DOOMSDAY SOCCER BALLS: IRANIAN AND NORTH KOREAN NUCLEAR WEAPONS MIRROR DR. JAFAR’S IRAQI “BEACH BALL”; IRAN TELEGRAPHS INTENT

By Mary Fanning and Alan Jones | July 8, 2018

At an April 30 news conference at Israel’s Ministry of Defense headquarters in Tel Aviv, Prime Minister Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu unveiled Iran’s spherical, miniaturized nuclear weapon design, an implosion device strikingly similar to “Beach Ball,” the weapon of mass destruction (WMD) masterpiece of rogue Iraqi nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar.

Spherical nuclear implosion devices such as Dr. Jafar’s “Beach Ball” are powerful nuclear bombs compact enough to be mounted on missiles. Continue reading

The Perfect Storm: Port Canaveral’s Gulftainer Tied To Russia’s ‘Club-K’ Container Missile Launcher, Jafar’s Iraqi Nuclear ‘Beach Ball,’ North Korea, KGB’s Primakov, And Iran Deal As Russia Enters ‘Endgame’

By Mary Fanning and Alan Jones | October 27, 2017

DR. JAFAR’S IRAQI ‘BEACH BALL,’ WHEN COUPLED WITH RUSSIA’S CLUB-K, PRESENTS A NATIONAL SECURITY NIGHTMARE THE U.S. CANNOT AFFORD TO RISK.

The next time you watch a freight train pass by a railroad crossing, or hear the evocative sounds of the mournful horns of trains passing in the night or railroad crossing warning bells as flatbed rail cars double-stacked with cargo containers roll by, or see a flatbed semi-truck hauling a cargo container down the highway, keep in mind that President Barack Hussein Obama and his administration awarded Saddam Hussein’s rogue nuclear mastermind access to Florida’s Port Canaveral cargo container terminal, a U.S. port of entry that gives Russia and its Axis of Evil client states unfettered access to the entire United States.

This paper will explore how the confluence of several seemingly disparate factors have come together to create a perfect storm, threatening the United States and the West.

The tectonic shift of (i) the placement of Saddam Hussein’s nuclear scientist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar and Gulftainer inside the wire at Port Canaveral with a 35-year container terminal lease through a secret operation known as ‘Project Pelican’ (ii) the dawn of Russia’s Club-K container missile launch system, (iii) The Jafars’ and Gulftainer’s joint venture with Russia’s state-owned Rostec, which owns 100% of the shares of Rosoboronexport, the exporter of the Club-K, (iv) Dr. Jafar’s miniaturized nuclear weapon, known as the ‘Arab bomb’ or ‘Beach Ball,’ (v) the Jafar family’s long-term relationship with Russia and the KGB/SVR and GRU intelligence services revolving around nuclear, chemical, and biological WMD, (vi) Dr. Jafar’s collaboration with North Korea on weapons delivery systems, and (vii) the similarities between Dr. Jafar’s ‘Beach Ball’ and the miniaturized nuclear weapon seen with Kim Jung-un, has become the perfect storm of danger, both on and off our shores. Center for Security Policy | “What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

CENTER OCCASIONAL PAPER EXPOSES NIGHTMARE SCENARIO:
OMINOUS TIES RAISE ALARMS ABOUT FOREIGN ENTITY’S LEASE AT U.S. PORT

(Washington, DC): A new Center for Security Policy Occasional Paper authored by two intrepid and indefatigable researchers, Alan Jones and Mary Fanning, has brought to light a shocking fact: The family of Iraqi nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, considered to be “the father of Iraq’s nuclear weapons program,” has been awarded a 35-year lease for cargo container operations at Port Canaveral, Florida.

According to Mr. Jones and Ms. Fanning’s paper, entitled “What Could Possibly Go Wrong?” Secret Deal Allows Company Tied to Saddam’s Nuclear Bombmaker, Iran and U.A.E. to Manage Key Florida Port Facilities, Secretary of the Treasury Jack Lew unilaterally approved the lease for Gulftainer – a Middle Eastern ports company owned by the Emir of Sharjah of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Iraqi businessman Hamid Dhia Jafar – following two years of secret talks.
It is deeply concerning that Lew and the Obama administration decided to forego any national security threat analysis by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) which certainly seems in order given the nature and implications of this deal. After all, a similarly fraught arrangement – a contract for Dubai Ports World to manage a number of U.S. ports a decade ago – was submitted for CFIUS approval, and ultimately aborted.

In addition to being an important seaport in its own right, Port Canaveral is in close proximity to a number of key U.S. facilities – including the Navy’s East Coast ballistic missile submarine base, two U.S. Air Force Space Command bases and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. Continue reading

Just a few months after September the 11th, when I think we all conclude that, however horrible September the 11th was, it could have been far worse had the terrorists had access to chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons. – John R. Bolton

America is facing a grave national security nightmare at Florida’s Port Canaveral.

After an apparent Clinton pay-to-play operation, Barack Hussein Obama administration officials handed over control of Port Canaveral’s cargo container operations to the brother of Saddam Hussein’s chief WMD nuclear physicist, Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar.

Port Canaveral is home to a U.S. Navy submarine base and sits within the nexus of U.S. Air Force and NASA space operations. Canaveral is also the second largest cruise ship port in the world.

The “secretly-negotiated” 2014 backroom deal, code named “Project Pelican,” covertly awarded the Crescent Group’s GT USA LLC a 35-year container terminal lease at Port Canaveral. GT USA is owned by Gulftainer Company Limited, a unit of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based Crescent Group of Companies.

Crescent Petroleum, another Crescent Group affiliate, came under investigation in 1993 by the U.S. Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control and three House of Representatives committees (Foreign Affairs, Banking, and Ways and Means) to determine if Crescent Petroleum, the “privately owned” oil and gas company, was a “front company acting for Saddam Hussein,” according to The Independent and congressional records.

Iraqi businessman Hamid Dhia Jafar, Founder and Chairman of the Crescent Group, is the brother and business partner of Iraqi nuclear physicist and spymaster Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar. Dr. Jafar is considered to be the father of Saddam Hussein’s rogue nuclear weapons program. Continue reading
