James Baker’s Bonanza Of Crime: General McInerney Calls For Former CIA Contractor Dennis Montgomery To Testify Under Oath Before Congress

U.S. Air Force Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney (Ret.) is calling for CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery to testify before U.S. congress, while under oath, about HAMMER, SCORECARD, and former FBI General Counsel James Baker.

Baker was a key player in the hoax Trump Russian collusion operation, alongside FBI Director James Comey, FBI counterintelligence official Peter Strzok, FBI attorney Lisa Page, and attorney Michael Sussmann.

Sussmann was a partner at Perkins Coie, the Seattle law firm hired by the Hillary Clinton campaign and by the DNC.

Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives investigated DOJ documents showing that Baker, during the run up to the 2016 presidential election, was in touch with Mother Jones reporter David Corn, the first journalist to write about the existence of Steele Dossier. Predictably, “Corn denied that Baker was a source for his story on the dossier,” Politico reported.

Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson, husband of Mary Jacoby (previously of the Rose Law Firm, the same Little Rock, Arkansas practice that employed Hillary Clinton), helped Baker, Comey, Strzok, and Page orchestrate the Russian Collusion operation to take down President Trump in a failed attempted coup.

Senior FBI and DOJ officials involved in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russian collusion investigation were also previously assigned to investigate whistleblower Dennis Montgomery’s claim that Obama administration officials John Brennan and James Clapper spied on Donald Trump.

Montgomery asserts that the FBI, under FBI Director Mueller, supplied the computers used to create a private, illegal, unconstitutional, super surveillance system that President Obama’s intelligence chiefs used to spy on Trump.

FBI Director James B. Comey, FBI General Counsel James A. Baker, and five of Mueller’s hand-picked recruits to his Russian collusion investigation team, including Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, were involved in the “buried” FBI investigation into CIA/DNI/NSA whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery’s claims.

Montgomery specifically alleges that President Obama’s intelligence chiefs, CIA Director John Brennan and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, with computers supplied by Robert Mueller, used their newly-created illegal surveillance system to spy on Trump, Trump’s associates, Supreme Court justices, and millions of innocent Americans.

Hours After General McInerney Read Over America’s Radio Airwaves The American Report’s March 17, 2017 Exposé About Montgomery And THE HAMMER, Baker’s Fellow FBI Trump Russian Collusion Hoaxsters Strzok And Page Exchanged A Text Message That Specifically Referred To Montgomery

On Sunday, March 19, 2017, Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons and General McInerney brought to America’s terrestrial radio airwaves the American Report’s March 17, 2017 exposé “Whistleblower Tapes: Trump Wiretapped ‘A Zillion Times’ By ]THE HAMMER,’ Brennan’s and Clapper’s Secret Computer System.” General McInerney read The American Report article verbatim on air.

Within hours of General McInerney launching over the airwaves The American Report’s exposé about Dennis Montgomery and THE HAMMER, Strzok and Page exchanged a text message that specifically mentioned Montgomery:

“I’m not going to respond to the whole group. The Klayman/Montgomery stuff in the email Jim just sent is utter BS. Best to say nothing and brief later if necessary.” – March 19, 2017 Strzok/Page text message sent hours after Lt. General Thomas McInerney went on air to discuss Brennan’s and Clapper’s secret surveillance system “The Hammer”

Baker, after leaving the FBI and joining the Brookings Institution, became Twitter’s deputy general counsel. Baker was eventually “exited” from the social media giant by new Twitter CEO Elon Musk in the wake of the Twitter Files scandal.

Strzok was never questioned under oath by Members of Congress about the text message he exchanged with Lisa Page that referenced Montgomery.

While Baker Was Censoring Content At Twitter, The FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) Forwarded To Twitter Executives The American Report’s October 31, 2020 Exposé “Biden Using SCORECARD And THE HAMMER To Steal Another U.S. Presidential Election — Just Like Obama And Biden Did In 2012”

According to“Twitter Files” drop 8 by reporter Matt Taibbi, “THREAD: The Twitter Files TWITTER AND OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.”The FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) forwarded to Twitter executives The American Report’s October 31, 2020 exposé “Biden Using SCORECARD And THE HAMMER To Steal Another U.S. Presidential Election — Just Like Obama And Biden Did In 2012.”

In the immediate wake of Taibbi’s disclosure that the FBI and Twitter censored The American Report’s HAMMER and SCORECARD reporting, a Twitter Spaces live conversation amongst Twitter influencers, including internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom, ensued.

“If the U.S. government wants this to be removed there’s probably some truth to it. I mean, why else would they want to censor something that looks conspiratorial? … I’m going to do some reading about THE HAMMER,” Kim Dotcom stated during the Twitter Spaces conversation.

“FBI Director James Comey demanded that the FBI be given the source code to SCORECARD, the election-hacking application that operates on THE HAMMER surveillance supercomputer platform, as a condition of CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery’s 2015 FBI and DOJ immunity agreements, according to Montgomery,” The American Report previously reported.

Montgomery claims that he implanted a unique digital signature within the SCORECARD source code, that the same source code embedded with the unique digital signature subsequently emerged in China, and that China used SCORECARD in a cyberwarfare attack on the 2020 U.S. election.

Baker Claimed “Attorney-Client Privilege,” Refused To Answer Questions During February 8, 2023 House Oversight And Accountability Committee Hearing Into Twitter’s Censorship Of Hunter Biden Laptop Story

Baker, testifying under oath before the House Oversight and Accountability Committee on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 about Twitter blocking access to an October 2020 “New York Post” article about Hunter Biden’s so-called “laptop from hell,” said during his opening statement that “As the committee is aware, however, based on the advice of counsel, I believe in good faith that I am constrained today by my legal and ethical obligations as a former lawyer for Twitter, as well as by certain nondisclosure agreements.”

Later into the hearing, Baker responded to a question from U.S. Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) by stating “Unfortunately, sir, I think I’m constrained from answering that question any more fully than in my testimony because of attorney-client privilege.”

Representative Jordan is well aware that James Baker possesses extensive first-hand knowledge about Dennis Montgomery’s claims that the U.S. government engaged in illegal domestic surveillance. Jordan also knows that Baker dispatched FBI special agents to the FBI Miami Field Office to take possession of 47 computer hard drives because James Baker testified before Representative Jordan while under oath that he was in receipt of testimony and data from Dennis Montgomery that “government officials had other government officials and Americans under illegal surveillance.”

The February 8, 2023 Twitter hearing was a perfect opportunity for Representative Jordan to ask Baker, under oath, about THE HAMMER, Dennis Montgomery, and Twitter’s suppression of The American Report’s October 31, 2020 article about HAMMER and SCORECARD. Yet, Jordan failed to seize on this rare opportunity to interrogate Baker about Montgomery and THE HAMMER on live television.

The American Report previously reported in a May 29, 2019 article titled “HAMMERTIME: Baker Buried Whistleblower Montgomery’s Trump no Surveillance Evidence Then Suddenly “Remembered” FBI Had It”:

Former FBI counsel Baker, who was interviewed by a joint committee of the U.S. House of Representatives just weeks before the 2018 midterm election, stated during day one of his interview, conducted on October 3, 2018, that the FBI and the DOJ did not “infiltrate or surveil” the Trump campaign for “political purposes.”

Baker simultaneously denied on day one that Obama administration officials made “demands or requests” of the FBI and the DOJ to “infiltrate or surveil” the Trump campaign.

At the beginning of Baker’s day two testimony, conducted on October 18, 2018, Baker interrupted Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) stating he wanted to amend the record of his day one testimony, thereby sidestepping a potential perjury charge.

