Hunter Biden, acting as an unofficial back channel undercover emissary on behalf of his father Vice President Joe Biden and President Barack Obama, helped to merge Russia and China in the New Eurasian Communist Axis against the United States. The finale of the Perestroika Deception and the Sino-Soviet Deception is on full display.

The Biden family business of recklessly bringing the United States into a seemingly inevitable two-front war against near-peer communist adversaries Russia and China traces back to the early 1970s, when the Soviet-linked Council for A Livable World shepherded young Joe Biden into political power by endorsing him for his first U.S. Senate race.

Decades later, detailed forensic examinations of computer data recovered from The Laptop from Hell, a MacBook Pro that Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden forgot to pick up from a Delaware computer repair shop, in addition to statements made by former Biden family business partner Tony Bobulinski (a former U.S. Navy officer), have exponentially expanded our understanding of the Biden family’s alarming connections, as business partners and deal brokers, to both communist China and Russia.

The Biden family’s connection to Russian energy company ROSNEFT and to ROSNEFT CEO Igor Sechin were revealed by Hunter Biden’s one-time business partner Tony Bobulinski.

The Biden family’s connection to Sergey Chemezov, CEO of Russian technology and weapons conglomerate ROSTEC, was revealed in a New York Post analysis of a copy of Hunter Biden’s laptop, where Chemezov was penciled into Hunter Biden’s calendar.

The timeline of Hunter Biden’s 2012 meetings with China’s then-vice president Xi Jinping and ROSTEC CEO Sergey Chemezov, as well as Hunter’s role in brokering Chinese energy company CEFC’s proposed purchase of a $9 billion stake in Russian energy company ROSNEFT, led by CEO Igor Sechin, leads directly to the PROJECT PELICAN operation.

In her book “Laptop from Hell: Hunter Biden, Big Tech, and the Dirty Secrets the President Tried to Hide,” Miranda Devine writes “The plot thickens when you find that Hunter had breakfast with [Ara] Abramyan at his Moscow home on February 16, 2012. He flew to Russia straight after a lunch in Washington with then-Chinese vice president Xi Jinping.”

On February 14, 2012, Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton held a State Department lunch honoring Vice President Xi Jinping of China. Jill Biden, John Kerry, Henry Kissinger, and Madeleine Jana Korbel Albright, among others, attended the lunch with Xi.

With the full approval and assistance of President Barack Obama and Hunter’s father, Vice President Joe Biden, the meticulously-planned, secretly-negotiated PROJECT PELICAN operation placed the Iraqi Jafar family’s UAE-based seaports and container management company GULFTAINER, that has close connections to Russia, Iran, and China, inside the wire at Florida’s Port Canaveral.

Both Hunter Biden and GULFTAINER affiliate Crescent Petroleum were involved in strategic energy business alliances with ROSNEFT, led by ROSNEFT CEO Igor Sechin, a former KGB agent tightly connected to fellow KGB veteran spy Vladimir Putin, and connected to ROSTEC, led by another KGB veteran spy, Sergei Chemezov.

It appears that the PROJECT PELICAN operation involved not only Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, President Obama, and Vice President Joe Biden, but also, Hunter Biden.

Bidens Brokering Energy Deals Between China And Russia

Tony Bobulinski, Hunter Biden’s former business partner, exposed that the Biden family was brokering a business deal between Russia and China whereby Chinese energy company CEFC would purchase a $9 billion stake (14%) in ROSNEFT, the Russian energy company led by CEO Igor Sechin.

The Biden Family were “right in the middle of” of the proposed CEFC – ROSNEFT deal, according to a Bobulinski’s interview with Tucker Carlson on October 4, 2022.

Interesting, considering that the Biden Administration shut down U.S. domestic oil production and U.S. pipelines and drained the U.S. strategic petroleum reserves while the U.S. faces the possibility of a two-front war against China and Russia. Yet, Hunter Biden was facilitating energy deals between America’s adversaries Russia and China, making certain they were flush with petroleum. At what point does deal making become treason, when serving the enemy?

