Declaration Of North America (DNA) Is A Declaration Of War Against The United States Of America And Her People: The Grand Heist

By Mary Fanning and Alan Jones | January 14, 2023

The Declaration of North America (DNA), signed on January 10, 2023 by Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, President Joseph R. Biden, and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in Mexico City at the 10th North American Leaders’ Summit (NALS), is nothing short of a Declaration of War against the United States of America and her people.

Much like the architects of the Federal Reserve, during their secret 1910 meeting on Jekyll Island, Georgia, hatched a plan to deceptively hijack the U.S. dollar and the U.S. economy by establishing the Federal Reserve System, Biden, Obrador, and Trudeau have hatched a de-facto illegal treaty to surrender the sovereignty of the United States to foreign states Mexico and Canada. Exactly what World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab asked for.

According to the DNA statement posted on the White House website:

The leaders are determined to fortify our region’s security, prosperity, sustainability and inclusiveness through commitments across six pillars:

1) diversity, equity, and inclusion

2) climate change and the environment

3) competitiveness

4) migration and development

5) health; and

6) regional security.

Following a meeting between the three leaders, Biden said: “In today’s interconnected world, we cannot wall ourselves off from shared problems. We are stronger and better when we work together, the three of us, and together we made enormous progress.”

Mexican Government And Cartels Deepening Ties With China’s CCP

Reuters reported in a December 12, 2016 article titled “After Trump’s win, China and Mexico move to deepen ties”:

China and Mexico pledged on Monday to deepen ties at a meeting between their top diplomats following last month’s U.S. presidential election victory of Donald Trump, who has tested Washington’s relationship with both countries…

…Mexico last week awarded two deepwater oil blocks to China’s Offshore Oil Corporation during a historic auction that was part of the country’s energy reform.

“The China-Mexico relationship is back on again,” said Evan Ellis, a research professor at the U.S. Army War College who specializes in China’s presence in Latin America.

ProPublica reported in an October 11, 2022 article titled “How a Chinese American Gangster Transformed Money Laundering for Drug Cartels: Xizhi Li pioneered a new method that enriched Latin American drug lords and China’s elite. A DEA investigation found the Chinese government may have been involved”:

In 2017, Drug Enforcement Administration agents following the money from cocaine deals in Memphis, Tennessee, identified a mysterious figure in Mexico entrusted by drug lords with their millions: a Chinese American gangster named Xizhi Li…

…Li and his fellow Chinese money launderers married market forces: drug lords wanting to get rid of dollars and a Chinese elite desperate to acquire dollars. The new model blew away the competition…

…“At no time in the history of organized crime is there an example where a revenue stream has been taken over like this, and without a shot being fired,” said retired DEA agent Thomas Cindric, a veteran of the elite Special Operations Division. “This has enriched the Mexican cartels beyond their wildest dreams.”

As they investigated Li’s tangled financial dealings, U.S. agents came across evidence indicating that his money laundering schemes involved Chinese government officials and the Communist Party elite. China’s omnipresent security forces tightly control and monitor its state-run economy. Yet Li and others moved tens of millions of dollars among Chinese banks and companies with seeming impunity, according to court documents and national security officials.

The Wall Street Journal reported on December 22, 2022:

Chinese chemical companies are making more ingredients for illegal fentanyl than ever.

Among the available products are compounds with obscure names such as N-Phenyl-4-piperidinamine, which Mexican cartels purchase to make into fentanyl. The opioid has become the most deadly illegal drug the U.S. has ever seen

…Chemical companies in China target Mexican buyers online. The companies say they accept payment in cryptocurrency, and they use encrypted channels to talk with customers…

…Some Chinese nationals working with cartels moved to Mexico and adopted local names as part of money-laundering rings, say federal prosecutors…

…Conversations about fentanyl between China and officials from the Drug Enforcement Administration and State Department have ceased, according to Biden administration officials and to Rep. David Trone, a Maryland Democrat who was recently co-chair of a federal commission on opioid trafficking.

While The U.S. Military Saved Europe And The World From The Axis Powers Germany And Japan, Mexico Only Sent One Military Unit Outside Mexico To Fight In World War II

During World War II, Mexico only sent one military unit, the 201st Fighter Squadron, which was trained in the United States, outside of Mexico to fight World War II in the Philippines. Although Mexican Americans fought in World War II as U.S. service members, the Mexican government never mobilized any Mexican military units during World War II outside of the 201st Fighter Squadron. Mexico only lost three pilots during combat.

Beyond Mexico: Iran To Position Warships In The Panama Canal

The Washington Free Beacon reported in a January 11, 2023 article titled “Iran To Station Warships in Panama Canal: Iran entering Pacific Ocean for first time”:

Iran’s navy is set to station warships for the first time in the Panama Canal, a critical trade route in America’s backyard that has never before seen an Iranian military presence…

…Iran in recent years has placed a greater focus on moving its military into Latin American territories as it strengthens relations with anti-American dictators in the region, most notably in Venezuela…

…Joseph Humire, a national security analyst who focuses on Latin American issues as executive director of the Center for a Secure Free Society think tank, said Iran has been laying the groundwork for this type of voyage by holding joint exercises with allies such as Russia and China, two nations that have also been strengthening their ties with Latin American countries.

The Biden White House, the Government of Mexico, and Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau all published on their respective websites a press-release style statement called Declaration of North (DNA). All three nations’ websites published identical wording, in English.

The White House published “Declaration of North America (DNA) on the page Briefing Room Statements and Releases. The White House included a press-release style “###” at the bottom of the page.

The Government of Mexico published “Declaration of North America (DNA) on its “Prensa” page, which translates into “press.”

The Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau published “Declaration of North America (DNA)” on its Statements page.
