Time For A Second American Revolution

The United States is no longer a constitutional republic.

It is a nation in the final transition to a one-party totalitarian state, modeled after the People’s Republic of China with whom those controlling the U.S. government are colluding.

Patriotic Americans must now recognize that the federal government, as an institution, is hopelessly corrupt, that, even though we have elections, we do not have Congressional representation, and that the country is governed by a two-tiered justice system, not determined by the rule of law, but by one’s power, wealth and political beliefs.

The erosion of the Constitution and the theft of our Constitutional rights have been happening incrementally and quietly over a long period of time.

Under Barack Obama and with the tacit approval of the Republican Party, those efforts accelerated, when he delivered on his promise to fundamentally transform the United States, stealthily, into a one-party totalitarian state.

The election of Donald Trump temporarily delayed the destruction of our constitutional republic and publicly exposed the bipartisan establishment’s intent to do so.

According to Angelo Codevilla, the United States already has a bona fide ruling class that transcends government, a political aristocracy that sees itself as distinct from the rest of society and as the only element that may act on its behalf. The ruling class considers those who resist it as having no moral or intellectual right, and, now, any civil right to do so.

Republican leaders neither contest that view nor vilify their Democrat counterparts because they do not want to challenge the ruling class, they want to be part of it. The GOP leadership has gradually solidified its choice to no longer represent what had been its constituency, but to adopt the identity of junior partners in the ruling class. By repeatedly passing bills that contradict the views of its voters, the Republican Party has made political orphans of millions of Americans.

No matter how idealistic the foundations of the United States are or how honorable its previous history, the accumulation of excessive power in the federal government has transformed it into a dysfunctional super-state dedicated to maintaining its own power, operating completely outside of Constitutional constraints and accountability to the American people.

As noted by Jim Garrison, when a government is ruled by men unconstrained by law, there are few things that power cannot do. It can make political allies rich or political enemies paupers. It can waste billions of dollars without accountability and destroy an economy without responsibility. It can make incompetent men high officials or make extraordinary men corpses.

The globalists who control the U.S. government, whether from the inside or the outside, are philosophically and financially allied with and seeking the same outcome as the Chinese Communist Party, state capitalism and totalitarianism.

They see the United States, not as a nation, but as land and people to exploit to increase their own personal power and profit.

Without election integrity, the only means available to restore our constitutional republic is a bottom-up political insurgency.

Patriotic Americans must, together, unequivocally state that Joe Biden is a usurper, who attained power in a fraudulent election.

Any orders or policies emanating from his Executive Branch are, therefore, illegitimate.

A political insurgency takes root as a network of locally governed areas, where the federal government is unable or unwilling to effectively govern or whose mandates are rejected by the local population.

In those cases, local governance is considered more legitimate because federal policies diverge significantly from constitutionality or local values and cultural norms.

A political insurgency grows as it replaces the federal government’s responsibilities to provide proper security, public services, quality of life, education and justice.

Primary among those is protection against both criminal elements and illegal federal government intrusion furnished by local law enforcement and a fully-armed, trained and deputized citizenry.

Once autonomous local security is established, a political insurgency would pursue the objectives of reform and nullification of unconstitutional federal government mandates.

The reform component of political insurgency seeks to compel the federal government to alter or discontinue its destructive policies through local civil disobedience and non-compliance.

Nullification involves a broader roll back of federal governmental authority in a geographically defined area creating greater regional autonomy.

In 1858, just three years before the start of the American Civil War, Abraham Lincoln said:

“I believe this government cannot endure, permanently half slave and half free…that a house divided against itself cannot stand…I do not expect the Union to be dissolved… I do not expect the house to fall… but I do expect it will cease to be divided… it will become all one thing or all the other.”

We are now at a similar crossroad in our history.

The United States will become all one thing or all the other, either a constitutional republic or a one-party totalitarian state.

SARS-COV - POLYBASIC CLEAVAGE SITE - THE AMERICAN REPORT

Evidence Indicating COVID-19 Is A Designed Bioweapon With A Toxic Structure That Bay Be Replicated In Vaccines

A previous article at The American Report identified two “smoking guns” supporting the conclusion that COVID-19 was created in a laboratory.

