Seen from my vantage point, the four-page FISA abuse memo authored by Rep. Devin Nunes is proof that former president Barack Obama and Democratic Party leaders wanted to transform the U.S. into a Russian-style intelligence dictatorship — and the FBI into a KGB-style instrument for rewriting American history by smearing its capitalist politicians.
They say that history repeats itself. If you have lived two lives, as I have done, you have a good chance of seeing a re-enactment with your own eyes.
Forty years ago, I paid with two death sentences from my native Romania. I had publicly revealed that Ceausescu’s highly praised independence from Moscow was in fact an undercover intelligence dictatorship, designed to transform Romania into a monument to him by annihilating his critics and enemies. “I’ll give you a name, and you’ll build a criminal record for him,” Ceausescu used to tell the head of the Securitate — his Marxist version of the FBI. For him, lying was the first step toward stealing and killing.
In July 1978, Ceausescu gave such a name to my foreign intelligence service, the DIE, and that was the last straw for me. In an open letter to the captive daughter I had to leave behind, repeatedly broadcast by Radio Free Europe after my defection, I explained:
I got the order to organize the assassination of Noel Bernard, the director of Radio Free Europe’s Romanian program, who had infuriated Ceausescu with his commentaries. Knowing you, Dana, I was firmly convinced that you would prefer no father to one who was an assassin.
I spent my next 30 American years under five presidents — some better than others — but the joy of being a part of this magnanimous land of freedom was surpassed only by the joy of simply being alive.
In 2008, however, I suddenly had the feeling of watching Ceausescu’s ghost haunting my adoptive country.
“We are the ones the world is waiting for,” proclaimed Barack Obama during his campaign, while his spiritual adviser Jeremiah Wright was caught on video screaming “God damn America.” The Democratic Party put the icing on the cake, proclaiming Obama an American Messiah. The senator agreed. On June 8, 2008, during a speech in New Hampshire, Obama stated that his presidency would be “the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet to heal.” Earlier, an indiscreet video showed a picture of communist idol Che Guevara hanging on a wall behind Obama.
Our media and our political sages regarded Obama’s outrageous rhetoric as just millennial generational talk. For me, it was thinly veiled Ceausescu talk. My former boss’s version usually was: “A man like me is born only once every five hundred years.” Ceausescu also kept a picture of Che in his office.
At that time, veteran journalist David S. Broder compared Obama’s tactic for hiding his undercover communism to a tactic of military pilots who need to protect themselves when flying over a target heavily defended by anti-aircraft guns: “They release a cloud of fine metal scraps, hoping to confuse the aim of the shells or missiles being fired in their direction.” Obama assiduously sealed off his university transcripts and other key files dealing with his past. Concurrently, he portrayed himself either as a present-day Lincoln or a new Teddy Roosevelt. Nevertheless, the truth is like oil — no matter how much water you add to sink it, it always floats on top.
“I will negotiate with Russia to take our ICBMs off hair-trigger alert and to achieve deep cuts in our nuclear arsenal,” Obama told the country on February 18, 2008, when he announced his foreign policy as future U.S. president. “I will cut investments in unproven missile defense systems. I will not weaponize space. I will slow down our development of future combat systems.”
In a private message for Vladimir Putin, picked up by an inadvertently hot microphone, Obama — now president — was more explicit. He told Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev: “On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this can be solved, but it is important for him to give me space.”
No wonder Obama was enthusiastically endorsed by the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). In a column entitled “Big Political Shifts Are Underway,” Joelle Fishman, the chairman of the CPUSA Political Action Committee, emphasized that the CPUSA was now part of Obama’s coalition. Nor is it any wonder that when Obama became president, the first open member of a Communist Party was working at the White House. Van Jones (now a CNN contributor) had belonged to an organization named “Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement (STORM).”
To a knowledgeable eye, Obama’s actions suggest he might have had some intelligence connection with the Kremlin, such as Whittaker Chambers once had. In 2010, the FBI arrested ten Russian intelligence officers documented as native-born Americans who were serving as spies in the United States. President Obama then returned them to Russia before they were interrogated by the FBI about their spying tasks.
When I was one of the leaders of the KGB community, among other duties I coordinated Romania’s highly secret department for illegal officers, whose task was to form “skeletons of communist governments” in the U.S. and other NATO countries.
It is also noteworthy that soon after these KGB/FSB illegal officers were returned to Moscow, the CPUSA gave its enthusiastic support to Obama’s re-election bid. “It may be early in the campaign season, but the Communist Party USA already has seen fit to endorse Barack Obama for the 2012 election,” stated Sam Webb, the chairman of the CPUSA, in an article published in CPUSA’s official newspaper.