Between day one of his interview two weeks earlier and day two, Baker suddenly “remembered” that U.S. government contractor Dennis Montgomery had turned over to the FBI evidence in 2015 in the form of digital storage devices that, Montgomery asserted, proved that the U.S. government illegally surveilled American citizens and government officials.

Baker either lied or misspoke about which year Montgomery turned over evidence to the FBI, when he told the joint committee that Montgomery provided the evidence to the FBI in 2016, when in fact Montgomery had turned over the evidence in 2015, one full year earlier, before the 2016 presidential election.

Baker carefully stated: “To the best of my recollection, it’s in the late summer, early fall 2016.” Baker misstated the year the FBI took possession of Montgomery’s evidence during day two of his interview. By carefully reciting that it was to the “best of his recollection” Baker neatly sidestepped a potential perjury charge.

Baker’s two-day interview, carried out on October 3 and October 18, 2018, was “part of a joint investigation by the House Committee on the Judiciary and the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform into decisions made and not made by the DOJ and the FBI regarding the 2016 Presidential election.”

Former FBI General Counsel James A. Baker buried evidence provided to his office in 2015 by CIA/NSA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery. Montgomery turned over 47 hard drives of evidence of domestic surveillance that prove the Obama administration illegally surveilled innocent Americans including Donald Trump for years.

The FBI first granted limited immunity in August 2015, and then greater immunity in December of 2015 once Montgomery’s domestic surveillance information had been verified.

FBI General Counsel James Baker himself and DOJ Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis struck Montgomery’s limited immunity agreements and then his greater immunity agreement, once the FBI had verified Montgomery’s information.

Baker was intimately involved in Montgomery’s whistleblower case…

PARTIAL TRANSCRIPT: DAY TWO OF JAMES BAKER’S INTERVIEW BEFORE MEMBERS OF THE U.S. REPRESENTATIVES, OCTOBER 18, 2018

Mr. Baker. So I recalled after — just actually a few days ago — that another incident when a — this time an attorney on behalf of a client came to me and wanted — came specifically to me and wanted to make information available to the FBI in the form of electronic media that he wanted to get into the —

Mr. Jordan. Different case or same case?

Mr. Baker. Different case.

Mr. Jordan. Okay.

Mr. Baker. Well, a completely different case. Different attorney, different client, but insistent on meeting only with me or the Director. And then he did not have the material with him at the time. We had to actually dispatch FBI agents to go to a — from a field office to go collect this material. It was in the — to the best of my recollection, it was roughly in the late summer, fall of 2016 timeframe.

Mr. Jordan. Can you tell us the case?

Mr. Baker. It was Larry —

Mr. [REDACTED] Mr. Baker, please do answer the question, but if it’s in a — if it’s a matter that’s totally unrelated to what’s being discussed here, I’d ask you not to discuss any specific investigative details. Can you answer the question?

Mr. Baker. Can I give the name of the attorney?

Mr. [REDACTED] The name of the — absolutely. Yes, sir.

Mr. Baker. Okay. The name of the attorney was Larry Klayman, and he also brought one of his associates with him whose name I don’t recall at this point in time, and it was on behalf of a particular client. Anyway, that’s what I recalled. And we were talking about that last time, and I did not remember that incident. Now I do.

Mr. Jordan. Okay. Thank you. Let’s go back to Mr. McCabe, Ms. Page, and —

Mr. Breitenbach. I’m sorry, Mr. Jordan. Can I just follow up?

Mr. Jordan. Sure.

Mr. Breitenbach. With regard to Mr. Klayman coming to visit you, was it with regard at all to surveillance concerns that he had concerning the general fact pattern that we’re here to discuss today?

Mr. Baker. Well, it had to do with surveillance. It had to do with an allegation about unlawful surveillance, but it was — I believe it was different from any fact pattern that we talked about last time here.

Mr. Breitenbach. Unlawful surveillance of whom?

Mr. Baker. Of Americans, including government officials. Yeah. I can go — I mean —

Mr. Jordan. Who was his client?

Mr. Baker. Can I just — I’m turning to the Bureau to describe this. So his client was an individual named Dennis Montgomery, who I believe, to the best of my recollection, he said that he had been a U.S. Government contractor and, in the course of that work, had come across evidence of unlawful surveillance by the government of Americans — and including government officials — and wanted to give that information to the Bureau, which eventually did take place.

Mr. Jordan. And was this — I’m sorry. Go ahead.

Mr. Sommers. During what time period?

Mr. Jordan. Yeah. That’s what I was going to ask.

Mr. Baker. To the best of my recollection, it’s in the late summer, early fall 2016.

Mr. Sommers. And the surveillance, what time period was that?

Mr. Baker. I’m not entirely sure what the timeframe was. It was a significant — it was — one of the issues in the case was it was a large amount of data that he had that he wanted to provide, that these — these disks or other media had a lot of data on them about this, allegedly.

Mr. Sommers. Surveillance by whom?

Mr. Baker. By the U.S. Government itself of Americans, unlawfully.

Mr. Jordan. Interesting. All right. Thank you. All right. Let’s go back to the McCabe-Page-Rosenstein meeting. When did you talk to Lisa Page and Andy McCabe about the meeting they had with Mr. Rosenstein?

US District Judge Richard Leon: ICIG Took Custody Of Montgomery Hard Drives And Testimony

The American Report also previously reported in a December 18, 2020 article titled “STEALING AMERICA: ‘Former’ Communist Comey Got SCORECARD Election Hacking Source Code And Knew SolarWinds Was Not Secure: US District Court Judge Richard Leon Confirmed That ICIG Had Possession Of Montgomery’s Recorded Testimony And Hard Drives”:

According to a March 3, 2018 opinion by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Leon in the case DENNIS MONTGOMERY, et al., Plaintiffs, v. JAMES COMEY, Defendants:

At the status conference in this case, counsel for the Government defendants represented to this Court that the “hard drives are in a secure facility with the [I]ntelligence [C]ommunity’s Office of Inspector General” and that there was “no risk” that they were “going to be destroyed anytime soon”…

…Plaintiffs’ primary argument on this point is that, without preservation of the hard drives and the interview tapes, they “will lose the material evidence in this case.” Pls.’ Mot. 18. But as I have already explained, the Government has represented to this Court that there is a litigation hold preventing the destruction of either the hard drives or the interview tapes.

The Intelligence Community Inspector General from 2010 to 2018 was former FBI agent Irvin Charles “Chuck” McCullough III. McCullough, in that role, reported directly to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. McCullough was also previously employed by the NSA Inspector General’s office.

“I enjoyed a very good relationship with Jim Clapper. We got along famously” McCullough told The Hill during a December 2018 interview. McCullough initially handled the Hillary Clinton email case before he handed it over to the FBI, where the case was handled by Peter Strzok.

This is the same James Clapper whom Montgomery claims illegally commandeered THE HAMMER, with John Brennan, and turned it against Barack Obama’s political enemies and the American people.

Maria Bartiromo, on the December 11, 2022 broadcast of her FOX News program Sunday Morning Futures, asked former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe about James Baker’s transition from FBI general counsel to Twitter deputy general counsel:

Jim Baker is someone you followed closely when he was the general counsel at the FBI. Walk us through what Jim Baker has been doing, and is it any coincidence at all after pushing his Russia collusion lie he gets the top general counsel job, or the deputy general counsel job, at Twitter, after being pushed out of the FBI?

Ratcliffe replied, “Well, I don’t think that’s a coincidence at all…I don’t think that Twitter just happened to, you know, find his resume on Monster.com.”