First, a de facto scientific recipe for the laboratory creation of COVID-19 was described in the 2018 research grant application to the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) submitted by scientists who directly collaborated with the “bat woman” Zheng-Li Shi of the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The research proposal explicitly states that bat coronaviruses, collected in southern China by the Wuhan Institute of Virology, would be isolated and genetically sequenced, particularly the spike proteins, which are the binding elements initiating infection.

It was further proposed that spike proteins demonstrating “high risk” for human infection would be artificially combined with other bat coronavirus “backbones,” creating entirely new and potentially dangerous coronaviruses.

The second smoking gun in the DARPA grant application was the artificial insertion of furin polybasic cleavage sites, short sequences of amino acids e.g. proline-arginine-arginine-alanine or PRRA, long-known to increase infectivity and lethality of coronaviruses.

COVID POLYBASIC CLEAVAGE SITE

The enzyme furin is ubiquitous in the human body, found in multiple organ systems including lungs, heart, kidneys, brain and blood vessels.

The PRRA sequence found in COVID-19, does not exist in any of hundreds of close bat coronaviruses relatives from which COVID-19 could have evolved.

The 2018 DARPA research application proposed to artificially insert furin polybasic cleavage sites, like PRRA, into low-risk bat coronaviruses and then testing the ability of those laboratory-created viruses to infect human cells.

That application was ultimately rejected by DARPA because it involved dangerous “gain of function” experiments creating new human-infecting viruses, which also have the potential for dual use as bioweapons.

It is important to note that the section of the COVID-19 genetic code (CGG-CGG) that produces the “RR” segment of the PRRA sequence is extremely rare.

The two tandem CGG codons do not appear anywhere else in the COVID-19 genetic code, nor does it exist in that context in any close bat coronavirus relative of COVID-19.

Thus, CGG-CGG is a unique marker both as an indicator of its laboratory origin and its potential role as a designed feature of the disease process.

According to a 2020 scientific article, the COVID-19 furin polybasic cleavage site (PRRA) and its surrounding structures may be far more toxic than first realized.

The approximately 20 amino acids surrounding COVID-19’s furin polybasic cleavage site possess sequence and structural elements comparable to those of Staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB).

SEB acts as a “superantigen” and immune system activator stimulating the release large amounts of cytokines, often called “cytokine storm” and capable of producing multi-organ hyperinflammation similar to toxic shock syndrome.

The authors also state that COVID-19 mutations strengthen its “superantigen” character.

As a confirmation of those observations, the same authors demonstrated that monoclonal antibodies directed against Staphylococcal enterotoxin B “superantigen” inhibit the entry of the COVID-19 virus into cultured cells.

It may be no accident that China’s People’s Liberation Army’s Third Military Medical University has done extensive research on SEB and “superantigens,” because that center has been implicated in the creation of COVID-19 and is associated with the recent monoclonal antibody “cure” announced for COVID-19.

Caution, therefore, is warranted regarding mandating COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, which initiate the synthesis of spike protein inside the human body and may replicate the toxic structures introduced into COVID-19, potentially becoming a causative factor in organ inflammation.

A scientific abstract published on November 8, 2021 concludes that the mRNA vaccines:

dramatically increase inflammation on the endothelium and T cell infiltration of cardiac muscle and may account for the observations of increased thrombosis, cardiomyopathy, and other vascular events following vaccination.

Finally, it may be purely coincidental that Moderna, a biotechnology company that produces a COVID-19 mRNA vaccine, holds a patent (US 10,501,513 B2), filed on February 7, 2017, describing “protein cleavage” sites and including a complementary genetic sequence matching that for the furin polybasic cleavage site found in COVID-19.

Smoking Guns, Designed Mutations, And The U.S. Government Cover-up Of The Laboratory Origin Of COVID-19

If you are wondering why U.S. intelligence agencies are incapable of identifying the origin of COVID-19 and why the U.S. government shows no interest in pursuing that issue, wonder no more.

There is a deliberate cover-up underway because the rich and powerful multi-national interests that control the U.S. government are massively invested in China’s economic success and many U.S officials and scientists could be accused of complicity in the creation of COVID-19.