Based upon an analysis of the timeline of Hunter Biden’s movements and his brokered deals, it appears that Hunter Biden was one of the point men who interfaced with powerful ex-KGB agents running Russian enterprises that established business ties to GULFTAINER in the immediate run-up to GULFTAINER’s PROJECT PELICAN operation. The Project Pelican operation turned over America’s strategic seaports to America’s adversaries.

Hunter Biden’s Business Associate,“Russia’s Darth Vader” Igor Sechin

Hunter Biden was not only meeting with Russian oligarchs and CEOs. Igor Sechin was Russia’s former Deputy Prime Minister.

GULFTAINER was doing business with Igor Sechin, a U.S. Treasury Department Specially Designated Nation (SDN) under UKRAINE SANCTIONS Executive Order 13661. GULFTAINER’s PROJECT PELICAN lease contract with Port Canaveral specifically prohibits the Jafars from doing business with SDNs. That one fact alone makes GULFTAINER’s Port Canaveral lease null and void.

GULFTAINER’s 50-year lease at Delaware’s Port of Wilmington is also in jeopardy. GULFTAINER reportedly “has not made a lease payment in more than a year – indicating a delinquent amount to taxpayers of at least $3 million,” according to a letter quoted in the Wilmington News Journal that was sent to Delaware’s governor from a Delaware lawmaker. Jeff Bullock, Delaware’s secretary of state, said GT USA owes its creditors $100 million, according to the paper.

Both Hamid Jafar and Jafar Dhia Jafar were involved in the oil for WMD super weapons scam with Saddam Hussein and with the Russians. The Treasury Department lists the Jafars’ Russian business associate and their partner in the Jafars’ holding Dana Gas, Igor Sechin, as an SDN (Specially Designated National). The Port Canaveral contract prohibits the Jafars from doing business with SDNs or Blocked Persons as Igor Sechin is designated as presenting a threat to the United States. The Jafars’ false information presented through their creation of downstream false front companies was to create a false picture hiding share allotments and their true business associations.

“Former Soviet spy … [Igor] Sechin is widely regarded to be the head of the Kremlin’s siloviki clan, made up of nationalist hardliners with a security or military background,” according to The Guardian.

Some Russia observers have speculated that Sehin is more powerful than both Medvedev and Putin.

The Washington Post wrote in 2014:

When Igor Sechin was working as President Vladimir Putin’s deputy chief of staff a decade ago, visitors to his Kremlin office noticed an unusual collection on the bookshelves: row after row of bound volumes containing minutes of Communist Party congresses.

The record stretched across the history of the party and its socialist predecessor — from the first meeting in March 1898 to the last one in July 1990, a year and a half before the Soviet Union collapsed.

Sechin perused the documents and took notes, says Dmitry Skarga, who at the time was chief executive of Russia’s largest shipping company, OAO Sovcomflot.

“He was drinking from this fountain of sacred knowledge so that Russia could restore its superpower status and take its rightful place in the world,” Skarga says.

Sechin’s back-to-the-future fascination with his country’s communist past is something he shares with Putin, who, soon after coming to power in 1999, restored the music (though not the lyrics) of the Soviet-era national anthem and later described the collapse of the U.S.S.R. as the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the 20th century.

Sechin is an open admirer of socialist icons such as Cuba’s ailing Fidel Castro, the late anti-U.S. Venezuelan leader Hugo Chávez and the executed Argentine Marxist Che Guevara, says Victor Mashendzhinov, who studied with Sechin at college. As a young man, Sechin served alongside Cuban fighters in the Cold War hot spots of Angola and Mozambique.

The two former fellow KGB officers and Russian government officials who work closely with Vladimir Putin are ROSNEFT CEO Igor Sechin, and ROSTEC CEO Sergei Chemezov.

