CIA Contractor-Turned-Whistleblower Says Commandeered With John Brennan A Foreign Surveillance Tool Known As HAMMER / SCORECARD

The American Report stated in a November 13, 2020 article titled “DHS Cyber Director Chris Krebs And Deputy Director Matt Travis Tied To Clapper Who Commandeered HAMMER / SCORECARD”:

Director Krebs claims that HAMMER and SCORECARD are a “hoax,” a talking point with which the mainstream media and the “fact checkers” are now running.

Krebs worked closely with intelligence contractor Kevin P. O’Prey at Obsidian Analysis. O’Prey hired and worked closely with U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. James Clapper (Ret.) at DFI International. Clapper received a $50,000 exit bonus from DFI then awarded O’Prey’s DFI branch a contract with Clapper’s Pentagon office that oversaw THE HAMMER and SCORECARD.

Clapper illegally commandeered the super-survillance system THE HAMMER. SCORECARD was one of exploits that ran on THE HAMMER framework and that secretly stole elections.

Clapper was previously caught lying to the Senate Intelligence Committee about unlawful U.S. government surveillance of Americans.

James Clapper and John Brennan illegally commandeered THE HAMMER and SCORECARD less than two weeks after President Obama’s 2009 inauguration.

…Christopher Krebs, the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Director who claims that HAMMER and SCORECARD are a hoax and reportedly expects to be fired by President Trump, was a principal at Obsidian Analysis, a Washington D.C. intelligence consulting firm co-founded in 2010 by Kevin P. O’Prey and Matthew K. Travis.

Both Obsidian Analysis co-founders O’Prey and Travis have been executives at intelligence contracting firm DFI International, where O’Prey hired retired U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. James Clapper.

There is no law that requires a state Senate to use only an EAC-accredited auditor. In fact, states are not required to use EAC certified election systems.

What would propel Masterson to insinuate such a demand?

According to an EAC “QUICK TIPS” document titled “6 Tips For Conducting Election Audits,” posted on August 3, 2017 and currently available at EAC’s official website”:

The U.S. Election Assistance Commission has collaborated with local election officials to develop a series of helpful tips for election management. This series provides tips and suggests best practices that help you to run efficient and effective elections.

There is no single national auditing standard and methods can vary from risk limiting, fixed percentage, tiered audits, or a combination of one or more types. The best audits use statistical techniques to determine the amount of auditing required to limit the possibility that an election is incorrectly decided…

…[TIP #] 6. Conducting Your Post-Election Audit…

…Create…A rigorous security and chain of custody procedure including sign in/out logs and a security video…

Notably, these are “tips,” not rules, not the rule of law, and not regulations. EAC has no jurisdiction over the state audit process.

The cozy relationship between EAC and election equipment vendors resembles the tight-knit relationship between the FDA and pharmaceutical companies, or the FAA and aircraft manufacturers and airlines. However, unlike those federal regulators, EAC has no authority over state and local elections and their officials.

ABSOLUTE INTERFERENCE Cybersecurity Experts: Chinese Cyberwarfare Attacks Flipped U.S. Election From Trump To Biden; Chinese-Made TCL / Alcatel Phones Distributed To Georgia Poll Managers Secretly Connected Election To Internet

In the new documentary ABSOLUTE INTERFERENCE, which debuted on April 20, 2021, cybersecurity experts came forward and verified that a Chinese-led foreign cyberwarfare attack targeted the 2020 U.S. election.

The first documentary in the series (entitled ABSOLUTE PROOF) and The American Report initially presented extensive digital forensic evidence of the Chinese-led foreign cyberwarfare attack on the 2020 U.S. election.

In ABSOLUTE INTERFERENCE, additional cybersecurity experts subsequently verified China’s cyberwarfare interference.

Further, a whistleblower featured in ABSOLUTE INTERFERENCE revealed that numerous Chinese-made TCL / Alcatel model 40440 flip phones covertly functioned as heavily-encrypted Trojan Horse 4G WiFi hotspots. When powered up, the Chinese TCL / Alcatel flip phones connected electronic vote tabulators inside election precinct polling sites across multiple Georgia counties to the internet.

The KNOWiNK brand electronic poll pads, which have their own cellular connection, track which registered voters have voted and which have not. The real-time poll pad data is critical to the artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm that inserts phantom voters into the election.

The Alcatel / TCL phones work in concert with the tabulators to steal votes. This gives the bad actors, in this case China, the ability to access the pool of phantom voters and to vote those phantom votes as they wish. In all cases the phantom fraudulent votes went to Joe Biden.

One of the cybersecurity experts featured in ABSOLUTE INTERFERENCE verified that a mere nineteen of the cyberwarfare attacks by China across just five U.S. election battleground states flipped those entire states from the true winner, President Donald Trump, to candidate Joe Biden. China, therefore, determined the outcome of the entire U.S. national election.

But it was not only China and other foreign adversaries that attacked the 2020 U.S. election. As U.S. Army Colonel Phil Waldron (Ret.) said, “China could not have accomplished what they did without the assistance of domestic traitors.”

Georgia poll managers were provided with express written instructions along with their Trojan Horse WiFi centers that masqueraded as older-style flip phones.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has had TCL on its radar as a national security threat.

Chinese company TCL, according to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security “receives CCP [Chinese Communist Party] state support to compete in the global electronics market” and has “incorporated backdoors into all of its TV sets” as a spying tool.

This well-orchestrated operation to infiltrate U.S. election polling sites with Alcatel wireless equipment built by TCL played a key role in providing China with secret internet connections into the U.S. election infrastructure.

Business technology website ZDNet reported in a January 10, 2019 article titled “Malware found preinstalled on some Alcatel smartphones”:

A weather app that comes preinstalled on Alcatel smartphones contained malware that surreptitiously subscribed device owners to premium phone numbers behind their backs.

The app, named “Weather Forecast-World Weather Accurate Radar,” was developed by TCL Corporation, a Chinese electronics company that among other things owns the Alcatel, BlackBerry, and Palm brands.

The BBC also reported on TCL’s weather app spyware:

Data including email addresses and mobile identity numbers have been transmitted to servers based in China…

…According to the security and mobile commerce firm, Upstream Systems, TCL’s ‘Weather Forecast’ asks to collect information including users’ geographic locations, email addresses and International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) numbers – a 15-digit code used to identify devices.

Electronic voting machine vendors maintain that their equipment is not connected to the internet.

The multiple whistleblowers’ discovery that the TCL / Alcatel model 40440 with 4G WiFi hotspots were distributed to poll managers with specific directions to keep the devices on their persons and powered on at all times suggests otherwise.

These multiple election whistleblowers explained that the key technical detail of the operation was the TCL / Alcatel flip phone’s capability to covertly connect the precinct-level local area network (LAN) intranet to the internet.

The Chinese TCL / Alcatel flip phones were equipped with special chips with heavy encryption, according to cybersecurity experts who analyzed the flip phones.

A whistleblower stated, the TCL / Alcatel flip phones “were connected [to the internet] and [they were] doing their best to hide it” … “We have the absolute proof that they stole it [the election].”

According to these whistleblowers, “TCL accessed over 150 election servers in 14 different states, including multiple secretary of state networks.”

Although multiple poll managers were suspicious of the TCL / Alcatel devices, they had no way of knowing that the innocuous-looking flip phones that they had been ordered to carry inside the polling sites and to keep powered on at all times were actually sophisticated hand-held Trojan Horse cyberwarfare weapons.

