Sacred Communist Ground? Baby Barack Obama Lived At The Gateway To Seattle’s CHAZ With Mother Stanley Ann Dunham On Avenue Now Patrolled By Armed Marxist Revolutionary Guards

Infant Barack Hussein Obama and his mother Stanley Ann Dunham resided at what is now the gateway to CHAZ, also known as CHOP, the so-called Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone that heavily-armed Marxist militants seized in the wake of George Floyd’s death.

Baby Barack Hussein Obama and his mother lived at 516 13th Avenue East, Capitol Hill, Seattle from August 1961 to June 1962. Obama’s former address is located at the north side of the CHAZ 13th Avenue East “border” checkpoints.

Communist revolutionaries claim to have established CHAZ as their own sovereign territory. The revolutionaries claim that the eight-block swath of Seattle has seceded from the United States and become an independent nation-state.

The communist revolutionaries have established a border, complete with border checkpoints manned by armed guards. Ironically, no “illegal immigrants” are allowed entry into CHAZ.

Barack Hussein Obama was born on August 4, 1961, according to a copy of his long form Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth provided by late Hawaii Director of Health Loretta Fuddy, a.k.a. Deliana Antone, to President Obama’s personal attorney Judith Corley. Corley is a partner at Seattle-based Perkins Coie. Fuddy was purportedly killed in a plane crash on December 11, 2013.

“Perkins Coie is representing Black Lives Matter in a new lawsuit against the City of Seattle, accusing local police officers of using “unconstitutional” force during recent protests,” Bloomberg Law reported.

The political symbolism of a Marxist revolution taking place in a major U.S. city, particularly in Barack Obama and his mother Stanley Ann Dunham’s old stomping grounds, cannot be understated.

Perhaps these delusional communist revolutionaries envision CHAS as both a Marxist utopia and a symbolic communist pilgrimage destination — you know, the sacred ground where fellow revolutionaries can fawn over one of the American Messiah’s earliest known addresses and pay homage to the insurrection’s communist revolutionary leader — “the man who calls himself Barack Hussein Obama.”

Obama, the very same man who proclaimed during a June 8, 2008 New Hampshire campaign speech that his presidency would be “the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet to heal.” Obama somehow forgot to mention that his presidency would include dividing the American people and burning down their country.

CHAZ is the communist vision of an inside out and upside down reverse-engineering of Bethlehem. Saul Alinsky would be busting his buttons. After all, Alinsky dedicated his book Rules For Radicals to ”the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom — Lucifer.”

At a CHAZ border checkpoint at the corner of 13th Avenue and East Pine Street, 3,000 feet south of baby Obama’s old address, one of the armed guards said he was carrying a Desert Eagle .50 Action Express semiautomatic handgun. No complaints, however, have been made by the corrupt mainstream media about that gun.

Baby Obama’s Seattle Address Confirmed By 1960s Official Records; Dunham Attended ‘Little Red Schoolhouse’ In Seattle Suburb With Iona Stenhouse, Daughter of John Stenhouse

The Polk Directory, a 1960s phone book, and Dunham’s University of Washington transcript also confirm Dunham’s address as 516 13th Avenue East in Capitol Hill, Seattle.

Madeline and Stanley Dunham and John Stenhouse enrolled their daughters at Mercer Island High, also known as “The Little Red Schoolhouse” because of its communist connections. At Mercer Island High, a curriculum built around communist indoctrination was the norm.

Dunham’s long-time friend Iona Stenhouse, told of her time together with Dunham at Mercer Island High’s Little Red Schoolhouse. Iona Stenhouse was the gatekeeper at the University of Washington’s Human Resources department.

Iona’s father John Stenhouse had been called before the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC) where he testified on March 19, 1955 about his subversive communist activities.

“During the war some 10 years ago I was a member of the Communist Party in this country,” Stenhouse testified.

Seattle has long been infested with communists. Stenhouse, like the Soviet spy ring leader Nathan Gregory Silvermaster, arrived in Seattle by way of China.

Silvermaster, born into a Jewish family in Russia (present-day Ukraine), relocated to China, and then to Seattle in 1949. Silvermaster, like Stenhouse, also moved on to Washington D.C. where he too obtained a high-level job inside the federal government.

John Stenhouse was born in Chungking, China before entering the United States in his twenties and moving to Seattle.

Like Stanley Ann Dunham, Silvermaster attended the University of Washington.

SUBUD And The Silvermaster Soviet Spy Ring

In a 2015 exposé titled CLUES UNLOCK OBAMA I.D. MYSTERY: FBI Soviet Spy Files, SUBUD Cult, And A Dead Body, The American Report uncovered Barack Obama and Loretta Fuddy’s deep connections to the Silvermaster Soviet Spy Ring, including Fuddy’s SUBUD associates Victor Margolin and Sol Sender who were integral to Obama’s 2008 campaign.

The Seattle Times reported in an April 8, 2008 article titled “Obama’s mother known here as ‘uncommon’”:

“She had a really ironic sense of humor, sort of downbeat and she was a great observer,” said Iona Stenhouse, of Seattle, a former classmate. “There was an arched eyebrow, or a smile on her face about the immaturity of us all. I felt at times that Stanley thought we were a bit of a provincial group.

Supposedly, Dunham briefly attended the University of Hawaii before enrolling at the University of Washington and moving into an apartment in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood with newborn infant Barack Obama.

Stanley Ann Dunham was enrolled at the University of Washington by August 19, 1961, just two short weeks after Barack Obama was born.

Charlette LeFevre of “The Charlette Report” also confirmed Stanley Ann Dunham’s address when she reported it in the SeattlePI.com on September 16, 2016:

Back in 2008, Seattle Times Jonathan Martin had interviewed the classmates of Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack Obama’s mother, and discovered she had once lived on Capitol Hill as a student with a baby – Barack Obama. I would later discover the exact address on Capitol Hill here in Seattle where a Mrs. Anna Obama lived while attending the University of Washington. A small listing in an old yellowed directory, a single address bears testimony that a young single mother lived at 516 13th Ave E. on Capitol Hill Seattle from Aug. 1961 to June 1962.

It is well-established that Stanley Ann Dunham and her child once lived at the gateway to the now-forsaken communist territory of CHAZ.

Stanley Ann Dunham and Loretta Fuddy were friends from their days in Hawaii. Fuddy’s mother worked with Stanley Ann Dunham’s mother Madelyn Dunham. Both Loretta Fuddy and Stanley Ann Dunham went on to join the SUBUD cult, where Beelzebub’s Tales to His Grandson is the secret, sacred book of SUBUD, according to John Godolphin Bennett.

Stanley Ann Dunham and young Obama moved to Indonesia in 1967.

Loretta Fuddy, a.k.a. Deliana Antone was the former director of SUBUD USA that was originally headquartered in Seattle.

Fuddy was the Hawaii Director of Health who produced a copy of Barack Obama’s alleged Long-Form Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth and co-published an academic paper at the University of Illinois Chicago. UIC is the same university where Bill Ayers reigned, with Soviet propaganda expert Victor Margolin, for thirty years. Both Ayers and Margolin maintained deep ties to Fidel Castro’s Cuban communist regime. Margolin also taught in Havana.

Obama’s Occidental College Classmate: Obama Was A Marxist Revolutionary

Barack Obama’s Occidental College classmate John Drew claims that Obama was a revolutionary Marxist.

Dr. John Drew says that he was the president of the Occidental College Marxist Club and knew Obama well. According to Dr. Drew, Obama was a Marxist revolutionary who was convinced that a communist revolution like those that had already taken place in Russia and China was inevitably coming to the United States.

Bill Ayers And Prairie Fires

That same vision is shared by domestic terrorist and fellow communist revolutionary Bill Ayers, the former leader of The Weathermen. During the Vietnam War, the Weather Underground Organization bombed the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon, and the State Department.

Ayers is a notorious Chicago radical. Obama attempted to publicly distance himself from Ayers by referring to him as “just some guy in the neighborhood” whom he barely knew, yet Obama and Ayers served together on multiple boards.

Ayers reportedly claimed on more than one occasion to have ghostwritten Barack Obama’s book Dreams from my Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance.

The communist revolutionary Weather Underground Organization’s book “Prairie Fires,” by Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn (Ornstein), lays out the blueprint of what is now happening on the ground inside the occupied Seattle neighborhood now referred to as CHAZ.

According to Terry Turchie, former Deputy Director of the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division, the Weather Underground’s objectives in 1969 were to:

Larry Grathwohl was a former undercover FBI agent who infiltrated The Weather Underground. Grathwohl reported in his book Bringing Down America that Bill Ayers said that when he took over America he would relocate patriots who resisted the New World Order and incarcerate them in re-education camps.

Grathwohl stated in an interview:

They estimated that they would have to eliminate 25 million people in these re-education centers. And when I say eliminate I mean kill. Twenty-five million people. I want you to imagine sitting in a room with 25 people, most of which have graduate degrees from Columbia and other well-known educational centers and hear them figuring out the logistics for the elimination of 25 million people. And they were dead serious.

CHAZ Revolutionaries Call For Beheadings

Back in Seattle, one of the CHAZ/CHOP leaders called for “a new French Revolution”:

“Does anybody here know what happened to the people who did not get on board with the French Revolution?”

“Chopped!” he menacingly yelled.

“Chopped!” his fellow communist revolutionaries replied.

“That is the message we need to send. We are serious! This is not a joke,” the CHAZ leader barked.

In an ironic twist, the communist revolutionaries running CHAZ, which they have now renamed CHOP, are calling for the removal of heads.

Never before in America, have political activists called for the chopping off of the heads of other Americans. That act of barbarism was usually left to Middle Eastern jihadis such as ISIS terrorists. Barack Obama, according to U.S. Army Lieutenant General Michael Flynn (Ret.), former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, “willfully” armed those ISIS terrorists. Under Barack Obama’s presidency, a genocide of Christians swept the Middle East. Obama and the complicit media remained silent.

Frank Marshall Davis: Another Communist Connected to Barack Obama Who Spent Time In Seattle

Ann Dunham reportedly met Obama’s alleged father Barack Obama Senior in a Russian language class at the University of Hawaii.

Obama’s mentor Frank Marshall Davis was a well known Stalinist communist and self-admitted pedophile.

It has been reported that before Frank Marshall Davis moved to Hawaii in 1948, he spent time in Seattle.

Davis wrote for the communist newspaper the Honolulu Record. Honolulu Record publisher Koji Ariyoshi, who like Davis was a Communist Party member, met and worked with Chinese communist revolutionary Mao Zedong. Davis’ comrade and boss Ariyoshi was eventually arrested and charged with attempting to overthrow the United States government.

Davis invoked the Fifth amendment when he was called before the Senate Internal Security Subcommittee because of his communist activities.

Cliff Kincaid of Accuracy of Media (AIM) wrote extensively about Barack Obama and Frank Marshall Davis. Kincaid obtained Davis’s 601 page FBI file in August of 2008 through a FOIA request. Davis’ FBI file revealed in extensive detail that Marshall was a high-level communist party member, CPUSA # 47544. Davis was observed photographing the geography of Hawaii’s coastline and believed to be a Soviet spy.

The FBI placed Davis on the bureau’s classified Security Index and maintained surveillance on Davis for nineteen years. The FBI assigned Davis its highest threat level designation under which FBI agents would arrest Davis in the event of an outbreak of hostilities between the United States and the Soviet Union.

Communist Revolutionaries And Psychopaths

In a poem called “To The Red Army,” Davis celebrated the Russian Revolution. Comrade Davis professed that the two men he most admired were none other than Adolph Hitler and Joseph Stalin.

The Obama White House also had an affinity for genocidal maniacs.

Obama’s White House Communications Director Anita Dunn told her audience while standing before a cross that Mao was one of her two most admired philosophers as she oddly licked her lips.

Anita Dunn was hired in 2019 to run Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign.

Chinese communist revolutionary Mao Zedong killed 80 million or more of his own people.

The Obama White House Christmas tree also paid homage to Chinese Communist Revolutionary Mao Zedong. Amazingly, the White House Christmas Tree was decorated with Mao ornaments.

Dunn’s husband, Perkins Coie partner Robert Bauer, was President Obama’s White House Counsel. These people are no strangers to Barack Hussein Obama.

Perkins Coie, representing the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, funneled money to Fusion GPS to pay for the fraudulent Steele Dossier that was central to the Trump Russian Collusion hoax and the coup d’état plot against candidate, and subsequently President Donald J. Trump. Former British intelligence MI6 agent Steele was known for his long-held Marxist sensibilities.

The Machiavellian Alinskyites believe that the ends justify the means. This was the very same justification espoused by Mao, Hitler, and Stalin.

Only bloodthirsty monsters would honor the likes of Mao, Hitler, and Stalin — monsters who among them murdered over 180 million people.

Flynn Case: Was It THE HAMMER? Judge Sullivan Oversaw Case Of Pagliano, IT Expert Who Set Up Hillary’s Private Email Server; Judge Gleeson Protected HSBC From Criminal Prosecution While Comey Joined HSBC Board

The Justice Department and the FBI knew by 2017 that there was no Trump Russian collusion.

