RELEASE THE KRAKEN: HAMMER / SCORECARD Whistleblower Montgomery Gave Sworn Testimony To FBI And DOJ About SCORECARD, Dominion, Smartmatic In 2015

Dennis Montgomery, the CIA / DoD contractor-turned-whistleblower who designed and built THE HAMMER foreign surveillance system and its exploit known as SCORECARD, provided sworn testimony to the FBI and the DOJ in 2015 about THE HAMMER, SCORECARD, and SCORECARD’s capability to hack into election systems from Dominion, Smartmatic, and other voting system vendors.

In a 2015 classified debriefing, Montgomery told FBI and DOJ officials that individuals with access to THE HAMMER supercomputer system can utilize THE HAMMER’s SCORECARD application to hack into election systems in order to change election outcomes in foreign countries and in the United States, according to Montgomery.

Montgomery testified that U.S. intelligence community operatives were utilizing SCORECARD to hack, via back doors, into election systems from Clear Ballot, Dominion Voting Systems Corp., Election Systems & Software, Inc. (ES&S), MicroVote General Corp., Smartmatic USA Corporation, and Voting Works in order to monitor and change election outcomes in real time.

In December 2015, under the protection of immunity agreements provided to Montgomery and his attorney by the FBI and the DOJ, Montgomery provided sworn testimony about THE HAMMER and SCORECARD to FBI and DOJ officials inside a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at the FBI Washington DC Field Office. The FBI, led at that time by Director James Comey, made a video recording inside the SCIF of Montgomery’s classified debriefing regarding THE HAMMER and SCORECARD.

Montgomery states that he also provided detailed technical information to FBI and DOJ officials about the manner by which THE HAMMER and SCORECARD change votes. Montgomery specifically testified that THE HAMMER’s SCORECARD application changes votes by hacking into the transfer points within the electronic chain of command that connects secretary of states’ computer systems and outside third-party election data vaults.

Montgomery also provided to the FBI physical evidence in the form of 47 computer hard drives containing tens of millions of records. Some of the data on those hard drives prove that personnel acting on behalf of President Barack Obama and Vice Biden Joe Biden covertly used THE HAMMER and SCORECARD to change the outcome of the 2012 U.S. presidential election in Florida, according to Montgomery.

With that evidence in hand since 2015, FBI and DOJ officials did nothing to stop election theft, making them complicit in a conspiracy to steal an election, an attempted communist coup d’état.

Montgomery’s statements are even more relevant to the 2020 election in light of a sworn affidavit from a former member of Venezuela’s military, released by attorney Sidney Powell. The former Venezuelan military official stated that Smartmatic worked closely with the Hugo Chavez regime to guarantee that Chavez won the election.

Between 2006 and 2007, Dennis Montgomery had the State Secrets Privilege and a Government Protective Order invoked against him. The government muzzled Montgomery in order to protect secrets about its own malfeasance against the citizenry.

If the U.S. government was not concerned about the information that CIA whistleblower Montgomery possesses, it would not have taken the extraordinary measures of invoking the States Secret Privilege, invoking a Government Protective Order, and sending a team of FBI agents and personnel from other federal agencies to raid Montgomery’s home and storage units. Robert Mueller’s FBI agents tied Montgomery to a tree for forty minutes while they searched his premises. U.S. Magistrate Valerie Cooke reprimanded the FBI for falsifying search warrant affidavits, threatened to throw FBI agents in jail, and ordered the FBI to return Montgomery’s seized property.

It is clear that Dennis Montgomery had something that Robert Mueller desperately wanted. What Mueller wanted back in his own hands was the evidence regarding THE HAMMER and SCORECARD. That evidence was on the 47 computer hard drives that Mueller’s close friend, FBI Director James Comey, got in hand from Montgomery in exchange for Montgomery’s immunity. Director Comey then buried that evidence. Director Robert Mueller’s FBI supplied the computers for THE HAMMER, according to Montgomery.

Montgomery Provided Sworn Testimony To FBI And DOJ In 2015 Under Immunity Agreements

In 2020, FBI Special Agent William Barnett provided testimony to U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri Jeffrey Jensen. U.S. Attorney General William Barr appointed Jensen to review the criminal case against Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, President Trump’s former national security adviser.