According to a January 17, 2021 report from The Epoch Times, subsequently covered by The Federalist Papers:

Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe assessed that China interfered in the 2020 federal elections, according to a letter transmitted to Congress.

In the letter (pdf), Ratcliffe alleges that intelligence about China’s election interference was suppressed by management at the CIA, which pressured analysts to withdraw their support for the view.

Does James Baker really have the right to claim attorney-client privilege while testifying under oath before Congress, after exploiting his position as deputy general counsel at Twitter to act as a deity? To destroy evidence? To give orders to violate the U. S. Constitution? To censor American citizens? To censure journalists? Who does James Baker think he is? And who exactly is James Baker?

General McInerney (Fortnight Intelligence Briefing Hour 1)

Former U.S. Air Force Vice Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Thomas G. McInerney (Ret.) started off the program with an update and analysis of the upcoming Tuesday, November 2, 2021 Virginia gubernatorial election between Democratic candidate Terry McAuliffe (former governor of Virginia) and Republican candidate Glenn Youngkin.

General McInerney stated:

Probably around 11:00, 11:30 at night sometime [Tuesday, November 2] I’m going to tell you, because I now know, and your listeners have got to understand, the Democrats are going to deliberately use cyberwarfare, HAMMER and SCORECARD, the top secret CIA program that was stolen by Obama, and they are going to use it on the Virginia and the New Jersey elections.

McAuliffe is going so bad in Virginia, he’s nine points behind now, and he is going to be slipping the next day or two to double digit, so they are absolutely desperate because they look at all of their success dependent upon this election. And I am going to give you sources, that somewhere around 11:00 or 11:30 at night [Tuesday], I am going to tell you that the Chinese Communist Party out of China is in several precincts in Virginia. And I will give you the precincts specifically: maybe Alexandria, maybe Virginia Beach, maybe parts of Richmond, but I will give you exactly where they are hacking. And the American people must know that is their game plan now because there is no chance that this election can be won.

Now, the President, former President Trump, put out just a couple of days ago in the Wall Street Journal, talking about why it is so important, and I’ll swing back around to Virginia, but he was talking about Pennsylvania, and how it was rigged, and I am going to give you some very specific things so people understand how it was rigged.

First of all, there were 71,893 mail-in ballots that were returned after 3 November 2020 at 8:00 pm. None of these should have been counted according to the U.S. Constitution. They were late. Another 10,515 mail-in ballots from people who do not exist in the Pennsylvania voting records. Twenty thousand excess voters not yet accounted for by the Pennsylvania Department of Elections. In other words, there were more votes than voters. Then hundreds of thousands of votes unlawfully counted in secret while G.O.P. poll watchers were thrown out. And then 39,771 people voted who registered after the 19 October deadline.

So what you saw when President Trump led by commanding 785,000 votes until you get into the wee hours, start getting past midnight, eleven o’clock, midnight, and into the early morning hours, is when all of these shenanigans happened, and when they start using the cyberwarfare.

They are going to do that, I am telling you right now, just like I told the American People with the Steve Bannon show on the afternoon of 2 November, Monday 2 November 2020 that they were going to use cyberwarfare in the form of HAMMER and SCORECARD, the codeword names for the vote stealing, and I predicted what happened in the election. And I didn’t predict it by states. I am going to predict it by states what is going to happen Tuesday night [November 2, 2021]. It is going to happen in both Virginia and in New Jersey. So that’s very important. I gave you a recount of how they used the voting, all of those votes, when President Trump had that huge lead of 785,000 votes, and how they were able to swing it around.

So, it is very important, where people are sitting here, and the Republican consultants, John, are bragging and they are smug that it is going to be a runaway in Virginia, and it will be if it’s legal, but, it’s not going to be legal. Once Obama stole HAMMER and SCORECARD and started using it — he’s used it in his election when he won Florida in 2012, and they planned on using it in 2016 for Hillary — I can’t tell you, but it was thwarted. It’s going to hopefully be thwarted again this time. But they use so many different forms, and I listed them all to you, the many different ways that they use, six different ways I mentioned were used, to include seven if you include the cyberwarfare…

…In Georgia, they now disclosed this week that one million mail-in ballots were ordered by the election commission in Georgia, this was in 2020, November, that’s why it is so important we have these audits, one million mail-in ballots were ordered when it was too late to send them out…many of them when in that video when the told the people in Fulton County that they had a flood and they dismissed all of the supervisors and the poll watchers, and started pulling them out from underneath the tables. So those mail-in ballots were not even folded in the envelope — they were just pulling them out. So those are the things that they took advantage of the COVID-19 differences created because of the 2020 election.

And look at what we’ve got. Look at what we’ve got, and I am going to quote President Trump, just less than an hour ago, he was on [Fox News Justice with] Judge Jeanine, and he pointed out that of the 1.4 million people who have come over the borders so far, the open borders that the ‘O-Biden,’ notice I said the ‘O-Biden’ Administration has got open borders, that number, John, he is saying, it’s the first time I’ve heard it, should be times seven, which would mean that there are at least 9.8 million, almost 10 million people coming in the borders, which we have no control of, 20 percent of them have COVID19 or other diseases, but most of all, they are bringing in the massive influx of fentanyl, and as you know, there are almost 100,000 Americans killed in 2020, deaths due to fentanyl, it was 97,000.

John, we’ve had two biological attacks. COVID-19, which was a deliberate biological attack by the Chinese on the world, and specifically the U.S., and we have lost now, so far, 700,000. That’s more people than we lost in World War II.

Colonel Waldron (Fortnight Intelligence Briefing Hour 1)

General Vallely explained some of the key points of a detailed military plan that he and other retired U.S. military officers have jointly developed and previously proposed to the U.S. Defense Department as a contingency plan to confront the heavily-armed Mexican cartels that are actively penetrating the U.S. border. The situation has become critical because under Joe Biden the tempo of the Mexico cartels’ operations have accelerated and “ intelligence reports indicate cartel groups want to capture and occupy US towns along the border,” the very definition of a foreign military invasion.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is saying that apprehended aliens are not being tested for COVID-19.

If I were the Commander-in-Chief, I would have my national security staff and military commanders plan and execute a covert special operations strategy that would take down the Cartels and secure the southern border.
The plan is basic and involves advanced unconventional/conventional war planning. This combines the best use of our special ops, drone and air assets that will encompass intelligence, targeting, structural organization of our forces to accomplish the mission, base operations, offensive and defensive operations.
Once again, the entire area is festooned with upheaval, violence, and lawlessness as it was in 1846 [Mexican–American War].

Colonel Sellin, PhD (Fortnight Intelligence Briefing Hours 2 and 3)

U.S. Army Colonel Lawrence Sellin (Ret.), PhD, a veteran of Afghanistan and Iraq who spent a significant part of his Army career assigned to Fort Detrick, the U.S. Army base in Maryland that hosts major elements of the U.S. biodefense program, discussed COVID-19 and the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) biowarfare programs.

Colonel Sellin told John B. Wells during the second half of Fortnight Intelligence Briefing Hour 2:

The rapid evolution of China’s biowarfare strategy and what we will actually face in the future…

…The structure of China’s biowarfare program exists on three levels…

The core level is secret and military and is comprised of military research centers and military hospitals.

Layered on top of that are Chinese universities and Chinese “private research centers” like the Wuhan Institute of Virology. In China, there is no difference between civilian and military research. China uses that middle layer to access laboratories and research centers outside of China to acquire skills and knowledge and techniques which they draw back into the biowarfare program.