A full three years later, during recent Senate testimony, former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein finally ponied up the truth.

As the cabal’s uncontrolled brush fire burned through America’s body politic in a scorched earth plot to divide and destroy the United States and bring down the Trump administration, the coup plotters and the media carried on the despicable charade of the vile Russian collusion hoax.

On May 17, 2017, without predicate or evidence of any crime, Rosenstein appointed Robert Mueller as Special Counsel to lead the hoax Trump Russian collusion investigation.

Two days later, FBI Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division Peter Strzok infamously texted his main squeeze Lisa Page five words that summed up what the coup plotters knew all along: “There’s no big there there.”

On July 17, 2017, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper testified under oath during a classified interview before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence that “I never saw any direct empirical evidence that the Trump campaign or someone in it was plotting/conspiring with the Russians to meddle with the election.”

There was no predicate. There was no crime.

Yet Clapper, from his perch at CNN, continued to vociferously attack President Trump as a traitor and agent of Russia. CNN and James Clapper worked in concert to spread lies to the American people in an unprecedented attack against a sitting United States President.

They went after General Flynn in order to get to President Trump.

Former CIA analyst Fred Fleitz, who served on President Trump’s National Security Council, wrote in an April 22, 2020 Fox News opinion piece that “House Intelligence Committee staff told me that after an exhaustive investigation reviewing intelligence and interviewing intelligence officers, they found that [CIA Director John] Brennan suppressed high-quality intelligence suggesting that Putin actually wanted the more predictable and malleable Clinton to win the 2016 election. But they lied about that.

It was one filthy lie after another.

Former members of the Obama administration, Congressional Democrats, and the corrupt mainstream media attempted to impeach President Trump. Many feared that if President Trump was not removed from office, they would have to answer for their many crimes.

Both President Trump’s Attorney General William Barr and his Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grinell expressed dismay.

“After the election, even though they were closing down some of it as we’ve seen in the [General Michael] Flynn case and saying ‘there’s nothing here,’ for some reason they went right back at it even at a time where the evidentiary support or claimed support like the dossier was falling apart,” Attorney General Barr explained during a Fox News interview.

“For the first time in American history, police organizations and the national security organizations were used to spy on a campaign, and there was no basis for it,” Attorney General Barr continued. “And then later on, in his administration, there were actions taken that really appear to be efforts to sabotage his campaign.”

“We are no longer at the point … where it is Rupublican versus Democrat. This is now Washington versus the rest of America,” former Acting DNI Richard Grenell explained during an interview last week.

Richard Grenell revealed that the intercepts of the December 29, 2016 phone calls between President Trump’s incoming National Security Adviser Lt. General Michael Flynn and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak were not the “product” of one of the 17 U.S. intelligence agencies that Grenell oversaw. Those agencies include the FBI, NSA, and CIA. Grenell definitively stated “it wasn’t our product.”

“The IC [Intelligence Community] doesn’t have all the transcripts/summaries….it wasn’t our product” Grenell elucidated on Twitter.

Who’s “Product” Was It? Who Spied On The Former DIA Director?

Whose “product” was it? And who provided that “product” — the surveillance data on President Trump’s incoming National Security Adviser General Michael Flynn — to President Obama?

General Flynn was the former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) that provides military intelligence in defense of the United States. If the Flynn – Kisslyak phone call intercepts were not the United States Intelligence Community’s “product,” then who exactly was spying on the former Director of the U. S. Defense Department’s intelligence arm? Was it another member of Five Eyes? Was it China? Was it Iran? Was it Russia?

Whoever, or whatever, was spying on former DIA Director General Flynn was spying on the man who holds the keys to America’s national defense secrets. It is of the greatest import to determine precisely who was spying on General Flynn. It is a major national security breach.

Was It THE HAMMER?

According to CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery, the Obama administration used THE HAMMER to conduct illegal domestic surveillance on 156 Article III Judges and other U.S. officials.

Was it THE HAMMER that was spying on General Flynn?

Montgomery stated that President Obama had an encrypted VPN and could access THE HAMMER at will.

John Brennan and James Clapper illegally commandeered the foreign surveillance system THE HAMMER and moved it to the Fort Washington Facility in Maryland on February 3, 2009, where they illegally spied on Americans, including President Trump and General Flynn, according to Montgomery.

Under President Obama, Brennan and Clapper used THE HAMMER to conduct illegal domestic surveillance on Barack Obama’s political enemies and members of his own bureaucracy, for the purpose of “blackmail and leverage.”

John Gleeson, the former U.S. District Judge that Judge Emmet Sullivan, in an unconventional maneuver without precedent, brought in to prevent the DOJ from dismissing General Michael Flynn’s case, was an Article III judge.

Judge Sullivan Refuses To Give Up The Ghost

Yet, U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan refuses to give up the ghost as he attempts to entrap General Flynn for a second time.

What Judge Sullivan is doing is without precedent. It is unconventional. It is not standard practice. Judge Sullivan is beyond his authority.

Judge Sullivan is attempting to play the role of judge, jury, and prosecutor and convict General Michael Flynn after the United States Justice Department dropped its Trumped-up prosecution.

Judge Sullivan had already veered outside of his authority when he had the temerity to call General Flynn, a highly-decorated war hero who served his nation for 33 years on active duty, a “traitor.” Not only is there no evidence to support that charge, but Judge Sullivan’s outlandish statement exposes his own prejudice.

Judge Sullivan doubled down when he accused General Flynn’s lead counsel Sidney Powell of “plagiarism” when she was referencing her own work.

Oddly, President Obama emerged from the shadows to falsely claim that General Flynn had committed perjury. On cue, Judge Sullivan refused to dismiss the Flynn case that the DOJ had already dropped. The Wall Street Journal, like others, wondered exactly what former President Obama had to fear.

A plethora, in fact an avalanche, of criminal activity occurred under the Obama administration, including within the Justice Department, the FBI, and throughout the Intelligence Community. Under the thuggery exhibited by the Obama administration, one might have thought that they were living in the Soviet Union. It wasn’t happening in just one agency. It was happening in every agency, from the CIA, to the IRS, to the EPA. Corruption was the order of the day — every day.

Judge Sullivan Oversaw The Case of Bryan Pagliano, The State Department IT Director Who Set Up Hillary Clinton’s Private Email Server

Judge Sullivan oversaw the case against Bryan Pagliano, Hillary Clinton 2008 presidential campaign IT director and later became the State Department’s IT computer specialist.

Pagliano set up Hillary Clinton’s illegal private email server that stored classified data. .

Pagliano received limited immunity from the Obama administration. Pagilano pleaded the Fifth 125 times in order to avoid answering questions about Hillary Clinton’s illegal server.

Judge Sullivan covered up these illegal acts when, according to Politico, “Sullivan declined to make Pagliano’s immunity agreement public.” Sullivan also sealed Pagliano’s videotaped deposition. Further, Pagliano skirted the law with impunity when he defied a Congressional subpoena by skipping a required appearance before the U.S. House of Representatives.

Nothing happened to Pagliano. Nothing happened to Hillary Clinton. Yet, Judge Sullivan wants to destroy General Flynn in a Kafkaesque judicial proceeding unworthy of the American judicial system.

Pagliano’s immunity agreement was set up by FBI counterintelligence officials, the DOJ National Security Division, and FBI Director James Comey.

In General Flynn’s ongoing case, Judge Sullivan appointed former U.S. District Judge John Gleeson to write an Amicus Curiae a.k.a. “friend of the court” brief. Of course Judge Sullivan appointed Judge Gleeson, as Gleeson could be counted on to do the right thing — just as he had done before.

Judge Gleeson Allowed HSBC To Escape Criminal Prosecution While Comey Joined HSBC Board

Judge Gleeson also had oversight of the HSBC case connected to James Comey. Comey, after all, is the one who claimed that Hillary Clinton committed no crimes with her illegal server because she had no “intent.” Intent, however, is not a requirement for conviction in national security cases involving exposure of classified information.

In July of 2013, Judge Gleeson approved a $1.92 billion deferred settlement in HSBC’s money laundering case involving Mexican drug cartels and terrorists, “which enabled HSBC to escape criminal prosecution” according to Reuters. HSBC conducted “transactions on behalf of customers in Burma, Cuba, Iran, Libya and Sudan, which were all subject to U.S. sanctions.” Iran and Sudan, adversaries of the United States, have produced weapons of mass destruction.

In March 2013, while Judge Gleeson was reviewing HSBC’s deferred settlement proposal, HSBC appointed James Comey to its board of directors. Gleeson’s decision was tantamount to protecting the rogue financial networks of terrorists who produce WMDs.

Interestingly, key evidence in national security cases overseen by Judge Sullivan have gone “missing.”

State Department emails relating to Pagliano have gone“missing.”

In the Flynn case the original FBI Form 302 reports of Strzok and FBI Special Agent Joseph Pientka’s ambush interview of General Flynn also went missing. Those 302 forms were then altered by Strzok and Page in order to frame General Flynn.

Page was recently awarded with a new on-air gig at MSNBC alongside fellow cabal member Andrew Weissmann. Seemingly, treason and sedition are sought after resume builders following service to the Obama Administration, proving that crime does indeed pay.

General Flynn knows the truth about the Obama administration’s willful decision to arm ISIS terrorists and intricate details of the Iran nuclear deal. General Flynn also understands his way around the Intelligence Community.

Members of the former Obama administration have a strong motive to keep General Flynn muzzled.

So Whose “Product” Is It? Exploring The Origin Of The Flynn-Kislyak Wiretap: Was It THE HAMMER?

So, whose product was it?

Was it the “product” of the illegally-commandeered foreign surveillance system known as THE HAMMER? President Obama, James Clapper, and John Brennan had transformed THE HAMMER into an illegal, privatized domestic surveillance system to spy on the American people. They ran THE HAMMER outside of legally-mandated Congressional and FISA court oversight.

CIA contractor-turned whistleblower Dennis Montgomery designed and built THE HAMMER as a foreign surveillance tool in 2003 to keep America safe after 9/11. And it did, according to military sources.

Those military sources told The American Report that sign-off procedures for THE HAMMER, including FISA court sign-offs, were in place to document the identities of all personnel who accessed the powerful foreign surveillance tool THE HAMMER, up to and including the President of the United States.

On February 3, 2009 the U.S. government’s powerful foreign surveillance system, THE HAMMER, was commandeered and moved to the Fort Washington Facility in Maryland by John Brennan and James Clapper where they illegally transformed it into their own private domestic surveillance system.

Brennan, Clapper, and Obama were illegally spying on the American people, destroying their constitutional rights to privacy while blackmailing and leveraging Obama’s political enemies with stolen tools of the federal government. This was beyond the pale. Nothing like this has ever been seen or done in America before. In the communist Soviet Union, in Hitler’s Germany, and in Mao’s China — yes, but never before in the United States of America.

If (i) the Intelligence Community (IC) does not have any transcripts or summaries that prove who was spying on Ambassador Kislyak and General Flynn and, (ii) Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell does not know where that information came from and, (iii) Ambassador Grenell has publicly stated that the information was not the product of the IC community — then exactly whose “product” was it?

No documentation exists that proves where the information came from. There were no FISA warrants. There was no incidental surveillance. So who was spying on General Flynn?

General McInerney Talks To Radio Host Audrey Russo About General Flynn And The Hammer

Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney, during a recent radio interview, stated that he knows General Flynn and that General Flynn is not a liar.

General McInerney’s statement was true. It has been proven that General Flynn did not lie to the FBI — in what may be the most egregious case of prosecutorial misconduct in U.S. history.

However, the FBI did lie about General Flynn. FBI agents committed a felony when they changed the 302 form in order to frame General Flynn with a crime. The original 302, which is exculpatory evidence, is still missing.

President Obama fired General Flynn from his position as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and targeted General Flynn with illegal surveillance because General Flynn had called out President Obama’s conscious decision to ship arms to so-called ‘Syrian Rebels’ — weapons that ended up in the hands of al-Qaeda and ISIS terrorists.

Whistleblower Montgomery Exposed Brennan And Clapper To Curtis, Baker, And Comey

CIA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery states that he handed over 47 computer hard drives of documentation in August 2015 to James Comey’s FBI and provided over three hours of sworn and video-taped testimony to Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis of the Department of Justice National Security Division, while inside the FBI’s Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at the FBI Washington D.C. Field Office in December 2015.

Montgomery received two limited immunity agreements struck by FBI General Counsel James Baker and Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis for his sworn testimony after the FBI had verified the 47 computer hard drives of evidence that Montgomery had provided.

Montgomery had worked for John Brennan and James Clapper. Montgomery, however, became a whistleblower after he resumed working for Brennan and Clapper in 2012 because Brennan and Clapper had illegally turned THE HAMMER foreign surveillance tool against the American people.

