GULFTAINER, the UAE-based seaports and cargo container management company co-owned by the brother of Saddaam Hussein’s nuclear weapons mastermind Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar and that in 2010 established a joint-venture with ROSTEC / ROSOBORONEXPORT, the Russian state-owned exporter of Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System, has been kicked out of Delaware’s Port of Wilmington nearly five years after GULFTAINER signed a 50-year lease in 2018 to operate the Delaware seaport.

It remains unclear if GULFTAINER will remain in Port Canaveral. …GT USA Wilmington has missed lease payments and failed to build the container terminal, while Delaware has continued to pay for parts of the port’s operations.
“Gulftainer is out and a Massachusetts company is in at the Port of Wilmington,” Delaware Business Now also reported. “Enstructure will take over management of the port under a deal worked out with the state-owned Diamond State Port Authority.”
GULFTAINER is an affiliate of the now-collapsed Dubai-based private equity firm The Abraaj Group. GULFTAINER co-owner Hamid Dhia Jafar was a founding shareholder of The Abraaj Group by way of GULFTAINER affiliate CRESCENT INVESTMENTS.
Barack Obama’s friend at Occidental College Wahid Hamid, an international student from Pakistan with whom Obama traveled through Pakistan in 1981, was a managing partner at The Abraaj Group.

“Iran’s navy commander said his country and Saudi Arabia, as well as three other Gulf states, plan to form a naval alliance that will also include India and Pakistan, Iranian media reported,” according to a June 3, 2023 Reuters article.
Iran’s announcement that it was forming a new Islamic Bloc naval alliance came only a few days after the United Arab Emirates announced that the UAE had pulled out of a U.S. Navy-led maritime alliance.
A key security partner in the Middle East announced Wednesday that it had pulled out of an American-led maritime alliance earlier this spring, but the U.S. Navy has a different interpretation.
The United Arab Emirates said it “withdrew its participation” from Combined Maritime Task Forces two months ago after an “evaluation of effective security cooperation with all partners.”
The UAE’s Foreign Affairs Ministry statement was posted on the website of the Emirates News Agency, a state news service.
U.S. 5th Fleet, though, said Wednesday that the UAE is still a partner in the program, which is led by a Navy vice admiral and has task forces that focus on countering piracy, training and patrolling the waterways of the Middle East.
U.S. defense experts have stated that the Russians have sold Club-K to Iran and also possibly to North Korea and Venezuela. “It is known that the United Arab Emirates has shown interest in buying the Club,” defense expert Mikhail Barabanov Russia’s Center for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies (CAST) told Reuters. Club-K container cruise missile launchers are designed to look identical to standard ISO intermodal commercial cargo containers, making them extremely difficult to detect and track. Club-K containers can be moved unnoticed throughout the United States aboard ships, riverine boats, rail cars, and flatbed semi-trailers.
Club-K Russian Kalibr-class cruise missiles can carry nuclear, EMP, chemical, biological, or conventional payloads and could deliver devastation far beyond anything Americans witnessed during the Pearl Harbor and 9/11 attacks.

On September 11th and 12th, 2012 — ten years ago — during the battle of Benghazi terror attack against the US State Department’s diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, Obama Administration officials ordered a stand down of fully-ready US Air Force aircraft on the flight line at Aviano Air Base in Northern Italy — and then lied about it to the American people.
CIA security contractors Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty (both former US Navy SEALs) were killed while heroically defending the Benghazi compound from terror militias under the command of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The Iranian-led terrorists also killed US Ambassador Christopher Stevens and U.S. Foreign Service Officer Sean Smith.
President Donald Trump ordered the assasination of General Soleimani, who was killed on January 3, 2020 in a U.S. drone strike near the Baghdad International Airport in Iraq.
In an exclusive audio statement provided to The American Report, a former U.S. service member [name withheld] who was stationed at Aviano Air Base at the time of the Benghazi Terror attack told The American Report that U.S. military aircraft and crews at Aviano Air Base were already on alert and ready to go as part of a “real world exercise” when the Benghazi attack unfolded, but were ultimately told to stand down.

The American Report provided the audio statement to The Intelligence Briefing With John B. Wells On Ark Midnight Live for the Saturday, September 10, 2022 episode titled “Using Terrorism to Force the Great Reset,” which was broadcast live via the Salem Radio Network over terrestrial radio stations across the United States and over multiple streaming services.
“When we first heard of the embassy getting attacked in Benghazi, we were on alert. We got the aircraft ready to go, and we were on standby for 24 hour coverage until two days after the incident, then we were told to stand down,” the former U.S. military member told The American Report.
The former service member elaborated:
What I didn’t find out until later — I wasn’t sure who had given the order — either the USAFE [US AIr Forces In Europe] Commander or the European Combatant Commander — but all of USAFE pretty much, a week prior, was told to undergo a real world exercise.
So we generated our aircraft, they were fully loaded with live bombs and munitions.
And when we got the call that we were on alert to go to Benghazi, we were already ready.
Some people might call that coincidence, and others, like myself, I think somebody knew something.
So, we were already ready by the time the incident started happening.
However, we never got the call to go in. We were told to stand down, and absolutely no backup or anything from anywhere in Europe or US CENTCOM came or did anything about it.
General [Carter] Ham testified on June 26, 2013, before the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigation, that moments after the Benghazi attacks began, he alerted Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Martin Dempsey.
Secretary Panetta testified during a February 7, 2013, Senate Armed Services Committee hearing on the Defense Department’s response to the Benghazi attack:
There was no specific intelligence or indication of imminent attack on the U.S. facilities in Benghazi. And, frankly, without an adequate warning, there was not enough time given the speed of the attacks for armed military assets to respond.
The United States military, as I’ve said, is not and, frankly, should not be a 911 service capable of arriving on the scene within minutes to every possible contingency around the world.
General Dempsey stated during the same hearing:
There’s some places on the planet where we have some gaps and I think North Africa’s probably one of them.
The former military member who had been stationed at Aviano Air Base also told The American Report that “The attacks, from what I’ve seen afterwards, were coordinated, and this was a long time planning, which leads me to believe that somebody knew something and called USAFE to be on an unofficial standby by calling a real world exercise.”
Hillary Clinton and Susan Rice also lied to the American People. They ludicrously pushed the lie that it was a protest over an obscure film. It was Suleimani who led the attack in Benghazi. They knew. Records were ordered destroyed.
Part of the reason they lied was because they were moving weapons through Benghazi. General Flynn exposed that the Obama Administration was arming ISIS terrorists.