The scientific recipe for the laboratory creation of COVID-19 was described in the 2018 research grant application to the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) “Project DEFUSE: Defusing the Threat of Bat-borne Coronaviruses” submitted by Peter Daszak of the EcoHealth Alliance and his primary co-applicants Zheng-Li Shi of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Ralph Baric of the University of North Carolina and Linfa Wang of Duke University-National University of Singapore, a Chinese scientist who also worked at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

In the same year, all the applicants participated in The 8th International Symposium on Emerging Viral Diseases in Wuhan, China, October 21-22, 2018.

The application was ultimately rejected by DARPA because it involved dangerous “gain of function” experiments creating new human-infecting viruses and the potential for dual use as a bioweapon.

DARPA, however, left the door open for partial funding and it is very likely that experiments were already ongoing in the laboratories of the principal investigators at the time the application was submitted.

The research proposal explicitly states that bat coronavirus samples, collected in southern China by the Wuhan Institute of Virology, would be isolated and genetically sequenced in Wuhan, in particular, the spike proteins, which is the binding element initiating infection.

In follow-up experiments conducted by Zheng-Li Shi of the Wuhan Institute of Virology and Linfa Wang of Duke University-National University of Singapore, spike proteins demonstrating “high risk” for human infection would be artificially combined with other bat coronavirus “backbones,” creating entirely new and potentially dangerous coronaviruses, which would then be tested for human infection by Ralph Baric of the University of North Carolina.

Another “smoking gun” for the laboratory origin of COVID-19 is the presence of the furin polybasic cleavage site in the virus (PRRA).

COVID POLYBASIC CLEAVAGE SITE

It is a four amino acid sequence, which does not exist in any of hundreds of close bat coronaviruses relatives from which COVID-19 could have evolved.

The enzyme furin is ubiquitous in the human body and it has long been known that the presence of furin polybasic cleavage sites in viruses facilitates viral entry and replication in human cells, thereby increasing transmissibility and pathogenicity.

The presence of the furin polybasic cleavage site can also help explain why the COVID-19 virus can attack multiple human organ systems.

Chinese People’s Liberation Army scientists, Shibo Jiang and Shuwen Liu, demonstrated the artificial insertion of furin cleavage sites in 2013.

As stated in a May 18, 2021 Gateway Pundit article, the artificial insertion of the furin polybasic cleavage site into a bat coronavirus backbone was likely done under the supervision of Shibo Jiang in coordination with his military-trained colleague Shuwen Liu and others at the School of Pharmaceutical Science, Southern Medical University, Guangzhou, China.

Again, the 2018 DEFUSE research grant application explicitly states the applicants’ intention to artificially insert furin polybasic cleavage sites into high abundance, but low risk bat coronaviruses found in China and testing the ability of those laboratory-created viruses to infect human cells:

We will analyze all SARS-CoV gene sequences for appropriately conserved proteolytic cleavage sites in S2 and for the presence of potential furin cleavage sites. SARSr-CoV S with mismatches in proteolytic cleavage sites can be activated by exogenous trypsin or cathepsin L. Where clear mismatches occur, we will introduce appropriate human specific cleavage sites and evaluate growth potential in Vero cells and HAE cultures. In SARS-CoV, we will ablate several of these sites based on pseudotyped particle studies and evaluate the impact of select SARSr-CoV S changes on virus replication and pathogenesis. We will also review deep sequence data for low abundant high risk SARSr-CoV that encode functional proteolytic cleavage sites, and if so, introduce these changes into the appropriate high abundant, low risk parental strain.

It is important to note that the furin polybasic cleavage site inserted in the COVID-19 virus may have been designed to mutate into a more contagious and pathogenic variants, like the presently dominant Delta variant.

The initial proline (P), having an unusually rigid structure, first mutated in March 2021 to histidine (H) as the UK variant.

In July 2021, the proline mutated in the Delta variant to an arginine (R) residue, from PRRA to RRRA. Arginine is a chemically basic amino acid, which provides the functional elements in furin polybasic cleavage sites. That is, multiple arginines in sequence make the furin polybasic cleavage site more potent.

The new, reportedly highly contagious Omicron variant from South Africa, among other mutations, has a proline to histidine mutation in the furin polybasic cleavage site.