General Flynn and Donald Trump were under illegal surveillance by THE HAMMER. “There has been a wiretap on Trump for years,” Montgomery says.

Special Agent Barnett, who was a member of then-special counsel Robert Mueller’s hoax Russian collusion investigation team, said that the prosecution of General Flynn was part of a “get Trump” mindset.

Barnett made his statement exposing the “get Trump” attitude inside Mueller’s Special Counsel during a September 17, 2020 interview with U.S. Attorney Jensen.

Montgomery received immunity from the FBI and DOJ in exchange for coming forward with information about illegal domestic surveillance with THE HAMMER and stolen elections with SCORECARD.

On November 24, 2015, Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis sent an email to Dennis Montgomery’s attorney at the time, Larry Klayman. Curtis CC’d that email to FBI Special Agents Walter Giardina and William Barnett.

In her email, Assistant U.S. Attorney Curtis confirmed that Montgomery and Klayman were scheduled to meet with her at the FBI Washington DC Field Office on December 3, 2015 at 10:30 am. The fact that Curtis CC’d FBI Special Agents Giardina and Barnett indicates that FBI Special Agents Giardina and Barnett were also scheduled to attend that meeting.

Politico later confirmed that Barnett interviewed Montgomery about illegal surveillance.

“In 2015, Barnett debriefed former intelligence agency contractor Dennis Montgomery, who claimed to have information about illegal surveillance being conducted by the Obama administration,” Politico reported in a May 17, 2018 article titled “Inside Mueller’s FBI team.”

In her email, Curtis requested that Montgomery provide records of his contracts with government agencies of the intelligence community, Montgomery’s communications with and orders from the intelligence community, the phone numbers of government officials Montgomery had worked with since 2005, and records related to Montgomery’s residency in Fort Washington, Maryland.

Curtis concluded her email to Montgomery’s then-attorney by writing “In order to allow for more direct discussions between FBI and your client, my office may be in a position to now offer a standard letter immunity agreement for purposes of this meeting.”

If, as The New York Times claims, Montgomery was a fraudster who sold hoax technology to the CIA, then why did Assistant U.S. Attorney Curtis set up a debriefing with Montgomery and Montgomery’s then-attorney and offer Montgomery immunity? The New York Times’ fake news narrative that Montgomery sold hoax technology to the CIA was debunked by the National Geographic television special “Bin Laden’s Hard Drives” that featured CNN national security analyst Peter Bergen and debuted on September 10, 2020.

A July 28, 2015 letter from Assistant U.S. Attorney Curtis and U.S. Attorney Vincent H. Cohen Jr. provides further evidence of Montgomery’s immunity deals.

Sidney Powell, who is investigating the 2020 election on behalf of President Trump’s campaign, spoke to Greg Kelly of NEWSMAX on November 17, 2020 about electronic vote theft, the CIA, THE HAMMER, SCORECARD, and government interference in foreign and U.S. elections.

…The tie in is that there is no way these programs could have been run around the world to affect elections without the CIA. We also have had people disclose to us the whole HAMMER program that was created for the CIA and SCORECARD which is essentially the same thing. It seems like every country has used something like this to do what it wants to do. Supposedly ours was invented to influence foreign elections, but that too could have been turned on this election.

It’s all part of the same part and parcel of government interference in elections to make choices against the will of the people. And the will of the people in this country was that Donald Trump win in a landslide. If we can get to the bottom of it, and I am determined to do that. I think we will find that he had at least 80 million votes.

The only reason the glitch has happened in the system is because he had so far many more votes than they had calculated in advance, their algorithms wouldn’t perform the functions they had originally performed or were set to perform. They couldn’t make up the vote count he had gotten so many hundreds of thousands more than they planned. So that’s when they had to stop the counting and come up with a way to backfill the votes or destroy votes for Trump while they fabricated votes for Biden…

DHS Cyber Director Chris Krebs And Deputy Director Matt Travis Tied To Clapper Who Commandeered HAMMER / SCORECARD

Today, a gentleman called into the Rush Limbaugh Show and asked guest host Michael Knowles why DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Director Christopher Krebs is lying about HAMMER and SCORECARD while highly-respected U.S. Air Force General Thomas McInerney (Ret.) and super attorney Sidney Powell have publicly and repeatedly expressed alarm about HAMMER and SCORECARD.