Is our United States a perfect country? Of course not. Since 1792, however, free elections have been the American way of correcting the past and improving the future. Obama, when he came along, tried to replace this American tradition with Russian-style uprisings.
One of the noisiest was “Occupy Wall Street,” an anti-American movement born under Obama’s administration. “Long live the revolution! Long live socialism!” screamed some of the participants. Others marched with Communist flags. “Young people like the ones here today … are the reason I ran for office in the first place,” President Obama told the protesters.
I could write a book about Obama’s undercover Marxism and the devastating effect it has had on my adoptive country.
Seen through the perspective of history, Obama’s undercover Marxism constituted a malignant tumor on the body of the United States. Like most cancers, it worked silently — you could feel it only after it had spread throughout the whole body. Unfortunately, our Democratic Party has refused to extirpate Obama’s cancer, as proved by its 2016 candidates for the White House: Hillary Clinton, a Marxist posing as a progressive; and Bernie Sanders, an open Marxist who honeymooned in the Soviet Union.
Now America’s cancer came to light. A new Revolutionary Communist Party (RCP) announced that it would occupy city centers and parks in major U.S. cities, and not depart until the (legally elected!) capitalist President Trump was forced to flee the White House. The protests, the RCP boasted, would rage “day after day and night after night — not stopping — until our demand is met.”
A couple years ago, the RCP published a draft of a new U.S. Constitution, intended to set forth “fundamental principles and guidelines, for … a vastly different society and government than now exists: the New Socialist Republic in North America.” In order to bring it into being, the RCP Constitution states, “it would be necessary to thoroughly defeat, dismantle and abolish the capitalist-imperialist state of the USA; and this in turn would only become possible with the development of a profound and acute crisis in society.”
The RCP’s Constitution is breathtaking in its Marxist brutality. The “New Socialist Republic in North America” would grant citizenship to everyone currently living here, with the exception of capitalist enemies of the state. The RCP Constitution legalizes “special Tribunals” for dealing with the “war crimes and other crimes against humanity” committed by “former members and functionaries of the ruling class of the imperialist USA and its state and government apparatus.” These enemies of the state would “be imprisoned or otherwise deprived of rights and liberties.”
It continued: “Means of production, and other private capital and wealth of the former capitalist-imperialist ruling class of the United States of America, shall be expropriated, without compensation, and converted into state/public property. … The power to abolish private property is absolute.”
The recent dramatic drop in the stock market should give our Democratic Party a strong warning. The first Marxist empire, the Soviet Union, collapsed overnight without warning. In 1991, former CIA director Stansfield Turner wrote in Foreign Affairs: “I never heard a suggestion from the CIA or the intelligence arms of Defense or State about a growing systemic economic problem [in the Soviet Union].”
It is time for the Democratic Party to realize that all Marxism has ever left behind is countries looking as if they’ve been devastated by a hurricane, their leaders roasting in Dante’s Inferno. The current economic collapse of Venezuela, once the world’s largest oil producer, is the most recent warning.
The Democratic Party’s open Marxism is a national emergency.

This time, SCORECARD is stealing votes in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, and Arizona, according to Montgomery.
SCORECARD steals elections by tampering with the computers at the transfer points of state election computer systems and outside third party election data vaults as votes are being transferred.
SCORECARD uses a prismatic scoring algorithm that Montgomery created, to achieve the desired results by those that control THE HAMMER and SCORECARD.
In Florida, one of the transfer points is VR Systems Inc, based in Tallahassee.
Software vendor VR Systems operates in eight U.S. states.
The Democrats tested their technology during the Democrat party primaries. Otherwise Bernie Sanders would have won the 2020 nomination. SCORECARD was utilized on behalf of Joe Biden during the 2020 primary against Bernie Sanders. The Democrat primary was stolen from Bernie Sanders.
CIA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery turned over a massive cache of illegally harvested surveillance and election data in August 2015 and December 2015 to the FBI and CIA under two immunity agreements that were granted to Montgomery by Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis and FBI General Counsel James Baker.
Montgomery testified regarding SCORECARD and THE HAMMER while under oath and while being videotaped at the FBI’s secure Washington DC Field Office SCIF (Sensive Compartmented Information Facility). If CIA whistleblower Montgomery had lied about anything he would be in prison today for lying to the FBI. Montgomery is not in prison.
Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte invoked the State Secrets Privilege and the Government Protective Act against Montgomery in order to muzzle Montgomery and prevent him from revealing illegal acts that had been committed by the government.