Consistent with Sun Tzu’s maxim, the Chinese Communist Party was as near as one can get. They were inside the wire. China was inside U.S. polling stations. China was there to steal the American peoples’ votes, and steal the vote they did.

In “Unrestricted Warfare,” two senior Chinese Air Force colonels talk about defeating their technologically superior opponents through means other than direct military confrontation. Stealing an election via cyberwarfare was just such a stealth attack on America.

The Chinese colonels wrote that their stealth cyber attack would “have the same and even greater destructive force than military warfare…”

When foreign adversaries promise to attack, believe them.

2020 HBO Documentary “Kill Chain: The Cyber War on America’s Elections” Featured Democrats Expressing Worry Over Vulnerability Of U.S. Election Voting Machines To Foreign Cyberwarfare Hacking Of The 2016 U.S. Election

The March 26, 2020 HBO documentary “Kill Chain: The Cyber War on America’s Elections,” featuring Harri Hursti, focuses on the 2016 U.S. election that Donald Trump won.

“Kill Chain” exposed security flaws in electronic voting machines used in U.S. elections. During an interview included in the documentary, one-time presidential candidate Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) stated “We’re very concerned because there are only three companies. You could easily hack into them. It makes it seem like all of these states are doing different things but in fact three companies are controlling this.”

“Kill Chain” reveals that the 2016 election was insecure and that U.S. election electronic voting contracts are dominated by three voting machine vendors: Dominion Voting Systems, ES&S, and Hart InterCivic.

When “Kill Chain” attempted to discredit Trump’s 2016 victory, it was apparently acceptable to criticize Dominion Voting Systems, which along with ES&S and Hart InterCivic, “declined to be interviewed” for the HBO documentary.

TCL was founded as a Chinese state-owned enterprise.

TCL was founded in 1980 in Huizhou, an electronics export base in southern China’s Guangdong province. In a letter to employees … TCL’s chairman Li Dongsheng – a Communist Party member and “model laborer” – waxed patriotic when describing his company’s strategy and called selling televisions around the world a “historic mission.”

What could be a more “historic mission” for TCL than for TCL than to sell televisions containing backdoors designed to extract user data from unsuspecting Americans?

An even more “historic mission” for TCL was helping the CCP stage an election coup inside the United States and installing Joe Biden as Beijing’s puppet as the U.S. president.

TCL Chairman Li Dongsheng is a member of Chinese Communist Party

The Alcatel brand was licensed from Alcatel-Lucent to China-based TCL Technology in 2005. Alcatel’s headquarters are located in Shenzhen, China and Nanterre, France. Nokia acquired Alcatel-Lucent along with the company’s licensing deal to TCL in 2016. TCL is headquartered in Huizhou, Guandong, China.

The TCL / Alcatel model 40440’s operating system is called KaiOS. KaiOS was made by Hong Kong-based KaiOS Technologies.

TCL is the largest equity holder in KaiOS Technologies. Alphabet’s Google has invested at least $22 million in KaiOS Technologies.

Google is the parent company of YouTube, the video hosting company that routinely censors videos about foreign interference in the 2020 U.S. election.

The acts of both stealthily handing out the Chinese TCL / Alcatel phones running on TCL and Google-invested KaiOS operating systems to election poll managers and Google-owned YouTube removing videos that expose the Chinese-led cyberwarfare attack on the 2020 U.S. election suggest mens rea, or a “guilty mind.”

Working in concert with communist China to steal a U.S. election is in fact treason.

“In June 2017, Chinese firm TCL Industries Holdings withdrew its CFIUS notice of its proposed purchase of Novatel Wireless, Inc., the wireless “MiFi business” of Inseego Corp.,” according to international law firm Arnold & Porter. TCL tried to acquire Novatel / Inseego through TCL’s subsidiary Jade Ocean Global before the Trump administration stopped the deal in its tracks.

[CCP member and TCL Chairman Li Dongsheng] said the U.S. deal was “very close to approval” before President Donald Trump assumed office, after which all administrative reviews were frozen. TCL was then required to resubmit all material related to the deal and was told it may not be approved, [TCL chairman] Li said.

“(The target company) has nothing to do with the military. That’s why I am unhappy they would not approve it,” he said, declining to elaborate.

He said the group is still working toward the deal and “hoping for a miracle.”

TCL’s efforts to hack into U.S. presidential elections which decide the commander in chief of the U.S. military had all the hallmarks of a Chinese military operation.

TCL planned to use the Novatel MiFi wireless routers to connect to KNOWiNK PollPad Plus electronic poll pads, a technical configuration that was certified by California Secretary of State Alex Padilla in 2018.

Although TCL’s plan to buy American WiFi router company Novatel fell through, TCL proceeded to get its TCL / Alcatel 40440 flip phones with WiFi hotspots into the 2020 U.S. election.

Whistleblowers With Raspberry Pi Zero W (Wireless) Intercepted Data Packet Transmissions At Multiple Election Precincts In Georgia

The whistleblowers have cyber forensic proof that they collected from the airwaves around Georgia election polling sites by using small electronic devices known as Raspberry Pi Zero W (wireless).

At election precincts in Georgia’s Cobb County, Fulton County and Gwinnett County, witnesses who have asked for their identities be protected, intercepted WiFi traffic at multiple election precincts.

“We found them in not one but six different precincts in three different counties (Cobb, Gwinnett, Fulton) on the January 5th run off,” one of the whistleblower stated.

Using the Raspberry Pi Zero W, the election investigators found hidden SSIDs, or Service Set IDentifiers, a technical term that means a network name. In other words, the whistleblowers investigated and discovered multiple hidden wireless networks at the election sites they visited.

We found a lot of hidden networks [SSDIs]. You need specialized software/devices to find these networks…

We found that at the precinct levels they were connected to the internet and TCL was one of the IP addresses that we traced back to China during the steal…

We also have the absolute proof of interference by the fact that we have transmissions that go back to this Chinese state-owned company TCL. China’s Cyberwarfare Attack On 2020 US Election Tied To Mitch McConnell’s CCP-Connected Wife Elaine Chao

Elaine Chao, the Taiwanese-born wife of now-Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), failed to disclose during her federal confirmation process that she served on the board of directors of the Multa Communications Corporation, also known as Multacom. Multicom is a California company that entered into multiple joint ventures with Chinese state-owned telecom companies China Unicom and China Mobile Tietong.

Internet Protocol (IP) addresses owned by China Unicom and China Mobile Tietong, according to a forensic data analysis, were used to conduct a cyberwarfare attack on the 2020 U.S. election and to switch votes from President Trump to Joe Biden. This was an act of hybrid warfare via cyberwarfare against the United States.

These CCP-owned source IP addresses used to launch China’s cyberwarfare attack on the 2020 U.S. election belong to Multicom’s CCP joint venture partners China Unicom and China Mobile Tietong.

Chao Concealed Board Membership At Multicom, Internet Company In Joint Ventures With CCP Telecoms

Elaine Chao concealed her membership on Multicom’s board of directors from the United States government, including from the U.S. Congress and from U.S. intelligence agencies that conduct national security background investigations of presidential senior cabinet nominees. Upon Senate confirmation, these senior cabinet officials receive top secret security clearances to access classified secrets.

In spite of Chao’s decades of deeply troubling business, financial, political, and familial connections with Chinese Communist Party leaders and state-owned enterprises, including CCP telecom and internet companies, Chao’s husband Senator Mitch McConnell dismissed all claims brought forward by the Trump administration and his Republican Senate colleagues that dangerous foreign adversaries such as China hacked into the 2020 U.S. election as “conspiracy theories.”