In the 1990s China began what I call “scientific chain migration.” They would send over Chinese Communist Party scientists and in particular People’s Liberation Army scientists to the United States. Once they established themselves, they would invite their colleagues until they reached this critical mass of people such that they could easily move these skills and knowledge and technologies back to China and eventually filter into China’s biowarfare program.

John, it is important to understand Governor DeSantis fought in Iraq, and he probably more than any governor in this country understands the danger of Iraq.

The Obama-Biden Administration set the table, brought Gulftainer into the Port of Canaveral, gave them a 35-year lease without the benefit of the required National Security Threat Analysis and CFIUS review. Those are both required in order to take a lease at one of our ports, but most importantly, at a critical infrastructure port, this should never have been allowed…

…As we looked into GULFTAINER, we determined that GULFTAINER was owned by Hamid Dhia Jafar, and we found documents — no one has ever admitted to this — but the Emir of Sharjah is the 50 percent owner of GULFTAINER.

So they were given a 35-year lease at Port Canaveral, truly 1000 feet from our nuclear submarine turning basin. Our nuclear submarines, our Trident submarines, are the most important leg of our nuclear triad that is put in place to protect this country should we ever need it.

When we looked into GULFTAINER, we found that Hamid Dhia Jafar has been under investigation for the ‘Oil-For-Superweapons’ program. He was funding Saddam’s and his brother Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s, who was Saddam Hussein’s nuclear mastermind, he was funding their nuclear WMD programs. So we knew that that was under investigation at three congressional committees and at the U.S. Treasury Department as well.

So, Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar was on the Pentagon’s Blacklist. That means he was wanted for capture or kill.

So, under the Biden and Obama administration, they brought these folks in and planted them inside the wire at our ports.

Just previous to them coming into the United States, into Port Canaveral, they had gone into a joint venture with ROSTEC / ROSOBORONEXPORT. That is a Russian company and they export the CLUB-K Cargo Container as a Trojan Horse cargo container that opens via satellite. It has a ten-year shelf life and it launches Kalibr missiles that can be tipped either with nuclear, biological, chemical, or an EMP weapon. Now, Americans understand that an EMP weapon is a ‘civilization killer.’ This is no small matter what the Obama / Biden administration has done…

…It is clear that the Obama administration put the enemy inside the wire with purpose. Understand also that our radar points north and east. That means that once something shoots, launches inside the wire, inside our country, we have no ability to shoot it down.

Alan Jones noted:

So, let’s just put a couple of different current events together. Earlier tonight Colonel Phil Waldron talked about the border, and he talked about the folks that are coming over the border right now in an invasion, a lot of them are military-age men. They are not necessarily coming from Mexico. They are coming from Africa, they may be from the Sudan or Somalia, coming possibly from Syria and other parts of the Middle East.

Well, during the Obama administration, the Department of Homeland Security and other agencies purchased massive amounts of ammunition — you know, NATO rounds, .224, where did all that go? And these military-aged men that are coming across the border, if they are matched up with arms like ‘Fast and Furious’ type of weaponry and ammunition, put that together with then GULFTAINER potentially bringing in Club-K containers that look like intermodal cargo containers but they can be put on trains, tractor-trailers, and positioned all over the United States, with the capability of an EMP, they could simultaneous to an overrun of the border with troops from everywhere from China to the Middle East to Africa running over our southern border, possibly coming down from Canada, and then hitting our electrical grid with electromagnetic pulse weapons which would destroy our civilization — you know, you lose refrigeration, you lose diesel and gas pumping, you lose communications — and then the vulnerability of our nuclear triad, which goes back to the Cold War, this is our nuclear deterrent, so it’s a combination of the missile silos like you have in North Dakota, a combination of our strategic bombers which would be the B-52s, the B-1s and the B-2s which we have a limited number of bases now for those, and then our ‘boomers’ which are the ballistic missile submarines which are on the east coast in Kings Bay, Georgia, and the west coast, Kitsap, next to Seattle.

We only have a limited number of submarines. A certain number of them sit in base at the home port. And if they are taken out by cruise missiles from the Club-K, then all the subs we have left are the ones that are on patrol in the Pacific, or in the South China Sea, or the Atlantic Ocean. We don’t know how much capability Russia and China has now to hunt down our subs. So, it’s really like the thin line — the nuclear triad is what protects us. That’s the last line of defense.

So if we our losing our southern border, we are losing our northern border, our bases — our sub bases, our long-range bomber bases — are potentially within range of these very sophisticated Kalibr cruise missiles that can launch from these containers and we have people that were working with Russia, with Saddam Hussein, they are closely connected to Iran, running our ports, where we have all of these containers coming in.

The entire supply chain is a disaster. We have got millions of containers, we don’t know what is in them.

We have a shortage of microchips. If we ever have to go to war, how are we supposed to build tanks and airplanes if we don’t even have enough chips to build a Ford F-150? We are not in a good place right now.

Mary Fanning then noted that “the first thing Obama did when he came into power when he stole the election with HAMMER and he stole the state of Florida, was he cancelled Future Combat Systems,” the U.S. Army’s biggest weapons modernization program since World War II.

Mary Fanning continued:

He completely cancelled it. When Ash Carter came in, the one thing that was left was NLOS, that’s Non-Line-of-Site ‘missiles in a box.’ We had put 13 years of R&D, $1.7 billion, just into NLOS. NLOS was cancelled by Ash Carter. Ash Carter comes from a radical background, just like everyone in the Obama Administration, which is being replicated right now. Ash Carter cancelled NLOS and within 30 days Russia showed up with it and they renamed it the Club-K. This is what we are looking at.

John B. Wells responded:

This is really, really disgusting. It appears, at least, the numbers are all over the place, this secretive Chinese billionaire bought 140,000 acres in Texas. A Chinese general buys 180,000 acres of Texas, 120,000 acres. Then it turns out that in May it was stopped because he says he was going to build a wind farm, but it just happens to be next to Laughlin Air Force Base, the biggest fighter pilot training base in the country, they say…

…It looks like we are being backed into a corner by traitors within our own government, starting with you Obama.

Mary Fanning responded:

George Washington said, ‘the time is near at hand, which must determine whether Americans are to be free men or slaves.’ And I suggest that time is right now.

As they are coming over our southern border, when they are sending in, look at Obama, or Biden — Biden can’t do anything, so it’s Obama who is the puppet master here — look at how they let the Taliban decide who was coming into America as they send an army of almost 200,000, who knows how many it is, and now we have just seen that two of them are ISIS terrorist cells that they shipped over here.

Make no mistake, this is a communist revolution inside our own country, and the American people must wake up. They must understand what is taking place, and the administration is in power because they stole the 2020 election.

We have proven in Arizona that it was stolen there. We proved that those who came in to do the audit, hired by Maricopa County, were in fact connected to the intelligence community.

As General McInerney said, and General Vallely, the CIA must be dismantled, just like the FBI. They are both corrupt institutions right now. It is time for the American people to take back their nation, because truly we are looking at whether we are going to be free men or slaves.

And when we understand what China has said, with General Chi [Haotian’s] two speeches to the CCP, that they are going to take America, and that it is either them or us, and they have no problem killing one to two hundred million Americans right now.

John B. Wells replied:

No, they don’t, and as a matter of fact, ladies and gentlemen, have you pondered the meaning of the word slave?