Carlotta Wells, a U.S. DOJ litigator and Assistant Director of the U.S. Department of Justice since the 1990s, told Montgomery that the State Secrets Privilege and Governor Protective Order cannot be invoked by government officials for the purpose of covering up government malfeasance. If covering up government malfeasance is the government’s intention, Wells told Montgomery, the muzzle order is null and void.
The Obama Administration illegally commandeered THE HAMMER and SCORECARD. They moved THE HAMMER to Fort Washington, Maryland on February 3, 2009.
The Obama White House had an encrypted VPN in order to access THE HAMMER at will.

FBI General Counsel James Baker, testifying under oath before a joint Congressional committee, stated that he took possession of Dennis Montgomery’s evidence. Baker dispatched FBI Special Agents Walter Giardina and William Barnett to the FBI Miami Field Office in August 2015 to pick up Montgomery’s computer hard drives.
Can I just — I’m turning to the Bureau to describe this. So his client was an individual named Dennis Montgomery, who I believe, to the best of my recollection, he said that he had been a U.S. Government contractor and, in the course of that work, had come across evidence of unlawful surveillance by the government of Americans — and including government officials — and wanted to give that information to the Bureau, which eventually did take place.
Baker confirmed that Montgomery had provided his FBI agents with evidence that government officials were conducting unlawful domestic surveillance of Americans, including other government officials.

If Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has any intention of getting to the truth when he questions former FBI Director James Comey about the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation this Wednesday, September 30, 2020, he will ask Comey about THE HAMMER and the 47 computer hard drives of evidence of illegal domestic surveillance that CIA contractor-turned whistleblower Dennis Montgomey turned over to Director Comey’s office in August of 2015.

You told New York Magazine that you used to be a communist and that you don’t know what you are now. Mr. Comey, are you still a communist?
In 2018, Comey’s former FBI General Counsel James Baker testified before a joint congressional committee that Montgomery, through an attorney, had told the FBI that that he was in possession of information about illegal domestic surveillance conducted by the U.S. government:
Dennis Montgomery, who I believe, to the best of my recollection, he said that he had been a U.S. Government contractor and, in the course of that work, had come across evidence of unlawful surveillance by the government of Americans — and including government officials — and wanted to give that information to the Bureau, which eventually did take place.
Under limited immunity agreements provided by FBI General Counsel James Baker and Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, Montgomery turned over the 47 hard drives at the FBI Miami Field Office on August 19, 2015.
Baker had dispatched Comey’s two “right hand men,” FBI Special Agents William Barnett and Walter Giardina to Florida to retrieve Montgomery’s 47 hard drives.
Before Montgomery turned over the hard drives to Comey’s FBI, Montgomery travelled to Washington D.C. in 2014 where he met with U.S. District Court Senior Judge Royce C. Lamberth, the one-time head of the FISA court.
Judge Lamberth verified Montgomery’s security clearance and the highly classified evidence that Montgomery presented. Judge Lamberth recognized that some of that TS/SCI and SAP classified information that Montgomery presented had previously come before Judge Lamberth.
Initially, Judge Lamberth took Montgomery’s classified information to FBI Director James Comey, who did nothing with it.
Judge Lamberth also presented Montgomery’s evidence to several Members of Congress. Most expressed immediate concern over finding out whether there had been any illegal surveillance data collected on them. “Am I in there?” was a typical response. Blackmail and leverage is a powerful weapon. Jeffrey Epstein certainly knew that.
Subsequently, Judge Lamberth took Montgomery’s evidence to Lamberth’s long-time associate, FBI General Counsel James Baker. Baker proceeded, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, to strike two limited immunity agreements for Dennis Montgomery. One agreement was for the production of evidence. The other was for Montgomery’s testimony.
That evidence production took place when Montgomery turned over the 47 hard drives to FBI Special Agents William Barnett and Walter Giardina. Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis accompanied Special Agents Barrett and Giardina to Florida in August of 2015, according to Montgomery.
After the FBI verified the information on Montgomery’s 47 hard drives, Special Agents Barnett and Giardina and Assistant U.S. Attorney Curtis debriefed Montgomery while he was under oath and being videotaped in a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) at the FBI Washington Field Office in December 2015.
“BARNETT believed the prosecution of FLYNN by SCO [Special Counsel’s Office] was used as a means to ‘get TRUMP, ’” according to the FBI’s 302 report of William Barnett’s September 17, 2020 interview.