Brennan and Clapper had stolen the keys to the kingdom and were turning America into a Stasi-style police state that targeted President Obama’s political enemies. The CIA has no charter to spy on the American people.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, FBI General Counsel James Baker, and FBI Director James Comey are at the very least guilty of misprision of treason for doing nothing to stop Brennan and Clapper from their seditious and treasonous use of THE HAMMER in an attempted coup d’état.

Montgomery holds a TS/SCI security clearance with case-specific access to Special Access Program (SAP) information. Montgomery had the States Secrets Privilege (SSP) and Government Protective Order invoked upon him by then-DNI John Negroponte in 2007 — essentially a muzzle.

Robert Mueller’s FBI Supplied The Computers For THE HAMMER

According to Montgomery, the computers for THE HAMMER were supplied by Robert Mueller’s FBI. Director Mueller had FBI agents stationed at the Fort Washington Facility, according to Montgomery.

Mueller, as Special Counsel, went on to have oversight of the Trump Russian Collusion investigation that was proven to be a hoax that cost the taxpayers an outrageous $40 million.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis worked for Mueller on the Special Counsel investigation. Curtis also went on to become the DOJ’s lead prosecutor of General Flynn, despite the fact that Curtis had previously taken possession of Montgomery’s evidence and his testimony. Curtis was well aware that General Flynn had been illegally spied upon by Brennan and Clapper with THE HAMMER. Montgomery testified in December 2015, to Deborah Curtis, to exactly that.

Curtis would have known that she was in possession of ‘fruit of the poisonous tree’ testimony, making her prosecution of General Flynn entirely illegal.

Montgomery asserts that President Obama could, and did, access THE HAMMER, “at will.”

Former FBI General Counsel James Baker Testifies About THE HAMMER

Former FBI General Counsel James Baker amended his previous testimony and testified under oath before Congress that he had dispatched FBI agents to take possession of Montgomery’s evidence that was stored on “electronic media.”

On October 18, 2018, Baker testified before a U.S. House of Representatives joint committee:

Can I just — I’m turning to the Bureau to describe this. So his client was an individual named Dennis Montgomery, who I believe, to the best of my recollection, he said that he had been a U.S. Government contractor and, in the course of that work, had come across evidence of unlawful surveillance by the government of Americans — and including government officials — and wanted to give that information to the Bureau, which eventually did take place.

Dennis Montgomery states that he sent whistleblower information to the DOJ IG, who responded that it was above his security grade. Montgomery subsequently filed 17 whistleblower complaints with federal agencies, including the CIA Inspector General.

In 2015, one month after arriving in Washington D.C., Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates barred the DOJ Inspector General (IG) from the DOJ National Security Division, where Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis worked. Thus, the Inspector General had no access to or oversight of the National Security Division of the DOJ. Therefore, the DOJ IG may not know exactly whose “product” provided the surveillance information on General Flynn and Ambassador Kislyak, as the DOJ IG had no access or oversight due to Sally Yates’ ban of the IG from the DOJ National Security Division.

Acting DNI Richard Grinell: The “Product” Did Not Come From The IC

Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell emphatically stated that the “product” did not come from the Intelligence Community (IC) — that would include all 17 agencies that comprise the Intelligence Community (IC) — including the FBI.

General Flynn’s Attorney Sidney Powell has also questioned who and what was spying on General Flynn.

It is imperative to know exactly who was spying on General Flynn and who provided that information to President Obama.

Was it the Russians?

Was it the Chinese?

Was it the Iranians, in gratitude for all of the cash that President Obama shipped to them for the JCPOA ‘Iran nuclear deal’?

Who was spying on General Flynn? Where are the footprints and fingerprints that prove exactly whose “product” it was?

Obama Exposed: There Were No FISA Warrants, There Was No Incidental Surveillance, There Was The Hammer — The Persecution Of General Flynn

For years, Sally Yates and James Clapper were acutely aware that the Obama administration was engaged in illegal domestic surveillance.

In August of 2014, CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery met with Senior Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia Royce C. Lamberth, one-time presiding judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. Montgomery handed over to Judge Lamberth a cache of Special Access Program (SAP) classified documents.

Judge Lamberth then approached FBI Director James Comey and Lamberth’s longtime friend FBI General Counsel James Baker, in an attempt to assist Montgomery’s efforts to become a whistleblower and expose illegal domestic surveillance programs run by President Obama and his intelligence chiefs John Brennan, and James Clapper.

The government was desperate to get back Dennis Montgomery’s evidence, even if it meant granting Montgomery whistleblower immunity.

Brennan and Clapper, Montgomery says, illegally commandeered a U.S. government foreign surveillance tool known as The Hammer, then relocated that system to Fort Washington, Maryland on February 3, 2009, according to The Whistleblower Tapes.

FBI Director Robert Mueller provided the computers for The Hammer, according to Montgomery.

Sally Yates Plays Her Part In The Scheme

In April 2015, one month after Donald Trump announced his presidential candidacy, Sally Yates arrived at DOJ headquarters in Washington D.C. to begin her new job, pending confirmation, as President Obama’s Deputy Attorney General.

Previously, Attorney General Eric Holder appointed Sally Yates to serve as vice chair of the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee. Eric Holder was held in Contempt of Congress for lying about Operation Fast and Furious.

Within one month of her confirmation, Yates barred the DOJ Inspector General (IG) from the DOJ’s National Security Division, which had already taken possession of SAP information that Montgomery had turned over to Judge Lamberth. The DOJ National Security Division and the FBI were in the process of setting up arrangements for Montgomery to turn over additional information contained in the 47 computer hard drives.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis was at the DOJ National Security Division. Curtis not only took Montgomery’s testimony in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at the FBI Washington D.C. Field Office, she also went on to join Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel hoax Russian Collusion investigation team and became the lead prosecutor of General Michael Flynn. Subsequently, Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis stepped down from her position as the lead prosecutor on the Flynn case and left the DOJ on September 27, 2019.

In August of 2015, Montgomery turned over to the FBI 47 hard drives that contained over 600 million pages of illegally-harvested domestic surveillance data. Those documents, when stacked one upon another, measured a stunning 30 miles high. Included in those 47 hard drives was illegally-harvested information on Donald Trump, General Flynn, and their families.

FBI General Counsel James Baker dispatched FBI agents to the Miami Field Office to take possession of Montgomery’s 47 hard drives. Comey and Baker buried Montgomery’s whistleblower evidence, Montgomery says.

However, in October, 2018, Baker testified before a U.S. House of Representatives joint committee:

FBI General Counsel James Baker and DOJ Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis had arranged for limited immunity for Montgomery in exchange for that evidence and Montgomery’s testimony.

But the DOJ Inspector General would never see Montgomery’s evidence because, several months earlier, Sally Yates had barred the DOJ IG from the DOJ National Security Division, where both she and Deborah Curtis worked.

With the DOJ National Security Division free of the Inspector General’s oversight, there was no one to inspect the DOJ for the commission of crimes — and commit crimes they did.

Clapper And Yates Squirm And Stutter Under Questioning From Senate Judiciary Committee’s Lindsay Graham

On May 8, 2017, Senator Lindsay Graham (R-SC), Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Terrorism, questioned former Director of National Intelligence General James Clapper and former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates regarding the surveillance and unmasking of President Trump’s National Security Adviser Lt. General Michael Flynn.

Before firing off his very direct line of questioning, Senator Graham laid out the overall situation to Clapper and Yates:

Clearly, he [incoming National Security adviser Flynn] is talking to the Russians and we know about it. So if there is no FISA warrant — and I’m going to find out about this by the way — the other way that we know about what he was talking about with the Russians is if he was incidentally surveilled. So those are the two options.

But there was no record of FISA warrants. And there was no record of incidental surveillance. The cabal had made their fatal error that would expose the extent of their treachery.

Senator Graham did not appear to be aware that there existed a third option: That option is known as The Hammer.

Senator Graham then shifted his attention to General Clapper. “Do we know who unmasked the conversation between the Russian ambassador and General Flynn? Was there unmasking in this situation?”

“Are you looking at me?” replied General Clapper like any other suspect out of a mafia flick .

“Ah, I don’t know,” Clapper stammered.

“Do you, Ms. Yates?” Senator Graham then asked the petrified-looking Sally Yates.

“I can’t speak to this specific situation,” Yates answered with a stunned, deer-in-the-headlights look.

“The bottom line here is, I want to know how it got to the Washington Post” Senator Graham continued. “Somebody had to have access to the information and they gave it to the Washington Post.”

“Neither one of you did it?” Senator Graham asked point blank.

“That’s right,” Clapper and Yates nervously answered in near-unison.

Someone had dropped that information about General Flynn to the complicit Washington Post. The cabal wanted to set the narrative that General Flynn was a traitor. They tried to frame Donald Trump with the same narrative — that he was a ‘Russian asset.’ In both cases, it was nothing but filthy lies. Strikingly, they were setting up a duly-elected President of the United States with an avalanche of damnable lies.They schemed against President Trump. And they schemed against General Flynn.

Never was there such a magnitude of criminality seen in the United States of America before. One might have expected that this group of people worked for America’s adversaries.

There would be no proof. There were no FISA warrants. There were no incidental surveillance documents to cover for their lies. The lack of proof exposed that Barack Obama had gleaned the information about General Flynn from another source — an illegal source.

The stench of fear filled the chamber. Clapper and Yates knew that they had made a fatal misstep.

So did Peter Strzok. And so did Lisa Page. Strzok and Page’s text messages would later reveal that they were watching and that they were apoplectic.

The “incorrect narrative” was being set. They had not gotten their lies straight. The train had derailed.

Peter Strzok texted his putative paramour Lisa Page a filthy expletive:

F*CK! Clapper and Yates through Graham questions are all playing into the “there should be an unmasking request/record” for incidental collection incorrect narrative.

Their texts then suggest that they scurried off to meet one another:

I’m free if you have two minutes.

Just called your desk. I’m free.

An hour later, apparently after meeting once, Agent Strzok had another question that would require a second in-person meeting:

Hey if you have time and it’s not super late, have a follow up q for something you said. I know you’ve got Bill’s session now…

Strzok and Page had other things to worry about as well. They were responsible for manipulating the original FBI 302 report in order to frame General Flynn for a crime that he did not commit. General Flynn did not lie. Strzok and Page knew that.

Strzok and Page framed General Flynn. And that is a crime.

President Obama, John Brennan, and James Clapper Targeted General Michael Flynn

President Obama had intelligence on General Flynn and knew what he had said on confidential phone calls. Yet, there were no FISA warrants nor a documented record of incidental surveillance. Barack Obama was getting his information from another source.

President Obama’s vendetta against General Flynn went back several years.

General Flynn had commented that the Obama Administration had armed al-Qaeda and ISIS terrorists. Those terrorists had perpetrated a genocide of Christians across the Middle East.

President Obama, with his henchmen Brennan and Clapper, targeted General Flynn. Apparently they had no compunction about throwing into prison a decorated veteran who had honorably served his country for 33 years.

General Flynn, working as President Trump’s national security adviser, would have known his way around the intelligence community like few others. General Flynn began his Army intelligence career in 1981 as second lieutenant.

The cabal schemed and they lied, then they lied and they schemed. They plotted to charge General Flynn with Logan Act violations. When that didn’t fly, they attempted to frame him with the ludicrous accusation that General Flynn plotted to have Fethullah Gülen kidnapped. In order to get General Flynn to cooperate, they then set their sights on his son. There was nothing they would not do to take down General Flynn. Their criminality knew no limits.

General Flynn must have suspected that Brennan and Clapper had commandeered the powerful foreign surveillance tool The Hammer, as that foreign surveillance system had been used on the battlefield by the DIA to save American lives. Brennan and Clapper, however, used The Hammer to politicize the intelligence community. In the process, Brennan and Clapper were turning America into a Stasi-style police state.

In January 2017, just days before President Trump’s inauguration, the outgoing Obama administration greatly expanded the number of intelligence agencies that could receive raw NSA signals intelligence data. President Obama, Clapper, and Brennan, just before they got out the door, appear to have been attempting to obfuscate the source of domestic intelligence illegally collected by The Hammer. With so many agencies in possession of the raw collection data it would become near-impossible to track the source of illegally-collected domestic intelligence or the source of any leaks. It would be the perfect cover for the CIA, which, under the Obama administration, had clearly been operating in violation of its own charter. Any leaks or illegal surveillance could be blamed on mishandled NSA data.

Over the course of his 33-year military career General Flynn had unmasked only one American, and that was because that American had met with a known terrorist, according to his attorney Sydney Powell.

General Flynn understood the legal boundaries of surveillance and the implications of bypassing the rule of law, in contrast with Obama, Brennan, and Clapper, who held the rule of law in contempt. Consequently, Obama and his henchmen set out to destroy General Flynn.

U.S. Air Force Lt. General Thomas McInerney (Ret.) remarked on the outrageous abuse of The Hammer by Obama, Brennan, and Clapper and decried their activities as being “worse than Watergate.”