…The kind of slavery we are looking at, let me put it to you this way. If they want your wife, they take your wife. You got nothing to say, because you are a slave. If they want to kill her right in front of you, they will. If they want to rape you, the man of the house, they will. Why? Because they can. Why is that? Because you are a slave. You don’t have any rights. Do you understand the words that are coming out of my mouth? You must ponder this deeply…

…Do you understand that if the whole country, who believes in God, was to throw themselves down on their knees and beg Father God Almighty in Heaven to forgive our stupidity, our sloth, and our complete disregard for what we have, maybe He will save us.

But I’ll tell you what, Mary and Alan, at this point, I am not entirely convinced that there is enough will to do it. I am afraid we are going to have to taste some real pain, I mean real pain, before the American public at large is willing to throw these traitors out and deliver unto them the punishment that is due traitors throughout history. And I don’t mean just taking their bank account, I mean stringing them up, publicly. This is the only way to stop this. Because trust me, the other side, they will do it to you, and you won’t be looking real good when you take your place on the gallows either.

Now that might be a little strong for some people, but — “oh, let’s go all civilized, and just oh, that’s just too dreadful guys, let’s switch it over.”

No. Grow up, wake up, look this threat in the eye, and prepare to get it on, because you are going to get it on, whether you want to or not.

General Arbuckle

During the three hour broadcast, available now in audio streaming format, John B. Wells first interviewed U.S. Army General Joseph Arbuckle (Ret.). General Arbuckle volunteered for duty as an infantry officer in Vietnam and subsequently commanded the 1,200 Soldiers of the 55th Support Battalion at Neu Ulm, Germany, supporting the U.S. Army’s nuclear-capable Pershing missile during the height of the Cold War. According to the U.S. Army, “In 2000, Major General Arbuckle retired after 30 years of dedicated service. His legacy is evident in the latest logistics concepts and doctrine that sustain our forces.” In 2021, General Arbuckle founded Flag Officers for America, “Retired U.S.Generals and Admirals defending the Constitution.”

During the Fortnight Intelligence Briefing, General Arbuckle stated:

We will get into the one [the Flag Officers for America letter] on resignations for Secretary of Defense Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Milley in a moment, but before that, we also put one [letter] out in May which is equally important for your audience to know about, and that is, it identified the severe peril our nation is in today, because we are in a fight for our survival like we have never been before in our history going back to 1776. And that fight for our survival is our Constitutional Republic and all it represents against the forces of socialism and Marxism. You see that playing out today, and we [Flag Officers for America] published a letter on 10 May addressing that — twelve national security threats — and we had 219 senior retired generals and admirals sign that particular letter.

That’s just background information, and it leads up to the one you really want to talk about, and that’s the letter that we put together towards the middle and end of August as we saw the debacle in Afghanistan unfolding the way it was…

…As of the 30th of August, when we released the letter to the public, we had 90 signers on it. As of today, 184 retired generals and admirals have signed it…

…Secretary Austin and General Milley, by statute, are the two most senior advisors to the President of the United States in his capacity as Commander In Chief. It’s their job to give him, in situations like Afghanistan, their best military advice on what should or should not be done. And in this case, as General Milley testified before Congress on 28th, 29th of September, it was an absolute strategic failure. We all know that, and therefore, resignations are in order, and should happen…

…This debacle in Afghanistan should have never happened. President Biden, as we found out from the testimony before Congress, General Milley, General McKenzie, and the Secretary Austin, dug his feet in on the 31st of August date, and that then caused all the preparatory actions that were necessary to do that withdrawal properly, condensed into a very short timeframe, with inadequate resources, resulting in what we saw: Americans being left behind, which is unheard of.

In no time in our history, that I know of, has any president ever consciously left Americans behind in a bitter war, not to mention our allies, 83, 84 billion dollars worth of equipment, the disastrous damage it does to our reputation, to our allies, how it emboldens our enemies. I mean, this thing is going to take decades to recover from and it just should have never happened.

I still believe that General Milley and Secretary Austin should retire because of the roles they played in that particular situation.

General McInerney

Former U.S. Air Force Vice Chief of Staff General Thomas McInerney (Ret.) kicked off his interview segment of the program by declaring:

Well, let’s start out John with the nice, simple fact that World War III has begun with China.

China has an ideology, a doctrine, called unrestricted warfare, in which they use biological attacks, cyberwarfare, and, lo and behold, almost two years ago, or certainly one plus year and a half ago, we had a massive pandemic, as they call it, that came out of the Wuhan lab in China. And the fact is that that was a deliberate biological attack — you’ve still got the Philadelphia lawyers trying to figure out — but, let’s admit it, it was a deliberate biological attack from China…

…From understanding how warfare goes, and the patterns of behavior, and their doctrine, I say, and many others, a number of us, are saying, it was a deliberate biological attack on the world, followed up by a cyberwarfare attack on our 2020 election, the night of 3 November, 4 November, in which it was a massive attack on our election system.

President Trump had won 80 million votes to 68 million for Biden, but with the manipulation, primarily the six battleground states, in Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, those six battleground states were key, others impacted, and they were tipping points, using an American system called HAMMER and SCORECARD that, through — and I’ll tell you where they got it I believe — but through complicity by Americans, domestic enemies, gave it to the Chinese and they used it in our election. The fact is, China stole that election.

General Vallely

Former Deputy Commanding General for the US Army Pacific General Paul E. Vallely (Ret.), a West Point graduate who served in Vietnam and other overseas theaters, spoke about China’s takeover of Canada and China’s role in the Mexican drug cartels’ fentanyl trafficking across the southern U.S. border.

General Vallely then added:

We’ve got problems, John, but we have solutions also. If we could bring back … retired military that understand what is going on, we can turn this around for the government, hopefully working with the new president, and hopefully that would be President Trump…

…He’s got to surround himself by good people. He continues to have people that don’t understand what’s happening and he gets bad advice time and time again, even now what’s going on, advising him. He needs to bring in some of us guys that actually have a feel for what’s going on, and put him close to the situation…

…In the end, I think it [COVID-19] was an intentional leak…

…All of this has been programmed. This is all intentional, John, what’s going on right now, to dismantle the United States and change it forever. Obama said, as you remember, when he was running for president, “we are going to change America forever”…

…This isn’t by chance, John. This is by design, and this is what we have to defeat. We have to stop being naive to what is going on. With COVID, and the masking of America, shutting down American businesses, allowing all of these container ships off our shores to sit there that we can’t unload them? We don’t have the unions and the dock people able to unload all of these shipping containers? Supply chain? I mean, what’s going on here, John?

It’s not by chance. Believe me, this is all by design, to bring America down and control it, so that we will not be a superpower anymore…

…I can tell you, under General Arbuckle and our Flag Officers for America, Retired Generals and Admirals, we are going to do all we can to save this country, along with our fellow Americans, at the county level, the city level, the town level. It’s going to be bottom-up type of support that we need from Americans in our counties throughout America. Our school boards, women standing up now. So we do have an awakening, John, and it is going to increase the support and restore this country, restore our Constitution, the Republic. It’s going to happen, I’m very confident of that. We are going to do that with God’s will.

John B. Wells responded:

Well, it’s going to take Him. I think it’s going to take a lot of prayer. I’m an ardent believer in prayer, because I’ve seen its effect. Miracles do happen. My opinion ladies and gentlemen, is that we need a miracle right now…This is very, very serious stuff…it’s just exactly what General Vallely said, it has to start at the bottom.

“This is all hands on deck,” General Vallely and John B. Wells agreed.

The following statement is by Col. Lawrence Sellin:

There is a Chinese Communist Party cadre already well-established in the United States

When I began to investigate the origin of COVID-19 in January of 2020, the trail quickly led back to the U.S., specifically to a number of Chinese scientists, who were either officers in China’s People’s Liberation Army or were working with PLA scientists or with research centers like the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which are connected to China’s military.