THE HAMMER supercomputer’s SCORECARD application injected into state election systems in 10 states cloned, identically-sized blocks of Biden votes that were used to steal the 2020 election from President Trump, according to CIA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, who was granted immunity by the DOJ and FBI for exposing illegal U.S. domestic surveillance.

Director Krebs claims that HAMMER and SCORECARD are a “hoax,” a talking point with which the mainstream media and the “fact checkers” are now running.

There may be a reason why CISA Director Chris Krebs is denying the existence of THE HAMMER and SCORECARD.

Krebs worked closely with intelligence contractor Kevin P. O’Prey at Obsidian Analysis. O’Prey hired and worked closely with U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. James Clapper (Ret.) at DFI International. Clapper received a $50,000 exit bonus from DFI then awarded O’Prey’s DFI branch a contract with Clapper’s Pentagon office that oversaw THE HAMMER and SCORECARD.

Clapper illegally commandeered the super-survillance system THE HAMMER. SCORECARD was one of exploits that ran on THE HAMMER framework and that secretly stole elections.

Clapper was previously caught lying to the Senate Intelligence Committee about unlawful U.S. government surveillance of Americans.

James Clapper and John Brennan illegally commandeered THE HAMMER and SCORECARD less than two weeks after President Obama’s 2009 inauguration. Clapper and Brennan then transformed THE HAMMER from a foreign surveillance system into an illegal domestic surveillance system, turning America into a communist-style police state.

Clapper and Brennan relocated THE HAMMER and SCORECARD to a top-secret facility in Fort Washington, Maryland. They networked THE HAMMER directly into the Obama White House via an encrypted VPN, according to CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, who designed and built THE HAMMER and SCORECARD.

According to The Whistleblower Tapes, Brennan and Clapper used THE HAMMER to spy on Donald Trump “a zillion times.” The CIA feared Donald Trump, Montgomery states.

Christopher Krebs, the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Director who claims that HAMMER and SCORECARD are a hoax and reportedly expects to be fired by President Trump, was a principal at Obsidian Analysis, a Washington D.C. intelligence consulting firm co-founded in 2010 by Kevin P. O’Prey and Matthew K. Travis.

Both Obsidian Analysis co-founders O’Prey and Travis have been executives at intelligence contracting firm DFI International, where O’Prey hired retired U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. James Clapper.

Travis is currently CISA Deputy Director where he reports directly to CISA Director Christopher Krebs and may soon replace Krebs.

“Department of Homeland Security acting Secretary Chad Wolf is defying President Trump’s order to terminate election cybersecurity official Christopher Krebs, multiple sources” told the New York Post.

“Should Krebs be forced to step down, his role would likely be filled by CISA Deputy Director Matthew Travis, who has served in the deputy director position since 2018,” The Hill reported on November 12, 2020.

O’Prey was the head of DFI’s Government Services branch, where he hired and worked closely with James Clapper.

In October 2006, O’Prey hired retired U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. James Clapper full time as DFI International Government Services Chief Operating Officer (COO). Six months later, in April 2007, Clapper left DFI to become Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence.

Clapper picked up a $50,000 bonus from DFI when he left for his new job overseeing the Pentagon’s intelligence programs.

Five months later, around September 2007, Clapper’s Pentagon office awarded O’Prey’s DFI International branch with a contract advising Clapper’s office. This was the very Pentagon office that was overseeing THE HAMMER.

Former head of DFI International’s Government Services Branch Kevin P. O’Prey (above) hired James Clapper at DFI in 2006. DFI then received a Pentagon contract from Clapper’s office. In 2010, O’Prey co-founded Obsidian Analysis with Matt Travis.