Montgomery’s spygate evidence, 47 computer hard drives, contains proof that President Barack Obama and his intelligence chiefs John Brennan and James Clapper illegally commandeered the foreign surveillance supercomputer known as THE HAMMER and unlawfully used it to illegally spy on Donald Trump for over five years according to Montgomery. The extended Trump family and their 17 businesses were also under illegal surveillance.
Montgomery confirmed during a May 14, 2017 radio interview that he worked as a CIA contractor for Brennan and Clapper and that under President Obama, Brennan and Clapper spied on Donald Trump.
“I provided to the FBI 17 businesses of Donald Trump, including the Trump Tower, the Trump leasing programs, all of these different programs, and including Trump himself and the various family members that had been wiretapped under these programs,” Montgomery said in the interview. “There has been a wiretap on Trump for years.”
Those five years span Trump’s time as a private citizen, including as a presidential candidate. Donald Trump was also spied upon as the duly elected President of the United States.
Montgomery revealed that the CIA feared Trump.
President Obama, Brennan, and Clapper also had General Michael Flynn and Flynn’s extended family under illegal surveillance with THE HAMMER.
According to Montgomery, of the 47 hard drives, at least 18 were purchased by the FBI, the CIA, or the Department of Defense. Montgomery states that he is in possession of receipts proving that the U.S. government purchased and provided the hard drives that were used to store the illegally-harvested domestic surveillance data. These are the hard drives which Robert Mueller had previously gone to great lengths to get back into his possession.
Montgomery maintains that Robert Mueller’s FBI provided the computers for THE HAMMER.
Montgomery designed and built THE HAMMER as a foreign surveillance tool to keep America safe from terrorists after 9/11.
“THE HAMMER” foreign surveillance system featured multiple echelons of safeguards and sign-offs designed to restrict intelligence personnel, up to and including the President of the United States, from exploiting the system to conduct unlawful domestic surveillance, Military sources told The American Report.
Under the Obama administration, Brennan and Clapper illegally commandeered THE HAMMER, moved it to Fort Washington, Maryland in February 2009, and transformed THE HAMMER into an illegal domestic surveillance system in order to spy on President Obama’s political enemies, according to Montgomery. Brennan and Clapper used that illegally-collected domestic surveillance data for “ for “blackmail and leverage” on 38 million innocent Americans.
Montgomery turned over evidence of illegal domestic surveillance to Director Comey’s office in 2015 in an effort to alert the FBI that Brennan, Clapper, and other traitorous officials in the Obama administration had engaged in illegal domestic surveillance. The CIA holds no charter to conduct domestic surveillance on Americans. The FBI, which had once been the nation’s premier law enforcement agency, did nothing.
Once Director Comey, a close friend and associate of Robert Mueller, had his hands on the 47 hard drives, he buried that evidence somewhere within, or perhaps beyond, the bureau.
Comey’s actions assured that the evidence on the 47 hard drives could not be used to prosecute President Obama’s egregious spygate activities.
The illegal surveillance of Donald Trump, General Michael Flynn, U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Justice Antonin Scalia, one time presiding judge of the FISA court Judge Reggie Walton, 156 Article III judges, over one hundred Members of Congress, government agencies, over 90,000 law firms, business leaders, churches and synagogues, is no small matter.
Comey orchestrated a number of cover ups, including Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server to send and receive classified information.
Clinton selling over 20 percent of U.S uranium, a strategic asset, to a military adversary, would have had anyone else dangling from the end of a rope for the crime of treason.
The question is, will Lindsey Graham stand up to his Deep State colleagues. Will he stand in protection of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, as America’s founding fathers would have done.
Does Lindsey Graham have the wherewithal to fill the boots of great men who came before him? Or will he capitulate to the traitor class?
James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, Barack Obama, among others, stole the keys to the kingdom. They seek to steal America and freedom. The American people will fight back.

Twelve of FBI Director Robert Mueller’s special agents raided the homes of NSA whistleblowers J. Kirk Wiebe and William Binney on July 26, 2007.
Wiebe was a former NSA senior analyst and Binney was the former NSA Technical Director of the World Geopolitical and Military Analysis Reporting Group.
Mueller ordered the raid of former NSA officials Binney and Wiebe six long years after Binney and Wiebe had left the NSA in October 2001. A six-year lull is an eternity when tracking down evidence. The FBI’s six year delay only raises questions about Robert Mueller’s true motives.
Why did 12 FBI agents bust into both Binney and Wiebe’s homes, with guns drawn?
Preposterously, one of those FBI agents held a gun to Binney’s head as Binney stepped out of the shower.
The FBI agents rummaged through everything, taking anything they wanted while keeping the homeowners outside under armed guard for seven hours. The FBI stated that they were looking for evidence.