The links between Chinese living and working in the U.S. go beyond research and includes so-called Chinese-American cultural and professional organizations, which act as de facto extensions of the Chinese Communist Party by promoting its aims inside the U.S.

Thus, forming a Fifth Column.

In the 1990s, the Chinese Communist Party began sending its virus scientists to the United States, in particular military medical scientists from the People’s Liberation Army.

One such Chinese military scientist is Shibo Jiang, who obtained his MS and MD degrees from the First and Fourth Medical University of the People’s Liberation Army.

In 1987-1990, he received his postdoctoral training in the Laboratory of Cellular Physiology and Immunology, the Rockefeller University in New York under Anthony Fauci’s HIV program.

From 1990 to 2010, Shibo Jiang held a permanent position worked in the Lindsley F. Kimball Research Institute of the New York Blood Center eventually becoming Head of its Viral Immunology Laboratory.

During that time, he received over $17 million in funding from Anthony Fauci and established an extensive network of research coloration with U.S. virus research laboratories obtaining valuable skills and knowledge.

During that entire period, Shibo Jiang also maintained an active research collaboration with China’s People’s Liberation Army, one of which, Yusen Zhou, was a key figure in China’s biological warfare program.

In a process I call “scientific chain migration,” Shibo Jiang facilitated the movement of other People’s Liberation Army scientists into his and other U.S. virus research laboratories.

One such People’s Liberation Army scientist was Shuwen Liu, who also continued his collaboration with the Chinese military while benefiting from U.S. research funding. Shuwen Liu would eventually play a key role in the creation of COVID-19.

A more recent Chinese military-connected arrival in the U.S. arranged by Shibo Jiang is Lanying Du, wife of Yusen Zhou, the key figure in China’s biological warfare program mentioned earlier.

Lanying Du is still working at the Lindsley Kimball Institute and last year received a four-year research grant from Anthony Fauci.

There are many others.

Shibo Jiang returned to China as a highly honored member of the Chinese Communist Party and professor at Fudan University in Shanghai.

Another example is Pei-Yong Shi, who was trained in the People’s Republic of China and now is a Professor in the Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology at UTMB. Since 2007, he has been an Honorary Professor at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston is a major virus research center heavily funded by the National Institutes of Health, especially Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

In August 2020, UTMB was designated by Anthony Fauci as one of the ten Centers for Research in Emerging Infectious Diseases newly funded by a NIAID grant totaling $82 million.

Perhaps not coincidentally, Fauci also designated Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance, a long-time collaborator with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, as another Center for Research in Emerging Infectious Diseases, awarding it $7.5 million.

UTMB is also the home of the Department of Defense-funded Center for Biodefense and Emerging Infectious Diseases.

UTMB has one of the few Biosafety Level 4 facilities for containing and conducting research on the world’s most dangerous viruses.

One does not need to search very deeply to find that UTMB has been penetrated by scientists of People’s Liberation Army, some believed to be linked to China’s biowarfare program.

Case in point using a single COVID-19 scientific publication published on January 20, 2021 co-authored by Pei-Yong Shi.

The first author, Zeng-guo Cao, who works in Pei-Yong Shi’s laboratory at UTMB, lists another affiliation, the Key Laboratory of Zoonosis Research, Ministry of Education, College of Veterinary Medicine, Jilin University, Changchun, China.

Zeng-guo Cao leaves out the fact that he works at the PLA’s Military Veterinary Research Institute.

The second author, Hong-jie Xia, who also works in Pei-Yong Shi’s laboratory at UTMB, collaborated with Chinese military scientists while working at Wuhan University.

The fourth and fifth authors, Xian-zhu Xia and Hua-lei Wang are both associated with the PLA’s Military Veterinary Research Institute.

It is critical to note, that the PLA’s Military Veterinary Research Institute is believed to be an important component of China’s biowarfare program, led by veterinary General Jin Ningyi.

A PLA scientist working under General Jin Ningyi, Biao He, was a key member of the team, which isolated and characterized bat coronaviruses ZC45 and ZXC21, claimed by Chinese whistleblower Dr. Limeng Yan to be the backbone of the laboratory-created COVID-19 virus.

The activities of Chinese scientists based in the U.S. has gone beyond research collaboration with counterparts in China and now appears to include active collaboration with Chinese Communist Party propaganda efforts.

These are at least partially coordinated from the Chinese-American professional organization, the Virology Division of the Society of Chinese Bioscientists in America (SCBA) of which Shan-Lu Liu of Ohio State University is president.

Shan-Lu Liu, by now, may even be a U.S. citizen.

Not only does Shan-Lu Liu collaborate with People’s Liberation Army scientists like Cheng-Feng Qin, believed to be a key figure in China’s biowarfare program, but there is evidence pointing to his role as an organizer of Chinese Communist Party propaganda in the U.S.

That propaganda coordination is done via private chat rooms online that include Chinese Communist Party scientists and members of the SCBA for which there is an email list of over 100 Chinese scientists working in the U.S.

In early February 2020, long before the origin of COVID-19 could have been determined, Shan-Lu Liu wrote an article supporting Beijing’s argument that the virus had a natural origin and was not a laboratory creation.

As recently as January 2021, Shan-Lu Liu was in communication with Zheng-Li Shi, the “bat woman” of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, who was encouraging him to enlist Chinese virologists in a public relations and media campaign in support of Beijing’s views. I have screen shots of those conversations.

Eight days before the 2020 Presidential election, after a four-month investigation of 600 U.S. groups linked to Chinese Communist Party, Newsweek magazine described the ways in which the CCP uses businesses, universities, think tanks, and Chinese diaspora social and cultural organizations within the United States to further Beijing’s political and economic interests and ambitions.

Chief among them are the numerous Chinese-American associations connected directly to Chinese Consulates in major U.S. cities.

The leaders of those associations, although U.S. citizens, do not even try to hide their allegiance to Beijing.

One such example is Fred Teng aka Teng Shao-jun, who is a U.S. citizen and President of the America-China Public Affairs Institute and AmericaChina and a member of the Board of Advisors for the George H.W. Bush Foundation for U.S.-China Relations.

According to a Chinese government website, in 2018, as a honored guest and participant in the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Fred Teng said:

“I hope that China will show more great power. China’s international influence and appeal have become stronger and stronger. A strong China is the most ardent expectation in the hearts of overseas Chinese.”

Gene Wu is a Democrat Texas State Representative and ardent China-supporter, who has been a frequent guest of the Chinese consulate in Houston and is virulently anti-Trump.

James Chen was an advisor in the Office of Texas Governor Rick Perry and continuously interacted with Chinese Communist Party officials both in the United States and in China.

What I have described is only a tiny sliver of the massive infiltration of Chinese Communist Party and People’s Liberation Army in the United States providing an already established cadre ready to do the bidding of Beijing.

Mary Fanning and Alan Jones

The American Report’s Mary Fanning and Alan Jones joined John B. Wells to discuss the recent declarations by two former U.S. Army cyberwarfare experts, Chief Warrant Officer Ben Cotton and Lt. Col. Steve Murray, that the 2020 U.S. election in Maricopa County, Arizona was hacked.

Mary Fanning revealed:

Well, we got some confirmation, John, on exactly what we’ve been putting out for some time, and that is that the elections were hacked and foreign powers reached into the machines using anonymous connections, just as we announced before the election, telling that the swing states would be stolen.