O’Prey’s Obsidian Analysis co-founder Matthew Travis is currently listed on DFI’s website as Vice President of Business Operations, DFI Government Services, where Clapper worked under O’Prey.

“The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in the Department of Homeland Security appears to be in the midst of a house cleaning,” the Federal News Network reported on November 12, 2020. “Bryan Ware, the assistant director of the cybersecurity division at CISA, unexpectedly resigned today,” Ware “confirmed to Reuters that he had handed in his resignation on Thursday,” according to Reuters. “Ware did not provide details, but a U.S. official familiar with his matter said the White House asked for Ware’s resignation earlier this week.”

Montgomery Designed And Built THE HAMMER To Keep America Safe After 9/11

Dennis Montgomery designed and built THE HAMMER foreign surveillance system in 2003 to keep America safe from terrorists and foreign adversaries after 9/11.

Beginning in 2007, Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence Clapper had oversight of THE HAMMER, a supercomputer system that provided foreign surveillance data to the U.S. military in a highly classified Special Access Program (SAP). Clapper’s office hired Kreb’s associate O’Prey at DFI to advise Clapper’s office.

The Los Angeles Times, in a July 25, 2010 article about Clapper titled “Intelligence nominee’s contractor ties draw scrutiny,” reported:

In October 2006 he [General James Clapper] was hired full-time by DFI International, which was trying to boost its consulting with intelligence agencies. In April 2007, when he returned to public service as the chief of the Pentagon’s intelligence programs, DFI paid him a $50,000 bonus on his way out the door, according to his financial disclosure statement. Five months later, DFI landed a contract to advise Clapper’s Pentagon office, though company officials do not recall collecting any revenue from the deal.

In 2006, DFI Government Services, the branch then headed by O’Prey, hired retired U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. James Clapper to head its defense program. Prior to joining DFI, Clapper served as the director of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, which has its main headquarters in St. Louis. Earlier in his career he had been director of the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Krebs was a principal at O’Prey’s Obsidian Analytics from January 2012 until February 2014, putting Krebs in long-term, direct contact with Clapper’s former boss. Krebs then served as Microsoft’s Director of Cybersecurity Policy from February 2014 until March 2017.

Krebs was Vice President of Washington D.C. lobbying firm Dutko from 2009 to 2012. Dutko was “founded by the late Dan Dutko, a close friend of President Bill Clinton and Vice President Al Gore” and several names at the firm “have deep ties to the Bush family,” according to Politico.

Before joining Dutko, Krebs was a policy advisor at DHS from 2007 until 2009 under DHS Secretary Michael Chertoff, a critic of President Trump. Krebs has participated in events sponsored by Chertoff’s private contracting firm The Chertoff Group. The Chertoff Group famously lobbied the TSA on behalf of OSI Systems, manufacturer of the Rapiscan full-body scanner.

DFI International’s Deep Ties To Democrats

The CEO of DFI International at the time of Clapper’s employment at DFI was Barry Blechman. Blechman is the co-founder of the Stimson Center. The Chairman of the Stimson Center is Ambassador David Lane who served under President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as an envoy to the United Nations. Lane was named chairman of the left-leaning Annenberg Foundation in 2016. The Annenberg foundation runs fact-checking organization FactCheck.org and is a major sponsor of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (NRP/PBS). Lane was also Chief of Staff for President Clinton’s Commerce Secretary William Daley and worked for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

President Clinton’s U.S. Ambassador to Russia Thomas R. Pickering is a member of the Stimson Center’s Board of Directors.

The Stimson Center’s official website includes a profile page for Kevin O’Prey, describing him as “a former staff member, affiliate, intern, or guest author.” In 1995, the Stimson Center published a policy paper by O’Prey titled “Keeping the Peace in the Borderlands of Russia.” O’Prey published the paper at Stimson “In Program.”

As of November 2020, DFI International’s Board of Directors includes:

Jeffrey H. Smith, DFI International Counsel and former CIA General Counsel for President Bill Clinton’s Director of Central Intelligence John M. Deutch. DCI Deutch, who hired Smith at CIA in 1995, was caught with classified documents on a laptop computer and a computer disk at his home. Deutch admitted to mishandling classified information, but was pardoned by President Clinton.