The now-retired general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Hillary when she worked on the Watergate investigation, says Hillary’s history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther — and goes much deeper — than anyone realizes.
Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career.
The former service member who had been stationed at Aviano Air Base concluded by telling The American Report:
To put a little visual on this, I saw the “Thirteen Hours” movie, and there was one scene where the camera pans onto a few jets with Aviano Tails [AV], and it was just dead silence. That is a pretty accurate description of what had happened. But, that’s my story, and I wish there was something more we could have done about it.
U.S. Army Colonel Lawrence Sellin (Ret.), PhD, received several emails, which he shared with The American Report this evening:
“My nephew is a Navy SEAL assigned at the time [of the Benghazi attack] to anti-piracy operations off the coast of Libya. They were ready, locked and loaded that night to go in and assist and were told to stand down.”
“And yesterday a neighbor here in Atlanta told me her daughter is a VA nurse in the DC area who’s been caring for a burn victim that was in Benghazi. Her daughter has been contacted three times over the course of his treatment by none other than Hillary herself, asking after the names of people who’ve been trying to talk to the patient. My neighbor doesn’t have a political bone in her body and isn’t aware of the newsworthiness of this item.”
“I should add that the person who sent me the information by email was a news reporter, not just someone spreading rumors,” Colonel Sellin stated.
Another former US military member told The American Report:
I was on [a US Navy ship] in the Mediterranean when our ship was called to aid and did nothing for 14 hours while they all died.
We had [dozens of] Marines locked and loaded to go. With flight ops running for 14 hours…

Amid Vladimir Putin’s Russian invasion of Ukraine, Russian ally Iran is close to receiving a new and improved Iran nuclear deal that would lift sanctions against Iran.
“Indirect talks between Iran and the United States on reviving the 2015 Iran nuclear deal are close to reaching an agreement, the chief British and French envoys said on Friday as they and their German colleague flew home to brief ministers,” Reuters reported on March 4, 2022.
The removal of sanctions would allow Iran to resume funding its tyranical theocratic regime and its global terror operations by selling oil to Europe and the United States.
Russia, like Iran, views Iraq as part of Iran. Russia and its Middle Eastern proxy Iran have taken control of Iraq’s oil resources, filling the vacuum created when the U.S. military and U.S. petroleum interests pulled out of the region.
Obama handed Russia a foothold in the Middle East they never before held before, just as Obama did when he let Putin and Russia take Crimea without any consequences.

U.S. President Barack Obama was caught on a hot mic saying to Russian President Dmitri Medvedev, “On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this can be solved, but it is important for him to give me space. This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.”
Medvedev replied. “I will transmit this information to Vladimir [Putin].”
Obama’s “flexibility” has had, and will continue to have, dire consequences.

Shawn Garvin, a former aide to U.S. Senator Joe Biden who is now serving in Delaware Governor John Carney’s cabinet, has approved two Delaware state authorizations needed to move forward a plan by Middle-Eastern seaports management company Gulftainer to construct a new intermodal cargo container terminal as part of Gulftainer’s planned expansion of Delaware’s Port of Wilmington.
Garvin, who is now the Secretary of the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), helped Gulftainer’s new container terminal project to proceed, despite his office having been advised by The American Report about Gulftainer’s joint venture with the exporter of Russia’s Club-K Container Missile System and about incontrovertible evidence that Gulftainer’s co-owner Hamid Dhia Jafar is the brother and business partner of Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, the rougue Iraqi nuclear physicist who was Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons mastermind.
“The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control issued two authorizations to the Diamond State Port Corporation (DSPC) tied to the redevelopment of the former Chemours Edgemoor site,” Delaware Business Now reported in a September 30, 2021 article titled “DNREC green lights work at planned container port as questions swirl around current operator.”
“DNREC Secretary Shawn M. Garvin signed an order Thursday approving a subaqueous lands permit and a federal certification,” according to the report.
“Gulftainer’s plan to expand to the former Chemours Edgemoor industrial site clears a couple of regulatory hurdles,” NPR member station Delaware Public Media reported on September 30, 2021.
“DNREC issued two state authorizations to the Diamond State Port Corporation connected to redeveloping the site as a shipping container site with Gulftainer,” according to the Delaware NPR affiliate.
DNREC Secretary Shawn Garvin is a former aide to Senator Joe Biden.
Garvin “served as an aide to then-U.S. Senator Joe Biden,” according to Garvin’s official biography at the DNREC.