How does that make any sense? If Binney and Wiebe had anything, it would have been long gone after seven years. Why wait seven years to raid their homes if national security and seeking evidence was Mueller’s true intent.
Eventually, the FBI returned Binney and Wiebe’s property. Surprisingly, a sheepish FBI agent delivered their property directly to their homes.
Had the FBI raided Binney and Wiebe’s homes for another reason altogether?
According to Kirk Wiebe, the answer is yes.
In a recent interview on Operation Freedom, Kirk Wiebe told Dr. Dave Janda that the real reason the FBI raided his home “was to send a message to other people to keep quiet” and as a warning not to become a whistleblower.
Wiebe stated during that September 26, 2020 interview:
It took them awhile to do it … we [Binney and I] left [the NSA] in 2001 and we got raided by the FBI in 2007, July 26 — a date that will live in infamy, for those of us who went through it. But, isn’t it curious that if we were such big threats to security that it took them six years to get to us? Well that tells you a lot about the true agenda. The true agenda was to send a message to other people to keep quiet. Don’t be a whistleblower. That’s what it was all about.
Was Robert Mueller sending a message? Was that message, in fact, intended for Dennis Montgomery?
Considering the timeline of events that had taken place between Montgomery and Mueller’s FBI, one might think so.
The government had already had their way with Montgomery. In September 2006, Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte invoked the state secrets privilege and a government protective order — essentially a gag order — on Dennis Montgomery. If Montgomery ever discussed any classified information, he could spend the rest of his life in prison for violating the Espionage Act.
Following the FBI raid on Montgomery’s home, Montgomery ended up in a court case against the FBI. The FBI came up with the short end of the stick when U.S. Magistrate Valerie Cooke found in Montgomery’s favor, not only ordering the FBI to return Montgomery’s property, but warning Mueller’s FBI that FBI agents had presented false information and falsified affidavits.
Cooke threatened to throw FBI agents in jail.
Montgomery had won the first round with Judge Cooke. The FBI had to return Montgomery’s property. Judge Pro then weighed in, upholding Cooke’s ruling on March 19, 2007.
Mueller now needed a new tactic.
The FBI’s seemingly out-of-the-blue raids on Binney and Wiebe came just four short months after Judge Pro’s ruling in favor of CIA contractor Montgomery.
Though Montgomery became a whistleblower in 2015, Mueller eventually got what he was seeking.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curits and FBI Special Agents Barnett and Giardina were dispatched to Miami in 2015 to retrieve the 47 hard drives from Dennis Montgomery.
Under two immunity agreements, Montgomery provided James Comey’s FBI 47 computer hard drives in August 2015 and sworn testimony in December 2015, after the FBI had verified the 47 hard drives. The FBI now had back in hand the evidence of illegal domestic surveillance.
The hard drives contained evidence that, according to Montgomery, proves that President Obama, John Brennan, and James Clapper illegally surveilled Donald Trump and Michael Flynn, along with 38 million other innocent Americans, with THE HAMMER.
Comey’s FBI buried Montgomery’s evidence. None of the perpetrators of illegal domestic surveillance were prosecuted under the Obama administration.
Montgomery contends that Robert Mueller’s FBI provided the computers for THE HAMMER.
FBI and DOJ officials involved in Montgomery’s whistleblower case, including FBI Director James Comey, Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division Peter Strzok, FBI attorney Lisa Page, FBI Special Agents William Barnett and Walter Giardina, and DOJ Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, went on to serve on Special Counsel Mueller’s hoax Russian collusion investigation.
Curtis, Giardina, and Barnett went on to prosecute General Michael Flynn in what is now known to be a complete and utter miscarriage of justice.
It is particularly interesting that FBI Special Agent William Barnett, who was involved in CIA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery’s case and was a member of Mueller’s Russian Collusion team, and was also involved in the prosecution of General Flynn, has apparently changed his tune.

Dennis Montgomery, the former CIA contractor framed ten years ago by journalists of dubious repute for supposedly selling “hoax” technology to the CIA that could detect encrypted al-Qaeda messages embedded in videos broadcast over the Al-Jazeera TV network, was proven correct last night during National Geographic’s new television special “Bin Laden’s Hard Drive.”
The National Geographic special, presented by CNN national security analyst Peter Bergen, premiered on the eve of the 19th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
According to the National Geographic program, Navy SEALs who raided Bin Laden’s compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan on May 2, 2011 and killed the al-Qaeda leader also captured a large stash of Bin Laden’s collection of pornographic images and videos that the terrorist had stored on digital media.