Gen. John A. Gordon, USAF (Ret.}, former CIA Deputy Director under CIA Director George Tenet and President Clinton.

“Oddly, the firm’s website appears to be an English translation based on German text,” The First Secret City reported without elaborating. “Travis and O’Prey, the founders of Obsidian Analysis, are now vice-presidents of Cadmus Group — the EPA’s climate change consultant.”

The Cadmus Group acquired Obsidian Analysis in 2016.

In 2007, DFI International was acquired by British intelligence contractor Detica. In July 2008, Guilford, Surrey, UK-based Detica was acquired by London-based defense contractor BAE Systems. DFI International was renamed BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. BAE Systems Applied Intelligence sells internet surveillance packages to governments, including the UAE government, according to The Intercept.

In 2006, DNI Director John Negroponte invoked the State Secrets Privilege and a Government Protective Order on Montgomery in order to ensure that no one would understand that secret cyberweapons THE HAMMER and SCORECARD were being turned against America.

FBI Director Robert Mueller raided Montgomery’s home in 2006 in an attempt to coral the evidence of the FBI’s involvement in illegal surveillance of Americans with THE HAMMER.

In 2015 CIA contractor Dennis Montgomery, received immunity agreements from the Department of Justice and the FBI for exposing illegal U.S. domestic surveillance.

CLONING THE VOTE: Did DEMs Use HAMMER / SCORECARD To Repeatedly CLONE Blocks of Biden Votes?

Multiple injections into state election systems in 10 states of cloned, identically-sized blocks of Biden votes were used to steal the 2020 election from President Trump, according to Dennis Montgomery. Montgomery is the CIA whistleblower who was granted immunity by the DOJ and the FBI for exposing illegal U.S. domestic surveillance.

These votes were created by SCORECARD and other technology and then replicated multiple times, Montgomery stated.

Sidney Powell, the super attorney working with President Trump’s legal team to investigate the 2020 election results, told Maria Bartiromo of Fox News on November 11, 2020 that “we have evidence of the same number of ballots or same number of votes being injected into the Wisconsin system and into the Michigan system three different times. I think there were two different injections of exactly the same numbers in Michigan and then in Milwaukee it happened three times.”

Sidney Powell: It’s just stunning Maria and then we have statistical evidence that we haven’t even brought out yet. That’s my next venture is to explain the statistical anomalies that show it was statistically impossible for this election to come out the way it did. It’s just mathematically impossible for all the people who love science the math is dispositive.

Maria Bartiromo: Sidney, so you want to tell me more about that right now, or…

Sidney Powell: Well, it’s a little bit complicated to explain but we have evidence of the same number of ballots or same number of votes being injected into the Wisconsin system and into the Michigan system three different times. I think that there were two specific injections of exactly the same numbers in Michigan and then in Milwaukee it happened three times… Needless to say time is of the absolute essence…

Maria Bartiromo: …Before we go I want to ask you about this software being used. Was it the Dominion software?…

Sidney Powell: We are still investigating all of that and connecting the dots. There is a substantial problem with the Dominion system.

Powell, who is also General Michael Flynn’s attorney, mentioned THE HAMMER and SCORECARD on Fox Business program Lou Dobbs Tonight on November 6, 2020:

I think there are any number of things they need to investigate, including the likelihood that 3% of the vote total was changed in the pre-election voting ballots that were collected digitally, by using the Hammer program and a software program called Scorecard. That would have amounted to a massive change in the vote that would have gone across the country explains a lot of what we’re seeing.

In addition, they ran an algorithm to calculate votes they might need to come up with for Mr. Biden in specific areas.

Can I just — I’m turning to the Bureau to describe this. Lisa Deeley, the Chairwoman of the Philadelphia City Commissioners who during a press conference today with Mayor Jim Kenney updated the nation about Philadelphia’s ongoing ballot count for the 2020 presidential election, “permanently surrendered her notary license” in 2018 for approving signatures on legal documents without asking for identification, a violation of Pennsylvania law.