General McInerney and U.S. Navy Four-Star Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons (Ret.) presented The American Report’s March 17, 2017 exposé on The Whistleblower Tapes and The Hammer to Dr. Dave Janda, host of ‘Operation Freedom’ on WAAM TALK 1600. During the March 19, 2017 broadcast of Operation Freedom, General McInerney took the story of Dennis Montgomery and The Hammer to America’s airwaves. Within minutes, Strzok and Page were texting one another.

A March 19, 2017 Strzok/Page text message sent hours after General Thomas McInerney went on air to discuss Brennan’s and Clapper’s secret surveillance system “The Hammer” reads:

I’m not going to respond to the whole group. The Klayman/Montgomery stuff in the email Jim just sent is utter BS. Best to say nothing and brief later if necessary.

In December 2018, from his deathbed, U.S. Navy Four-Star Admiral James A. ‘Ace’ Lyons (Ret.),’ former Pacific Fleet Commander, reached over to his longtime friend Air Force Lt. General.Thomas McInerney (Ret.) and told him “The Hammer is the key to the coup.”

Unit 999: Iraqi Terror Unit Linked To Oklahoma City Bombing ‘John Doe No. 2,’ Gulftainer, And Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, Saddam Hussein’s Nuclear Mastermind With Ties To Bin Laden

Gulftainer, the Middle-Eastern ports company managing two strategic U.S. seaports — Florida’s Port Canaveral and Delaware’s Port of Wilmington — is not only connected to Iraq’s WMD programs and Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile Launching System, but also, disturbingly, to Iraq’s Unit 999.

Oklahoma City television reporter Jayna Davis identified ‘John Doe No. 2,’ as Iraqi Republican Guard soldier Hussain al-Hussaini‘ in her book The Third Terrorist.’

Following the April 19, 1995 Oklahoma City terror strike on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building that killed 168 Americans and wounded 680 others, Davis identified Timothy Mcveigh, Terry Nichols, and Iraqi Unit 999 soldier Hussain al-Hussaini as the principal terrorists responsible for that attack.

Former Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) official Colonel Patrick Lang, working with Davis, concluded that Iraqi Unit 999 recruited Al-Husseini from Saddam Hussein’s Iraqi Republcan Guard.

U.S. intelligence and Pentagon officials concurred with Davis and Colonel Lang’s conclusion that Hussain al-Hussaini, a.k.a. ‘John Doe No. 2,’ was one of Saddam Hussein’s Iraqi Directorate of Military Intelligence (DGMI) Special Operations Group Unit 999 clandestine overseas operatives.

Gulftainer owner Hamid Dhia Jafar’s brother and business partner Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons mastermind, collaborated with DGMI, the Iraqi spy agency that ran Unit 999.

Dr. Jafar and DGMI collaborated on covert operations to conceal Saddam’s and Dr. Jafar’s nuclear, chemical, and biological WMDs.

Russian intelligence services oversaw these WMD deception operations in order to ensure that Saddam’s and Dr. Jafar’s massive WMD military industrial complex was fully concealed and undetectable by U.S. defense and intelligence satellites and UN weapons inspectors .

Both Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar and the Iraqi intelligence service that ran Unit 999 reported directly to Saddam Hussein’s Presidential Secretary Lt. Gen. Abid Hamid Mahmud al-Tikriti, a.k.a. ‘Saddam’s shadow,’ one of the most powerful regime figures within Saddam’s inner circle and another one of Dr. Jafar’s principal Iraqi WMD collaborators.

Dr. Jafar’s connections to DGMI, the Iraqi spy agency that ran Unit 999, are particularly concerning because they establish a connection between the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and Gulftainer, the Iraqi ports company that built their Port Canaveral container terminal adjacent to U.S. Navy Trident submarines, Canaveral Space Force Station, and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.

‘John Doe No. 2’: Iraq’s Hussain Al-Hussaini And Unit 999 — Inside The Wire

Jayna Davis, a former television reporter for NBC’s Oklahoma City affiliate KFOR, which doubled as CNN’s local affiliate, was one of the first reporters on the scene of the bombing and told Lou Dobbs during a September 9, 2002 CNN interview:

Several witnesses, 22 in all, have signed sworn witness affidavits and positively identified eight Middle Eastern men acting in collusion with McVeigh and Nichols at various stages of the bombing plot. Those Middle Eastern men, the majority of whom are Iraqi soldiers. One soldier in particular, Lou, is Hussain Al-Hussaini, and he was identified by seven witnesses, tying him to Timothy McVeigh, the Ryder truck, downtown Oklahoma City and the getaway vehicle aggressively pursued by the FBI the morning of the bombing …

Immediately following the Oklahoma City bombing, the FBI issued an All Points Bulletin advising citizens and law enforcement to ‘be on the lookout” for a Middle Eastern-looking suspect. The FBI distributed a sketch of ‘John Doe No. 2.”

In the hours and days following the brutal Oklahoma City attack, military and intelligence analysts arrived at a near-unanimous conclusion — that the Oklahoma City bombing had the fingerprints of a sophisticated Middle Eastern terrorist operation.

Then, the story from the FBI changed.

“The [Oklahoma City] FBI bulletin was quickly and mysteriously withdrawn,” the Wall Street Journal reported. “The original warrant for John Doe No. 2 described a man with “a tattoo on his left arm.”

Davis, working with U.S. Army Colonel Patrick Lang (Ret.), identified Hussain Al-Hussaini as a member of Iraqi Unit 999.

Colonel Lang is the former Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Director of Human Intelligence and Director of Middle East Analysis.

Davis and Colonel Lang initially connected Al-Hussaini to Saddam’s Republican Guard by studying a tattoo on Al-Hussaini’s left arm that depicts a snake wrapped around an anchor.

The FBI refused to accept Jayna Davis’ 22 sworn affidavits from witnesses who identified Al-Hussaini. The FBI never questioned any of the 22 witnesses nor interviewed Al-Hussaini, yet, the FBI never officially cleared Al-Hussaini.

Al-Hussaini, a former Iraqi soldier detained after the Gulf War in a desert POW camp in Saudi Arabia, entered the United States in 1994 as a self-proclaimed ‘refugee’ seeking asylum from Saddam’s regime.

“In the years following the Gulf War, the U.S. allowed 12,500 Iraqis to enter the U.S., including up to 6,000 ex–prisoners of war,” LA Weekly reported. Rob Frazier, a former U.S. State Department official in Saudi Arabia who dealt with refugees at the camp, including Republican Guard troops, “received many reports … alleging that the camp harbored ‘sleeper agents’ for Saddam Hussein.” “‘Remember, we really couldn’t background a lot of these guys,’” former U.S. Army intelligence officer Frazier said.

Unit 999’s elite espionage and terrorism recruits, carefully selected by the Iraqi intelligence services from Iraq’s Republican Guard and from Middle Eastern countries across the Islamic Bloc, received advanced training to prepare them for overseas bombings, airliner hijackings, and suicide missions.

Saddam’s intelligence services also provided Unit 999 soldiers with advanced training in weapons of mass destruction procurement and concealment operations and in the tactical use of conventional and unconventional weapons, including Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons of mass destruction.

The ‘United States Battalion’ of Iraqi Directorate of General of Military Intelligence Unit 999 sent dozens of undercover Iraqi special forces troops and intelligence agents into the United States and Canada, according to intelligence sources. By 2002, Unit 999’s United States Battalion had expanded to over 500 troops.

Unit 999 operative Al-Hussaini’s Oklahoma City co-conspirator Terry Nichols is connected to al-Qaeda terrorist Ramzi Yousef, a.k.a. Rashid, the Iraqi,’ who was convicted of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

Terry Nichols travelled repeatedly between the United States and Cebu City, Philippines where Ramzi Yousef was planning and directing terrorist operations. Intelligence revealed that Nichols, a.k.a. ‘The Farmer,’ did not have the technical capability to create the bomb(s) that detonated at the Murrah Building or the funds to repeatedly travel to and from the Philippines.

In his book Others Unknown, Timothy McVeigh’s defense attorney Stephen Jones writes that Nichols met with Ramzi Yousef and that Yousef was “an Iraqi intelligence operative.” Bin Laden was in the Philippines at approximately the same time as Nichols and Yousef, according to Stephen Jones.

Al-Qaeda terrorist Ramzi Yousef, responsible for the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, is the maternal nephew of 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM). KSM was apprehended and convicted as the mastermind of the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center twin towers and the Pentagon.

Gulftainer And Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s Connections To Unit 999

Rogue Iraqi nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar spearheaded Saddam Hussein’s secret nuclear weapons and uranium enrichment programs from the early 1970s until 2003.

Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar also oversaw technology transfer and procurement operations for Saddam’s chemical and biological warfare programs, CIA documents show.

Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar and Iraqi Directorate of General Military Intelligence (DGMI), a.k.a. al-Istikhbarat, the Iraqi spy agency that commands Unit 999 operatives, with assistance from Russian intelligence services, concealed Sadaam’s and Dr. Jafar’s nuclear, chemical, and biological warfare facilities, programs, and WMD stockpiles across Iraq’s 168,000 square miles of territory, and often outside of Iraq.

Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar set up and directed Iraq’s Tuwaitha nuclear complex, which Israel bombed in 1981. Undeterred, Dr. Jafar rebuilt Tuwaitha, prompting the U.S. Air Force to attack Dr. Jafar’s Tuwaitha nuclear site during its 1991 Package Q Airstrike, an Operation Desert Storm mission involving 78 U.S. military aircraft, two of which were shot down.

“After the 1981 Israeli raid on Iraq’s Osiraq [Osirak] nuclear research facility [a nuclear WMD facility at Tawaitha that was directed by Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar], [DGMI a.k.a.] al-Istikhbarat [the Iraqi spy agency that commands Unit 999] turned to the Soviet KGB for assistance. From 1982 to 1985, the KGB aided [DGMI a.k.a.] al-Istikhbarat in concealment and protection techniques of its military program and facilities, as well as strategic reconnaissance deception methods,” according to the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.

The Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey also revealed that:

Al-Amn al-Khas [the Iraqi Special Security Organization — S.S.O.] watched over the activities of [DGMI a.k.a.] al-Istikhbarat [the Iraqi spy agency that commands Unit 999] and the KGB during the Iran-Iraq War. The KGB advised these agencies in techniques of concealing covert weapons production facilities. It served as the central coordinating body between the Military-Industrial Commission [MIC] al-Istikhbarat [DGMI] and al-Mukhabarat, and the military in the covert procurement of the necessary components for Iraq’s WMD. During the 1991 Gulf War, it was put in charge of concealing SCUD missiles and afterwards, of moving and hiding documents from UNSCOM inspections relating to Iraq’s weapons programs. Based on these past activities, it would presumably continue these functions in the future.

Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar received decades of technical assistance from Soviet KGB officers and Russian Federation SVR and GRU intelligence officers, in coordination with Russian Ambassador to Iraq Yevgeny Primakov, a KGB/SVR superspy known as “The Bear in the Desert.”

Yes, Iraq did have weapons of mass destruction.

According to John A. Shaw, former Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for International Technology Security, and Bill Tierney, the former head of the U.N weapons inspection team in Iraq, there were WMD in Iraq.

“I am absolutely sure that Russian Spetsnatz units moved WMD out of Iraq before the war,” stated John Shaw, Newsmax reported.

Former U.N. weapons inspector Bill Tierney explained during a CBN interview about the Saddam Tapes, audio recording of Saddam’s cabinet that Tierney translated for the FBI:

We showed that the Iraqis had no intention of ever complying with the U.N. Security Council Resolutions…

“The director of DGMI, Staff Lt. Gen. Zuhayr Talib ‘Abd-al-Sattar [Seven of Hearts in the Operation Iraqi Freedom Most Wanted Playing Card Deck], reported directly to the Presidential Secretary” Abid Hamid Mahmud al-Tikriti, according to CIA documents.

Like DGMI’s director who commanded Unit 999, Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar also reported directly to Saddam’s Presidential Secretary Abid Hamid Mahmud al-Tikriti, separate CIA documents confirm.

“Beyond President Saddam’s family circle, the key figures can be counted on one hand … By far the most important is the one with the most menial title – President Saddam’s secretary,” The Guardian reported. “[Presidential Secretary] Mahmoud … is the third or fourth most powerful person in Iraq, according to exiled dissidents.”

Further cementing Dr. Jafar’s ties to Unit 999 is intelligence out of Iraq that revealed that Dr. Jafar operated a massive biological warfare research lab and production line at Salman Pak, the secret Iraqi military base near Baghdad where Iraqi intelligence services trained Unit 999 spies and terrorists.

Iraqi bioweapons scientist Rihab Tata, known as ‘Dr. Germ,’ “rose to run a 150-person bio-weapon operation at the infamous Salman Pak facility, which inspectors once dubbed germ-warfare central,” according to a newswire story posted by UCLA’s Department of Epidemiology.