The National Geographic special stated that Bin Laden was able to encrypt secret messages into pornographic videos and distribute those video files to other al-Qaeda terrorists under his command. The program explained that the purpose of the encrypted pornographic videos was to exchange messages while avoiding detection by U.S. intelligence agencies that were attempting to intercept al-Qaeda communications and to locate Bin Laden.
This new confirmation that Bin Laden and al-Qaeda encrypted messages into video files is vindication for Dennis Montgomery.
Montgomery is the software designer, and subsequently CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower, who developed technology that could detect and decrypt secret messages hidden in al-Qaeda videos broadcast over the Al-Jazeera network.
From late 2009 to 2011, Montgomery was mocked as a “fraud” and a “con artist” in a media campaign of hit pieces carried by The New York Times, NPR, Playboy Magazine, and other outlets.
President Obama, John Brennan, and James Clapper had illegally commandeered the “foreign” surveillance supercomputer system known as THE HAMMER that Montgomery designed and built in 2003 to keep America safe after 9/11. According to multiple military sources, “THE HAMMER worked” and was successful in keeping America safe after 9/11 and also helped to protect U.S. troops on the battlefield.
Even as those hit pieces were rolled out by journalists James Risen, Eric Lichtblau, and Aaron Rostom, among others, Montgomery had already been hired back by John Brennan and James Clapper.
In 2017, Lichtblau resigned in disgrace from his “investigative unit” editing job at CNN, which he only held for ten weeks, over a fake news story that attempted to connect President-elect Donald Trump to Russia. CNN retracted the story after it spectacularly fell apart.
According to Montgomery, Lichtblau, like Aaron Rostom, continues to contact Montgomery, seeking information.
Montgomery, however, could not speak to the truth because in 2007 Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte had invoked the State Secrets Privilege and a government protective order against him. Montgomery could not violate those government muzzles without risking life imprisonment.
Those various hit pieces cited sources within the intelligence community that claimed Montgomery’s technology to detect encrypted messages in videos aired on Al-Jazeera was a hoax used to bamboozle the CIA and the U.S. Air Force in order to win lucrative defense contracts.
The New York Times wrote in 2011:
Mr. Montgomery and his associates received more than $20 million in government contracts by claiming that software he had developed could help stop Al Qaeda’s next attack on the United States. But the technology appears to have been a hoax.
That New York Times article features a Bin Laden photo.
“The Department of Justice issued a lifetime gag order on me in the form US Protective Order and State Secrets Privilege preventing me from disclosing the method and hardware Osama Bin Laden was using to accomplish this task,” Montgomery stated.
The National Geographic program is an important development because in 2015 Montgomery provided the DOJ and the FBI with 47 hard drives of evidence that he says proves that President Obama, John Brennan, and James Clapper used THE HAMMER to spy on Donald Trump, General Michael Flynn, and 38 million innocent Americans. The CIA holds no charter to spy inside the United States on Americans.
FBI Director Robert Mueller provided the computers for THE HAMMER, according to Montgomery.

Two principles of National Geographic’s “Bin Laden’s Hard Drive” special are Peter Bergen and Nelly Lahoud of New America [previously the New America Foundation], a far-left think tank funded by George Soros family foundations.
CNN’s Bergen, Peter Arnett, and photographer Peter Jouvenal, jointlyinterviewed Bin Laden in 1997, becoming the first Western television journalists to do so.
Bergen and a panel of experts analyzed “nearly 470,000 digital files. 250 gigabytes of data. Over 100 USB drives, DVDs and CDs. Five computers. And multiple cell phones” according to a National Geographic press release announcing “Bin Laden’s Hard Drive.”
The CEO of New America is Anne-Marie Slaughter, former State Department Director of Policy Planning under Secretary Hillary Clinton.
Peter Bergen is New America’s Vice President of Global Studies and Fellows.
As of November 2019, Atlantic Media owner David G. Bradley was acting chairman of New America’s board of directors. Bradley’s magazine The Atlantic just published the anonymously sourced hit piece that accused President Trump of calling U.S. troops who died in war “suckers” and losers.” Those assertions were denied by all in attendance with President Trump, including PNAC (Project for the New American Century) globalist John Bolton.
Jonathan Soros, son of billionaire George Soros, was New America’s co-chair and a member of its board of directors, according to Wired.

Blxware was a government contractor owned by Edra Blixseth that, according to CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, spied on America for the Obama Administration under the direction of John Brennan and James Clapper.
The website names former FBI Director Robert Mueller, former CIA Director John Brennan, and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper as the ‘architects’ of the criminal operation.