Data on Hunter Biden’s laptop confirmed that the Bidens were working with ROSNEFT CEO Igor Sechin on the Chinese CEFC deal, and also that Hunter’s calendar revealed that Hunter had a meeting scheduled in Moscow with Sergey Chemezov, the CEO of ROSTEC.

Travel records obtained by Judicial Watch reveal that on February 15, 2012, Hunter Biden flew to London and then on to Moscow, Russia.

Chemezov is the not only the CEO of ROSTEC, but was also the CEO of ROSTEC’s wholly-owned subsidiary ROSOBORONEXPORT, the exporter of Russia’s Trojan Horse CLUB-K Container Missile System. ROSTEC / ROSOBORONEXPORT entered into a joint venture with GULFTAINER in 2010.

Russia’s CLUB-K is an advanced weapon system that appears identical to a commercial intermodal cargo container. However, hidden inside each CLUB-K unit are four Russian Kalibr cruise missiles which launch out of the “intermodal container” and can deliver nuclear, EMP, biological, chemical, or conventional payloads.

“This Club-K is game changing with the ability to wipe out an aircraft carrier 200 miles away” [Robert] Hewson [of Janes Defence Weekly] told Britain’s Telegraph.

Russia’s CLUB-K cruise missile launchers can be innocuously transported aboard container ships, semi trucks, and rail cars, all the while blending in with commercial intermodal containers.

What Is GULFTAINER, And Who Owns GULFTAINER

Gulftainer is a Middle Eastern seaports management company co-owned by Iraqi oil baron Hamid Dhia Jafar, the brother and business partner of Iraqi rogue nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar.

Hamid Dhia Jafar and his brother Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, who served as Saddam Hussein’s nuclear mastermind, are descended from Iranian royalty — the Qajar dynasty, according to late American lawyer Northcutt Ely, who also claims the the Jafar brothers are direct descendants of the Prophet Mohammad. The Shiite Qajar dynasty ruled Persia (now Iran) from 1785 to 1925.

The Pentagon placed Dr. Jafar on the Operation Iraqi Freedom CENTCOM Blacklist of Saddam Hussein regime officials wanted for capture or kill.

The Iraqi Jafar family, including Hamid Dhia Jafar, owner of Crescent Petroleum and co-owner of GULFTAINER, also partnered with ROSNEFT and ROSNEFT’s CEO Igor Sechin, as well as Russian weapons and technology conglomerate ROSTEC and ROSTEC’s CEO Sergey Chemezov.

Previous to receiving leases at U.S. seaports, GULFTAINER and the Jafars entered into a joint venture with the exporter of the CLUB K, ROSTEC / ROSOBORONEXPORT, led by ROSTEC CEO Sergey Chemezov.

We know that by 2012,the same year GULFTAINER was actively seeking a lease at Florida’s Port of Jacksonville, only a few miles from Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Hunter Biden was flying to Moscow for meetings with the ROSTEC’s Chemezov and other Russian oligarchs.

It was in 2012 that GULFTAINER tried for the first time to gain entry into the United States. Gulftainer was caught trying to arrange a secret silent partnership, with a $250 million under the table payment, to take over Florida’s Port of Jacksonville.

The Port of Jacksonville is located a stone’s throw away from Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay. Kings Bay is the home of the U.S. Navy’s Atlantic Fleet of Ohio Class nuclear-powered submarines, known as “boomers,” armed with Trident missiles capable of carrying nuclear weapons. The U.S. Navy’s submarines are the most important leg of America’s nuclear triad that provides a deterrent against preemptive attack by Russia and China.

PROJECT PELICAN brought Saddam’s Hussein’s rogue Iraqi nuclear mastermind Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, GULFTAINER, and GULFTAINER’s Russian partner ROSTEC / ROSOBORONEXPORT, inside the wire at Florida’s Port Canaveral, adjacent to Canaveral Air Force Station (subsequently renamed Canaveral Space Force Station), a U.S. Navy submarine base, and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.