The State of Delaware awarded Gulftainer a 50-year lease to operate the entire Port of Wilmington, a lease transaction that was never subjected to the mandated CFIUS and National Security Threat Analysis reviews.
Gulftainer plans to expand the Port of Wilmington by building a new intermodal container terminal on the site of the former Chemours chemical plant in Edgemoor, adjacent to the Port of Wilmington. Gulftainer was waiting for Shawn Garvin and his agency the DNRC to sign off on the environmental permit and the federal certification in order for Gulftainer’s Edgemoor container terminal project to move forward. The Edgemoor chemical plant was previously operated by DuPont before Dupont spun off Chemours in 2015.
According to World Bank documents uncovered by The American Report, Gulftainer is owned by two shareholders: Iraqi-born oil baron Hamid Dhia Jafar and Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah, United Emirates. Gulftainer, therefore, is partly owned by a foreign government, the United Arab Emirates.
Vice President Joe Biden set the table for Gulftainer’s takeover of the Port of Wilmington by granting Department of Transportation TIGER Grants that improved the port’s infrastructure.
In 2014, the Obama-Biden administration approved Gulftainer’s first U.S. ports deal, a 35-year no-bid lease to operate the container terminal at Florida’s Port Canaveral, adjacent to U.S. Navy submarines, a U.S. Air Force station, and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. ROSTEC owns 100 percent of the shares of ROSOBORONEXPORT, the exporter of Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System. The Club-K is designed to look identical to a standard commercial intermodal shipping container, and can be transported aboard ships, trucks, and trains. The Club-K, however, is actually an advanced weapon system that can launch Russian Kalibr cruise missiles that deliver nuclear, EMP, chemical, biological, or conventional payloads at up to supersonic speeds. The Club-K can take out an aircraft carrier.

Diamond State Port Corporation’s proposal to allow United Arab Emirates-based seaports management company GULFTAINER, through its subsidiary GT USA Wilmington LLC, to build a new container terminal along the Delaware River in Edgemoor, Delaware on the site of the former Chemours-Dupont titanium plant, presents a clear and present danger to the national security of the United States due to GULFTAINER’s extensive, decades-long derogatory national security profile.
The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), a law enforcement agency tasked with protecting Delaware’s state parks and the health and safety of Delawarians, has a moral and legal obligation to protect the citizens of Delaware and the United States from GULFTAINER and its parent organization THE CRESCENT GROUP OF COMPANIES.

“Russia’s military is now more capable than at any time since the end of the Cold War,” Bloomberg reported on September 30, 2020, citing a new report from British think tank International Institute for Strategic Studies.
Russia is equipping new naval ships including corvettes and icebreakers with Club-K units. Sea trials are underway, Russian press outlet TASS boasted in August 2020.

U.S. Missile Defense Systems Look Outward, Giving Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System An Advantage
Just one Club-K Container Missile System could launch an EMP attack that could disable America’s power grid and impede America’s ability to respond with a retaliatory strike.
In theory, Russia and other adversaries could carry out a coordinated first strike surge attack from hundreds or even thousands of Club-K Container Missile Systems secretedbehind U.S. missile defenses. Additional missile salvos could be launched from Russian Club-K units in Mexico and from merchant ships and submarines off the U.S. coasts. Likely targets would be U.S. Navy submarine bases in Kitsap, Washington and Kings Bay, Georgia, U.S. Air Force strategic bomber air bases, command and control bases, and the Boeing E4B airborne command 747s.
The Club-K has a ten year shelf life. Club-K units can be remotely activated via satellite. After Club-K units enter U.S. seaports, they can be transported to every hamlet in America via rail, riverine boats, and semi tractor trailer trucks. It is not simply America’s seaports and military bases that are at risk of attack by the Club-K, but rather, the entirety of United States.
Translations from a Russian defense journal and from a secret Iranian military handbook suggest that Russia and Iran have developed a Pearl Harbor 2.0 plan to sink the entire U.S. Navy fleet as part of coordinated asymmetrical attacks against the United States and U.S. military bases around the world.
The plan is to launch Russian Kalibr cruise missiles from submarines, freighter ships, and Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System intermodal cargo “containers” that can be smuggled into U.S. ports and moved into the U.S. interior aboard trains and semi-trucks.

President Trump imposed sanctions on GULFTAINER’s Russian joint venture partner ROSOBORONEXPORT on April 6, 2018, the exact same date on which the board members of Diamond State Port Corporation voted unanimously to lease the Port of Wilmington to GULFTAINER for 50 years. The legality of GULFTAINER’s presence in the United States is certainly questionable.

The UAE-COSCO port concession, known as COSCO Shipping Ports Ltd – Abu Dhabi, transferred control of a container terminal at the UAE’s Port of Abu Dhabi to China’s state-owned enterprise COSCO for 35 years.
The UAE’s Port of Abu Dhabi is now part of China’s One Belt One Road Initiative that has seized control of global trade routes and continues to build seaports across the globe to accommodate the communist superpower’s rapidly expanding fleet of Chinese Navy warships and submarines. China now has the largest navy in the world, with more ships than the U.S. Navy. GULFTAINER’s partial owner, the Ruler of Sharjah, is one of the seven members of the UAE Royal Family of Emirs who comprise the UAE’s totalitarian federation of seven monarchies.