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell now has more problems than just his blatant betrayal of President Trump and the American voter. His wife’s dubious relationship with the CCP casts a shadow over McConnell’s bona fides to govern anything in the United States of America, much less the Republican caucus of the U.S. Senate.

An August 9, 2020 Wall Street Journal report revealed that “National security adviser Robert O’Brien said Sunday that Chinese hackers were targeting U.S. election infrastructure in the lead up to the Nov. 3 presidential election, making a new claim about the level of Beijing’s activity in the election.”

“Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) called for senators to reject the effort to ‘overturn’ the election during a joint session of Congress on Jan. 6,” the Washington Post reported.

“President Trump claims the election was stolen. The assertions vary from particular native allegations to constitutional arguments to sweeping conspiracy theories,” Senator McConnell contended during his rambling, confusing January 6th speech before fellow Senators. “But my colleagues, nothing earlier than us proves illegality anyplace close to the large scale — the large scale — that may have tipped your complete election.”

McConnell’s own family has deep connections to the Chinese Communist Party and to CCP-owned telecom companies that, according to a forensic data analysis, own IP addresses from which a massive cyberwafare attack was launched from China targeting the 2020 U.S. election in order to flip votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden.

McConnell’s Wife Chao Tied To Chinagate, Multacom, PLA Intelligence, Chinese Cyber Espionage Ring, According To China Experts

In an October 4, 2014 opinion piece at the Cincinnati Enquirer, Curtis Ellis, senior adviser at America First Policies and Harry Wu, who was a Chinese-American human rights activist imprisoned for 19 years in 12 different Chinese labor camps, wrote:

Besides her family friendship with Beijing’s communist bosses, [Senator Mitch McConnell’s wife Elaine] Chao had ties to the company at the center of the Chinagate money laundering scandal, another firm in partnership with an intelligence-gathering front for the People’s Liberation Army, and an Internet company, Multacom, subsequently linked to a notorious Chinese cyberespionage ring.

… Al Gore was married to Tipper, not Chao, when he took illegal campaign contributions from foreign nationals in the Chinagate scandal. The man convicted of laundering campaign money for Gore also directed dollars to McConnell. (He eventually returned the money.)

Harry Wu died in 2016. Fellow Chao critic Curtis Ellis, who advised the Trump 2016 campaign and transition team, passed away this week on February 14, 2021.

When Do ‘Mistakes’ With Intent Become Deception?

Elaine Chao, who served as Chair of the Federal Maritime Commission and later as U.S. Secretary of Labor and U.S. Secretary of Transportation, failed to disclose as part of her confirmation process that she had served on the board of directors of California-based tech company Multacom beginning on July 1, 2000.

A representative for Chao said “the lack of disclosure was an inadvertent omission.”

Netsol Technologies, Inc. was established in 1995. In a January 10, 2000 filing with the California Secretary of State, Netsol Technologies announced that it had changed its name to Multa Communications Corporation (Multacom).

The Los Angeles Times reported on June 19, 2000:

Privately held Multa Communications Corp. said it recently raised $13.5 million from a private sale of 6 million of the company’s shares at $2.25 each. Multacom Chief Executive Abbey Silverstone said the money raised came mostly from investors in China and Taiwan.

The communications company, based in Industry [California], will use the proceeds to expand its network in the United States and Asia as well as fund the purchase of transoceanic lines.

The Los Angeles Times subsequently reported on August 5, 2001:

Bob Hong, a Taiwan-born entrepreneur who has been doing business in Asia for two decades, said he convinced Chinese officials that his firm, Multacom Corp., would be a more trustworthy partner than the larger multinationals vying for their business.

“AT&T. they want to dominate the market [in China] so they are a threat,” said Hong, chairman of the board of Multacom. “We are sincere and we really want to be a partner.”

Multacom, a broadband provider based in Industry [California], has formed a joint venture with China Railway Telecom, which has 74,000 miles of fixed lines and 26,000 miles of fiber-optic cable previously used for communication within the Ministry of Railways…

…Multacom also has signed an agreement with China Unicom to provide broadband connections between the United States, China and Taiwan. The Chinese telecom firm serves the China side and Multacom provides the connection within the U.S…

…Multacom officials–who are partners with Taiwan’s giant Chunghwa Telecom–said they hope to be among the first to offer direct telecom services between the two longtime adversaries once the door is opened.

According to the forensic data analysis presented at The American Report, and subsequently in the ‘Absolute Proof’ documentary, China Unicom owned Internet Protocol addresses where the cyberwarfare attack originated and targeted IP addresses of government offices in the United States that were handling election data and switched votes from Trump to Biden.

The forensic data analysis shows that China Unicom, a CCP company linked through Multacom to Mitch McConnell’s wife Secretary Elaine Chao, hacked into multiple Pennsylvania precincts, including the Philadelphia County election office.

In 2018, China Unicom entered a 5G partnership with Huawei, that was, according to the forensic data analysis, also involved in the cyberwarfare attack on the 2020 U..S Election.

Senior Editor of The New Republic John B. Judis wrote in the magazine’s April 23, 2001 issue:

The third set of questions is the most troubling of all. While at the Heritage Foundation, Elaine Chao served on the board of directors of numerous corporations. Several, including the Millipore Corporation and Protective Life Corporation, have invested in the Chinese market. But none is as committed to China as a California start-up, the Multa Communications Corporation, or Multacom for short. Multacom, a broadband network service provider, offers direct Internet links between China and the United States through MultaNet China, a joint venture with government-owned China Unicom. The PRC-owned company owns 51 percent. Multacom’s cable lines are being laid through another joint venture with another Chinese government company, the China Railway Telecommunications Center. On January 15, a few days after Bush nominated Chao to be secretary of labor, Multacom issued a press release praising Chao for her service to the company. It said she “had served as a member of the board of directors for Multacom since July 1, 2000.” Bob Hong, chairman of Multacom’s board, said, “The staff at Multacom, both in the U.S.A. and Asia are all very excited and proud of Ms. Chao’s nomination.” And Hong personally confirmed to me that she was a director. There is only one problem: Multacom does not appear on the financial disclosure report that she submitted to the Office of Government Ethics on January 29 [,2001], even though the form requires under law that she disclose every position she held with “any corporation, firm, partnership or other business enterprise,” whether compensated or not. Did Chao list Multacom under another guise? Or did she exclude it? And if she did, was it because its fortunes were so closely linked to the Chinese government? I called Chao’s office to inquire, and, at her aide’s request, sent a written question. I never received a response.

The South China Morning Post reported on May 16, 2001:

Judis claims his most ‘troubling’ question relates to Ms. Chao’s service on the board of the Multa Communications Corporation, a Californian Internet start-up, known as Multacom. The company runs direct Internet links between the mainland and the US in a joint venture with China Unicom. Her role does not appear in official disclosure documents filed before taking up her latest role in the Bush cabinet.

A spokesman for Ms. Chao reportedly described the lack of disclosure as an inadvertent omission. He stated Ms. Chao was only on the board briefly and ‘never received any money from the company, and her only involvement was one half-hour conference call’.

Senator McConnell And Wife Elaine Chao Deeply Tied To CCP Through Her Father James Chao, Former CCP General Secretary Jiang Zemin, And Former Chinese Premier Wen Jiaboa

The Chao family has long enjoyed access to communist China’s top leaders.