Unless the true origin of COVID-19 is rapidly addressed, the world not only faces the possibility of another man-made pandemic, but the complete destruction of science as an honest and objective discipline

Political Insurgency Against An Unconstitutional And Illegitimate Federal Government

Legitimacy is the prerequisite for all governance not based on fear and coercion.

According to U.S. military Joint Publication 3-24:

“Legitimacy is a significant indicator of the extent to which systems of authority, decisions, and conduct are accepted by the local population. Political legitimacy of a government determines the degree to which the population will voluntarily comply with the decisions and rules issued by a governing authority. Governments described as legitimate primarily rule through the consent of the governed; those described as illegitimate tend to rely heavily on coercion. Citizens obey illegitimate governments because they fear retribution, rather than because they voluntarily accept its rule.”

Acquiescence or propaganda-driven artificial “popular support” should not be confused with legitimacy, the former evaporating when the immediate physical and economic security or the future prospects of the citizenry are threatened.

Unlike disagreements with policy commonplace in democracies, questions of legitimacy undermine a government’s raison d’etre or reason to exist.

A government that is inherently illegitimate through a fraudulent election or creates illegitimacy by mandating unconstitutional policies detrimental to its citizens, or both, creates the conditions for a bottom-up political insurgency.

The incubator of political insurgency is an ungoverned area or a locally governed area, where the federal government is unable or unwilling to extend control, effectively govern, or influence the local population.

In those cases, a political insurgency can take root when local governance is considered more legitimate because federal policies diverge significantly from local values and cultural norms.

A political insurgency will grow as it replaces the federal government’s responsibilities to provide proper security, public services, quality of life, education and justice.

Initiation of a political insurgency would send the unmistakable message that a significant portion of the population no longer views the federal government as legitimate or contributing to the well-being of its citizens.

Regaining that legitimacy will require a strict interpretation of the Constitution, anticorruption efforts, true representative government and equal justice under law, measures which now only a nationwide political insurgency can set in motion.

Emory University Trains, Funds, And Collaborates With Chinese Military Scientists Linked To Biowarfare Research

Chinglai Yang and Ling Ye are faculty members in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Chinglai Yang received his undergraduate degree from the University of Science and Technology of China, an institution under the direct control of the Chinese Communist Party via the Chinese Academy of Science and dedicated to improving China’s economy and defense infrastructure.

In 1996, Chinglai Yang completed a doctoral degree in biochemistry and molecular genetics at the University of Alabama.

Ling Ye is a graduate of Shanxi Medical University and received her M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from the Fourth Military Medical University in Xi’an, China (now the Air Force Military Medical University).

Both have received millions of dollars in research funding from Dr. Anthony Fauci of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

Both have also maintained extensive links with the Chinese military.

Having established an anchor at Emory University with the hiring of Ling Ye, the Chinese military expanded its presence surreptitiously via a 2007 agreement between the newly-established, Fauci-funded Center of Excellence for Influenza Research and Surveillance and China’s Harbin Veterinary Research Institute, a project led by Chinglai Yang.

The Emory-Harbin project provided a backdoor through which China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) could access U.S. knowledge, skills, technologies and funding to be fed back into the PLA’s own influenza research program.

By that time, the PLA had a massive influenza research program of which the Harbin Veterinary Research Institute was a part.

In fact, the Harbin Veterinary Research Institute has been a critical component of China’s biowarfare program because it is the site of China’s second high containment biosafety level-4 (BSL-4) laboratory, the first for large animals.

The Harbin Veterinary Research Institute was directly connected to the Military Veterinary Research Institute, a major center for biowarfare studies, whose personnel have also infiltrated the virus programs at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.

CHINESE MILITARY SCIENTISTS

The Harbin Veterinary Research Institute was the site of a major 2013 scientific scandal, when a team led by Professor Hualan Chen, director of China’s National Avian Influenza Reference Laboratory, conducted “gain of function” experiments, deliberately mixing the H5N1 bird-flu virus, which is highly lethal but not easily transmitted between people, with a 2009 strain of H1N1 flu virus, which is very infectious to humans.