No one charged with the responsibility to protect the United States of America’s homeland, except for a subversive, would have brought GULFTAINER inside the wire at U.S. seaports.

The risk presented by GULFTAINER’s control of container terminals at US seaports in Florida and Delaware is the potential that GULFTAINER may allow Russian Club-K Container Missile Systems to enter the United States, where Russia could remotely activate them for a future surprise attack, such as Russia’s Pearl Harbor 2.0 war plan to sink US Navy vessels in their home ports. Russia forecast their intentions in a Russian defense journal which The American Report translated.

U.S. Military Faces Daunting Task Using Radar To Detect Cruise Missile Attacks Against Homeland, Such As Launches From Russia’s Club-K Container Missile System

“Land-attack cruise missiles can be launched from the air, ground or sea and because they fly at low altitudes under powered flight, it is difficult for radars to detect them,” DefenseNews reported in July 2022. “For cruise missiles, decision makers may have only a couple of minutes and salvos of cruise missiles can attack from different directions.”

The DefenseNews report also states:

Budgets for cruise missile defense of the homeland in fiscal 2022 and 2023 were modest, with combatant commands including NORTHCOM placing additional funding for development in so-called wish lists rather than in base budget requests and hoping that Congress ultimately supplies the dollars.

Development of the Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS), a blimp carrying sensors designed to detect cruise missiles, has been delayed for years while the cruise missile threat from Russia and China has rapidly escalated. “The Pentagon’s plan to defend the U.S. homeland from cruise missiles is starting to take shape after a prolonged period of development because until recently, the threat was perceived as a more distant regional one, a senior Air Force official said,” according to the DefenseNews report.

A July 2022 report from the Center For Strategic And International Studies (CSIS) called “North America Is a Region, Too: An Integrated, Phased, and Affordable Approach to Air and Missile Defense for the Homeland” provides little to no reassurance that the United States is anywhere near prepared to defend the homeland from the threat of cruise missiles launched from Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile Systems aboard ships, trucks, and trains positioned both outside and inside the United States:

Once an adversary bomber or submarine launch platform sorties out, it should be tracked to constrain its options by holding it at risk from the air or below the surface. The best way to defeat an air-launched cruise missile is before launch—targeting the delivery platforms with forward-based fighters or other means in Northern Canada and Alaska to canalize adversary approach options. A Mk 48 torpedo is likewise an especially effective way to defeat sea-launched cruise missiles—while still aboard the threat vessel. If the missile is launched at any distance, OTHRs [Over The Horizon Radars] can provide warning of subsonic missiles hours in advance of their arrival.

Notably, the CSIS report focuses on air-launched or submarine-launched cruise missiles traversing across sectors near “Northern Canada and Alaska” en route to the U.S. homeland. What happens if Russian Kalibr cruise missiles suddenly, and without warning, launch from trucks, trains, or river boats already sitting deep inside the U.S. interior?

Simply put, the U.S. is not prepared for such a scenario. According to CSIS’s report, it will be impossible to protect everything.

Despite this alarming vulnerability in U.S. homeland defense from cruise missiles, the Biden Administration has approved $40 billion in military aid to Ukraine between August 2021 and August 2022, according to one recent estimate.

Aviation and cargo security expert Glen Winn, who is also a former Secret Service agent, was interviewed by telephone by the authors several times in September and October 2016. Winn asserted that “while we may not be able to check every cargo container coming into the country without bringing global commerce to a standstill, it is imperative that the lessees to America’s ports receive the proper national security threat analysis. That is the point at which you maintain your national security.”

Yet, the Obama-Biden Administration, not only brought Dr. Jafar’s family inside the wire at Port Canaveral, but set the table for the Iraqi Jafars and their Middle-Eastern company GULFTAINER by awarding TIGER infrastructure grants to Port Canaveral and bypassing the federally-mandated CFIUS National Security Threat Analysis of GULFTAINER’s PROJECT PELICAN 35-year lease deal at Port Canaveral.