And we saw Lt. Col. Steve Murray, who had previously commanded Cyber Defense Battalion, come forward to say that foreign powers reached into those voting machines, using anonymous connections, and those anonymous connections were used through remote connections in Windows, to flip the vote.

And as we have said, and Lt. Col. Steve Murray came out and said, this is an Act of War.

Why is this an Act of War? It is because not only did our allies, but also our adversaries, [particularly] China, entered our election and flipped and stole the vote.

They didn’t have enough paper ballots. That’s when they started dumping more paper ballots.

But let me tell you, those anonymous connections, we brought forward in ABSOLUTE PROOF, SCIENTIFIC PROOF, ABSOLUTE INTERFERENCE, ABSOLUTE PERIL, with the generals and with cyber command, to prove that that vote was stolen. They flipped the vote away from Donald Trump. That was an overwhelming landslide for Donald Trump, and I hope tonight and every night that the American people are standing shoulder to shoulder, that we will bend the arc of Chinese history and they will not take America.

Alan Jones reiterated:

On October 31st, three days before the 2020 election, we published a story predicting that there would be a cyber attack on the battleground states on the November 3rd election. And that was something that did happen. We subsequently presented forensic cyber evidence with a lot more detail.

Now, since then, we are coming up on the one year anniversary of the 2020 election. You see more cyber experts come forward after having taken a close look at this election, especially in Arizona, and made their statements.

So first we had, on September 24, 2021, you remember the Cyber Ninjas. They had an expert named Ben Cotton. He was a former U.S. Army Special Forces cyber expert. He came forward with devastating details about how the Maricopa County system was connected to the internet, files were deleted, that there were missing logs, and [and] that there were anonymous logins.

Now we have another [U.S.] Army cyber expert, Lt. Col. Steve Murray, who worked with U.S. Army Pacific Command, and of course their Area of Responsibility (AOR) covers the People’s Republic of China, and he is now also verifying that there were anonymous connections and foreign interference. So, the pieces are coming together.

The proof is there. The 2020 U.S. election was stolen from President Donald Trump.

(Phil) Waldron (Ret.), who served in the U.S. Army for 30 years, is a decorated combat veteran with extensive experience in the Middle-East and Afghanistan, and has extensive operational experience in Cyber/Computer Network Operations, discussed election system hacking and the election audits in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Colonel Waldron stated:

The similarities and the patterns between the Antrim County, Michigan, Maricopa County, Arizona, Mesa County, Colorado, and then there are a couple that aren’t released yet, but when you look across the board at these vulnerabilities, they are pretty much all the same.

These systems, again these are commercial companies operating on behalf of the government to run elections, but their systems, their source code, and even the server images, are hidden from the voter, even from our representative legislators at the state level…

…These systems are not what their executive sales folks have been telling, this myth of being air gapped, that’s been debunked many times, even with the CEOs of several of these companies testifying that their systems are air gapped, they are not connected, we kind of catch them in their own comments, they said “well, there are a small number of them that have modems that are attached so that they can report early election night reporting more readily, or well it’s for ease of maintenance” …the fact is that it’s a lie — that the systems are connected, they have gotten data from the Arizona Senate [Cyber Ninjas] audit.

Again, they have gotten this from a retired Special Forces soldier [Ben Cotton — working with Cyber Ninjas], still got a Top Secret clearance and works on government projects in SCIFS, and absolutely trustworthy according to our government, and I trust him with my life, but the things that he found in the Maricopa County server…purposeful destruction of … records…purposeful back doors built into these EMS servers with connectivity open to the world…

…When you start looking at the connectivity between people, where they come from and where they move, our whole election ecosystem at the federal level is corrupted, and it really needs to be taken down and rebuilt. The Election Assistance Commission [EAC], the DHS CISA election security division, the federally-approved laboratories, the electronic voting systems, you look at that ecosystem, it’s a revolving door of people who move from one place to the other, and they have created this needy relationship between election supervisors at the state level and the county level and they have created this myth that you can’t survive, you can’t do elections without these machines…these electronic voting systems are a thing of the past, there is no future for them in the American election system if there if to be fair and transparent voting for the American people.

Former Deputy Commanding General for the US Army Pacific General Paul E. Vallely (Ret.) spoke about U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller Jr. ‘ confinement to the brig after he recorded several viral videos demanding that senior U.S. military leaders be held accountable for the Afghanistan surrender fiasco, the surrender of Bagram Air Base, and the deaths of 13 U.S. service members. General Vallely also acknowledged the case of a female soldier at Fort Bliss who was reportedly assaulted by a group of male Afghan refugees, and mentioned the drug cartels operating along the U.S. Mexico board. “We have a clueless President, he is obviously mentally incapacitated,” General Vallely stated. “I expect another bio [biological] attack from the Chinese. I don’t think they will attack Taiwan until after the Olympics,” General Vallely predicted.

U.S. Army Colonel Lawrence Sellin (Ret.), a veteran of Afghanistan and Iraq who spent a significant part of his Army career assigned to Fort Detrick, the U.S. Army base in Maryland that hosts major elements of the U.S. biodefense program, discussed the vaccine mandates, the present ineffectiveness of the current vaccines and the need for early treatment therapeutics. Colonel Sellin also spoke about China’s threat to South Asia following the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, Pakistan as the epicenter of terrorism in South Asia, and Pakistan’s use of its nuclear arsenal as blackmail to continue it’s use of terrorism, particularly against India, as an instrument of its foreign policy.

Colonel Sellin stated:

From the beginning, there has been an overemphasis on vaccines and a deliberate suppression of early intervention therapeutics. I blame the overemphasis on vaccines primarily on Anthony Fauci, who, after two failed attempts at creating vaccines for HIV/Aids and Ebola, is trying to salvage his bankrupt career with a COVID-19 vaccine to the exclusion of all other potential treatments…

It’s more than that though.

What we just saw today was breathtaking. As they interviewed General Milley, he started telling that we are going to be partners with the Taliban, these are going to be our new allies. So we’ll rehabilitate General Milley and we’ll pretend that the Taliban are our friends rather than also part of the terrorist group.

As you remember, the Holy Land Foundation trial, they told who the terrorist groups were. The Taliban is no different. They all come under Islam. This is the same people as ISIS, ISIS-K, al-Nusra, al-Qaeda. They are all terrorists. And for them to be rehabilitating the Taliban and say that these are our new allies and trading partners is a nifty little trick because what you are doing is saying “oh these are our partners, this wasn’t treason against Article III, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution of arming the enemy, so now we’ll just say that the Taliban are our ‘allies.’ That way we didn’t just arm the enemy and leave our troops dead on the ground and leave Americans behind.”

This is breathtaking what is taking place in this country, and it goes back to the stolen election.They could not have gotten away with this if this election had not been stolen and the fact is we knew that via cyber warfare the election was stolen and the information, the data has been verified, and it shows that who stole this last election of 2020? Well, that would be China, our adversary China.

General Michael Flynn’s First Interview Since Pardon: “The President Has Clear Paths To Victory”; General McInerney: “Most Dangerous Situation Since The Civil War”

Lieutenant General Michael Flynn (U.S. Army, Ret.) gave his first interview since receiving a pardon from President Trump during a special Friday evening broadcast of Worldview Weekend TV, hosted by Brannon Howse on November 27, 2020. The program also featured General Flynn’s friend Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney (U.S. Air Force, Ret.) and investigative journalist and author Mary Fanning of The American Report.