By 2008, Zhiyuan Wen from the Harbin Veterinary Research Institute and Lei Pan and Ke Dong from the Fourth Military Medical University were being trained by Chinglai Yang and Ling Ye at Emory University and funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

By 2012, in addition to the PLA’s Fourth Military Medical University, Emory was collaborating directly with Hualan Chen, who was, at the same time, working with a key player in China’s biowarfare research program at the Military Veterinary Research Institute, Major General Xianzhu Xia.

The Emory studies with Hualan Chen were funded by the Public Health Service grant HHSN266200700006C from the NIH.

In 2017, Hualan Chen conducted what appears to be another “gain of function” study on avian influenza virus, genetically altering a virus, which permitted transmission from birds to guinea pigs and increasing the ability of the virus to replicate.

That research was funded by NIH CEIRS contract HHSN272201400004C, which was awarded to Emory University, but no one from Emory participated in the study, which gives the appearance of scientific money laundering.

Again in 2018, Hualan Chen received funding via Emory University’s NIH CEIRS contract HHSN272201400004C for research that involved only Chinese scientists at the Harbin Veterinary Research Institute.

It is interesting to note that Hualan Chen was trained at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia.

The flow of PLA scientists from the Fourth Military Medical University to Emory University continued through 2017 (Huizhong Zhang) and 2018

.Many of the Chinese scientists connected to Emory University still work with the PLA on influenza and other viruses, including COVID-19 with the present presumed head of China’s biowarfare program, Major General Chen Wei.

In April 2021, Anthony Fauci awarded Emory University an additional $1 million for influenza research.

NEW COVID-19 LAB LEAK - EAST CHINA UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY - THE AMERICAN REPORT — 1280

Reports Coming Out Of China Indicate That Another Laboratory Leak Of Covid-19 Has Occurred At Another China Institution

According to a just-received November 12, 2021 Chinese language text and supported by other sources in China, there has been a presumed laboratory leak of COVID-19 at East China University of Science and Technology.

(A cursory translation of the above indicates that the school has been closed due to a new COVID-19 being released and the whole school has to be tested.)

Allegedly, laboratory workers tested positive for COVID-19 after conducting experiments involving the insertion of COVID-19 genetic material into the bacterium E.coli as an expression vector for COVID-19 proteins.

The text states that East China University of Science and Technology has been closed in relation to COVID-19 infections of laboratory workers.

The Chinese source said that all mention of this event on social media has now been removed by authorities.

It is not clear in which laboratory the alleged COVID-19 leak occurred, but the State Key Laboratory of Bioreactor Engineering, Newworld Institute of Biotechnology at East China University of Science and Technology, particularly the laboratory of Dong-Zhi Wei, is known for using bacteria like E.coli as expression vectors.

China’s New Concept of Bio-based War Includes Vaccines With “Backdoors” As Bioweapons

On February 14, 2020, General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, Xi Jinping, emphasized the need to incorporate biosecurity into China’s national security system.

In China, biosecurity is a euphemism for “bio-based war” because so much of Chinese military doctrine is devoted to the offensive use of biotechnology.

The 2011 version of “Chinese People’s Liberation Army Military Language” provides the following definition:

Biological warfare refers to the use of biological weapons to injure humans and animals and destroy crops. It was formerly called germ warfare. In combat, biological warfare agents are used in various ways to cause epidemics in the opponent’s army and the rear area, and large areas of crops are necrotic, so as to achieve the purpose of weakening the opponent’s combat effectiveness and destroying its war potential.

But China’s military distinguishes between traditional biological warfare and “bio-based war” using “military biotechnology.”

In his 2012 article “Development of military biotechnology and the future of bio-based war,” Major General Fu-Chu He wrote:

In future wars, military biotechnology will promote the bio-based weaponry and equipment, bio-based forces and bio-based combat style.

It is important to note that Major General Fu-Chu He was President of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Vice President of China’s Academy of Medical Sciences, an Alternate Member of the 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and Vice Director of Scientific and Technical Committee affiliated to Central Military Commission, which is China’s equivalent of the U.S. Department of Defense’s DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.

That is, Major General Fu-Chu He was Xi Jinping’s closest military advisor on matters of “biosecurity.”

The distinction between bio-based war and biological warfare was described in a November 9, 2020 article by retired Colonel Xin Yang, who is a professor in the Department of Military Teaching and Research at Nanjing University.