Montgomery was business partners with Edra Blixseth in a company called Blixware (Blxware). Montgomery developed and built a foreign surveillance system known as THE HAMMER to keep America safe after 9/11.
Montgomery has maintained that FBI Director Mueller provided the computers for THE HAMMER. Montgomery has also stated that he worked for Brennan and Clapper, and that Brennan and Clapper commandeered THE HAMMER and moved the surveillance supercomputer system to a secure location in Maryland two weeks after Barack Obama’s 2009 inauguration.

Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney (USAF Ret.) was interviewed on the Sunday, August 30, 2020 broadcast of Operation Freedom, hosted by Dr. Dave Janda on WAAM 1600. The topic of discussion was THE HAMMER supercomputer surveillance system that the Obama administration used to illegally spy on President Trump and General Flynn, according to Montgomery.

The broadcast began with a recap of the stunning events of Sunday, March 19, 2017 — the day General McInerney and Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons brought the American Report’s exposé on THE HAMMER and THE WHISTLEBLOWER TAPES to America’s airwaves.
In April 2018, the Justice Department released text messages exchanged between Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division Peter Strzok and FBI attorney Lisa Page. Turkey under Erdoğan is no longer the secular state that was established by modern-day Turkey’s founder Kemal Atatürk.
“Dr Al-Qasimi’s emirate [Sharjah] has been condemned by various human rights groups, including Human Rights Watch, which claims the regime is responsible for “torture, restrictions on freedoms of expression and association, and violations of women’s rights,” Durham University’s student newspaper reported.

U.S. Ports Are The Gateway To America
Sheikh Al-Qasimi and Iraqi businessman Hamid Dhia Jafar are the co-owners of the Sharjah-based seaports company Gulftainer, according to World Bank documents.
Hamid Dhia Jafar’s brother and business partner is the rogue Iraqi nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons mastermind. Both Iraqi Jafar brothers were deeply involved in Saddam Hussein’s massive top-secret uranium enrichment and nuclear weapons programs.
Hamid Dhia Jafar and Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar are direct descendants of the Prophet Mohammad, according to the late Northcutt Ely, Hamid Dhia Jafar’s one-time attorney. The Al-Qasimi royal family that rules the emirates of Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) also claims to be descended from the Prophet Mohammad.
The Iraqi Jafar family’s oil company Crescent Petroleum, a Gulftainer affiliate, maintains an office on Africa Expressway in Tehran, where the Jafars and Crescent bypassed U.S. sanctions against Iran. The U.S. Treasury Department and three Congressional committees investigated Hamid Dhia Jafar and Crescent Petroleum’s illegal ‘Oil-For-Superweapons’ scheme to sell Iraqi oil in order to secretly fund Saddam’s and Dr. Jafar’s nuclear WMD programs.
The U.S. government also investigated Crescent Petroleum to determine whether it was a Saddam Hussein front company.
The Obama administration’s decision to award Gulftainer a 35-year lease to Florida’s Port Canaveral cargo container terminal, bypassing the mandated CFIUS National Security Threat Assessment, appears to be nothing short of enemy action. Why Gulftainer in the wake of the 2006 Dubai Ports World debacle was allowed inside any U.S. seaport remains a mystery.
Blacklisted: Wanted For Capture Or Kill
The Pentagon placed Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar on CENTCOM’s Operation Iraqi Freedom “Blacklist,” designating Dr. Jafar as an enemy combatant and legitimate U.S. military target wanted for capture or kill.
Soviet-trained nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar oversaw Iraq’s clandestine nuclear program in pursuit of Saddam’s “Arab Bomb.” Dr Jafar Dhia Jafar’s target has always been the United States and Israel.
Russia, Club-K, And Gulftainer ‘Inside The Wire’ At U.S. Ports
For Gulftainer to have entered into a deal with Russia was to be expected, as the Jafars, Al-Qasimi, and Gulftainer have long-established ties with the military-industrial complex of the Soviet Union and Russia. What was not expected was for Barack Obama to have placed Gulftainer inside the wire at a critical strategic U.S. seaport that is integrated with two U.S. military bases and America’s space program.
Relying on Sun-Tzu’s ancient military tactic of deception, ROSOBORONEXPORT’s Club-K appears identical to a harmless commercial intermodal cargo container. However, hidden inside each Club-K “container” are four advanced Russian Kalibr cruise missiles that can deliver lethal payloads of nuclear, EMP, chemical, biological, and conventional warheads. Satellites in space remotely launch Club-K’s cruise missiles and guide them to their targets. Unfortunately, Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K units have a reported ten-year shelf life.