“The Project Pelican” deal that awarded GULFTAINER with a 35-year lease to Port Canaveral took place twelve weeks after Gulftainer executive Badr Jafar visited the Obama White House. The Obama White House visitor logs disappeared shortly after The American Report referenced Badr Jafar’s visit.

In November 2017, US Navy Four-star Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons (Ret.), former Commander, US Pacific Fleet, wrote an opinion piece for the Washington Times highlighting the dangers of GULFTAINER and Russia’s CLUB-K Container System that Fanning and Jones had presented in The Perfect Storm.

Gulftainer is positioned inside Port Canaveral a mere 1000 feet from the U.S. Navy’s Trident Turning Basin, where Ohio Class nuclear-powered submarines carrying Trident submarine-launched ballistic missiles armed with nuclear warheads are docked on wharfs.

According to CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, PROJECT PELICAN was not the only dangerous thing that came into Port Canaveral.

Montgomery states that S90 and Cesium entered Port Canaveral in cargo containers on three separate occasions. While Montgomery claims that he reported that information to James Comey’s FBI, there is no understanding of what, if anything, the FBI did to investigate or counter such a threat. “Strontium-90 is with Cesium a major radioactive product of nuclear fission,” according to radioactivity.eu.com.

On July 17, 2014, President Barack H. Obama, speaking before a crowd of dignitaries at the Port of Wilmington, Delaware, on July 17, 2014, announced:

Hunter’s father, Vice President Joe Biden, was setting the table with TIGER infrastructure grants awarded to several U.S. ports where GULFTAINER was handed 35 and 50 year leases without the required CFIUS national security threat analysis investigations.

In the aftermath of this national security fiasco, Representative Dan Donovan (R-NY), sponsored H.R.7213, the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Act of 2018 that President Trump signed into law in 2018. President Trump also reformed CFIUS by signing NDAA 2019, which included the Foreighn Investment Risk Review Modernization Act (FIRRMA).

President Trump also imposed sanctions on ROSOBORONEXPORT in 2018.

However, H.R. 7213 or FIRRMA matters not without a responsible federal government with the intention to protect the American people from nuclear weapons and to enforce the rule of law.

Russia’s CLUB K is a very real-world type of WMD threat that H.R. 7213 designed to stop.

Hours after Hunter Biden met with then-vice president of China Xi Jinping in Washington DC, Hunter Biden flew to Moscow for a scheduled meeting with Sergey Chemezov, CEO of ROSTEC.

ROSTEC is the Russian weapons and technology conglomerate that owns CLUB-K exporter ROSOBORONEXPORT and had entered into a 2010 joint venture with GULFTAINER called GULFTAINER RUSSIAN TECHNOLOGIES.

Then, in 2014 the Obama-Biden Administration facilitated GULFTAINER’s takeover of Port Canaveral’s container terminal with a 35-year lease while bypassing the required national security threat analysis.

GULFTAINER’s container terminal is only 1000 feet from U.S. Navy Ohio Class nuclear powered submarines armed with Trident missiles carrying nuclear warheads. The Trident submarines are the third and most important leg of America’s nuclear triad.

The U.S. Air Force Boeing E4B Advanced Airborne Command Post, designed for operation during a nuclear conflict, occasionally flies in and out of Patrick Space Force Station, a short distance away from GULFTAINER’s terminal.

National security had gone out the window, either deliberately or purposefully, all while bypassing the required CFIUS national security threat analysis.

As CEO of ROSTEC, Sergey Chemezov oversaw the joint venture with GULFTAINER. GULFTAINER therefore became a partner with the company that exports the CLUB-K — The very same GULFTAINER that Is now inside the wire at Florida’s Port Canaveral.