Colonel Yang views general biological war using traditional bioweapons as having many of the same limitations as nuclear warfare in terms of their potential widespread destructive power.

He prefers the scalpel of bio-based war to the sledgehammer of biological warfare.

Aspects of bio-based war include:

Micro-attack: “Nonlethal” bioweapons is a concept that runs through recent Chinese military doctrine. That is, bioweapons that do not kill humans, animals and plants or attack them at the macroscopic level, but destroy the structure and physiological functions of humans, animals and plants via microscopic molecular structures and functions.

Moderated conquest: Instead of killing the enemy, bio-based warfare agents can temporarily disable the enemy and prevent participation in war or kill and injure by specific race or ethnicity in a limited way using genetic bioweapons.

Biotechnology-information technology superiority: Greatly increase China’s military superiority and deterrence level by fusing information-based warfare with bio-based war using advanced biotechnologies.

Bio-based war operational approaches: Citing the SARS 2002-2004 and COVID19 pandemics as examples, the secret initiation of epidemics during war to reduce the enemy’s fighting capability or in “pre-war” situations to prevent potential adversaries from mobilizing effectively on the eve of war.

Vaccines as bio-based weapons: Vaccines with “backdoors” can be bio-based warfare vectors present as biological time bombs once inside the body or creating vulnerabilities to future bioweapon attacks. The introduction of such “backdoor” vaccines into the U.S. population is especially risky in inadequately regulated joint vaccine production ventures between Chinese and U.S. pharmaceutical companies, not unlike the introduction of Chinese surveillance capabilities inside Chinese instrumentation and software deployed in the United States.

The above-described developments are not occurring in isolation. People’s Liberation Army Colonel Ji-Wei Guo’s 2010 book “Bio-based war—Reconfiguring Military Strategy for a New Era” highlights the necessity for integrating information warfare with bio-based war to manipulate a disease outbreak or pandemic using propaganda, spread disinformation and create chaos and fears, all elements of the COVID-19 experience.

That and other approaches supporting bio-based war have been incorporated in the 2021 Chinese Communist Party’s 14th Five-Year Plan, which mandated the fusion of the biotechnology and information technology research sectors, in particular, artificial intelligence, as well as the massive collection of human genetic (DNA) information into China’s databases from both Chinese people and internationally.

The “success” of the People’s Liberation Army’s first-generation, bio-based warfare agent, COVID-19, has only accelerated China’s military ambitions.

China’s 2021 14th Five Year Plan: Biotechnology-Information Technology Warfare Dominance

China is preparing for biological warfare and is mobilizing all its military and civilian resources in that effort.

The recently translated Chinese Communist Party’s 2021 14th Five-year Plan National Key Research and Development Program has a subsection “Research on pathogenesis and epidemic prevention technology system,” which states a goal to:

Establish a real-time information analysis and early warning mechanism based on the pathogen database to be able to analyze the variation and evolution of known epidemic pathogens in peacetime, and to be able to respond quickly to emergent pathogens and analyze the variation and evolution of pathogens in wartime.

The program will identify “8-10 pathogens” and “establish a combination of civilian and combat pathogen data monitoring and analysis application system.”

The 14th Five Year Plan goals are the culmination and extension of the 2016 13th Five-Year Plan’s Science and Technology Military-Civilian Fusion Program, which was launched by the Scientific and Technical Committee affiliated with the Central Military Commission.

That program incorporated all Chinese universities, pharmaceutical companies and “civilian” research centers, like the Wuhan Institute of Virology, into the People’s Liberation Army’s biotechnology warfare effort.

The research and development tasks outlined in the 2021 14th Five Year Plan are:

  1. Discovery of pathogenic mechanisms and targets for the transmission of major infectious diseases,
  2. Discovery, traceability and early warning prediction of major infectious disease pathogens,
  3. Research on novel vaccine design and platform system,
  4. Clinical control of major infectious diseases,
  5. The establishment of an integrated system for the prevention and control of major emerging and emergent infectious diseases.