The Obama administration placed al-Qasimi and the Iraqi Jafar brothers inside the wire in the United States by facilitating and approving Gulftainer’s takeover of intermodal cargo container operations at U.S. strategic seaport Port Canaveral. Gulftainer, with assistance from Obama administration holdovers including U.S. Treasury Department official Thomas Feddo, subsequently also took control of Delaware’s entire Port of Wilmington.
The “Saddam Tapes,” captured by coalition forces during Operation Iraqi Freedom, revealed Saddam Hussein and his top cabinet officials, of which Dr. Jafar was one, musing about putting a nuclear bomb into Washington D.C. that could not be tracked back to Iraq.
Destroying America with its own uranium has been made entirely possible with the Uranium One sale of 20% of America’s uranium to Russia by HillaryClinton and Barack Obama — as Russia, and their proxies Iran, North Korea, China, and Dr. Jafar now hold America’s nuclear isotope signature.
The United States, however, is not in possession of Russia’s nuclear isotope signatures. Should America get hit with a nuclear weapon fueled by American uranium that Russia seized through the Uranium One deal, the isotope signature would trace back to the United States rather than identify the true culprit. The same can be said for any other nuclear weapon that detonates anywhere around the globe that uses American uranium and that carries America’s uranium isotope signature. The catastrophic fallout could be beyond imagination.
This is the transformation that Barack Obama effected on America.
President Trump Sanctions ROSOBORONEXPORT, Russia’s Club-K Exporter; Will Those Sanctions Affect Gulftainer?
President Trump placed sanctions on ROSOBORONEXPORT in 2018 on the same day Gulftainer piggy-backed off of their initial Port Canaveral deal by taking over Delaware’s entire Port of Wilmington with a 50-year lease. Members of the International Longshoremen’s Association reached out to The American Report to express their deep concern and discontent with Gulftainer’s Port of Wilmington deal.
Nothing but trouble followed Gulftainer’s entrée into U.S. ports.
Democrats, including Delaware Senator Tom Carper, a close associate of pro-China presidential candidate Joe Biden, continue to provide ever-expanding special assistance to UAE-based Gulftainer.
That Spain would even consider capitulating to a Middle-Eastern Islamic Sheikh who enforces barbaric Sharia law in the UAE and who is aggressively demanding the handover of Córdoba’s Catholic Cathedral makes about as much sense as the Obama administration awarding to that same Islamic Middle Eastern Sheikh a 35-year no-bid, no-CFIUS lease at Florida’s Port Canaveral. This is particularly disturbing in light of the UAE’s connections to Saddam’s WMD programs and to 17 of the 19 Al-Qaeda terrorists who attacked America on 9/11.
Gulftainer is not only connected to Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, and Al-Qaeda. Gulftainer, through Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, Hamid Dhia Jafar, and Sheikh Al-Qasimi, is also connected to the Iraqi Unit 999 terror organization that was complicit in the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing.
Al-Qaeda terrorists attacked Madrid in 2004 in coordinated train bombings, killing 193 people and wounding an additional 2,000. Present-day Spain may be acutely aware of the risk of capitulating to Islamic threats after the massacres that took place in Madrid in 2004.
Barack Obama’s Pakistani college roommate Wahid Hamid works closely with Hamid Dhia Jafar. Wahid Hamid was the Managing Partner of The Abraaj Group, the now spectacularly-collapsed Middle Eastern private equity firm. Hamid Dhia Jafar was a founding shareholder of The Abraaj Group. Gulftainer then attempted to extort one million dollars from Buckeye Partners, the company that controls the fuel tank farm adjacent to the Port of Wilmington where Wawa loads hundreds of fuel tanker trucks each and every day.
Initially, Gulftainer received a 35-year lease to Florida’s Port Canaveral cargo container terminal under the Obama administration shortly after Gulftainer entered into a joint venture with Russia’s ROSTEC/ROSOBORONEXPORT, the exporter of Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Intermodal Cargo Container Cruise Missile Launching System. While the Club-K looks identical to a standard commercial intermodal cargo containers that get delivered to every hamlet in America, it is actually an advanced military weapons system that can deliver nuclear, EMP, chemical, biological, and conventional payloads.

President Trump placed sanctions on Russia’s ROSOBORONEXPORT on the very day that Delaware’s Port of Wilmington approved Gulftainer’s lease of the entire port.

U.S. Representative Brendan Boyle of Pennsylvania, a Democrat, and U.S. Representative Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania, a Republican, also wrote a letter to Members of Congress strenuously objecting to Senator Carper’s efforts to assist Middle Eastern ports company Gulftainer.