‘Dr. Germ’ is married to former Deputy Minister of the Military Industrial Commission Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s colleague, Amer Mohammad Rashid al-Ubaidi, the second of Saddam’s three former deputy ministers of the Iraqi Military Industrialization Commission.

Intelligence out of the Middle East separately reported that Iraqi Special Operation Group Unit 999 trained al-Qaeda in chemical warfare tactics and that Saddam sold chemical weapons manufactured by Dr. Jafar and Iraqi Lt. Gen. Dr. Amir al-Saadi to Osama bin Laden.

Al-Saadi, like Dr. Jafar, was one of Saddam’s three deputy ministers of military industrialization who served as Saddam’s WMD scientific advisers.

Al-Saadi, Saddam’s ‘chemical weapons expert and ‘Superweapons Czar,’ schemed with Dr. Jafar and Dr. Jafar’s brother, Gulftainer owner Hamid Dhia Jafar, in a plot known as ‘Oil-For-Superweapons’ to finance Saddam’s and Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s nuclear, chemical, and biological warfare programs.

The Oil-For-Superweapons scheme led to multiple U.S. government investigations, including three Congressional committee investigations and a U.S. Treasury Department investigation.

In interviews with senior officials, the following picture emerged: American intelligence believes that Al Qaeda and Saddam reached a non-aggression agreement in 1993, and that the relationship deepened further in the mid-nineteen-nineties, when an Al Qaeda operative—a native-born Iraqi who goes by the name Abu Abdullah al-Iraqi—was dispatched by bin Laden to ask the Iraqis for help in poison-gas training. Al-Iraqi’s mission was successful, and an unknown number of trainers from an Iraqi secret-police organization called Unit 999 were dispatched to camps in Afghanistan to instruct Al Qaeda terrorists…

…According to several intelligence officials I spoke to, the relationship between bin Laden and Saddam’s regime was brokered in the early nineteen-nineties by the then de-facto leader of Sudan.

U.S. officials accused Iraqi WMD scientist Emad Husayn Abdullah al-Ani “of being involved with a Sudanese chemical [weapons] plant linked to Osama bin Laden,” according to the Sydney Morning Herald. Sample tests from that plant indicated a “smoking gun” for VX nerve gas, CNN reported.

Al-Ani, Hamid Dhia Jafar’s ‘Oil-For-Superweapons’ co-conspirator Lt. Gen. Dr. Amir al-Saadi, and Barack Obama’s Iraqi billionaire patron Nadhmi Auchi, were named as co-conspirators in MM Law’s 2018 human rights lawsuit filed in an Iraqi court on behalf of survivors of the 1988 Halabja chemical weapons genocide during which Saddam “gassed his own people.

A paradigmatic example of the application of Sun Tzu’s principle of deception in warfare is the Russian-designed WMD delivery system the Club-K (Klub-K). The network of Gulftainer’s connections to Russia’s Club-K, Iraq’s elite Unit 999 espionage and terrorism squads — exacerbated by Unit 999’s disturbing connections to the Oklahoma City bombing and al-Qaeda’s war planners Osama bin Laden, Ramzi Yousef, and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, should register as even more alarming than the pre-9/11 chatter and blinking red lights.

Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System can launch cruise missiles capable of travelling at supersonic speeds and evading U.S. missile defense systems.

U.S. missile defense systems look outward toward the Polar region and East, and West Coasts, but are not designed to detect cruise missiles launched from the interior of the United States.

A Club-K surprise attack could launch conventional, nuclear, EMP, chemical, and biological weapons from cargo containers positioned inside the United States and strike U.S. cities and U.S. military bases within minutes, or seconds, with no advance warning.

The effects of an EMP attack launched against the United States from Club-K ‘containers’ would be devastating. Destruction of the national power grid would severely degrade military readiness and rapidly lead to civil unrest and mass starvation.

“An EMP weapon is a civilization killer,” Dr. Peter Vincent Pry, a former CIA officer and Executive Director of the Task Force on National and Homeland Security, told The American Report.

Saddam and the inner circle of his cabinet of which Dr. Jafar was a senior member, could be heard on the ‘Saddam Tapes,’ musing about a ‘terrorist,’ that could not be traced back to Baghdad, placing and detonating a chemical, biological, or nuclear weapon in Washington D.C.

That is exactly the type of mission for which the Iraqi DGMI Special Operations Group Unit 999 trained.

It remains unclear if current U.S. national security officials are aware of the connection between Gulftainer and Unit 999, the Iraqi special operation group that former senior intelligence and Pentagon officials suspected of being at the operational center of the Oklahoma City bombing plot — or if stay-behind Unit 999 sleeper cells remain inside the United States.

Coalition Provisional Authority Administrator Paul Bremmer ordered the Iraqi Directorate General of Military Intelligence (DGMI) be dissolved in 2003.

However, former Iraqi Directorate of Military Intelligence (DGMI) Lt. Col. Abu Muslim al Turkmani went on to become second-in-command to Islamic State Caliph Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and oversaw the caliphate’s Iraqi territory before he was killed in a U.S. drone strike, raising questions about how much of the DGMI’s secretive command structure remains intact .

Gulftainer and its affiliates exhibit many hallmarks of an Iraqi dual-use enterprise similar to Iraqi front companies that operated throughout Iraq’s WMD-industrial complex — companies capable of, on a dime, transitioning from legitimate commercial activity, to covert prohibited WMD activity, and back again to commercial activity.

Gulftainer blockaded Wawa fuel tanker trucks transiting through the Port of Wilmington in April 2020, effectively cutting off fuel supplies to five northeastern states amid the Chinese Coronavirus pandemic.

The Hammer is the “keys to the kingdom” and the bad guys have it.

The Obama administration was a criminal enterprise.

On February 3, 2009, John Brennan and James Clapper illegally-commandeered the foreign surveillance tool known as THE HAMMER.” They privatized it and placed it inside a secret CIA facility in Fort Washington, Maryland, for unlawful domestic surveillance.

President Obama and the directors of his intelligence community Robert Mueller, John Brennan, James Clapper, and James Comey utilized The Hammer for “blackmail and leverage.”

They used The Hammer to cripple America and to subvert the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

They continue to use The Hammer to this day, according to Dennis Montgomery and military sources.

The Obama Administration was using The Hammer to wiretap Donald Trump among many other Americans, including federal judges, all the way up to, and including, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts.

Montgomery, during a May 2017 radio interview hosted by his then-attorney Larry Klayman, stated:

I was a CIA contractor both under John Brennan and under James Clapper and these individuals were running domestic surveillance programs in the United States collecting information on Americans…they collected everything they could find. Bank accounts, phone numbers, chats, emails, and they collected a massive amount of it under the Obama administration…

…Now I came forward years ago to bring this information to the people that these surveillance programs were not just being run on foreign surveillance, they were being run on domestic surveillance. When James Clapper says there was no surveillance in 2013, when he came before Congress, that is the tipping point by which Snowden said I’ve had enough and took up the information and left.

I’ve been doing this whistleblowing because I think it’s important to all Americans to understand how much of this data was collected and how it’s being used as leverage against people…

…I provided to the FBI seventeen businesses of Donald Trump, including the Trump Tower, the Trump leasing programs, all of these different programs, and including Trump himself and the various family members that had been wiretapped under these programs. There has been a wiretap on Trump for years…

Montgomery brought the information to Inspector General Michael Horowitz, as a whistleblower, where he was told that “this SAP program was above his [Horowitz’s] pay grade.”.

The Hammer is only one of the Special Access Program (SAP) projects that Dennis Montgomery worked on and developed. SAP projects are considered above top secret, and, like The Hammer, are not to be weaponized against America.

Only because The Whistleblower Tapes were leaked from U.S. District Judge G.Murray Snow’s courtroom did The Hammer come to light. The audio tapes exposed that Brennan and Clapper had commandeered The Hammer, a foreign surveillance tool, and privatized it for their own nefarious purposes. Brennan and Clapper used The Hammer for blackmail and leverage while Mueller provided the computers for The Hammer, according to Dennis Montgomery.

Montgomery became a whistleblower to expose Brennan, Clapper and Mueller’s illicit use of the powerful foreign surveillance tool, The Hammer, against America and the American people.

Brennan and Clapper transformed The Hammer from a foreign surveillance tool meant to keep America safe from terrorists after 9/11 into an Orwellian surveillance tool to go after Barack Obama’s political enemies.

Montgomery turned over 47 computer hard drives of data illicitly-harvested by The Hammer to the FBI and the Department of Justice under two limited immunity agreements. The immunity agreements were struck under one-time head of the FISA court Judge Royce C. Lamberth with FBI General Counsel James Baker and Department of Justice Assistant U. S. Attorney Deborah Curtis. The FBI and the DOJ buried the information that Montgomery provided. They did not act on it.

The Hammer is one part of an elaborate domestic surveillance network that Barack Obama, James Clapper, John Brennan, and Robert Mueller operated.

The Hammer is a distributed hacking network that was run by those inside the Obama government. The CIA and FBI are deeply involved.

The Hammer is a computational monster with bandwidth spread across the nation in order to mask the massive bandwidth it required, which it accessed remotely.

The Hammer was used to keep Americans and their businesses under constant illegal surveillance.

Montgomery notified many high-level government officials that Brennan and Clapper had turned the foreign surveillance tool, The Hammer, against America.

Montgomery filed 18 whistleblower complaints about the domestic surveillance with federal agencies including the U.S. Air Force and the CIA, according to The Whistleblower Tapes audio recordings.

“He got rejected 18 times” Tim Blixseth, whose ex-wife was Montgomery’s business partner, can be heard stating on “The Whistleblower Tapes.”

Blixseth can be heard heard on Part 1 of “The Whistleblower Tapes” (time 15:54) stating :

…Montgomery, he filed 18 whistleblower complaints with the Inspector General of the Air Force, Inspector General of the CIA, the Inspector General of the United States, Holder.

He sent an actual letter to Obama and to his private fax number, and how the hell he got it I don’t know. Carl Cameron confirmed that it was Obama’s fax number.

So he got rejected 18 times. I have all the whistleblower complaints, the rejections here.

So he did the right thing. He said hey I’m an American, I’m not leaving the country. I worked for the CIA. I went in for the government unauthorized and I got all of this financial information which is a violation of the Fourth Amendment, and this needs to be told.

They rejected him over and over and over.

Montgomery alerted multiple high-level government officials to the illegal use of The Hammer, including President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, the DOJ Inspector General, the CIA Inspector General, former FBI agent and Chair of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence at that time Congressman Mike Rogers, Senator Dianne Feinstein and the U.S Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, among others.

The Hammer is Brennan’s Stasi network and the implementation of Brennan’s own totalitarian police state. That should make your blood run cold.

The CIA’s charter does not permit it to spy inside the United States of America.

Many were notified about the use of The Hammer against America and did nothing.

“THE HAMMER is the key to the coup” U.S. Navy Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons (Ret.) proclaimed to U.S. Air Force Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney (Ret.). Admiral Lyons, who led the largest military command in the world as Commander of the U.S. Navy Pacific Fleet, spoke those words to General McInerney one final time as General McInerney sat beside Admiral Lyon’s deathbed.

Dennis Montgomery designed and built THE HAMMER foreign surveillance supercomputer to keep America safe after 9/11. Montgomery is a software designer and computer expert who worked as a government contractor for the CIA, FBI, NSA, and Defense Department.

According to military sources, THE HAMMER was a powerful foreign surveillance tool intended to monitor terrorists and other foreign adversaries.

On February 3, 2009, at the beginning of President Obama’s first term, John Brennan and James Clapper illegally commandeered the foreign surveillance tool known as THE HAMMER and transformed it into a domestic surveillance system that went operational at a secret government facility at Fort Washington, Maryland.

Montgomery asserted that Brennan spied on Donald Trump because the CIA feared Trump. According to The Whistleblower Tapes, Brennan and Clapper wiretapped Donald Trump “a zillion times.”

In an interview with his attorney Montgomery said, “There has been a wiretap on Trump for years.

August 2015, FBI Director Comey took possession of 47 hard drives of illegal surveillance from Dennis Montgomery under two limited immunity agreements. According to Montgomery, the 47 hard drives proved Brennan and Clapper had Donald Trump under illegal surveillance.

December 2015, after the FBI verified the 47 hard drives, Montgomery received greater immunity. Text messages subsequently released by DOJ Inspector General Horowitz revealed that, on Sunday March 19, 2017, FBI Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division Peter Strzok and FBI Attorney Lisa Page exchanged a text message about Montgomery and Montgomery’s attorney Larry Klayman, shortly after General McInerney completed his radio interview.

Monday, March 20, 2017, the following morning, FBI Director Comey went before Congress and launched the Hoax Russian Collusion Investigation. This is the story of treason, sedition and the coup d’etat that ensued in order to cover up the Obama administration’s illegal use of “The Hammer” domestic surveillance system.

This is a story of “tactical deception.”

What we are watching is far beyond the NSA’s 702 protocol failures.

This was the dismantling of America and her founding documents by a cabal of traitors in the intelligence community.