According to a June 2, 2019 New York Times profile of Elaine Chao and her family:

Mr. Chao [Elaine Chao’s father James Chao] got exceptional access. In 1984 he was invited to Beijing to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the People’s Republic and meet with the country’s top leader, Deng Xiaoping, according to materials at a museum in Shanghai dedicated to Mr. Chao’s wife, Ruth Mulan Chu Chao, who died in 2007.

Elaine Chao’s father James Chao, founder of the Foremost Group shipping company, went to school with and has maintained a lifelong friendship with former CCP General Secretary Jiang Zemin. Jiang Zemin took over China following the bloody 1989 Tiananmen Square massacre.

While she was serving as U.S. Secretary of Labor, a cabinet position that does not routinely entail overseas diplomatic missions, Elaine and James Chao met with People’s Republic of China Premier Wen Jiabao on August 23, 2008 at the Zhongnanhai Leadership Compound in Beijing, stated a WikiLeaks-obtained-and-released U.S. State Department cable marked “Sensitive But Unclassified Please protect accordingly.”

Elaine Chao submitted her resignation letter from her position as President Trump’s Secretary of Transportation on January 7, 2021, citing the January 6, 2021 U.S. Capitol riot as the reason for her early exit.

Chao’s family members including her father James Chao and her younger sister Angela Chao, through business interests and board memberships including at the Bank of China and of China State Shipbuilding Corporation, continues to maintain close connections to the Chinese Communist Party, continuing through the November 2020 election, and on into 2021 and the future.

In 2009. China Unicom and Spain’s Telefónica announced a $1 billion mutual investment and strategic alliance agreement.

“The Board is pleased to announce that on 21 October 2009, the Company and Telefónica completed the mutual investment of the equivalent of US$1 billion in each other,” China Unicom’s Board of Directors declared in an official announcement.

As of April 2019, approximately a year and a half before the 2020 U.S. election, China Unicom’s joint venture with Spain’s Telefónica was ramping up even more, according to a Telefónica press release:

Madrid, April 22nd 2019.- China Unicom, Telefónica and JD Digits announced that JD Digits has made a strategic investment, through a capital increase, in Smart Steps Digital Technology Co. Ltd. [“Smart Steps”], the big data company established by China Unicom and Telefónica in 2015. The investment of 100 million yuan (around 13.2 million euros) grants JD Digits a 16.7% stake of the company. China Unicom and Telefónica will hold a 45.8% and 37.5% stake respectively. The investment implies a post-money valuation of the JV of around 80 million euros, more than a 5-fold growth since Telefonica’s initial investment.

On February 24, 2016, eight and a half months before the 2016 U.S. election, Telefónica and Barcelona-based election night reporting (ENR) firm Scytl simultaneously announced that they had together launched “OpenSeneca, a partnership to transform digital democracy.”

“We have been an investor in Scytl for many years and have seen how they have been consolidating their business and growing internationally, leveraging business opportunities as these arise,” Ana Segurado, Global Director of Telefónica Open Future stated in Telefónica’s announcement.

“Scytl provided to city, county, and state clients across the United States…Election Night Reporting (ENR): ENR is a platform that provides visual representation of votes that have been tabulated by state and local elections officials,” according to a November 2020 statement issued by Scytl.

“Allegheny County [Pennsylvania] has contracted with Scytl to display County election results in a manner that is transparent and simple for both the general public and users who are interested in detailed data and analytics,” Allegheny County stated in an official Allegheny county document uploaded to the county’s website and dated October 27, 2020. “Allegheny County began using Scytl for election results during the 2016 General Election.”

China Unicom’s Spanish strategic alliance partner Telefónica previously owned a stake in and remains in a brand license agreement with Czech telecom company 02. The American Report exclusively reported on January 11, 2021 that “an IP address owned by O2 Czech Republic, a Czech company offering mobile communications and internet access services, hacked into a Michigan IP address on November 3 [,2020], according to the data analysis.”

On November 3, 2020, An IP address owned by Huawei Cloud targeted an IP address owned by Allegheny County elections, according to the data analysis. As previously mentioned, China Unicom entered a 5G partnership with Huawei in 2018.

Shipping Cargo For The CCP

The Foremost Group, James Chao’s shipping company, “has almost no footprint left in the United States, save for a modest corporate headquarters in Midtown Manhattan,” the New York Times noted.

“The Washington Post reported that McConnell’s wealth increased sevenfold in 10 years, from $3.1 million in 2004 to $22.8 million in 2014. According to The Post, the couple received an inheritance after Chao’s mother passed away in 2007,” Business Insider reported.

The senior bank officers are members of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and are appointed by the CCP. The officers are also assigned ranks in the Chinese government’s hierarchy, ranging from the equivalent of a bureau chief to a vice minister.” As a result, the bank’s board of directors includes all senior Chinese officials and one lone Dutch banker. But now they would be getting a new member: Senator McConnell’s sister-in-law, Angela Chao.

Chao’s Troubling Hunter Biden BHR Connection

“Rosemont Seneca was formed in 2009 by Hunter Biden, the son of then-Vice President Joe Biden, by Chris Heinz, the stepson of former Secretary of State John Kerry, and others,” a U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs report states.

“Rosemont Seneca and the Bank of China created a $1 billion investment fund called Bohai Harvest RST (BHR),” according to the New York Post.

“BHR’s website says it is the cross-border investment arm of a state-approved Chinese private equity firm and is supported by some of China’s largest financial institutions, including the Bank of China,” Reuters reported on October 3, 2019.

Elaine Chao Reportedly Behind Firing Of Heritage Foundation Analyst Opposed To Bill Clinton’s Scheme To Close US Navy Base In Long Beach, CA And Lease It To China’s COSCO Shipping

Elaine Chao initially served as a fellow at the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, between 1996 and 2001, after previously serving as Chair of the Federal Maritime Commission from 1988 to 1989 and Deputy Secretary of Transportation from 1989 to 1991.

Around the same time, or shortly before, Chao began working at Heritage, President Bill Clinton, between 1995 and 1996, schemed to hand over the former Long Beach Naval Shipyard and Long Beach Naval Station in Long Beach, California to communist Chinese state-owned shipping company COSCO via a lease from the City of Long Beach.

COSCO’s lease went through, but the deal was eventually cancelled via Congressional action in 1998.

On April 15, 1997, California Republican Representative Duke Cunningham was recognized for 60 minutes to speak on the floor of Congress about the topic of “COSCO: A COMMUNIST CHINESE-OWNED COMPANY (C-SPAN VIDEO). According to the Congressional Record, Representative Cunningham stated:

Mr. Speaker, President Clinton took a personal role in promoting the interests of COSCO. At the same time he was cutting over 100 warships from the U.S. fleet, drawn up by the Bush administration, a 23 percent cut. The symbolism could not be anymore stark.

Richard Fisher, senior policy analyst with the Asian Studies Center of the Heritage Foundation, noted the real security concerns of Long Beach Steel in a Washington Times column on April 13. His main point is given below.

If it so desires, the Chinese leadership can direct that COSCO assets be put at the disposal of the People’s Liberation Army, the PLA, or the main espionage organ, the Ministry of State Security, the MSS. Do we really want a subsidiary of the People’s Republic of China, a future superpower, to have such large presence at a port on our own coast, one of the only two West Coast ports with a dry dock large enough to repair our aircraft carriers?

Mr. Speaker, I would say that we do not. It is one of the reasons that the gentleman from California [Mr. Duncan Hunter] and I offered a bill to stop this takeover by a Communist power of U.S. territory.