A Key Project of the Chinese Communist Party’s The 14th Five Year Plan is “Biotechnology and Information Technology Fusion (BT and IT Fusion),” the target areas being:

  1. Development of information storage systems based on DNA principles
  2. Construction and development of intelligent biological systems for life-non-life integration
  3. Demonstration of the application of BT and IT convergence technology in health medicine scenarios

According to the translated documents, the goals of the Key Project, which incorporates the use of artificial intelligence, are:

build DNA storage, brain-like intelligence and human-computer interaction, biological knowledge mapping, programmable cellular intelligence, intelligent medical and other cross-fertilization technologies, and promote big data-driven life science knowledge discovery and transformation applications; spawn a number of life and health-oriented disruptive new technologies, and promote the development of new economic models.

All the data-driven research described in China’s 14th Five Year Plan “involves the collection, conservation, utilization and provision of human genetic resources.”

Although China will attempt to “achieve full coverage of pathogenic research including viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites,” the “core targets are important respiratory viruses such as coronaviruses and influenza viruses,” for which molecular biology will be used “to analyze the key factors affecting the transmission of viruses.”

Clearly, the COVID-19 pandemic has not slowed China’s ambitions in regard to biotechnology-information technology fusion and its applications in biological warfare.

Unfortunately for us, the U.S. government is asleep at the wheel.

The Necessity for Political Insurgency

The United States is no longer a constitutional republic governed by the rule of law.

To paraphrase Founding Father and second President of the United States, John Adams, we do not have a government of laws, but a government of dangerous totalitarian men like Joe Biden and the people around him, who are formulating his unconstitutional edicts.

The time has come to heed the words of John Adams:

“Government is instituted for the common good; for the protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness of the people; and not for profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, the people alone have an incontestable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to institute government; and to reform, alter, or totally change the same, when their protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness require it.”

The lawless Biden regime and the Democrat-controlled Congress, having usurped power via a fraudulent election, wield that power without the consent of the governed.

The U.S. federal government, quite literally, has seceded from the American people.

It has become an entity unto itself operating outside of constitutional constraints and unaccountable to the citizens it claims to represent.

The Democrat Party has permanent control of the federal bureaucracy, which is composed of unelected officials, who have the power to comprehensively regulate our lives and punish us when we don’t comply.

Republicans play the role of court eunuchs.

The Republican Party has seceded from its voters and should be abandoned as a political vehicle capable of providing effective opposition to the Biden regime, the Democrats or the mainstream media. It too is a party of the oligarchy and the Deep State and has become unresponsive to its constituency.

In parallel, the mainstream media, now purely a propaganda machine, censors or manipulates the news in order to promote a partisan political agenda at the expense of both journalistic integrity and the well-being of the country.

Ordinary Americans need to recognize that we are without representative government.

Once elected, members of Congress serve only their own interests, and that of their party and its wealthy donors. Petitioning members of Congress for the redress of grievances is an exercise in futility.

Now that our elections have proven to be a sham and our political system has been shown to be hopelessly corrupt, Americans who believe in the Constitution and the rule of law must choose either to resist or to submit to a one-party totalitarian state.

Any country ruled by a small group without broad, popular participation by its citizens provides a basis for a political insurgency.

The objective of a political insurgency is to restore the Constitution as the basis of our government, in particular the 10th Amendment, which states:

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

That is, ordinary Americans must band together locally outside of the Democrat and Republican Party apparatus to restore the rule of law and establish alternate forms of governance accountable to the people.

Fundamental to that effort are the rights guaranteed under the Second Amendment. Each locality should establish an organized and disciplined militia with sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain independence and individual liberty from any outside entity that might attempt to abuse them.

Nations are lands defined by borders containing people with a common history, culture and language.

If the United States is to remain a sovereign nation with a restored constitutional republic, local governments need to preserve the critical elements of nationhood, now being systematically dismantled by the usurpers in Washington, D.C. Such measures include:

