Joe Biden is implementing Barack Obama’s mission to guarantee that the United States is defeated in World War III by canceling the U.S. military’s most powerful nuclear weapon, the B-83 gravity bomb, the best weapon in America’s arsenal for destroying deep underground nuclear command and control bunkers of U.S. adversaries China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea.
The B-83 gravity bomb is a megaton bunker-buster nuclear weapon that serves as a fearsome deterrent to enemy leaders burrowed in deep underground bases.
The mere existence of the B-83 is enough to strike terror into the hearts and minds of enemies who might consider launching a preemptive nuclear strike or EMP strike against the United States and her NATO allies.
Not only is Biden planning to cancel the B-83 nuclear bomb, the US Air Force also plans to retire the B2 Spirit stealth bomber by the early 2030s. The B2 Spirit is the only U.S. military aircraft currently configured to deliver the B-83 onto targets such as deep underground bases protecting leadership and unconventional weapons of China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea.
Biden is ensuring that while America’s enemies will be capable of striking U.S. nuclear triad bases, the U.S. won’t be able to counterstrike enemy nuclear command and control bases located deep underground.

B-83 is the only U.S. nuclear weapon that has a chance to destroy deep underground shelters and hold at risk political-military elites of Russia, China, North Korea, and Iran…
…The U.S. must launch a crash program to protect national electric grids and other life-sustaining critical infrastructures from EMP and Cyber Warfare. Nuclear deterrence will not work if adversaries can defeat the U.S. on the cheap through “Blackout Warfare.”
The U.S. should deploy space-based missile defenses, as envisioned in President Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI), to render nuclear missiles and nuclear warfare technologically obsolete. Former SDI Director, Ambassador Henry Cooper, estimates the U.S. could develop and deploy 1,000 Brilliant Pebbles space-based interceptors in 5 years for $20 billion.
Thus, by protecting American lives through hardening critical infrastructures and space-based defenses, we could replace Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD) with a new strategic principle more consistent with Judeo-Christian and humanist values, Strategic Assured National Existence (SANE), and maybe prevent—or win—a nuclear World War III.
“Last year, Congress approved $52 million to continue funding for the B83, overriding an effort by Rep. Adam Smith, D-Wash., to defund it. But the Pentagon deleted the program from its 2023 budget blueprint,” the Omaha World-Herald reported on June 21, 2022.
Not only is Representative Adam Smith currently working to protect America’s enemies deep inside their underground bunkers by scrapping the B-83, he also co-sponsored the highly anti-American amendment, signed by President Barack Hussein Obama, that repealed the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948.
Representative Adam Smith and Representative Mac Thornberry (R-TX) co-sponsored an amendment to “essentially neutralize two previous acts—the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 and Foreign Relations Authorization Act in 1987—that had been passed to protect U.S. audiences from our own government’s misinformation campaigns,” the late journalist Michael Hastings reported at BuzzFeed News on May 18, 2012. Hasting was killed in 2013 when his Mercedes Benz exploded in a suspicious single vehicle crash.
“Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., encouraged the Biden administration to retire the B83 as soon as possible,” Defense News reported. Feinstein’s driver in San Francisco for 20 years was reportedly a communist spy who worked for China’s Ministry of State Security and reported to China’s San Francisco consulate.
Biden also plans to defund the SLCM-N (Sea-Launched Cruise Missile Nuclear).
Biden appears to be stripping the U.S. military of its most effective and advanced weapon systems at a time when great power threats around the world are quickly rising and America is looking down their barrel of a two-front war against China and Russia, as well as their communist allies Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea, and the Islamic Bloc.
“In an era of great power competition, our nuclear triad is the cornerstone that supports all US military operations,” Representative Mike Rogers (R-AL) said in a statement to Defense News on June 7. “SLCM-N would fill a critical gap in our triad, providing a low-yield and flexible option. Limiting our nuclear deterrent by canceling SLCM-N is a dangerous decision.”
“We are facing a crisis deterrence dynamic right now that we have only seen a few times in our nation’s history,” the head of U.S. Strategic Command Admiral Charles Richard said in a letter to Congress last week obtained by Defense News.

- The Obama-Biden Administration’s Secretary of State Hillary Clinton worked with top Russian officials to create a technology transfer program and research campus known as Skolkovo, Russia’s version of Silicon Valley. Skolkovo has been linked to hypersonic engine technology used in Russia’s newest generation of nuclear warhead delivery systems, hypersonic glide vehicles now threatening the United States.
- Biden waived U.S. sanctions on the Nord Stream 2 Pipeline from Russia to Germany, another gift to Putin
- In 2012, the Obama-Biden administration attempted to shut down production at the M1 Abrams battle tank plant in Lima, Ohio, the last remaining tank factory in the United States.
- Biden’s Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin ordered mandatory COVID-19 vaccines for all U.S. military personnel, in spite of the increase risks of dangerous and even fatal cardiac events among pilots and other warriors
- By canceling construction permits for the Keystone XL Pipeline, Biden dismantled U.S. energy independence, creating a threat to the U.S. economy and to the U.S. national defense. Now, Russia is shipping crude oil to the U.S. at the highest levels in 11 years, helping fund Russia’s war machine amid the Ukraine crisis.
- The Obama-Biden Administration purged large numbers of U.S. military officers.
Furthermore, Biden abandoned Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan, the most important U.S. strategic military base in Central Asia. with the capability of conducting air strikes inside China. By surrendering Afghanistan, Biden also gave China easy landbridge access to Gwadar Port, a strategic seaport located in the Pakistani province of Balochistan with access to the Arabian Sea and the Persian Gulf.

Founding Father Benjamin Franklin, as he walked out of the Constitutional Convention of 1787 at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, was asked “Doctor, what have we got? A republic or a monarchy?”
Franklin wisely replied, “A republic, if you can keep it.”
Biden and Obama are doing everything they can to destroy the Republic and her chances of survival.