Paul Sperry, in a June 16, 2001 article at World Net Daily titled “Chao’s pro-China coup at Heritage, reported:

A Heritage Foundation military analyst who sounded warnings about Chinese threats to U.S. security was shown the door after Elaine L. Chao, the conservative think tank’s top Asian studies adviser, complained about his policy writings, WorldNetDaily has learned.

Chao’s views on China have come under closer scrutiny after President-elect Bush picked her to head the Labor Department. As a Cabinet member, she would have top-secret clearance and be in regular contact with national security officials…

…Some reports by the ousted Heritage analyst — 16-year veteran Richard Fisher Jr. — were footnoted in the declassified version of the bipartisan Cox Report, which documented Chinese espionage at U.S. defense labs, while warning of the CMC’s goal of modernizing the People’s Liberation Army to project power out past the mainland’s waters, targeting U.S. allies like Taiwan and even the U.S.

The Cox Report also rankled Chao, Heritage insiders say.

“Elaine Chao was part of the deal that got Rick Fisher fired from Heritage,” said a congressional aide who’s worked with him on China matters. “She pushed him out not because of free-trade issues, but because he raised national security concerns over China.”

A Heritage insider agreed: “She was not supportive of any of his writings on the Chinese military.”

Chinese warships connected to the family of Senator Mitch McConnell and James Chao are already challenging U.S. Navy sailors and aviators as China expands its Anti Access/Area Denial (A2AD) operations across the South China Sea.

While she was U.S. Labor Secretary, Chao reportedly trashed hard-working Americans and argued that foreign workers are simply better. BHR was established in 2013 shortly after Vice President Biden and Hunter Biden flew to Beijing aboard Air Force Two.

Several companies BHR has substantial investments in were the same companies that have been exposed as having intruded into the 2020 election via a cyber attack.

IP addresses owned by those Chinese companies targeted the 2020 U.S. election. Hunter Biden holds direct ownership in those same companies, according to a forensic data analysis by U.S. government cyber security contractors.

Information regarding Hunter Biden and BHR was supplied to the FBI in 2015. The names of the Chinese companies identified and provided to the FBI were the very Chinese companies that attacked the US election. Also, the Ukrainian company where Hunter Biden had once held a stake was also involved in US election interference.

A forensic data analysis shows that internet protocol (IP) addresses owned by Chinese telecom and tech companies including Huawei, Alibaba Cloud, China UniCom, U-Cloud, and China Mobile Tietong hacked into IP addresses owned by county and state offices handling election data in battleground states during the 2020 U.S. election on November 3 and 4. The American Report broke the original story about foreign election interference.

Hours After Biden’s Inauguration, Chinese Telecom Companies Targeted By Trump, Involved In Cyberwarfare Attack On 2020 Election, And Delisted By The New York Stock Exchange Asked To Be Reinstated

The New York Stock Exchange said it no longer plans to delist three Chinese telecommunications giants: China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom. Four days earlier, the NYSE said it planned to drop those listings to comply with a November executive order from President Trump. Trump sought to bar American companies and individuals from investing in firms that allegedly aid the Chinese military.

“After a surprising U-turn in which the US stock exchange changed its mind it eventually settled on delisting them,” Yahoo News reported.

On January 20, 2021, the same day that Joe Biden was inaugurated, Yahoo News reported that “three Chinese telecom giants [China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom] have asked the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to review its decision to delist them.”

“China’s big telecom carriers asked the New York Stock Exchange to rethink their planned delisting, the latest twist in a to-and-fro about whether they should be allowed to trade in U.S. markets,” the Wall Street Journal reported on January 21, 2021. “The requests came hours after Joe Biden was sworn in as the new U.S. president.”

IP addresses of additional U.S. adversaries and other foreign countries also participated in the cyberware attack on the election, according to the data analysis, but IP addresses in China played the biggest role.

Leading video hosting services YouTube, owned by Google parent Alphabet Inc., and Vimeo quickly removed Absolute Proof from their platforms yet the documentary still went viral. Facebook labeled posts sharing Absolute Proof as “False Information checked by independent fact-checkers” and is actively suppressing distribution of those posts. Recent figures show that over 70 million people have viewed the video.

President Trump has the authority, and so too the responsibility, to lift a pair of years-old federal gag orders known as the State Secrets Privilege and Government Protective Order that are preventing CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery from revealing the truth about an illegal domestic surveillance program known as THE HAMMER and one of THE HAMMER’s applications, an election theft cyberwarfare weapon known as SCORECARD.

Montgomery presents a compelling case of fraudulent voting in battleground states. Montgomery’s analysis clearly demonstrates the coordinated involvement of China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, and Pakistan, with specific data points such as source locations, dates, and times.

Montgomery’s programs were built under contracts with the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Air Force, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Director of National Intelligence, the Central Intelligence Agency, among others.

THE HAMMER had been a tool for foreign surveillance until February 2009, at which time Brennan and Clapper commandeered it and turned it against America by transforming THE HAMMER into an illegal domestic surveillance tool.

Fourth Amendment violations happened under Brennan and Clapper on a massive scale, under the Obama-Biden administration.

The Obama-Biden Administration, with Brennan and Clapper, took THE HAMMER with them when they left office. They stole the keys to the kingdom.

Montgomery revealed that there is not just one HAMMER in the United States, but now, also a second HAMMER in the United Kingdom, and also, a third HAMMER in China. How that happened is a mystery.

Video shows a clearly coordinated cyberwarfare attack by foreign adversaries to steal the 2020 election from the American people and President Trump. It is worth noting that foreign adversaries wanted to place their preferred candidates Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in the White House, negating the American people’s vote.

Montgomery did not provide to the United Kingdom or China THE HAMMER or the source code for SCORECARD.

The FBI, the DOJ, and the CIA did have the source code for SCORECARD. The last person to require the source code for SCORECARD was FBI Director James Comey, under the Obama-Biden Administration. The SCORECARD source code was a requirement by FBI Director Comey under Montgomery’s two 2015 immunity agreements.

THE HAMMER and SCORECARD were used to steal the 2020 election from President Trump on behalf of Joe Biden, according to Montgomery and Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia, a cyber security expert who has spent decades working for the Defense Department and U.S. Intelligence Community agencies, including the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, and the Department of Homeland Security.

Lt. General Michael Flynn (U.S. Army Ret.), the former Defense Intelligence Agency director who became President Trump’s first National Security Advisor, agreed with Dr. Keshavarz-Nia’s assessment that HAMMER and SCORECARD were used to steal the election from President Trump and transfer Trump votes to Joe Biden.

The New York Times, in a September 9, 2020 profile about a fake CIA officer titled “How One Man Conned The Beltway,” gave high praise to Dr. Keshavarz-Nia’s reputation for providing unmatched cybersecurity expertise to members of the U.S. Intelligence Community over the span of decades:

Navid Keshavarz-Nia, those who worked with him said, “was always the smartest person in the room.” In doing cybersecurity and technical counterintelligence work for the C.I.A., N.S.A. and F.B.I., he had spent decades connecting top-secret dots.

The State Secrets Privilege and Government Protective Order invoked against Montgomery are being used as a cudgel to hide the Deep State’s repeated seditious coup attempts against President Trump and to carry out the ongoing election theft operations.

This was not just the theft of an election, this was the very theft of America herself.

If the theft of this landslide election for President Trump is successful, there will never be another fair election in America. The lights will have gone out on freedom, and Americans’ constitutional rights will be but a distant memory.