Hamid Dhia Jafar, born in Baghdad, Iraq in 1947, is the owner of GULFTAINER. Hamid Dhia Jafar the Chairman of the Board of the Crescent Group of Companies, a Middle Eastern conglomerate controlled by the Iraqi Jafar family and based in the UAE’s Sharjah emirate. The Crescent Group owns GULFTAINER, GULFTAINER subsidiary GT USA, Crescent Petroleum, Uruk Project Development Company, and other Crescent Group subsidiaries.
Hamid Dhia Jafar is the brother and business partner of rogue nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, who was born in Baghdad, Iraq in 1943. Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar is the former Vice Chairman of the Iraq Atomic Energy Commission and the former chief of Saddam Hussein’s covert nuclear weapons program, code-named Petrochemicals Project/3 (PC3). Dr. Jafar is often referred to as “the father of Iraq’s nuclear program.’ Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar was also the principal architect of Saddam Hussein’s clandestine uranium enrichment program that produced weapons-grade uranium for use in Iraqi nuclear bombs.
Dr. Jafar’s expansive nuclear weapons program had 20,000 employees, 7,000 of whom were scientists and engineers. “Jafar’s empire included more than two dozen weapons plants, most of them clustered around Baghdad. He managed a legion of employees and remarkable laboratories that concentrated exclusively on fissile materials and their weaponization” according to the book Critical Mass: The Dangerous Race for Superweapons in a Fragmenting World.
NBC News referred to Dr. Jafar as “a combination of Lawrence of Arabia and Dr. Strangelove who mixes Muslim fatalism, Arab nationalism, and modern technocracy.”
Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar also oversaw technology transfer operations in support of Iraq’s chemical and biological warfare programs, according to CIA documents.
Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar is the CEO of GULFTAINER affiliate Uruk Project Development Company, establishing not only a direct Iraqi family connection, but also a direct business connection between GULFTAINER, the lessee of Delaware’s proposed Edgemoore container terminal site and Saddam Hussein’s extensive weapons of mass destruction programs.
The United States Secretary of Defense placed Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s name on U.S. Central Command’s classified Operation Iraqi Freedom ‘Blacklist’ of senior Saddam Hussein regime officials that U.S. military and Coalition partners were tasked with capturing, and in the case that U.S. or coalition service members faced resistance, to engage with lethal military force.

Saddam planned to detonate Dr. Jafar’s nuclear weapon in Israel’s port.
Like Saddam, GULFTAINER has a particular affinity for positioning its container terminals near U.S. Navy ships and submarines, especially U.S. Navy ballistic submarines armed with Trident II ballistic missiles that comprise America’s last line of nuclear deterrence and defense against China and Russia. GULFTAINER maintains a very close and long-time association with Russia, a relationship that dates back into the Soviet era.
From 2012 to 2014, GULFTAINER executed its secretly-negotiated operation ‘Project Pelican.’
Initially, GULFTAINER attempted to take over container terminal operations at Florida’s Port of Jacksonville, in a $250 million under-the-table scheme that would have made GULFTAINER a secret, silent partner at the port.
The Port of Jacksonville is located a few miles south of Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, home of the U.S. Navy’s Atlantic fleet of Trident ballistic missile submarines. The Jacksonville deal fell through in 2012 after it was exposed by a local reporter.
In 2014, however, GULFTAINER succeeded in securing a 35-year no-bid container terminal lease at Florida’s Port Canaveral, home of another U.S. Navy submarine base and adjacent to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.

In a letter to Crescent Petroleum owner Hamid Dhia Jafar, a copy of which was provided to United States Members of Congress investigating the military capabilities of Saddam’s Iraqi regime, was written and signed by Iraqi Lt. Gen. Dr. Amir Al-Saadi (a.k.a. al-Sadi), co-Deputy Minister of Military Industrialization (alongside Deputy Minister Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar) who also served as the head of Iraq’s chemical weapons program. Dr. Al-Saadi was #32 on the U.S. military’s most wanted list and Seven of Diamonds in the Iraqi Most Wanted Playing Cards.
Al-Saadi was recently named as a co-conspirator in a lawsuit filed on behalf of the survivors of the Halabja chemical weapons massacre.

“As CFIUS Staff Chair, and then as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Investment Security at the US Department of the Treasury, Aimen served as the most senior US government career official responsible for conducting US national security reviews of foreign investment, managing the disposition of over 1,000 transactions,” according to a 2019 press release. Mir was in a position to influence GULFTAINER’s CFIUS case while overseeing CFIUS cases at the Treasury Department and during an unusual eight-month stint in 2014 at the Department of Justice National Security Division.
In the cases of both GULFTAINER’s Port of Wilmington lease and GULFTAINER’s Port Canaveral lease, U.S. Treasury Department officials incorrectly argued that GULFTAINER was not required to undergo CFIUS national security investigations and National Security Threat Analysis on the flawed legal theory that because those port agreements were leases and not purchases they were not CFIUS “covered transactions.”
Aimen Mir was the two-time president of the youth wing of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). ISNA is associated with Palestinian terror organization Hamas. ISNA was named by the U.S. Justice Department as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land terrorism support case.