Under the Obama – Biden Administration 2010 was a banner year for strategic alliances between Russia and subsidiaries of the Iraqi Jafar family’s conglomerate THE CRESCENT GROUP, the parent company of subsidiaries GULFTAINER (container terminals and seaports management) and CRESCENT PETROLEUM (oil and gas).

In 2010, both of those Iraqi Jafar-family companies – affiliates GULFTAINER and CRESCENT PETROLEUM – entered into deals with large Russian companies linked to the Russian government and Vladimir Putin, yet the Obama-Biden administration still brought GULFTAINER inside the wire in 2014.

In 2010, GULFTAINER entered into a $500 million Joint Venture with Chemezov’s ROSTEC called GULFTAINER Russian Technologies.

Hamid Dhia Jafar’s son Badr Jafar signed the deal between GULFTAINER and ROSTEC, as Vladamir Putin personally oversaw the signing ceremony.

Also in 2010, GULFTAINER affiliate CRESCENT PETROLEUM, owned by Hamid Dhia Jafar, entered into a $630 joint project with Russia’s energy company ROSNEFT, led by CEO Igor Sechin. So, GULFTAINER was in a joint venture with the Russian energy company — ROSNEFT — and the same KGB agent-turned CEO – Igor Sechin — with whom the Bidens were brokering energy deals with Xi Jinping and CEFC.

The Moscow Times reported in an August 22, 2010 article titled “Rosneft to Invest $630M in Crescent Venture”:

Rosneft will invest $630 million in a joint project with a United Arab Emirates oil firm to drill for gas in the Middle East, Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin said Saturday.

The state-run oil company joined Emirates-based Crescent Petroleum in a gas concession in May in the emirate of Sharjah, the first regional project for Russia’s largest oil producer.

Sechin, who chairs Rosneft’s board, said the partners aimed to start production in 2013 at the field, which is estimated to contain 70 billion cubic meters of gas and 16 million metric tons of gas condensate.

Sechin said the project, in which Rosneft will hold 49 percent, was discussed Saturday by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and former Iraqi Prime Minister Ayad Allawi, now a legislator, as Moscow is seeking to boost its presence in the region…

Even in 2022, the Biden Administration is actively assisting the Iraqi Jafar family’s businesses. In 2022, the Biden Administration awarded $250M financing to GULFTAINER affiliate Crescent Petroleum / Pearl Petroleum for the Jafar family’s Iraqi petroleum project, after Biden shut down U.S. oil production and U.S. pipelines.

The New York Post reported in an August 3, 2022 article titled “Hunter Biden involved in 2018 deal to send grain from Ukraine to China”:

Hunter Biden was involved in a 2018 project by Burisma Holdings to export grain from Ukraine to China, a document from his abandoned laptop shows.

The scandal-scarred first son’s signature was among those on a Burisma board resolution dated July 27, 2018 that concerned the “Sino Ukraine Silk Road Grain Port” project…

…Former CIA officer Joseph Cofer Black, a fellow Burisma board member, was also among those who signed off on the project, the document shows.

Some Russia observers have speculated that Sehin is more powerful than both Medvedev and Putin.

The Washington Post wrote in 2014:

Sechin perused the documents and took notes, says Dmitry Skarga, who at the time was chief executive of Russia’s largest shipping company, OAO Sovcomflot.

“He was drinking from this fountain of sacred knowledge so that Russia could restore its superpower status and take its rightful place in the world,” Skarga says.

Newsweek reported in a January 25, 2016 articled titled “Russia’s Putin: I’ve Always Liked Communist and Socialist ‘Ideas’”:

At a forum in Stavropol on Monday, [Russian President Vladimir] Putin … insisted his attitude to Communist ideas had never wavered and that to this day he keeps his party membership ticket at home.

“You know that I, like millions of Soviet citizens, over 20 million, was a member of the Communist Party of the USSR and not only was I a member of the party but I worked for almost 20 years for an organization called the Committee for State Security,” Putin said, referring to the KGB.