Deeley’s notary license was “revoked,” according to Pennsylvania state records. Deeley is a member of the Democratic Party.

Deeley serves on a “Three member bipartisan board of elected officials in charge of elections and voter registration for @PhiladelphiaGov,” according to the Philadelphia City Commissioners’ Twitter account.

Lisa Deeley’s re-election bid for Philadelphia City Commissioner has hit a snag just weeks before the crowded Democratic primary.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported that Deeley permanently surrendered her notary license last summer because she approved signatures on two death benefit documents without asking for identification, a violation of state law.

Deeley, the commission’s chair, also didn’t log her services in a notary register, according to a consent agreement she signed in early August.

City commissioners aren’t required to have a notary license, but critics say Deeley’s decision isn’t a good look for someone running to oversee city elections.

“Signatures are really the most basic line of defense in the election process,” said David Thornburgh, president of the Committee of Seventy.

Deeley’s current notary status is “revoked,” according to the Pennsylvania Department of State. Her license expired on February 8, 2019.

During the press conference, Mayor Kenney told President Trump to “put his big boy pants on” and “acknowledge the fact that he lost,” despite the fact that Pennsylvania officials have not yet called the election.

“Our goal has been to produce accurate results as quickly as possible and we’ve continued to work toward that end,” Deeley stated during the press conference.

“We will not allow corruption to steal such an important election — or any election for that matter,” President Trump stated yesterday at the White House.

According to CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, SCORECARD, a cyberwarfare application designed to steal elections, has been activated to ensure that Joe Biden defeats Donald Trump in Pennsylvania and other battleground states.

SCORECARD runs on THE HAMMER supercomputer surveillance system, according to Montgomery, who designed both HAMMER and SCORECARD.

A new claim by a CIA contractor who became a whistleblower presents the possibility that the U.S. attorney who recently concluded an investigation into the ‘unmasking’ of General Michael Flynn without filing any charges or even issuing a report on that investigation had been under illegal U.S. government domestic surveillance

CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery claims that former U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas John Bash was targeted by illegal CIA and FBI U.S. domestic surveillance programs while he and his wife Zina Bash attended Harvard College (Class of 2003) and Harvard Law School (Class of 2006), and while he and Zina were living in Austin, Texas.

Montgomery further claims that Bash’s wife Zina Bash (née Gelman), who met John Bash while they attended Harvard College and Harvard Law School together, was also under illegal domestic surveillance along with thousands of other Harvard students and Harvard professors.

In 2018, Zina Gelman Bash briefly worked in the office of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

President Trump has proclaimed that he is running against big media and against big tech.

In the spring of 2020, Attorney General William Barr tasked U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas John Bash with investigating the 2016 ‘unmasking’ of General Michael Flynn during the hoax Trump Russian collusion investigation. Bash’s investigation apparently went nowhere. No report was issued by U.S. Attorney John Bash. FBI Director Wray held back evidence on the Biden family. Vice President Biden was among the Obama officials who unmasked General Flynn.

General Flynn was considered a threat to the Intelligence Community because he knew his way around the ins and outs of the Intelligence Community.

Montgomery handed over to former FBI Director James Comey 47 computer hard drives of evidence that Montgomery says prove that Robert Mueller, John Brennan, and James Clapper were engaged in illegal domestic surveillance with THE HAMMER.

FBI Director Wray has never mentioned THE HAMMER or the 47 hard drives of illegal surveillance evidence that “dirty cop” former Director James Comey had in his possession.

FBI General Counsel James Baker, FBI Special Agent William Barnett, and Dennis Montgomery’s Whistleblower Case

Former FBI General Counsel James Baker entered into two immunity agreements with Dennis Montgomery. Baker dispatched FBI Director James Comey’s two right-hand men, Special Agents William Barnett and Walter Giardina, to Florida, along with Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, to pick up Montgomery’s 47 harddrives of evidence.

Special Agent Barnett believed that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russian collusion investigation was dominated by an overwhelming desire to “get Trump,” according to an FBI 302 summary of a September 21, 2020 interview of Barnett, conducted by Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri Jeffrey Jensen.