General Flynn opened his interview by sounding the alarm about the massive election fraud that took place during the November 3, 2020 election:

What’s happening in this country should never happen. And we are going through, there is no doubt in my mind, we are going through a crucible of history and if we don’t correct what it is that is happening right now over the next couple of weeks then I really hate to even think about what will happen in our country going forward into the latter part of December and certainly into the next month.

I do not believe for a second that the country will accept Vice President Biden as the next president based on what we know to be probably the greatest fraud that our country has ever experienced in our history.

General Flynn also expressed optimism, stating:

To me, it’s all positive. I was asked today on a scale of one to ten who will be the next president and I said ten, it will be Donald Trump, it will be President Trump,

There is no doubt in my mind that he won this election hands down in a landslide, probably somewhere between 350 and 400 electoral college votes.

“I am upset. I am determined. I am going to be resilient. And I believe that I reflect millions and millions and millions of people across this country who feel the exact same way that I do,” General Flynn added.

General McInerney, who introduced General Flynn at the opening of the program, commented on General Flynn’s statements and called the 2020 election fraud crises “a fast moving train”:

We are seeing the most unprecedented situation in the history of America. This is the most dangerous situation since the Civil War of keeping this nation united. And why do I say that?

The Civil War, it was just warfare. Today, you and General Flynn talked about cyberwarfare. In cyberwarfare it’s hidden, it’s mystical, you don’t see it coming. It happens. And all of a sudden 138,000 votes or 150,000 votes, all of a sudden they show up. And because we are looking at computers we assume they are all legitimate. But in this particular case, they are not legitimate.

And because of what Sidney Powell has been doing, who was General Flynn’s lawyer, and what she submitted in the state of Georgia and Michigan on Wednesday night, the night before Thanksgiving, we got a document in those lawsuits from a Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia who is a 59 year old resident of California who spent 40 years almost in the D.C. metropolitan area as a career intelligence community expert…

…Because of this declaration that he [Keshavarz-Nia] made in which I am quoted and independently confirming he uses my name, Kirk Wiebe, who was a former NSA official, a good friend of ours in working with Mary [Fanning] and I, and Dennis Montgomery, a former CIA analyst, who was really the creator-inventor of THE HAMMER and SCORECARD capabilities. And that is what we broke and we broke it on Sunday and Monday before the election saying that this was going to be an action that will happen and what transpired did in fact transpire.

The 2020 election was rife with fraud in an attempt to steal the election from President Donald Trump on behalf of Joe Biden.

“The Founding Fathers may not have known about cyberwarfare, but they certainly recognized tyranny when they saw it,” General Flynn stated before the interview.

Democratic Party operatives and foreign actors perpetuated various types of election fraud. Foreign enemies accessed the U.S. election in an attempt to steal the election from President Donald Trump.

Bad actors, both foreign and domestic, used “Man In The Middle” (MITM) proxies to cover their tracks. This was an attempt not just to steal an election but to steal America.

U.S. Arch Enemies China And Iran Accessed U.S. Elections In A Cyberwarfare Attack

Both China and Iran accessed U.S. elections via Dominion software, according to an affidavit from “a former electronic intelligence analysts” submitted by Sidney Powell.

Both of attorney Sidney Powell’s 2020 election lawsuits — the one filed in Georgia and the one filed in Michigan — state:

As explained and demonstrated in the accompanying redacted declaration of a former electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence with experience gathering SAM missile system electronic intelligence, the Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent US general election in 2020.

The American Report revealed in a November 12, 2020 article titled “Cloning The Vote: Did DEMs Use HAMMER/SCORECARD To Repeatedly CLONE Blocs Of Biden Votes?“:

Multiple injections into state election systems in 10 states of cloned, identically-sized blocks of Biden votes were used to steal the 2020 election from President Trump, according to Dennis Montgomery. Montgomery is the CIA whistleblower who was granted immunity by the DOJ and FBI for exposing illegal U.S. domestic surveillance.

The [fraudulent] votes were created by SCORECARD and other technology and then replicated multiple times [in multiple states].

Joe Biden admitted “we have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”

America can not accept domestic traitors or foreign enemies stealing the sacred right to vote — a right paid for in blood and treasure.

On October 31, 2020, three days before the 2020 presidential election, The American Report revealed that one of THE HAMMER’s exploits is an application called SCORECARD, which was designed by CIA contractor and whistleblower Dennis Montgomery in order to allow the CIA to monitor and secure foreign elections:

SCORECARD uses a prismatic scoring algorithm that Montgomery created,to achieve the desired results by those that control THE HAMMER and SCORECARD.

SCORECARD steals elections by tampering with the computers at the transfer points of state election computer systems and outside third party election data vaults as votes are being transferred [Dominion].

According to Montgomery, however, John Brennan and James Clapper, under President Barack Obama’s administration, illegally commandeered THE HAMMER and its exploits, including SCORECARD, which they used to steal the 2012 presidential election in Florida.

Attorney Sidney Powell Submitted An Affidavit From Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia, A Cybersecurity Expert Who Works With The U.S. Intelligence Community, That Discusses HAMMER and SCORECARD And Concludes That “The 2020 Election Data Were Altered”

Attorney Sidney Powell, who filed lawsuits against state election officials in Georgia and Michigan, submitted a sworn affidavit from Navid Keshavarz-Nia, a cybersecurity and counterintelligence expert. According to his speaker profile at the Official Cyber Security Summit, Keshevarz-Nia has “30 years of experience in national security spanning leadership and program execution supporting the civilian, Defense, US Intelligence Agency (USIA)” and “has led or supported the CIA, NSA, DHS US-CERT, USCYBERCOM and the FBI.”

The New York Times confirmed Navid Keshavarz-Nia’s bona fides with high praise.

The New York Times, in a September 9, 2020 exposé of a fake CIA officer titled “How One Man Conned The Beltway,” highlighted Keshavarz-Nia’s track record of providing cybersecurity expertise to the U.S. Intelligence Community:

Navid Keshavarz-Nia, those who worked with him said, “was always the smartest person in the room.” In doing cybersecurity and technical counterintelligence work for the C.I.A., N.S.A. and F.B.I., he had spent decades connecting top-secret dots.

Washington Monthly, in a September 17, 2020 article titled “The Spy Was A Grifter,” called Keshavarz-Nia a “hero” for playing a key role in cracking open the case of the fake CIA agent. “Navid Keshavarz-Nia was another hero. He had done cybersecurity and technical counterintelligence work for the C.I.A., N.S.A., and F.B.I.”

In his sworn declaration, Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia stated:

The USIC [United States Intelligence Community] has developed the Hammer and Scorecard tools, which were released by Wiki Leaks and independently confirmed by Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney (USAF, retired), Kirk Wiebe, former NSA official and Dennis Montgomery, former CIA analyst). The Hammer and Scorecard capabilities are tradecrafts used by US intelligence analysts to conduct MITM [Man-in-the-Middle] attacks of foreign voting systems, including the Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) Democracy Suite and Systems Software (ES&S) voting machines without leaving an electronic footprint.

“A Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) cyber attack was carried out by covert operators using sophisticated tools such as Hammer and Scorecard” Navid Keshavarz-Nia stated in his affidavit. “The reason election data are forwarded overseas is to avoid detection and monitoring by the USIC [United States Intelligence Community] to obfuscate the MITM.”

Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia concluded his affidavit by stating:

I conclude with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden. These alterations were the result of systemic and widespread exploitable vulnerabilities in DVS, Scytl/SOE Software and Smartmatic systems that enabled operators to achieve the desired results.In my view, the evidence is overwhelming and incontrovertible.

There is a plethora of evidence that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from President Trump on behalf of Joe Biden. This cannot stand.