GULFTAINER Connected To Iraqi WMD Programs That Damaged The Environment With Radiation And Toxic Chemicals And Conducted Experiments That Tortured And Killed Killed Humans And Animals
Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s Iraqi biological warfare colleague Dr. Rihab Taha was known as Dr. Germ. “Iraq had decided to begin full-scale production of anthrax and botulinum toxin. Botulinum, being a toxin, was Taha’s favorite,” NBC News reported in an article titled “The World’s Deadliest Woman?”
Dr. Taha worked directly for Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, Saddam’s Deputy Minister of Military Industrialization.
The facts are undeniable. Dr Taha’s team grew 19,000 litres of botulinum toxin, a food poison that swells the tongue and suffocates its victim.
Two thousand litres of aflatoxin were produced, which causes liver cancer. And they also prepared gas gangrene, which causes skin to melt away.
UN weapons inspectors discovered munitions filled with these agents dumped in a river, proving they had indeed been weaponised.
According to a U.S. Air Force research report, Dr. Taha:
had earlier been responsible for tests of anthrax and botulinum at Iraq’s Salman Park facility.These tests were conducted on rats, mice, rhesus monkeys, beagles and donkeys. In unreleased video tapes seized by the U.N. two years ago, the animals that had been exposed to germ agents were shown writhing and dying in agony.
“Taha was directly responsible for those tests and some believe she may also have been responsible for human trials [of biological weapons], although she and the Iraqi government deny it,” NBC News stated.
During Operation Iraqi Freedom, radioactive material from Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s nuclear weapons and uranium enrichment programs sickened U.S. personnel on the ground that were searching for WMDs.

New information regarding the September 11, 2012 attacks on the U.S. diplomatic outpost and CIA annex in Benghazi, Libya and on the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, Egypt has been brought forward by former U.S. military personnel who were on duty that fateful night.
Several of these former U.S. service members who witnessed the unfolding events that night reveal that the attackers in Benghazi were led by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force, under the command of Iranian General Qassem Suleimani.
“Qassem Suleimani, a fanatical Islamic revolutionary, has rapidly become one of the world’s top terrorist suspects, as well as a powerful and sinister force within Iran” according to The Telegraph.
U.S. officials knew that the Quds Force was coordinating and leading the attacks in Benghazi, according to several well-placed sources.
U.S. military forces were ordered not to track or to pursue the Benghazi attackers, former U.S. military personnel confirmed.
According to Kenneth R. Timmerman, the Benghazi attack was funded with hard cash in the form of Euros smuggled into Libya from Malaysia for the Iranian Quds Force.
ADVANCED WARNINGS IGNORED
The human intelligence (HUMINT) warnings began on June 2, 2012, steadily became more serious, and started coming in via much higher-level sources, former U.S. military officials told The American Report.
By September 1, 2012, the warnings were severe enough to warrant removing all key personnel from the areas affected, the most threatened area being Benghazi. All classified or sensitive information, equipment, and personnel of key positions, under policy, were supposed to be moved to a more secure location.
On the night of the attacks, at least 35 Americans were still stationed at the State Department and CIA facilities in Benghazi. Signals intelligence began corroborating the human intelligence already coming in, verifying the threat levels.
Inexplicably, security was lessened in the areas that were targeted, even after multiple requests to increase security. On or about May 9, 2012, even more security personnel were removed for unknown reasons.
SEPTEMBER 11, 2012
On September 11, 2012, when the attacks began in Benghazi, CENTCOM was conducting a training exercise known as Internal Look 12 (IL 12), according to a former U.S. military official.
CENTCOM did not stop the training event until eight hours after the attacks began. During the attacks, no one was allowed to stop training in order to engage the attacking terrorists.
At AFRICOM, they contacted every intelligence agency. They called the watch desk. They notified the U.S. Navy 6th Fleet. They reached out to Joint Operations Command (JOC). The commanding officer at AFRICOM told them they could do nothing.
U.S. military aircraft, ships, pararescue teams, and special operators were ordered not to respond, according to former U.S. troops who were on duty during the attacks in Benghazi.
A Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) pararescue team was on 24-7 standby at AFRICOM’s Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti, a small African nation north of Somalia.
Former U.S. military personnel who were on duty the night of the Benghazi attacks unequivocally state that the airspace over North Africa was wide open, with no air traffic that would impede rescue flights.
At Spangdahlem Air Base in Germany, it was “Wheels Up.” Rescue teams were ready to go. Others were notified and on alert at Aviano Air Base and Naval Air Station Sigonella in Italy, should they need refueling.
Yet, all were told to stand down.
Fox News reported on May 12, 2016, that a squadron member from Aviano Air Base who “asked that his identity be protected for fear of retribution . . . said that a team was ready to go that night to help protect Americans under fire in Benghazi:”
His squadron got the alert: a “real world mission was going down.”
The team – at Aviano Air Base in northeastern Italy – raced to the field and was briefed, as planes were armed and prepared to launch. Hundreds of miles away, fellow Americans were under attack in Benghazi.
“There were people everywhere,” said the witness, who was on the ground that night but wished to remain anonymous. “That flight line was full of people, and we were all ready to go” to Benghazi.