After Barnett helped to retrieve Montgomery’s 47 hard drives and debriefed Montgomery in December 2015, Barnett went on to join the Russia collusion investigation team and the team prosecuting General Flynn, led by Assistant U. S. Attorney Deborah Curtis. This was a stunning turn of events considering that Curtis, Barnett, and Giardina were already aware of the ‘Fruit of the Poisonous Tree’ information that THE HAMMER was being used to spy on General Flynn. They learned that information in the FBI Washington DC Field Office SCIF in December of 2015.

After Montgomery’s evidence was verified and after Montgomery testified to Special Agents Barnett and Giardina and to Assistant U.S. Attorney Curtis while under oath and while being videotaped in the FBI Washington DC Field office inside a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), Montgomery received two immunity agreements. This confirms the importance the FBI and DOJ placed on Montgomery’s information regarding THE HAMMER.

Former FBI General Counsel Baker testified on October 18, 2018 before a joint congressional committee, his second day of testimony. Baker amended his first day of testimony, stating:

Can I just — I’m turning to the bureau to describe this. So his client was an individual named Dennis Montgomery, who I believe, to the best of my recollection, he said that he had been a U. S. Government contractor and, in the course of that work, had come across evidence of unlawful surveillance by the government of Americans — and including Government officials — and wanted to give that information to the Bureau, which eventually did take place.

The U.S. government has relentlessly attempted to silence whistleblower Montgomery with lawsuits, and by invoking the State Secrets Privilege (SSP) and a Government Protective Order among other Orwellian tactics.

You told New York Magazine that you used to be a communist and that you don’t know what you are now. Mr. Comey, are you still a communist?

In 2018, Comey’s former FBI General Counsel James Baker testified before a joint congressional committee that Montgomery, through an attorney, had told the FBI that that he was in possession of information about illegal domestic surveillance conducted by the U.S. government:

Dennis Montgomery, who I believe, to the best of my recollection, he said that he had been a U.S. Government contractor and, in the course of that work, had come across evidence of unlawful surveillance by the government of Americans — and including government officials — and wanted to give that information to the Bureau, which eventually did take place.

Under limited immunity agreements provided by FBI General Counsel James Baker and Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, Montgomery turned over the 47 hard drives at the FBI Miami Field Office on August 19, 2015.

Baker had dispatched Comey’s two “right hand men,” FBI Special Agents William Barnett and Walter Giardina to Florida to retrieve Montgomery’s 47 hard drives.

Before Montgomery turned over the hard drives to Comey’s FBI, Montgomery travelled to Washington D.C. in 2014 where he met with U.S. District Court Senior Judge Royce C. Lamberth, the one-time head of the FISA court.

Judge Lamberth verified Montgomery’s security clearance and the highly classified evidence that Montgomery presented. Judge Lamberth recognized that some of that TS/SCI and SAP classified information that Montgomery presented had previously come before Judge Lamberth.

Initially, Judge Lamberth took Montgomery’s classified information to FBI Director James Comey, who did nothing with it.

Judge Lamberth also presented Montgomery’s evidence to several Members of Congress. Most expressed immediate concern over finding out whether there had been any illegal surveillance data collected on them. “Am I in there?” was a typical response. Blackmail and leverage is a powerful weapon. Jeffrey Epstein certainly knew that.

Subsequently, Judge Lamberth took Montgomery’s evidence to Lamberth’s long-time associate, FBI General Counsel James Baker. Baker proceeded, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, to strike two limited immunity agreements for Dennis Montgomery. One agreement was for the production of evidence. The other was for Montgomery’s testimony.

That evidence production took place when Montgomery turned over the 47 hard drives to FBI Special Agents William Barnett and Walter Giardina. Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis accompanied Special Agents Barrett and Giardina to Florida in August of 2015, according to Montgomery.

After the FBI verified the information on Montgomery’s 47 hard drives, Special Agents Barnett and Giardina and Assistant U.S. Attorney Curtis debriefed Montgomery while he was under oath and being videotaped in a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) at the FBI Washington Field Office in December 2015.