The U.S. Department of Justice this past week released Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz’s report that looked into whether or not former FBI Director James Comey leaked classified information to a New York Times reporter. The DOJ dropped its long-awaited report on James Comey as the nation headed into the Labor Day weekend.

The centerpiece of the Horowitz report was the conclusion that FBI Director Comey did not leak classified information from memos that Comey had created summarizing his “one-on-one interactions” with President-elect and President Donald J. Trump.

IG Horowitz’s dubious conclusion prompted the DOJ’s decision to decline to prosecute Comey.

Nowhere in his report did IG Horowitz address the illegal, secret surveillance system known as “The Hammer.” Nor did the Horowitz report address the status of the 47 computer hard drives of surveillance data collected by “The Hammer” that were placed in the custody of FBI Director James Comey.

Those 47 hard drives were turned over to Director Comey and FBI General Counsel James Baker by CIA/NSA/FBI contractor-turned whistleblower Dennis L. Mongomery.

Whistleblower Montgomery: Comey Buried Evidence Trump Was Wiretapped

Montgomery turned the 47 hard drives over to FBI Director Comey in August 2015 under an immunity agreement struck by Senior U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth (former FISA Court Presiding Judge), Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, and former FBI General Counsel James Baker.

Based upon the information provided in the OIG report, Director Comey, in the course of nine conversations with President-elect and President Donald Trump, failed to advise the President that Comey’s office had taken possession of 47 hard drives of evidence from whistleblower Montgomery that prove that President Trump was wiretapped by the Obama administration.

Comey never admitted to President Trump that Trump was under investigation. Comey’s secret investigation of Trump was held closely and was known only by Comey’s cabal that was code-named the “sensitive matter team.”

Director Comey, in the course of nine conversations with Trump, failed to advise the President of Montgomery’s claims that Brennan and Clapper had wiretapped Trump for years with “The Hammer” surveillance system.

The pablum that Horowitz attempted to peddle as a serious investigation of disgraced FBI Director Comey and his co-conspirators drew immediate fire from critics such as Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) and Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX). Nunes told Fox News that criminal referrals for conspiracy are underway.

Horowitz tasked the very same cabal that brought the American people the ludicrous Trump dossier, Crossfire Hurricane, and the bogus Trump Russian collusion investigation, with making the critical decision on whether or not Comey leaked classified information.

Leaking classified information is a violation of the Espionage Act of 1917.

The Office of Inspector General’s entire Comey investigation was fixed from the get-go, with the co-conspirators investigating themselves. This was an utter breakdown of the rule of law worthy of the Soviet Union.

Brennan And Clapper Stole The Keys to The Kingdom: Ran Illegal Surveillance System Known As “The Hammer”; Do They Still Run “The Hammer”?

Montgomery asserts that he sat between Clapper and Brennan at the Fort Washington Facility in Maryland as Clapper and Brennan illegally harvested 600 million documents from Supreme Court Justices Roberts and Scalia, FISA court judges including Judge Reggie Walton, 156 Article III judges, U.S. military officers, Members of Congress, and millions of innocent Americans with “The Hammer” (HAMR) surveillance system.

Brennan and Clapper illegally harvested massive amounts of surveillance data for future use in “blackmail” and “leverage” operations, Montgomery says.

Multiple Military Sources Confirm “The Hammer” Was Only To Be Used As A Foreign Surveillance Tool.

Multiple military sources confirmed to The American Report that “The Hammer” was a powerful foreign surveillance tool with multiple echelons of safeguards and sign-offs in place to ensure that “The Hammer” was never turned against the American people.

Those military sources say that sign-off procedures, including FISA court sign-offs, were in place to document the identities of all personnel who accessed to “The Hammer,” up to and including the President of the United States.

“The Hammer,” Montgomery explained, was transformed from a legally-authorized foreign surveillance system into Brennan and Clapper’s own, private, illegal surveillance system.

Two Days After WikiLeaks Confirmed The Existence Of “The Hammer,” Trump Requested That Comey Contact Trump On A Secure Line For A Classified Call

On March 9, 2017, two days after WikiLeaks dumped CIA Vault 7, and four days after President Trump accused President Obama of wiretapping him, Trump sent a request to Director Comey to contact him on a secure phone for a classified call.

Comey was diverted to Liberty Crossing Intelligence Campus In McClean, Virginia to respond to the request from President Trump and contacted him on a secure line to receive the classified call. Comey contacted Trump on a Top Secret telephone line.

Comey claimed he did not draft a memo for his March 9, 2017 telephone conversation with President Trump.

Not surprisingly, Brennan and Clapper lined up with their pals in the corrupt Mockingbird media to support the disgraced, dirty FBI Director James Comey.

America Took A Hard Left Turn When Obama Appointed Communist Thugs Brennan And Comey To Lead Premier U.S Intelligence Agencies

Like Obama’s Soviet Spy mentor Frank Marshall Davis, who was on the FBI’s Security Index, Comey, like Brennan, has expressed an affection for communism.

Consider that Brennan voted for Communist Party USA (CPUSA) candidate Gus Hall in the 1976 presidential election, less than one year after the Vietnam War.

Over 58,000 Americans lost their lives fighting communists in Vietnam — communists who were backed by the Chinese and Soviet regimes. Yet, John Brennan, in that context, voted for a communist candidate in a U.S. presidential election.

In 2003, Comey told New York Magazine “I’d moved from Communist to whatever I am now.”

One would have thought that being an avowed communist would have precluded James Comey from ever becoming Director of the FBI, but, under the Obama administration, being a communist appeared to be de rigueur.

According to whistleblower Montgomery, Robert Mueller’s FBI provided the computers for “The Hammer” surveillance system that Brennan and Clapper manned while illegally wiretapping Trump, among many other Americans.

Comey’s Former FBI General Counsel Admits Before Congress: Montgomery Turned Over Evidence To The FBI, Says US Government Illegally Surveilled Government Officials And Americans

Comey’s former FBI General Counsel James Baker appeared before Members of Congress in October 2018.

On day two of his two-day testimony during an Executive Session Joint Hearing of the House Judiciary Committee and the House Government Oversight Committee, Baker amended his testimony, thereby avoiding a perjury trap.

Baker stated on day two:

An individual named Dennis Montgomery, who I believe, to the best of my recollection, he said that he had been a U.S. Government contractor and, in the course of that work, had come across evidence of unlawful surveillance by the government of Americans — including government officials — and wanted to give that information to the Bureau, which eventually did take place (emphasis added).

Baker sent FBI agents to Miami in August 2015 to retrieve the 47 hard drives from Montgomery, which according to Montgomery, hold evidence that Brennan and Clapper wiretapped Trump.

“We had to actually dispatch FBI agents to go to a — from a field office to go collect this material,” Baker told Members of Congress.

The FBI provided Montgomery with a receipt for the computer hard drives.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis granted Montgomery two limited immunity agreements in 2015, one for evidence production (47 hard drives), and another for testimony.

DOJ Official Deborah Curtis Joined Prosecution Team In US Government’s Case Against General Michael Flynn

Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis is part of the DOJ’s prosecution team representing the U.S. government’s case against former Trump national security adviser Lt. General Michael Flynn (Ret.), though Curtis was privy to the classified intelligence collected by “The Hammer” that Montgomery shared with her in the SCIF.

Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte invoked the State Secret Privilege (SSP) and a Government Protective Order (GPO) against contractor Montgomery. The SSP and the GPO were invoked in order to protect national security secrets, the government says. According to Montgomery, DOJ official Carlotta Wells stated that the SSP and GPO can be removed if they were invoked in order to hide illegal activities.

Montgomery remains under the SSP and GPO to this day.

Dennis Montgomery is The Real Deal: U.S. National Security Community Colleagues Recognized Montgomery’s Contributions To America’s National Defense

High-level officials within the U.S. national security and intelligence communities presented Montgomery with government agency coins in gestures of appreciation of Montgomery’s technological contributions to America’s national defense, Montgomery says.

The coins, known as “challenge coins,” are highly prized awards that recognize the special achievements of team members. Though some coins can be found on the web, the authentic coins have special etchings on the side of the coin and cannot be duplicated.

Former Fox News reporter Carl Cameron, who spent a week conducting never-aired interviews with Montgomery, said he had never seen such a collection of high-level coins, Montgomery added.

Captain Robert P. Lyons was assigned to work with Dennis Montgomery by U.S. Navy Captain James G. Roche (Ret.), who was serving as Secretary of the Air Force.

Roche awarded Montgomery with a commemorative Secretary of the Air Force coin inscribed with Roche’s name.

Captain Lyons had been working in the Big Safari program, which focuses on key operational capabilities for the U.S. Air Force.

According to the U.S. Air Force, Big Safari is “a secretive Air Force acquisition program for specialized special mission aircraft” and “is not known for being very public.”

Captain Lyons worked closely with Dennis Montgomery, and holds Montgomery in the highest regard, considering him to be a “hero” who Captain Lyons “deeply enjoyed knowing and working with.”

Montgomery, Captain Lyons believed, “helped the Nation to be better against our foes.” Captain Lyons brought a U.S. flag back that was dedicated to Dennis Montgomery, and his family, for his service to the Nation.

Unlike others, Captain Lyons was in a position to know what was, in fact, going on as it related to national security as Captain Lyons was read into the programs he was working on, in concert, with Dennis Montgomery. Montgomery continues to hold a TS/SCI security clearance with access to Special Access Programs (SAP), Montgomery says.

Capt Lyons was instrumental to the building of the foreign surveillance tool known as “The Hammer.”

Some have worked assiduously to discredit Dennis Montgomery as a con man and a fraud.

These patents include Montgomery’s inventions in the fields of video surveillance, video compression, encryption, and other advanced technologies that are key to our national security.

A search at the U.S. Copyright Office reveals that Montgomery holds numerous copyrights for software computer code for the medical, medical laboratory, and clinical applications.

A search of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) records reveals that Montgomery launched a company, of which he was a major shareholder and technology officer, that went public in an IPO on the NASDAQ Small Cap exchange.

Montgomery subsequently worked as a contractor for the U.S. government.

The American Report sent a tweet to President Trump on March 4, 2017, in response to the President’s own tweet three hours earlier that accused President Obama of wiretapping him at Trump Tower.

The American Report was the first and only news organization to connect President Trump’s tweet to whistleblower claims made by former CIA contractor Dennis L. Montgomery, to “The Hammer” surveillance system that Montgomery built and that John Brennan and James Clapper ran, and to “The Whistleblower Tapes.”

On Saturday, March 4, 2017, at 6:35 am, President Trump, via Twitter, accused President Obama of wiretapping Trump Tower just prior to the 2016 presidential election.

“Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my ‘wires tapped’ in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!” President Trump tweeted.

The American Report tweeted its response to President Trump’s wiretapping accusation tweet at 9:59 am.

The American Report’s tweet was an effort to alert President Trump to the existence of Brennan’s and Clapper’s secret illegal surveillance system known as “The Hammer.”

Additionally, the tweet was an effort to alert the President to the existence of “The Whistleblower Tapes.”

On March 4, 2017, in further response to President Trump’s tweet, The American Report posted information about “The Hammer” wiretapping Donald Trump “a zillion times” to The American Report’s official Facebook page.

This is the story of treason, sedition and the coup d’etat that ensued in order to cover up the Obama administration’s illegal use of “The Hammer” to spy on Trump.

This is far beyond the NSA’s 702 protocol failures.

This was the dismantling of America and her founding documents.

“Tactical Deception”: General McInerney And Admiral Lyons: This Is A Coup, Trump Russian Collusion Fake Narrative Is Coverup For “The Hammer”

During his last days on earth, Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons (Ret.), former commander of the U.S. Navy Pacific Fleet, seemed less worried about dying than about stopping the coup against President Trump.

The coup, Admiral Lyons was convinced, was launched to cover up “The Hammer.”

“The Whistleblower Tapes,” though ignored by the mainstream media, exposed explosive secrets, including the existence of a powerful surveillance system known as “The Hammer.”

The Hammer was directed by John Brennan and James Clapper, according to Montgomery.

“The Hammer,” according to “The Whistleblower Tapes,” was used to spy on Trump “a zillion times.”

Admiral Lyons dedicated a lifetime to defending the United States and he spent decades facing down the Soviet Navy. Admiral Lyons recognized that “The Hammer” presented a grave threat to American freedom.

Admiral Lyons recognized that President Obama’s administration was secretly using “The Hammer” in order to transform the United States into a Soviet-style totalitarian police state, the very communist system that Admiral Lyons had challenged while leading the world’s largest military command.

“Hammer stunned me. Hammer stunned me” Lt. General Thomas McInerney (Ret.), formerly the number three Air Force official at the Pentagon said during a March 20, 2017 interview with Dr. Dave Janda, after learning about The Hammer from Admiral Lyons. “This is a very serious thing. Everything about the Russians stealing the election is tactical deception.”

General McInerney’s words were soon proven true.