Only they were waiting for the order. It never came.
“The whole night we were told that we are waiting on a call,” he told Fox News. . .
. . . The source said: “I definitely believe that our aircraft could have taken off and gotten there in a timely manner, maybe three hours at the most, in order to at least stop that second mortar attack … and basically save lives that day.”
Former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were killed in that second wave. Ambassador Chris Stevens and information officer Sean Smith were killed in the initial attack on the main compound.
“We could have been there. That’s the worst part,” the source said.
The source who spoke with Fox News challenged the military claim that a re-fueling tanker wasn’t available. He said American jets routinely refuel by using what’s called a “hot pit maneuver,” which allows the jets to land and then get fuel without shutting off the engines. . .
. . . The same frustrations have compelled Mike, a former team sergeant for a military anti-terror quick reaction force, once known as the CIF, to talk.
“For some reason they were all shut down, and I think it leads back to a policymaker somewhere because nobody in the military is going to shut down an operation,” he said. On the night of the attack, Mike was at Delta Force headquarters in the U.S. monitoring the events as they happened.
“We had hours and hours and hours to do something … and we did nothing,” he said. . .
. . . Mike echoed that: “I know everything was spun up and nothing was done.”
He added: “At our level, we were doing everything we were supposed to be doing. At everybody else’s level above us, it was political.”
During the attacks on Benghazi, there were U.S. ships off the coast of Libya, fast movers in the air, and forces on the ground that were told to stand down.
There was also Special Ops in the air that were turned around. U.S. troops were advised the State Department (DOS) had it under control, former military personnel say.
British and French forces in the region, including a French warship, offered assistance in responding to the attack in Benghazi.
All offers of assistance from allied forces were rejected, the former U.S. military members relay.
One former U.S. military official noted that the Defense Department’s GLOBAL COMMAND AND CONTROL SUPPORT (GCCS) system would have retained records of all available military assets in the region that could have launched rescue operations.
Of interest is the terrorist who was filmed running into the Benghazi mission yelling to his fellow terrorists “Don’t shoot, Don’t shoot. Dr. Morsi sent us.” The U.S. Embassy in Cairo was also under attack on September 11, 2012.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton met with Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, leader of Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood party, in Cairo in July 2012, two months before the 9/11 attacks against U.S. diplomatic staff in Cairo, Egypt and Benghazi, Libya.
Marking a stark change in diplomatic tone, one month after Hillary Clinton’s meetings with Egyptian President Morsi, Morsi met with Iranian Vice President Hamid Baqai. The unusual Egyptian-Iranian meeting took place in August 2012, just weeks before the 9/11 attacks against U.S. diplomatic staff in Cairo and Benghazi.
U.S. EMBASSY IN CAIRO, EGYPT UNDER ASSAULT ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2012, SAME DAY AS BENGHAZI ATTACK
The same night that U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and three other Americans were killed in Benghazi, the U.S. embassy in Cairo was also under assault by 2,500 enraged local nationals led by the Muslim Brotherhood.
Two former U.S. armed services personnel revealed that U.S. Marines guarding the U.S. Embassy in Cairo were ordered to lock up their weapons in the arms room while the angry mob outside the embassy was protesting and burning the American flag.
At least six protesters from the mob got over the wall and inside the embassy compound. The U.S. embassy in Cairo is sovereign U.S. territory.
At the same time that the Marine Security Guards protecting the U.S. Embassy in Cairo were ordered to lock up their weapons in the arms room, further instructions came that directed the U.S. Marines to surrender the embassy to Mohamed Morsi’s Muslim Brotherhood government.
Anne Patterson, U.S. Ambassador to Egypt, was safe and sound in Washington D.C. during the Cairo embassy siege.
Coincidentally, U.S. Army General Carter Ham, commander of AFRICOM, was also in Washington that fateful evening.
CHAIRMAN OF THE JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF GENERAL DEMPSEY AND DEFENSE SECRETARY LEON PANETTA LIED
General Ham testified on June 26, 2013, before the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigation, that moments after the Benghazi attacks began, he alerted Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Martin Dempsey.
Secretary Panetta testified during a February 7, 2013, Senate Armed Services Committee hearing on the Defense Department’s response to the Benghazi attack:
There was no specific intelligence or indication of imminent attack on the U.S. facilities in Benghazi. And, frankly, without an adequate warning, there was not enough time given the speed of the attacks for armed military assets to respond.
The United States military, as I’ve said, is not and, frankly, should not be a 911 service capable of arriving on the scene within minutes to every possible contingency around the world.
General Dempsey stated during the same hearing:
There’s some places on the planet where we have some gaps and I think North Africa’s probably one of them.
The statements of these former U.S. troops who were on duty the evening of the Benghazi attacks stand in stark contrast to the statements of Secretary Panetta and General Dempsey. Resources and military assets were readily available.
Multiple attacks on Western embassies had already taken place. Dempsey and Panetta had every reason to be on high alert as they had been forewarned by recent events.
The September 11 attacks in Benghazi and at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo were the continuation of an already-established pattern:

The mob that forced its way into the main embassy enclosure and a second British compound in north Tehran included many members of the Basij militia which is linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Some of the protesters held aloft pictures of Qassem Suleimani, the head of the IRGC external wing, the Quds force.
The long shadow of the 1979 takeover of the U.S. Embassy in Tehran was cast in 2012 as Americans were being butchered by the Iranian Quds Force in Benghazi and as an inflamed mob, led by the Muslim Brotherhood, surrounded the U.S. Embassy in Cairo.
U.S. military personnel were told that they could not rescue their fellow Americans.
Permanently etched in the minds and souls of the U.S. military personnel who were on duty the night of the Benghazi attacks is the betrayal of their fellow Americans by the Obama administration.
Desperate calls for help went unanswered. For those former American troops who were ordered not to launch a rescue mission, waiting for accountability has felt like an eternity.
At an April 30 news conference at Israel’s Ministry of Defense headquarters in Tel Aviv, Prime Minister Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu unveiled Iran’s spherical, miniaturized nuclear weapon design, an implosion device strikingly similar to “Beach Ball,” the weapon of mass destruction (WMD) masterpiece of rogue Iraqi nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar.

General Michael Hayden (USAF Ret.), who served as CIA director and NSA director, told CNN that allegations published by the “Washington Post” proclaiming that Jared Kushner considered establishing a back channel line of communication with Russian officials before President Trump assumed office were unprecedented.
“This is off the map…I know of no other experience like this in our history, certainly within my life experience,” Hayden said.
General Hayden is certainly well aware of Barack Obama’s secret, off-the-books, pre-election diplomatic mission to the Iranian mullahs during which Obama’s emissary promised that Iran would receive a better deal than it might receive from the sitting president — George W. Bush. The Obama campaign’s message: the Islamic Republic would be far happier with Obama’s policies if it would wait until the election was over.
“What manner of ignorance, chaos, hubris, suspicion, contempt, would you have to have to think that doing this with the Russian ambassador was a good or an appropriate idea?,” Hayden said.
Senator Obama’s team set up the Iranian back channel not only before Barack Obama was sworn in as president, but before the 2008 election was even held.
Senator Obama’s team sent former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine William Green Miller to meet with Islamic regime officials inside Iran, circumventing NSA surveillance. In other words, the Obama campaign had its own private emissary on the ground inside Iran, secretly negotiating with a sworn enemy of the United States that was involved in a dispute.
General Hayden pretends to be oblivious of this pre-election Obama-Tehran communication arrangement. Why is General Hayden misrepresenting these facts to the American people? Is this part of the ongoing “Deep State” seditious campaign to take down a duly elected president — Donald J. Trump?
President Obama would later repeat this scenario with another one of America’s major military adversaries when he was famously caught by a “hot mic” telling Russia’s President Dmitri Medvedev that he would have “more flexibility” on missile defense after the 2012 election.
The Obama team’s back channel to Tehran was William Green Miller, the U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine under President Bill Clinton, according to Michael Ladeen writing for PJ Media in 2014.
Ladeen, who claims to have spoken to Ambassador Miller for his article “Obama’s Latest Big Lie: ‘We Have No Strategy,“ Ambassador Miller confirmed to me his conversations with Iranian leaders during the 2008 campaign.”
Such conversations would have constituted a clear violation of the Logan Act. The “Washington Post” is now claiming Kushner could have been guilty of the same violation had he followed through with establishing a secret communication channel with Russia.
Ambassador Miller was appointed by President Clinton as ambassador to Ukraine after Miller’s decades-long absence from the State Department. Miller had years earlier left the State Department as a form of protest against the Vietnam War, according to an interview archived at the Library of Congress.
Miller, whose grandfather is from Ukraine, once expressed that he was so appalled by McCarthyism that he was fearful of a career in diplomacy. Miller initially took the foreign service exam in 1955, but chose not to pursue a career with the State Department during the height of communist investigations at the House and Senate. Miller instead embarked on a doctoral journey at Harvard University.

In 1959, as the McCarthy era investigations were winding down, someone inside the State Department signaled to Miller that the time to join the State Department was now or never.
Like President Obama himself, who was mentored in Hawaii by suspected KGB officer and known CPUSA member Frank Marshall Davis, Obama’s secret envoy to Iran, William Green Miller, was mentored by revolutionary Marxist, communist labor organizer, and literary critic Frederick Wilcox Dupee. Dupee was an associate of Soviet spy Whittaker Chambers, who at one time worked for the GRU but eventually switched sides and became an anticommunist.
Like Frank Marshall Davis, Ambassador Miller’s mentor Dupee joined the CPUSA and handed out communist literature to the longshoremen’s union — Davis in Honolulu and Dupee in New York City, where Miller grew up. Davis and Dupee were fellow members of CPUSA’s League of American Writers.
NEW YORK – Amid debate over President Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran, two retired military officers contend their accumulation of evidence from open and intelligence sources shows Tehran already has a nuclear-weapons capability.
Retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely and U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Dennis B. Haney assert that since 1979, a cabal of nations has aided and abetted Iran in its efforts to develop a robust nuclear program under the guise of generating a nuclear-energy system.
And they believe the White House is fully aware.
In an interview, Vallely told WND that President Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry and chief White House adviser Valerie Jarrett “are treading on treason under the U.S. Constitution for aiding and abetting Iran, a known enemy of the United States, while throwing Israel, a longtime U.S. ally, to the wolves.”
They charge the cabal is mainly comprised of Russia, China and North Korea, which have worked behind the scenes in collaboration with Iran to put all the parts in place.