  • Securing our national borders,
  • Detaining and expelling all illegal aliens,
  • Declaring English the only official language,
  • Strictly enforcing Equal Opportunity, outlawing the teaching or promotion of critical race theory and multiculturalism,
  • Eliminating all discriminatory diversity and equity policies,
  • Establishing a simplified flat tax system for individuals and businesses to limit both the Internal Revenue Service and the impact of lobbyists,
  • Begin moving federal departments out of Washington D.C. to other locations in the country and hiring local employees,
  • Rebuilding from the ground up, the Department of Justice, the FBI and all intelligence agencies,
  • Restoring energy self-sufficiency,
  • Maintaining a strict constructionist interpretation of the Constitution,
  • Limiting Congressional terms to a total of 12 years either in the House of Representatives or the Senate or a combination thereof,
  • All current members of Congress who have exceeded the 12-year limit cannot run for reelection,
  • Removing all special benefits for members of Congress and government officials beyond those available to ordinary citizens,
  • With the exception of funds necessary for the defense of the nation, establish a yearly across-the-board 5% reduction in federal government funding with the immediate elimination of the Departments of Homeland Security, Energy, Education and the Environmental Protection Agency.
  • A yearly 10% reduction in foreign aid to be reinvested in the nation.

Ordinary Americans must band together and act now to restore the Constitution and the rule of law, to establish political and fiscal sanity and to return the government to the people.

Otherwise, our constitutional republic will be lost forever.

Science and Medicine are Now Political Weapons Used Against Americans

The illnesses and deaths, the devastation to the American economy, and the loss of livelihoods caused by COVID-19 can be rightly blamed on China

However, the political contamination of science and medicine by our so-called leaders and their use of science and medicine as political weapons against the American people are no less criminal.

Today, the Biden regime is selectively distributing life-saving monoclonal antibodies based on political criteria. In essence, they are saying “obey us or we will kill you.”

Because of their lies and the selected use of scientific and medical data for political purposes, the American people have rightly lost confidence in the Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control, and the National Institutes of Health.

As a scientist, I can state categorically, the scientific and medical literature are now equally politically contaminated.

Once prestigious medical journals, like the British Lancet, are now useless political propaganda machines.

I have easily read over 1,000 scientific and medical articles about COVID-19.

It used to be that I would read the results and compare them to the results of other studies to draw conclusions. That is the scientific method.

Today, the first thing I do is look at the authors to ascertain if they are driven by political motives. Then I look at the results to determine if those results show signs of political biases before I compare them to the results from other studies that I have also screened for political contamination.

Political interference with the scientific method severely inhibits medical progress, transporting us back to the Dark Ages of witchcraft and alchemy.

Failed government policies for fighting the COVID-19 pandemic are the direct consequence of the political contamination of science and medicine.

From the beginning, there has been an over-emphasis on vaccines and a deliberate suppression of early intervention therapeutics.

I blame the over-emphasis on vaccines primarily on Anthony Fauci, who after two failed attempts at creating vaccines for HIV-AIDS and Ebola, he has tried to salvage his bankrupt career with a COVID-19 vaccine to the exclusion of all other potential treatments.

Early therapeutic intervention with combination therapies has been shown to reduce hospitalization and deaths. They include hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, azithromycin, zinc, vitamin C and D, acetaminophen for fever, and aspirin for blood clots.

Unlike the U.S. government, the government of El Salvador has supplied such home treatment kits to its citizens.

For the majority of the pandemic, U.S. officials recommended no treatment until one was so sick that hospitalization was required, which by then was often too late.

We were all told to wait for the vaccine.

It is a scientific fact that the mass administration of vaccines during a pandemic is a risky medical strategy.

Highly contagious viruses will naturally and rapidly mutate away from susceptibility to vaccines, spawning new variants.

Furthermore, vaccines must be both safe and effective, both of which are now in doubt.

Giving booster shots of vaccines that may be neither safe nor effective is medical malpractice.

It defies common sense and contradicts the medical ethic to “first do no harm” to mandate vaccination with a still experimental vaccine for people fully immunized from COVID-19 infection and vaccinate young children, who are more in danger from vaccine side effects than COVID-19 infection.

The latter, in my opinion, is Dr. Mengele-like behavior. That is, similar to the medical experimentation in Nazi death camps.

There needs to be a complete reevaluation of national policy for addressing COVID-19, including a proper balance of therapeutics and vaccines.

It is indeed ironic, perhaps tragic, that vaccine-maker Pfizer is now testing a daily pill as a preventative treatment for COVID-19. The Pfizer drug aims to block a key enzyme that the virus needs to replicate.

Ivermectin does the same thing.

It is not an exaggeration to say that those who have been and still are directing national health policy, quite literally, have blood on their hands.