Despite an ongoing smear campaign against the President, Special Counsel Robert Mueller conceded in his final report that indeed, there was no Trump Russian collusion.

“The Hammer” scandal, according to General McInerney, is “worse than Watergate.”

General McInerney arrived at the same conclusion as Admiral Lyons: the coup against President Trump was a cover-up operation launched in order to conceal “The Hammer.”

“Operation Freedom” radio show host Dr. Dave Janda, who, like General McInerney and like Mary Fanning of The American Report, maintained close communication with Admiral Lyons, recently recounted what the Admiral had repeatedly told him about “The Hammer.”

Dr. Janda invited General McInerney back to Operation Freedom for a followup interview on The Hammer, that aired on July 7, 2019.

At the heart of this coup, he [Admiral Lyons] kept telling me, was this illegal surveillance program that was illegally getting information on individuals which could then be used to turn people on other people and in particular the President.

And what he told me was that he thought that this whole Russian collusion narrative was cover for what occurred with this Hammer platform, this illegal surveillance platform.

Despite those safeguards, “The Hammer” surveillance system that was being run under Brennan and Clapper illegally spied on, according to “The Whistleblower Tapes, presiding judge of the FISA court U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia,159 Article III judges, members of the United States Congress, business leaders, millions of innocent Americans, and Donald J. Trump.

During a May 3, 2017 radio interview, Montgomery spoke of “Massive domestic surveillance, specifically of Article III judges, which seemed to be a primary target of the domestic surveillance because they were looking for information on judges to be able to use it against them as leverage.”

A totalitarian spy system such as The Hammer, Admiral Lyons understood, presented every bit as much a threat to America’s freedoms as the Soviet nuclear-armed ballistic missile submarines against which Admiral Lyons had played a dangerous game of cat and mouse.

Military Sources: “The Hammer” Was A Tool For Foreign Surveillance

Military sources revealed exclusively to The American Report that “The Hammer” was a powerful foreign surveillance tool that helped keep America safe after 9/11.

According to those military sources, Montgomery’s foreign surveillance system not only worked at targeting terrorists but also saved American lives.

“The Hammer,” those sources further revealed, incorporated multiple echelons of safeguards designed to prevent U.S. officials and government contractors from turning the herculean foreign surveillance system against the American people.

Those sources say that sign-off procedures, including FISA court sign-offs, were put in place to document all access to “The Hammer” foreign surveillance system, leaving behind the fingerprints and footprints, so to speak, of any personnel who accessed “The Hammer” platform, up to and including the President.

The CIA, under the agency’s charter, is tasked with foreign intelligence collection and is explicitly prohibited from engaging in domestic surveillance.

However, that is exactly what happened under the Obama administration, where Brennan and Clapper harnessed the powerful surveillance tool “The Hammer.”

Military sources told The American Report that Brennan and Clapper basically stole the “keys to the kingdom” when they privatized “The Hammer.”

The use of this powerful domestic spying apparatus was turning America into a police state. The Hammer was being used to overthrow a duly-elected U.S. President in a coup.

WikiLeaks Confirmed The Existence Of “The Hammer” (HAMR)

On March 7, 2017, just three days after the tweets from President Trump and The American Report, WikiLeaks dumped CIA Vault 7, confirming the existence of “The Hammer” (HAMR).

“The American People would like to know more about Brennan and Clapper’s computer system “THE HAMMER” said the November 18, 2015 post to The American Report’s Facebook page.

The American Report Facebook post featured a link to a November 16, 2015 article by Sharon Rondeau at the Post and Email. Rondeau made no mention of “The Hammer,” Donald Trump, or of revelations that Donald Trump had been under surveillance.

In the comment section of the American Report’s March 4, 2017 Facebook post about “The Hammer,” the American Report, responding to a commenter who wrote “I read a long long article about a year ago on Montgomery, Snow and The Hammer,” replied on March 4, 2017 “Yes, I transcribed the audio tapes and wrote on ‘The Hammer’ then.”

Fourteen months earlier, The American Report published its exclusive list of nine “bullet points” summarizing the contents of the “Whistleblower Tapes” in a December 20, 2015 post at The American Report’s official Facebook page:

The illicitly-recorded “Whistleblower Tapes” were released from U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow’s courtroom in November 2015.

On November 20, 2015, Mary Fanning of The American Report called into an internet radio program to find out what, if anything, Sharon Rondeau of The Post & Email knew about “The Hammer.”

Rondeau, who was a featured guest on the program, was discussing the tapes, which she referred to as the “confidential informant” tapes. During her interview, Rondeau made no mention of “The Hammer.” Furthermore, Rondeau made no mention during her interview of the shocking revelation contained within those tapes that President Obama’s intelligence officials Brennan and Clapper ran “The Hammer” and that “The Hammer” was used to spy on Donald Trump “a zillion times.”

MARY FANNING: I wondered if you had looked further into ‘The Hammer.’ In those tapes they reveal that James Clapper and Mr. Brennan were using a secret computer system called ‘The Hammer.’ Were you able to find any other information on that?

SHARON RONDEAU: Not yet. Not yet, I have to confess. I listened to the tapes carefully . . . I have not investigated that as of yet . . . I haven’t verified really anything that was in those tapes . . . But no, so I don’t have any additional information about what “The Hammer” is or when it was built or how it worked or anything, assuming that that is accurate.

Not only did Rondeau confess during the November 20, 2015 radio program that she had “not investigated [The Hammer],” she also published a November 16, 2015 article at the Post & Email about the “confidential informant” tapes. Rondeau made no mention of “The Hammer” or that Brennan and Clapper were running “The Hammer” or that “The Hammer” was used to spy on Donald Trump “a zillion times.”

Rondeau had told Fanning in a 2015 phone conversation that Mike Zullo of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, who recorded the “Whistleblower Tapes,” warned Rondeau not to discuss John Brennan and “The Hammer.”

It is not often that a General and an Admiral bring an earth-shattering story of treason and sedition to the American people. These two storied patriots, who had dedicated their lives to defending America, felt compelled to do exactly that. They took their oath to the U.S. Constitution seriously. That oath did not end with their retirement.

The American Report found within the cache of text messages released by DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz that the putative paramours, FBI Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division Peter Strzok and FBI Attorney Lisa Page, exchanged a text about CIA Whistleblower Dennis Montgomery and Montgomery’s attorney Larry Klayman following General McInerney’s on-air discussion of “The Hammer.”

On that same Sunday evening, March 19, 2017, Strzok and Page exchanged a text message regarding the same two individuals, Montgomery and Klayman, that General McInerney had just spoken of only a few hours earlier.

After Strzok and Page exchanged a text message mentioning Montgomery and his attorney, they later went on to join Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Trump Russian collusion investigation team.

In fact, many of those involved in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Trump Russia collusion investigation team were also involved in the handling of Montgomery’s whistleblower case at the FBI and DOJ.

The very next morning, March 20, 2017, one day after General McInerney presented the American Report’s findings on “The Hammer” and “The Whistleblower Tapes” and Strzok and Page reacted by exchanged a text message about Montgomery, FBI Director James Comey announced that the FBI had opened a counterintelligence investigation into President Trump’s connections to the Kremlin. The Russian Collusion investigation was born.

FBI Director Comey told the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on March 20, 2017:

I have been authorized by the Department of Justice to confirm that the FBI, as part of our counterintelligence mission, is investigating the Russian government’s efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election, and that includes investigating the nature of any links between individuals associated with the Trump campaign and the Russian government and whether there was any coordination between the campaign and Russia’s efforts. As with any counterintelligence investigation, this will also include an assessment of whether any crimes were committed.

Strzok, as Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division, likely oversaw the Trump Russian collusion investigation.

Of particular interest is that Comey’s “friend,” Special Counsel Robert Mueller, the man chosen to lead the Russian collusion investigation, was Director of the FBI when the FBI supplied the computers for “The Hammer,” according to Montgomery.

Montgomery stated:

“The Hammer” was originally located at eTreppid Technologies in Reno, Nevada before being relocated to Fort Washington, Maryland in 2009, where Brennan and Clapper ran the secret surveillance system.

Now that President Trump’s Attorney General William Barr has appointed U.S. Attorney John Durham to investigate the origins of the Trump Russia Collusion hoax investigation, the American people could soon learn what happened to Dennis Montgomery’s evidence — 47 computer hard drives, last known to be in the custody of the James Comey’s FBI.

That evidence, according to Montgomery, holds the proof of many crimes — including the absolute proof that President Obama’s administration illegally spied on Donald Trump.

For years, the Deep State has waged a disinformation war and smear campaign against software designer and defense contractor Dennis Montgomery because they fear him, Montgomery claims.

If Montgomery’s allegations that the Obama administration conducted illegal domestic surveillance check out, and recent statements from multiple military sources and surveillance experts suggest that they do, then certain individuals, beginning with former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, have good reason to fear Montgomery and clear motive to destroy his reputation in order to save themselves.

Montgomery designed the super surveillance system known as THE HAMMER (HAMR) for foreign surveillance operations conducted to defend the United States from foreign threats.

OBAMA’S SURVEILLANCE HAMMER ON TRUMP WORSE THAN WATERGATE

According to military sources, Montgomery’s foreign surveillance system not only worked, but it also saved American lives.

“Hammer doesn’t exist.” “Montgomery is a fraud.” “Montgomery lost his security clearance.” Those are a few of the phrases floating about, but documentary evidence and well-placed sources suggest that those claims are unfounded.

Military sources confirm that THE HAMMER (HAMR) was only intended for use during foreign surveillance operations. Multiple safeguards were put in place to ensure that the powerful technology of THE HAMMER (HAMR) was never misused for illegal domestic surveillance.

Foreign Surveillance missions using THE HAMMER (HAMR) required sign-offs by “multiple echelons” of the federal government, up to and including the FISA court, according to those sources.

The FISA court was established under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978.

THE HAMMER (HAMR) was a highly-secret program.

Despite the existence of multiple built-in safeguards against domestic surveillance, THE HAMMER (HAMR) remained vulnerable to abuse by nefarious officials within the intelligence community who had been entrusted with running the system.

That is exactly what appears to have happened, beginning in 2009, with the arrival of the Obama administration.

Senior Obama administration national security officials, some with communist proclivities, commandeered the United States government’s surveillance tools of war and turned them against the American people, secretly-recorded audio tapes released by a federal judge and Montgomery’s own statements indicate.

Those actions, perhaps never before seen in America, constitute the hallmarks of a totalitarian regime.

Parallel Platform: THE HAMMER (HAMR)

William Binney, who served as NSA Technical Director of the World Geopolitical and Military Analysis Reporting Group before becoming a whistleblower, suggested during a May 25, 2019 interview on the SGT Report that the CIA covertly operated THE HAMMER (HAMR) as a parallel platform to existing NSA surveillance programs in order to bypass established safeguards:

THE HAMMER program, as far as I can see, was run by CIA. And the point was, that the NSA already had their massive collection on everybody anyway. That was called the Stellar Wind program and it had the tapping points for the upstream collection of everything on the fiber networks. Everything. So they didn’t have to do a HAMMER because they already had all of the data.

But, if CIA wanted to do it and have it separately and not be … because … anybody querying the NSA data goes through a system where they get reported. Where queries go right in there and they are registered. They know they made this query on this date and got this data. So NSA’s got that information.

But, if CIA wanted to do it but not let NSA or anybody else in the government know about it, they could set up a separate, secret program like HAMMER and do a subset of tapping in the critical points around Washington and decision-making centers and then take in that data and have it scanned and sessionized and locally examined by members of CIA only so that nobody knew they were doing it.

According to Montgomery, Brennan and Clapper were collecting domestic surveillance data for “blackmail” and “leverage.” Government was being weaponized against the American people.

Using a parallel platform like THE HAMMER (HAMR) would allow Brennan, Clapper, and other bad actors to engage in illegal domestic surveillance without leaving behind a trail of footprints.

According to the Whistleblower Tapes, secretly-recorded audio released by U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow, Brennan and Clapper surveilled 156 Article III judges, Supreme Court judges, including Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, and millions of innocent Americans.

According to the Whistleblower Tapes, Brennan and Clapper used THE HAMMER (HAMR) to wiretap Donald Trump “a zillion times.”

Officials with access to a parallel platform such as THE HAMMER (HAMR) are able to bypass long-established bureaucratic safeguards of the unmasking request procedures, providing them with to ability to illegally and covertly collect domestic surveillance data.

This level of unbridled technical surveillance capability is beyond anything East Germany’s Stasi or Hitler’s Gestapo secret police could have dreamed up. It is the consummate tool for control of the American people and for the destruction of their constitutionally-protected rights.

According to CIA Vault 7 documents released by WikiLeaks on March 7, 2017, THE HAMMER (HAMR) is a browser exploit throwing framework that infects targeted devices and systems.

On August 19, 2015, Montgomery turned over the 47 hard drives to Director Comey’s FBI and to FBI General Counsel James Baker at the FBI Miami Field Office in Miramar, Florida.