“I was not, as you know, a party member by necessity,” he said. “I liked Communist and socialist ideas very much and I like them still.”

According to KGB defector Major Anatoliy Golitsyn and Christopher Story (former adviser to the U.K.’s Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher), the Perestroika Deception was a KGB/SVR operation designed and conducted to deceive the United States, the U.K., and NATO into thinking that “the West ‘won the Cold War’, that the enemy ‘disappeared’, that ‘Communism is dead’, that the Soviet Union ‘collapsed’ and that Russia had embarked upon ‘progress towards democracy.’”

The Perestroika Deception and the Islamic Bloc were meant to weaken the U.S. military through endless wars on terror, and to set the stage for Vladimir Putin’s takeover of the Middle East, even as U.S. strategic nuclear forces atrophied.

With the U.S. military mired in Primaokov’s deadly project known as the ‘War on Terror,’ America took its eyes off the mushrooming threat from its old Cold War adversary Russia.

Former Romanian Foreign Intelligence Service Chief General Ion Mihai Pacepa, the former Eastern Block’s highest-ranking defector and a longtime U.S. intelligence asset, stated in 2018 that President Obama routinely capitulated to Russia and appears to possess some intelligence connections to the Kremlin.

In his February 2018 “PJ Media” essay which was scrubbed from PJ Media’s website but is still available at The American Report under the original title “I Should Know: Dems’ Intel Abuse Is Reminiscent of My Work for Ceausescu,”Pacepa noted about President Obama:

“I will negotiate with Russia to take our ICBMs off hair-trigger alert and to achieve deep cuts in our nuclear arsenal,” Obama told the country on February 18, 2008, when he announced his foreign policy as future U.S. president. “I will cut investments in unproven missile defense systems. I will not weaponize space. I will slow down our development of future combat systems.”

In a private message for Vladimir Putin, picked up by an inadvertently hot microphone, Obama — now president — was more explicit. He told Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev: “On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this can be solved, but it is important for him to give me space.”

No wonder Obama was enthusiastically endorsed by the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). In a column entitled “Big Political Shifts Are Underway,” Joelle Fishman, the chairman of the CPUSA Political Action Committee, emphasized that the CPUSA was now part of Obama’s coalition. Nor is it any wonder that when Obama became president, the first open member of a Communist Party was working at the White House. Van Jones (now a CNN contributor) had belonged to an organization named “Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement (STORM).”

To a knowledgeable eye, Obama’s actions suggest he might have had some intelligence connection with the Kremlin, such as Whittaker Chambers once had. In 2010, the FBI arrested ten Russian intelligence officers documented as native-born Americans who were serving as spies in the United States. President Obama then returned them to Russia before they were interrogated by the FBI about their spying tasks.

Barack Obama was mentored by suspected KGB operative, Communist Party USA (CPUSA) member #47544 Frank Marshall Davis and is deeply connected to the Silvermaster spy ring.

Davis was observed photographing the geography of Hawaii’s coastline and was on the FBI’s classified Security Index of Americans to be arrested in the event of an outbreak of conflict between the USSR and the United States and NATO. And according to Tony Bobulisnki, the Biden Family were “right in the middle of” a proposed deal in which Chinese energy company CEFC planned to purchase a $9 billion (14%) stake in Igor Sechin’s ROSNEFT.

Reuters reported on October 4, 2022 that the Biden Administration has offered to swap Russian arms trafficker Viktor Bout for WNBA star Brittney Griner and former Marine Paul Whelan, but has not yet received a serious reply from Russian officials.

Hunter Biden Had Access To DoD Encrypted Email System, Maxey Discovered On ‘Laptop From Hell’; President Obama Provided Bidens With Special Encrypted BlackBerry Phones Running Off THE HAMMER; Obama Gave Order: No Surveillance On The Bidens

If one wonders how the Bidens could covertly communicate with U.S. adversaries while circumventing Five Eyes intelligence agency monitoring of overseas communications, the answer may lie in the fact that, according CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, Biden Administration officials were provided with special encrypted phones running off of THE HAMMER super surveillance system, that President Obama designated as off-limits for monitoring of the Bidens.