The Obama-Biden Administration intelligence chiefs James Clapper and John Brennan illegally commandeered THE HAMMER in February 2009. They utilized the illegally-harvested surveillance data they collected with THE HAMMER in order to carry out a blackmail and leverage operation inside the United States of America against President Obama’s political enemies, in support of President Obama’s ultimate goal of transforming America into a communist client state.

President Trump, under the powers accorded to him as Commander-in-Chief and protector of the U.S. Constitution, has the duty to declassify documents that prove that THE HAMMER and SCORECARD, cyberwarfare tools originally designed and built to keep America safe, were not only being utilized to stage multiple coups against President Trump and the United States, but also to usurp, on behalf of domestic traitors and foreign adversaries, the American citizens’ right to vote in U.S. elections.

The American people’s sacred right to vote was paid for with American blood and treasure.

It is imperative that President Trump declassify this information because should the coup plotters get away with these acts of treason and sedition, there will never be another valid U.S. election. America will be lost. The President must exercise his full powers in discharging his duties in answering this Act of War.

While the Founding Fathers could not have envisaged cyberwarfare, this attack on America was no less an invasion than if foreign troops had invaded our shores.

THE HAMMER and SCORECARD were used to steal the 2012 presidential election on behalf of Obama and Biden. And now again, eight years later, the 2020 election has been stolen with THE HAMMER and SCORECARD on behalf of Biden and Harris, according to Montgomery and Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia.

The illegal domestic spying operation, conducted by rogue U.S. intelligence community officials utilizing THE HAMMER surveillance supercomputer, harvested terabytes of surveillance data. The Obama-Biden Administration subsequently used that illegally-harvested surveillance data to carry out ‘blackmail and leverage’ operations against American citizens, including other U.S. government officials, U.S. Supreme Court Justices, 156 Article III Judges, FISA Court Judges, Members of Congress, military officers, defense contractors, business leaders, law firms, and millions of Americans, according to The Whistleblower Tapes.

Multiple U.S. military intelligence sources confirmed to The American Report that THE HAMMER, designed and built by Dennis Montgomery in 2003 as a foreign surveillance tool, worked and protected the lives of Americans at home and U.S. troops serving in overseas theaters of operation.

However, things went terribly wrong when America’s premier surveillance and cyberwarfare tools were commandeered by Obama-Biden Administration intelligence officials John Brennan and James Clapper and illegally unleashed against the American people.

Montgomery was prohibited from speaking to the American people about the super surveillance program that he built for the Defense Department in an effort to keep America safe from terrorists and other foreign adversaries in the wake of the 9/11 attacks, after the Government Protective Order and the State Secrets Privilege — basically a government gag order — were invoked.

Montgomery became a whistleblower after witnessing America’s premier spy tools being turned against the American people and being used to illegally change the outcomes of U.S. elections.

The CIA’s charter clearly prohibits the agency from spying on Americans on U.S. soil.

Montgomery stated that he took an oath to preserve and defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic.

Approximately 4,800 days ago, the U.S. Director of National Intelligence (DNI), a position held at that time by John Negroponte, invoked the State Secrets Privilege against Dennis Montgomery. According to the federal government, the DNI is “subject to the authority, direction, and control of the President of the United States.”

President Trump holds the power to order current DNI John Ratcliffe to remove the State Secrets Privilege that DNI Negroponte invoked against Dennis Montgomery over thirteen years ago.

According to the U.S. government:

Subject to the authority, direction, and of the President of the United States, the DNI serves as head of the United States Intelligence Community and as the principal advisor to the President of the National Security Council, and the Homeland Security Council for matters related to intelligence and national security.

Montgomery argued that the State Secrets Privilege was invoked against him in an effort to hide illegal government activities.

NSA Whistleblower Kirk Wiebe: HAMMER And SCORECARD Were Collecting Data Outside The Mandates Of Congress, Far Different Than The NSA’s Mission

According to NSA whistleblower Kirk Wiebe, HAMMER and SCORECARD were collecting data outside the mandates of Congress, a far different scenario than what the NSA was doing when collecting data under the mandates of Congress.

According to Wiebe what the NSA did was approved and mandated by Congress regardless of what people thought about the NSA collecting information.

What Brennan and Clapper did was illegal. What they did was outside the rule of law and an act of treason.

NSA whistleblower Kirk Wiebe stated “What NSA did was approved and mandated by Congress. What Brennan and Clapper did was totally illegal and outside the law.”

Brennan and Clapper were not only collecting outside the law, outside the mandate of Congress, but were using the illegally-collected data for the purpose of blackmail and leverage against surveillance targets in all three branches of the U.S. government: Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, FISA judges, Member of Congress, and executive branch officials.

This was not just the transformation of America. This was the capture of America through a blackmail and leverage operation.

Montgomery revealed that one time U.S. Presidential candidate Rep. Jack Kemp (R-NY), once asked, in horror, DOJ official Carlotta Wells Carlotta Wells “what the hell are you doing?” in relation to Dennis Montgomery’s case. Kemp further asked Wells why she was doing it.

According to Montgomery, Carlotta P. Wells of the U.S. The Department of Justice Civil Division told Kemp that she was “simply taking orders from above.”

Montgomery also revealed that Justice Department official Rafael Gomez specifically expressed that if government officials invoked the State Secrets Privilege in order to hide government malfeasance or illegal government activities, then the State Secrets Privilege and Government Protective Order were “null and void.”

Montgomery’s 47 Hard Drives, The DOJ, And The FBI

On August 1, 2014, Dennis Montgomery and his then-attorney Larry Klayman met with Senior U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia Royce C. Lamberth in Washington D.C. at the E. Barrett Prettyman United States Courthouse. Judge Lamberth formerly served as the Presiding Judge of the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA Court)…

…Subsequently, Judge Lamberth proceeded to facilitate two limited immunity agreements for Montgomery. The agreements were struck in 2015 among Montgomery’s then-attorney Larry E. Klayman, Department of Justice Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, and FBI General Counsel James Baker.

On August 19. 2015, Dennis Montgomery, under an immunity agreement provided by the DOJ and FBI, turned over 47 computer hard drives to the FBI Miami Field Office.

In December 2015, Montgomery provided classified testimony to FBI and DOJ officials at the FBI Washington, DC Field Office. During that debriefing, Montgomery provided FBI and DOJ officials with sworn testimony about HAMMER and SCORECARD, as well as information about the security vulnerabilities of the SOLARWINDS software used by multiple federal agencies.

Montgomery subsequently filed a lawsuit against Barack Obama, James Comey, the FBI, and other federal agencies and officials. In the lawsuit, Montgomery accused the defendants of burying the investigation of his whistleblower claims about illegal domestic surveillance.

In a 2018 opinion about the lawsuit, U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon wrote that Montgomery’s hard drives and the U.S. government’s recordings of Montgomery’s testimony were in the custody of the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG).

Judge Richard Leon in court documents said hard drives were turned over to ICIG. From 2010-2018 the ICIG was Irwin Charles McCullough III.

According to a March 3, 2018 opinion by U.S. District Court Judge Richard J. Leon in the case DENNIS MONTGOMERY, et al., Plaintiffs, v. JAMES COMEY, Defendants:

At the status conference in this case, counsel for the Government defendants represented to this Court that the “hard drives are in a secure facility with the [I]ntelligence [C]ommunity’s Office of Inspector General” and that there was “no risk” that they were “going to be destroyed anytime soon”…

…Plaintiffs’ primary argument on this point is that, without preservation of the hard drives and the interview tapes, they “will lose the material evidence in this case.” Pls.’ Mot. 18. But as I have already explained, the Government has represented to this Court that there is a litigation hold preventing the destruction of either the hard drives or the interview tapes.