The FBI provided Montgomery with a detailed itemized receipt for the hard drives.

In August 2015, Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, one of the DOJ’s top national security lawyers, granted Montgomery two limited immunity agreements, one for production and another for testimony.

The FBI examined those hard drives and verified the information stored on them.

In late November and early December of 2015, senior FBI officials, including Director Comey’s “right hand men” Special Agents Walter Giardina and William Barnett, debriefed Montgomery while under oath for over three hours inside a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at the FBI’s Washington, D.C. Field Office.

U.S. Assistant Attorney Curtis then accorded Montgomery “greater immunity.”

Curtis, Giardina, and Barnett subsequently joined Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Trump Russia collusion investigation team.

CIA WHISTLEBLOWER: MUELLER’S FBI COMPUTERS SPIED ON TRUMP AND SCOTUS

According to Montgomery, Robert Mueller’s FBI provided the computers for the super surveillance system known as THE HAMMER (HAMR).

Montgomery says that Mueller’s appointment as special counsel was a “huge conflict of interest.”

Risen, Lichtblau, And The Deep State’s Smear Campaign Against Montgomery

The CIA’s “Operation Mockingbird” supposedly ended decades ago.

But did it?

Meet New York Times reporters James Risen and Eric Lichtblau.

Risen and Lichtblau have an uncanny knack for publishing stories connected to intelligence community surveillance whistleblowers who end up getting their homes raided by dozens of FBI agents.

Risen and Lichtblau authored a February 19, 2011 New York Times article about Montgomery that has been described as a “hit piece.”

Risen and Lichtblau wrote in the New York Times:

For eight years, government officials turned to Dennis Montgomery, a California computer programmer, for eye-popping technology that he said could catch terrorists. Now, federal officials want nothing to do with him and are going to extraordinary lengths to ensure that his dealings with Washington stay secret…

…But others involved in the case say that what the government is trying to avoid is public embarrassment over evidence that Mr. Montgomery bamboozled federal officials.

“While contractor fraud isn’t new, what’s unusual here is that the U.S. isn’t trying to recover those funds or penalize the contractor, Dennis Montgomery” ProPublica pointed out. “Instead, it’s fighting in court to keep information about the technology secret, arguing that the details could compromise national security.”

Further damaging the credibility of their own premise that Montgomery sold hoax technologies to the U.S. government, Risen and Lichtblau admit in their same “hit piece” that no CIA officials were ever reprimanded for awarding Dennis Montgomery with lucrative defense contracts, and were instead promoted:

The C.I.A. never did an assessment to determine how a ruse had turned into a full-blown international incident, officials said, nor was anyone held accountable. In fact, agency officials who oversaw the technology directorate — including Donald Kerr, who helped persuade George J. Tenet, then the director of central intelligence, that the software was credible — were promoted, former officials said. “Nobody was blamed,” a former C.I.A. official said. “They acted like it never happened.”

Because Montgomery had signed non disclosure agreement with the U.S. government concerning his work on classified projects, and because DNI Negroponte invoked the state secrets privilege against Montgomery in 2006, Montgomery was unable to defend himself against accusations made in the New York Times article authored by James Risen and Eric Lichtblau.

“Montgomery claims that the FBI violated his Fourth Amendment rights when its agents raided his home, tied him to a tree, threatened him and his family, and searched and seized his property without probable cause or a warrant” according to a 2018 lawsuit Montgomery filed against James Comey and others.

MONTGOMERY, ‘THE HAMMER’ SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM WHISTLEBLOWER, BECAME THE DEEP STATE’S ENEMY NUMBER ONE AFTER EXPOSING THE TRUTH

Not only was Robert Mueller the FBI Director when, according to Montgomery, the FBI provided computers for the HAMMER (HAMR) super surveillance system for which Montgomery had developed the software, Mueller was also the FBI Director when FBI agents raided Montgomery’s home in 2007.

NSA whistleblower J. Kurt Wiebe told PBS television program Frontline in 2013:

But I never dreamt that that announcement would lead to the FBI coming to my front door on July 26, 2007, let alone the front door of Bill Binney, Ed Loomis and Diane Roark, all four of our homes being raided at exactly the same moment by a dozen or more agents at each of our homes, purportedly due, based on the affidavit we eventually saw, to some connection with [New York Times reporters] Eric Lichtblau and James Risen and this article. When we knew all along the NSA could have looked at our phone calls and our emails, etc., and seen that I never — I didn’t know who James Risen was, I really didn’t, or Eric Lichtblau for that matter. None of us did.

Just as the Deep State co-opted the media to paint President Trump as a Russian agent, the Deep State also co-opted the media to paint Dennis Montgomery as scam artist who tried to bilk millions of dollars from the federal government by selling the CIA and other agencies hoax technology that did nothing to protect America.

Again, military sources tell a different story. They claim that Montgomery’s technology worked and saved American lives.

The cabal that has been working feverishly to destroy President Trump is comprised of several of the same bad actors who have worked relentlessly to destroy Dennis Montgomery.

James Risen:

Went after Montgomery with Lichtblau, pushed the Trump Russia collusion hoax.

Eric Lichtblau:

Went after Montgomery, tried to frame from Trump transition team while at CNN.

Robert Mueller:

Supplied surveillance computers, raided Montgomery’s home, led Trump Russia collusion investigation.

James Comey:

Buried Montgomery whistleblower investigation and 47 hard drives of surveillance evidence, lied to congress by claiming FBI had no evidence Obama surveilled Trump, opened Trump Russia investigation.

James Baker:

Buried Montgomery whistleblower investigation and 47 hard drives of surveillance evidence

John Brennan:

Established and ran THE HAMMER (HAMR) as a private, parallel platform with Clapper and, according to Montgomery, wiretapped Trump, claimed Trump was a Russian agent.

James Clapper:

Established and ran THE HAMMER (HAMR) as a private, parallel platform with Brennan, and, according to Montgomery, wiretapped Trump, called Trump a “recruited asset” of Vladimir Putin.

Barack Obama:

Clapper told CNN that “If it weren’t for President Obama, we might not have done the intelligence community assessment that we did that set off a whole sequence of events which are still unfolding today, notably, special counsel Mueller’s investigation.”

Lichtblau resigned in disgrace from CNN in June 2017 following CNN’s retraction of a discredited hit piece that attempted to connect the Trump transition team to a Russian investment fund.

The real story that is emerging is far darker.

Montgomery’s foreign surveillance technology was so effective that the Obama administration decided to use it against the American people by creating a private, parallel platform, where safeguards did not exist.

Bringing Light To Darkness

When Montgomery dared to blow the whistle, and as he claims, “bring light to darkness,” Montgomery affirms that the Obama administration and its lackeys decided to go after him.

With Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation now formally closed, Dennis Montgomery and THE HAMMER (HAMR) may soon become household names.

At the center of this brewing storm are allegations by Montgomery that President Obama’s intelligence chiefs Brennan and Clapper oversaw an illegal domestic surveillance program that surveilled Donald Trump.

COMEY LAUNCHED TRUMP RUSSIA INVESTIGATION

DAY AFTER GENERAL EXPOSED ‘THE HAMMER’

President Trump has tasked Attorney General William Barr with getting to the bottom of the origins of the Russia collusion investigation. Attorney General Barr, in turn, has designated U.S. Attorney John Durham to lead that investigation.

Perhaps sensing the coming storm clouds forming over Washington D.C., Brennan and Clapper are already pointing fingers at each other.

Former FBI General Counsel James Baker has already changed his story.

We exclusively reported on May 29, 2019, that on October 3, 2018, Baker amended his testimony before members of the U.S. House of Representative after suddenly “remembering” that Montgomery’s attorney Larry Klayman had approached the FBI about Montgomery and the digital storage media Montgomery possessed.

We reported:

Former FBI General Counsel James A. Baker is the second current or former senior FBI official to have misled Congress about the FBI’s receipt of evidence from CIA/NSA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery that Montgomery maintains proves that President Obama’s intelligence chiefs, CIA Director John Brennan and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, illegally surveilled Donald Trump with “THE HAMMER” (HAMR) super-surveillance system.

Former FBI counsel Baker, who was interviewed by a joint committee of the U.S. House of Representatives just weeks before the 2018 midterm election, stated during day one of his interview, conducted on October 3, 2018, that the FBI and the DOJ did not “infiltrate or surveil” the Trump campaign for “political purposes.”

Baker simultaneously denied on day one that Obama administration officials made “demands or requests” of the FBI and the DOJ to “infiltrate or surveil” the Trump campaign.

At the beginning of Baker’s day two testimony, conducted on October 18, 2018, Baker interrupted Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) stating he wanted to amend the record of his day one testimony, thereby sidestepping a potential perjury charge.

Between day one of his interview two weeks earlier and day two, Baker suddenly “remembered” that U.S. government contractor Dennis Montgomery had turned over to the FBI evidence in 2015 in the form of digital storage devices that, Montgomery asserted, proved that the U.S. government had engaged in unlawful surveillance of Americans and including government officials.

Baker told U.S. representatives on October 18, 2018:

So his [Klayman’s} client was an individual named Dennis Montgomery, who I believe, to the best of my recollection, he said that he had been a U.S. Government contractor and, in the course of that work, had come across evidence of unlawful surveillance by the government of Americans — and including government officials — and wanted to give that information to the Bureau, which eventually did take place.

Baker’s testimony is the first known instance of an FBI going on the record to admit that Dennis Montgomery gave the FBI evidence that Montgomery says proves that the U.S. government illegally surveilled the American people and government officials.

The Deep State is running a counterintelligence operation against whistleblower Dennis Montgomery. They are smearing him with a disinformation campaign. They know that Montgomery is legally silenced and gagged under the State Secrets Privilege. They know that if Montgomery speaks out he will be charged under the Espionage Act and imprisoned for life.

When Montgomery met with Senior Judge Royce C. Lamberth, U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia, Judge Lamberth, based on his previous casework on the FISA court, immediately recognized some of the information contained in the sealed documents Montgomery had brought into his chambers and presented, according to Montgomery.

According to his official biography, Judge Lamberth was the presiding judge of the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) from May 19, 1995, until May 19, 2003, a period of time that included the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

Lamberth told National Public Radio in 2013. “I’ve had the opportunity to work on everything under the sun — terrorist cases, spy cases — you know, just a great variety of really interesting things to do,” Lamberth told NPR.

In other words, Judge Lamberth’s national security credentials are unmatched within the judicial branch of the U.S. government. And Lamberth took Montgomery’s whistleblower claims seriously, immediately affording Montgomery whistleblower protection.

“No way to get that information. Ended any doubt of me right then” Montgomery says.

Whistleblower Montgomery Has Held Security Clearances Since 2004, And States That He Continues To Hold Them

Montgomery asserts that he maintains a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance and that he was read into certain need-to-know Special Access Programs (SAPs).

The U.S. government granted Dennis Montgomery a top secret security (TS) clearance in 2004 while Montgomery was a U.S. government contractor at Etreppid Technologies.

In 2005, the U.S. government granted Montgomery a sensitive compartmented information (SCI) clearance. At that time Montgomery was still a U.S. government contractor at Etreppid Technologies.

Montgomery further maintains that he passed two polygraph examinations, one administered by the CIA and the other by the DOJ.

Montgomery points out that he would not have been allowed inside the Fort Washington Facility where he worked for Brennan and Clapper or inside the FBI headquarters Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) without those clearances.

Montgomery asserts that he would never have been allowed inside the FBI’s SCIF in 2015 if he did not still hold that security clearance in 2015.

Montgomery states that, as of 2019, he continues to hold a security clearance.

Silenced And Legally Gagged: Director Of National Intelligence John Negroponte Invoked The State Secrets Privilege Against Montgomery In 2006

One of the first intelligence community officials to successfully silence Montgomery was one of Clapper’s predecessors, Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte.

On September 19, 2006, Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte invoked the state secrets privilege (SSP) against all parties in two related federal court cases, Dennis Montgomery, plaintiff vs. Etreppid Technologies, defendant, and Etreppid Technologies, plaintiff, vs. Dennis Montgomery, defendant.

On September 25, 2006, the U.S. Department of Justice upheld DNI Negroponte’s assertion of the state secrets privilege against Montgomery and all other parties to involved in the two cases.

James Clapper was nominated by President Barack Obama as DNI in 2010.

The Obama administration upheld the state secrets privilege (SSP) invoked against Montgomery, Montgomery states.

In late 2009, senior DOJ attorney Carlotta Wells told Montgomery that if the state secrets privilege is invoked to hide crimes by U.S. government officials, the state secrets privilege is considered invalid.

The U.S. government has yet to release Montgomery from the state secrets privilege despite numerous requests, Montgomery states.

Montgomery also states that the IRS has audited him every year since 2005.

The information contained in the Whistleblower Tapes makes one’s blood run cold.

The mere existence of a secret parallel surveillance platform like THE HAMMER (HAMR) is an ominous sign that America is further down the road to tyranny than anyone imagined.