Obama White House Provided 1200 Preloaded BlackBerry Devices To Trusted Insiders

The Obama White House provided 1200 preloaded BlackBerry devices to trusted Obama team insiders, including Hunter Biden, according to Montgomery. Those 1200 BlackBerry phones were preloaded with a special digital ‘Rolodex.’

The 1200 BlackBerry devices were similar to the BlackBerrys used by Hillary Clinton and President Obama.

According to Montgomery, the Obama White House presented in 2009 a list of names of individuals who were specifically designated for exclusion from any and all surveillance by THE HAMMER. Joe Biden and Hunter Biden were on that ‘exclusion’ list, and were not supposed to be surveilled by THE HAMMER, says Montgomery.

Brennan and Clapper disregard the ‘exclusion’ list order and used THE HAMMER to spy on Hunter Biden and Joe Biden anyway, according to Montgomery.

BlackBerry devices communicated over a closed encrypted secure network known as PIN-to-PIN messaging that does not traverse the internet. The 1200 BlackBerry devices provided to Obama team insiders worked directly off of THE HAMMER.

THE HAMMER VAULT

Each of those 1200 White House-provided BlackBerry devices was set up with the capability to access THE HAMMER VAULT and the secrets it held, according to Montgomery.

THE HAMMER VAULT is a secret data center repository where valuable illegally-collected surveillance data vacuumed up by THE HAMMER, including corporate and military intellectual property and U.S. defense secrets, were securely stored and made accessible only to Obama team insiders.

Some of the sensitive information stored in THE HAMMER VAULT may have been subsequently passed to U.S. adversaries including Russia and China according to Montgomery. The FBI and the DOJ are in receipt of that entire body of evidence.

This information regarding Hunter and Joe Biden was known at the highest levels of the Obama Administration’s FBI and DOJ, including FBI Director James Comey, FBI General Counsel James Baker, U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curits, and FBI Special Agents Walter Giardina and William Barnett, according to Montgomery.

An explosive website details THE HAMMER’s intellectual property surveillance targets. The website lists thousands of American businesses, individuals, and organizations from which surveillance data was illegally harvested by THE HAMMER. THE HAMMER targeted a jaw-dropping number of U.S. military and intelligence officials. “

The illegally harvested data was used for the purpose of “blackmail and leverage” according to Montgomery.

“All Federal agencies were hacked and information collected on the agency, including the White House and their employees,” the website states…

…The FBI and DOJ knew what Hunter Biden and Joe Biden were doing. They had the proof. They buried that evidence that showed America was being redistributed and sold out to her adversaries.

More Revelations From The Laptop From Hell: Hunter Biden Had Use Of DOD Secure Mode Of Communication

Jack Maxey, who obtained a copy of Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop and who brought information from that laptop to the Washington Post, and also approached numerous U.S. Senators and Representatives about Hunter’s laptop, stated during appearance on the April 2, 2022 episode of The Intelligence Briefing, titled “Laptop from Hell”:

The most shocking thing for me was early on in this process, on about day four or five, we found root certificates that seem to give Hunter access to the DoD computer systems. Some of them seem to have administrative access which seems to allow Hunter to make email accounts within that system. My first concern as always was national security.

Jack Maxey delivered a digital copy of Hunter Biden’s laptop to the Washington Post on June 14, 2021 and again on October 21, 2021.

“Federal agents investigating President Biden’s son Hunter have gathered what they believe is sufficient evidence to charge him with tax crimes and a false statement related to a gun purchase,” the Washington Post reported on October 6, 2022.

But those are the least of the Biden crime family’s transgressions, as the FBI is all too well aware.