Montgomery testified in 2015 to the DOJ and the FBI that Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic, ES&S, and SOLARWINDS were all open to hacking.

Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia and General Flynn both agreed with Montgomery’s analysis that Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic, and ES&S were open to hacking. But the Obama-Biden Administration did nothing to secure all of the government agencies that were open to hacking due to the security vulnerabilities of SOLARWINDS software. Furthermore, the Obama-Biden Administration did not advise the Trump Administration of the known security vulnerabilities of SOLARWINDS or of the the Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic, and ES&S election systems. Instead, they utilized the vote theft mechanism as part of a multi-faceted vote theft operation.

General Flynn agreed with Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia’s sworn affidavit that HAMMER and SCORECARD had stolen votes in the swing states to steal the election from President Trump. This is important because General Flynn was the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency that had access to THE HAMMER when it was a foreign surveillance tool.

The 2020 election was nothing less than the traitor class’ coup de grâce in an endless series of attempted coup d’états.

STEALING AMERICA: ‘Former’ Communist Comey Got SCORECARD Election Hacking Source Code And Knew SolarWinds Was Not Secure

US District Court Judge Richard Leon Confirmed That Intelligence Community Inspector General Had Possession Of Montgomery’s Recorded Testimony And Computer Hard Drives

FBI Director James Comey demanded that the FBI be given the source code to SCORECARD, the election-hacking application that operates on THE HAMMER surveillance supercomputer platform, as a condition of CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery’s 2015 FBI and DOJ immunity agreements, according to Montgomery.

SCORECARD is an election-hacking cyberweapon designed to monitor and engineer elections. SCORECARD is one of the HAMR exploits designed to run on THE HAMMER framework.

The American Report was the first news organization to report on SCORECARD, in an article titled “Biden Using SCORECARD and THE HAMMER To Steal Another U.S. Presidential Election — Just Like Obama And Biden Did In 2012,” published on October 31, 2020, three days before the 2020 election.

In 2003, Dennis Montgomery designed and built THE HAMMER for the Department of Defense as foreign surveillance tools to keep America safe after 9/11. THE HAMMER kept America and U.S. troops on the battlefield safe, multiple U.S. military intelligence sources told The American Report. Montgomery states that he also designed and built SCORECARD.

John Brennan and James Clapper illegally commandeered THE HAMMER on February 3, 2009, according to Montgomery. WikiLeaks confirmed the existence of HAMR (THE HAMMER) on March 7, 2017 when the organization dumped CIA Vault 7, a cache of classified documents concerning top secret CIA hacking tools.

In 2015, Montgomery, as a whistleblower, brought the information regarding THE HAMMER and SCORECARD, as well as 47 computer hard drives containing 600 million pages of illegally-harvested domestic surveillance data, to the DOJ and FBI.

Montgomery stated he also testified to the DOJ and FBI about SolarWinds.

The CIA’s charter prohibits the agency from spying on Americans inside the United States.

Montgomery was required to turn over the SCORECARD source code as part of the two immunity agreements that Mongomery received from the FBI and DOJ, according to Montgomery.

Both FBI Director Comey and FBI General Counsel James Baker in December 2015 took custody of THE HAMMER’s SCORECARD election hacking application source code, according to CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery.

Senator Ron Johnson Seeks Evidence of SCORECARD and HAMMER

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) stated that he has not seen evidence of SCORECARD and HAMMER and that he seeks that evidence.

CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery’s evidence from his computer hard drives and his recorded testimony regarding SCORECARD and HAMMER were given to the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG). Montgomery states that the evidence regarding SCORECARD and HAMMER can be found not only on the hard drives but also in his recorded testimony. Senator Johnson, as Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, has subpoena power to order the ICIG to produce Montgomery’s hard drives and recorded testimony.

Senator Johnson can find the evidence he seeks with the ICIG, unless, of course, that evidence has been removed, buried, or destroyed.

Senior U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon, in a legal opinion, stated that the evidence that Dennis Montgomery provided to the FBI and the DOJ is in the hands of the Intelligence Community Inspector General.

It is not known what, if anything, FBI Director James Comey did with the source code to SCORECARD. Did Comey share the source code with others, and if so, with whom? Did Director Comey brief President Trump about the existence of SCORECARD?

According to a March 3, 2018 opinion by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Leon in the case DENNIS MONTGOMERY, et al., Plaintiffs, v. JAMES COMEY, Defendants:

The Intelligence Community Inspector General from 2010 to 2018 was former FBI agent Irvin Charles “Chuck” McCullough III. McCullough, in that role, reported directly to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. McCullough was also previously employed by the NSA Inspector General’s office.

“I enjoyed a very good relationship with Jim Clapper. We got along famously” McCullough told The Hill during a December 2018 interview. McCullough initially handled the Hillary Clinton email case before he handed it over to the FBI, where the case was handled by Peter Strzok. “And so we went back to the agencies and said ‘hey is this stuff [Hillary’s private server emails] classified?’ And lo and behold, part of our sample initially was classified. We pulled more, there was more classified, and so we had a problem at that point, and that’s when I referred the entire matter over to the FBI for investigation.”

McCulllough also discussed the classified emails the ICIG’s office found on Hillary’s private server, some of which reportedly contained Special Access Program (SAP) information:

There were emails that were so classified in there that my people, and we were the IG so we had almost every clearance known to man, I had to get my people read in to certain compartments to even see these emails that were out there residing on this private server. Now, did she know that? Did she understand? I don’t know. Now you’re getting into a matter of intent. Was this just sort of sloppy and reckless? It certainly was reckless.

McCullough handed over the emails from Hillary Clinton’s private email server, emails that contained top secret classified information, to Director Comey, who advised the DOJ not to prosecute Hillary.

FBI Director Comey stated during his July 5, 2016 Statement on the Investigation of Secretary Hillary Clinton’s Use of a Personal E-Mail System:

Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent. Responsible decisions also consider the context of a person’s actions, and how similar situations have been handled in the past.

In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.

However, under the law, intent makes no difference. The full weight of the law came down on U.S. Navy submariner Machinist Mate 1st Class Kristian Saucier who took photos of classified areas of a submarine he served aboard. Saucier was found guilty and sent to prison. Hillary Clinton, however, faced no charges after Comey claimed that the FBI determined that Hillary did not act with “intent.”

Does DNI Ratcliffe Still Possess The Evidence?

The question now is, does DNI John Ratcliffe still have the evidence about THE HAMMER and SCORECARD that Montgomery turned over to the FBI or did it disappear under James Comey and ICIG McCullough?

The ICIG had previously received a whistleblower complaint information from Montgomery in 2013.

Montgomery also handed over to the FBI information regarding SolarWinds.

SolarWinds

Foreign hackers, suspected to be working for Russia, carried out a massive cyberware campaign against the U.S. Government exploiting a vulnerability in SolarWinds software in order to hack into multiple U.S. government agencies.

According to Montgomery, the Obama Administration was well aware that weaknesses within SolarWinds products could provide hackers with access to U.S. government computer systems because, Montgomery says, he repeatedly advised them about the SolarWinds security problems.

“At least two US agencies have publicly confirmed they were compromised: The Department of Commerce and the Agriculture Department. The Department of Homeland Security’s cyber arm was also compromised,” according to CNN. “But the range of potential victims is much, much larger, raising the troubling prospect that the US military, the White House or public health agencies responding to the pandemic may have been targeted by the foreign spying, too.”