The assistance includes providing the material needed to make a bomb. Vallely and Haney believe Iran can make a bomb now, and a “breakout” nuclear test detonation is imminent.
‘Treading on treason’
Vallely told WND that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “knows that Israel has little option but to launch a pre-emptive military strike on Iran, and I suspect Saudi Arabia will assist Israel militarily when the attack occurs.”
“Signing a nuclear agreement legitimizes Iran’s nuclear weapons future, while removing sanctions that gives Iran access to billions of dollars that can be diverted to advancing Iran’s terrorist goals against the United States and Israel,” Vallely said.
Haney agreed.
“President Obama has given the green light to the potential destruction of Israel by signing this agreement while Iran swears ‘death to Israel,’” Haney told WND.
“President Obama knows Iran has the bomb, and he knows Iran plans a nuclear attack on Israel. Obama has never liked Israel; he does not see Israel in the future of the Middle East that he sees dominated by radical Islam.”
Haney said Obama “is simply covering his tracks with this nuclear agreement with Iran.”
“The point is that Obama already knows Iran has the bomb and the entire negotiation has been nothing more than a charade, a smoke screen to cover up that Iran already has the bomb,” he said.
“The White House and Secretary of State Kerry know that Iran already has nuclear weapons capability and, to protect Obama’s legacy, the White House does not want it known Iran was allowed to develop nuclear weapons on Obama’s watch,” he explained.
“This way, a pathway for Iran to get the bomb has been created and put in place, so when Iran finally announces it has a nuclear weapon, Obama can argue that Iran simply got the bomb quicker than anybody anticipated, but not in violation of the agreement.”
He declared: “Iran is a nuclear weapons power now!”
In a joint statement, Vallely and Haney say an accumulation of available evidence shows a coalition of Russia, China and North Korea have assisted Iran since 1979 in achieving a nuclear weapon, despite sanctions, under the guise of a domestic nuclear energy program.
Vallely explained to WND that he and Haney have taken a systematic approach to evaluating each component needed to deliver a nuclear weapon, from the development and testing of a ballistic missile system, to the design of a nuclear weapons warhead, to the development of the weapons-grade uranium needed to produce a bomb.
“To come to our conclusion that Iran is a nuclear weapons power right now, we supplemented publicly available research, plus information from intelligence sources, including Iranian resistance groups such as the National Council of Resistance of IRAN, NCRI,” Vallely explained. “With the assistance of Russia, China and North Korea, Iran has developed and tested every component needed to develop and deliver a nuclear weapon against Israel.”
WND reported in February that the NCRI, in a Washington, D.C., press conference, added to a series of disclosures it made regarding Iran’s secret nuclear weapons program more than a decade ago. NCRI has claimed Tehran is operating a secret uranium-enrichment site northeast of the capital city that was not disclosed during the recent negotiations to the United States or to the United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency, IAEA.
Vallely and Haney made clear in their statement their conclusion that Iran will soon detonate its first nuclear device.
“Iranian government observers, research scientists and senior military officials have been on-site in North Korea for all their tests of nuclear component systems,” they said. “In essence, Iran has had the benefit of North Korea doing their development and testing for them.”
They said Russia, China and North Korea “always had the latitude and time to develop and test warhead design, fissionable material and detonation testing.”
“Iran participated in most all of the scheduled testing onsite.”
Vallely and Haney said the “release of up to $150 billion in Iranian assets, as a part of the sanctions against Iran, guarantees Iran further funding their nuclear weapons program and their terrorist proxies, Hezbollah and Hamas and others to include Assad of Syria.”
‘Ties to Iran’
Vallely and Haney combine their analysis of Iran’s nuclear weapons capabilities with an argument that Obama, Kerry and Jarrett have close ties to Iran that influence their political judgment.
All three allowed the United States to sign a nuclear weapons agreement with Iran knowing Tehran could develop a nuclear weapon today and realizing that an atomic Iran would be an existential threat to Israel, the retired officers said.
“Barack Hussein Obama, raised and schooled in Islam, mentored by American Communist Party member Frank Marshall Davis, with his primary adviser being Iranian-born Valerie Jarrett, has crafted a plan that guarantees Iran will have a nuclear weapon,” they said.
“The copy of the agreement handed out in English for the American delegation did not replicate the copy handed out in Farsi for the Iranians. The American delegation did not bring this up,” Vallely and Haney said.
“The Iranian delegation read both the English and Farsi-worded agreements, and declared that while they agreed with the one in Farsi, the one in English was not the same and was in no way acceptable to them.
“Prime negotiator John Forbes Kerry, himself a communist sympathizer during the Vietnam War, came out this past May with the admission that he has a daughter who married an Iranian-American who has extensive family ties to Iran,” they noted.
In 2009, Kerry’s daughter, Vanessa Bradford Kerry, married a Los Angeles-based Iranian-American physician, Dr. Brian (Behrooz) ValaNahad, who was born in New York, educated at UCLA, attended medical school at Yale and completed his internship and neurosurgery residence at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
The Nemazee connection
WND has reported the ties between American–Iranian Hassan Nemazee and John Kerry and Hillary Clinton.
Nemazee, prominent in Democratic Party fundraising since Bill Clinton’s second term in the White House, is an American-Iranian now serving time in federal prison for criminal bank fraud. Nemazee’s family fortune in Iran traces back to the Iranian opium shipping trade with China that began in the mid-1800s.
Nemazee’s credentials in raising money for Democratic Party presidential hopefuls is impressive. In 2004, he served as Kerry’s presidential campaign fundraising chairman in New York, and in 2008, he served prominently as one of Hillary Clinton’s most successful national presidential campaign fundraising chairmen.
Coincidentally, Jarrett was born in Shiraz, Fars Province, Iran, in Nemazee Hospital, named after Hassan Nemazee’s father, who had the distinction of transitioning the Nemazee family opium trade with the Far East into the 20th century.
‘Let’s provide Iran nuclear fuel’
WND reported that during his first presidential debate with President George W. Bush in 2004, Kerry, then the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, argued that the U.S. should provide nuclear fuel to Iran. Kerry said the U.S. should trust Tehran, as had President Clinton with North Korea, that the Iranians would not use the fuel to make a bomb.
In the early 1970s, Pyongyang had begun to acquire nuclear fuel and plutonium processing technology from the Soviet Union to expand North Korea’s IRT-2000 research reactor that was gradually diverted to nuclear weapons development.
Then, in October 1994, former President Jimmy Carter announced from Pyongyang that Kim Il-sung had accepted the broad deal later formalized as the “Agreed Framework.” Within less than a decade, North Korea withdrew from the Nonproliferation Treaty and prohibited IAEA inspectors to actively monitor Pyongyang for nuclear weapons activities.
Vallely and Haney, both members of the independent Citizens’ Commission on Benghazi, made clear they are speaking for themselves regarding Iran and not on behalf of the commission.