“The Energy Department and National Nuclear Security Administration, which maintains the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile, have evidence that hackers accessed their networks as part of an extensive espionage operation that has affected at least half a dozen federal agencies, officials directly familiar with the matter said,” according to Politico.

“If you compromise somebody’s network for 6 months, there’s a lot of opportunity. It’s an amazing coup for the Russians — really impressive.” said James Lewis, “a cybersecurity expert at the Center for Strategic and International Studies” told CNN.

SolarWinds Network Monitoring Platform

According to Montgomery, he reported SolarWinds security flaws and suggested fixes to the FBI, CIA, DOD, and DOJ in 2009, 2010, 2014, and 2016. “All of this is well documented,” Montagomey stated.

“HAMMER first breached SolarWinds company and their technology platform on February 23, 2009 at Ft. Washington, Maryland, days after HAMMER went live,” according to Montgomery. “HAMMER has breached every version of their product over the last seven years, undetected.”

“SolarWinds current technology still has many documented flaws, easily compromised and exploited irrespective of their current problems,” Montgomery added.

Montgomery maintains that he provided information at the highest levels of the U.S. government, including to the Inspectors General of CIA, DIA, DNI, DOD, AF, DHS in a whistleblower complaint. Montgomery stated that he personally provided the information to FBI Director James Comey in electronic form and in a videotaped deposition on December 3, 2015.

“How can SolarWinds protect the U.S. government networks when the government cannot or does not protect their network?” Montgomery asked.

Montgomery testified to the FBI and DOJ in December 2015 that under the Obama Administration that SolarWinds was accessed four times in six years with HAMMER while he worked for John Brennan and James Clapper.

Montgomery testified and specifically detailed SolarWinds vulnerabilities to the FBI in his sworn and videotaped testimony in December of 2015.

Why was nothing done to correct those “vulnerabilities” as detailed to the Obama Administration and their DOJ and FBI who were in receipt of that specific information?

“How can SolarWinds protect the U.S. Government networks when they cannot even protect their network” Montgomery queried.

But the Obama Administration’s FBI and DOJ knew that.

Did the Obama Administration or former FBI Director James Comey share that information with the Trump Administration? If not, why not?

Was the Obama administration so busy fighting the incoming Trump administration with multiple coup attempts that their mission to set up President Trump took precedence over securing the nation? Or was that their intent?

CISA Director Christopher Krebs, Connected To Clapper, Claims That HAMMER And SCORECARD Are ‘Domestic Disinformation,’ Yet Admits To Senate That Some Voting Machines Transferred 2020 Election Tallies Over The Internet

On December 16, 2020, now-fired DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA) Director Christopher Krebs, during a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing on election security and administration, dismissed reports about HAMMER and SCORECARD as domestic disinformation.

This was not Krebs’ first attempt to discredit information about SCORECARD. Before President Trump fired him, Krebs tweeted about HAMMER and SCORECARD, calling it a hoax.

Krebs’ latest attack on information about THE HAMMER and SCORECARD happened immediately after Chairman Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) skillfully forced Krebs to admit that the 2020 election voting machines were in fact connected to the internet and therefore, capable of being hacked by foreign adversaries or other bad actors.

Krebs admitted to Senator Johnson:

Some [election machines] may have modems that are typically disabled, but in certain states, I believe in Wisconsin, some are temporarily activated to transmit some counts…

…As you move out from election day, there will be tabulators that may have internet connections to transmit the vote from the precinct to the county level to the state.

“But those tabulators are connected on election day, because that’s how they transit the data to the counties and also into the unofficial…?” Senator Johnson then asked Krebs.

“In some cases, yes sir,” Krebs replied to Senator Johnson.

According to Montgomery, SCORECARD accesses the vote tally at the transfer points as the election tally enters the internet.

Minority Ranking Member Gary Peters (D-MI) appeared to have coordinated with Krebs during the hearing in order to, indirectly, paint reporting about HAMMER and SCORECARD as Russian disinformation. Senator Peters, immediately after Krebs finally admitted to Senator Johnson that voting machines are connected to the internet, asked Krebs about CISA’s “Rumor Control” page and Russia and other foreign adversaires echoing Trump team “disinformation” about election fraud, with Krebs, as if on cue, immediately responding that “THE HAMMER and SCORECARD claims that there was a CIA supercomputer and program that were flipping votes” was a “domestic disinformation campaign of a cybersecurity nature.”

It was at that point that Senator Johnson in the hearing’s most dramatic moment accused Hillary Clinton and Senator Peters of being purveyors of Russian disinformation, and of falsely claiming that derogatory information pertaining to Hunter Biden is “Russian disinformation.”

“You lied repeatedly in the press,” Senator Johnson yelled at Senator Peters.

Krebs previously worked at private contractor Obsidian Analysis with Peter O’Prey, who hired James Clapper at another private contractor, DFI. Krebs’ CISA deputy director Matt Travis also worked with O’Prey at DFI. Clapper’s Pentagon military intelligence office that oversaw THE HAMMER contracted O’Prey’s DFI division.

Montgomery created SCORECARD, an exploit that was designed to run on THE HAMMER supercomputer framework. SCORECARD was designed to covertly monitor and manipulate foreign election results for the U.S. intelligence community fighting communism around the world, Montgomery states.

According to The Whistleblower Tapes, THE HAMMER was used to steal the 2012 election in Florida.

Maria Bartiromo reported at FOX Business on December 15, 2020:

An intel source telling me President Trump did, in fact, win the election. He says that it is up to the Supreme Court to hear suits from other cases across the country to stop the clock. This follows the high court’s refusal to hear the lawsuit from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, challenging results in four swing states.

CBS News Senior Investigative Correspondent Catherine Herridge reported:

DNI Ratcliffe leads the 17 intelligence agencies and he has access to the most highly classified information that is held by the US government. And he told CBS News that there was foreign interference by China, Iran, and Russia in November of this year and he is anticipating a public report on those findings in January.

Dominion Voting Systems Not Secure By Design, Montgomery Told FBI

In December 2015, Montgomery told FBI and DOJ officials that Dominion Voting Systems equipment is not secure and was designed not to be secure, according to Montgomery.

SCORECARD can exploit back doors intentionally built into Dominion Voting Systems equipment, according to Montgomery.

NBC News reported in a January 10, 2020 article titled “‘Online and vulnerable’: Experts find nearly three dozen U.S. voting systems connected to internet”:

The three largest voting manufacturing companies — Election Systems & Software, Dominion Voting Systems and Hart InterCivic — have acknowledged they all put modems in some of their tabulators and scanners. The reason? So that unofficial election results can more quickly be relayed to the public. Those modems connect to cell phone networks, which, in turn, are connected to the internet.

Trump: “We will never, ever surrender”

During his first rally since the election, President Trump told a cheering crowd in Valdosta, Georgia on December 5, 2020 “we will not bend, we will not break, we will not yield, we will never give in, we will never give up, and we will never back down. We will never, ever surrender.”

“The Founding Fathers may not have known about cyberwarfare, but they certainly recognized tyranny when they saw it,” according to General Michael Flynn.

The Obama Administration had illegally taken possession of THE HAMMER and SCORECARD and were well aware that SolarWinds and the U.S. agencies that relied on SolarWinds were anything but secure.

Cyberwarfare was waged against America by domestic traitors and foreign enemies. In an undeclared act of war, these enemies attempted to not only to steal the vote, but to steal America herself.