“BARNETT believed the prosecution of FLYNN by SCO [Special Counsel’s Office] was used as a means to ‘get TRUMP, ’” according to the FBI’s 302 report of William Barnett’s September 17, 2020 interview.

Montgomery’s spygate evidence, 47 computer hard drives, contains proof that President Barack Obama and his intelligence chiefs John Brennan and James Clapper illegally commandeered the foreign surveillance supercomputer known as THE HAMMER and unlawfully used it to illegally spy on Donald Trump for over five years according to Montgomery. The extended Trump family and their 17 businesses were also under illegal surveillance.

Montgomery confirmed during a May 14, 2017 radio interview that he worked as a CIA contractor for Brennan and Clapper and that under President Obama, Brennan and Clapper spied on Donald Trump.

“I provided to the FBI 17 businesses of Donald Trump, including the Trump Tower, the Trump leasing programs, all of these different programs, and including Trump himself and the various family members that had been wiretapped under these programs,” Montgomery said in the interview. “There has been a wiretap on Trump for years.”

Those five years span Trump’s time as a private citizen, including as a presidential candidate. Donald Trump was also spied upon as the duly elected President of the United States.

Montgomery revealed that the CIA feared Trump.

President Obama, Brennan, and Clapper also had General Michael Flynn and Flynn’s extended family under illegal surveillance with THE HAMMER.

According to Montgomery, of the 47 hard drives, at least 18 were purchased by the FBI, the CIA, or the Department of Defense. Montgomery states that he is in possession of receipts proving that the U.S. government purchased and provided the hard drives that were used to store the illegally-harvested domestic surveillance data. These are the hard drives which Robert Mueller had previously gone to great lengths to get back into his possession.

Montgomery maintains that Robert Mueller’s FBI provided the computers for THE HAMMER.

Montgomery designed and built THE HAMMER as a foreign surveillance tool to keep America safe from terrorists after 9/11.

“THE HAMMER” foreign surveillance system featured multiple echelons of safeguards and sign-offs designed to restrict intelligence personnel, up to and including the President of the United States, from exploiting the system to conduct unlawful domestic surveillance, Military sources told The American Report.

Under the Obama administration, Brennan and Clapper illegally commandeered THE HAMMER, moved it to Fort Washington, Maryland in February 2009, and transformed THE HAMMER into an illegal domestic surveillance system in order to spy on President Obama’s political enemies, according to Montgomery. Brennan and Clapper used that illegally-collected domestic surveillance data for “ for “blackmail and leverage” on 38 million innocent Americans.

Montgomery turned over evidence of illegal domestic surveillance to Director Comey’s office in 2015 in an effort to alert the FBI that Brennan, Clapper, and other traitorous officials in the Obama administration had engaged in illegal domestic surveillance. The CIA holds no charter to conduct domestic surveillance on Americans. The FBI, which had once been the nation’s premier law enforcement agency, did nothing.

Once Director Comey, a close friend and associate of Robert Mueller, had his hands on the 47 hard drives, he buried that evidence somewhere within, or perhaps beyond, the bureau.

Comey’s actions assured that the evidence on the 47 hard drives could not be used to prosecute President Obama’s egregious spygate activities.

The illegal surveillance of Donald Trump, General Michael Flynn, U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Justice Antonin Scalia, one time presiding judge of the FISA court Judge Reggie Walton, 156 Article III judges, over one hundred Members of Congress, government agencies, over 90,000 law firms, business leaders, churches and synagogues, is no small matter.

Comey orchestrated a number of cover ups, including Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server to send and receive classified information.

Clinton selling over 20 percent of U.S uranium, a strategic asset, to a military adversary, would have had anyone else dangling from the end of a rope for the crime of treason.

The question is, will Lindsey Graham stand up to his Deep State colleagues. Will he stand in protection of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, as America’s founding fathers would have done.

Does Lindsey Graham have the wherewithal to fill the boots of great men who came before him? Or will he capitulate to the traitor class?

A Criminal Enterprise: Were Mueller’s FBI Raids On Binney And Wiebe A Message To Montgomery?

Twelve of FBI Director Robert Mueller’s special agents raided the homes of NSA whistleblowers J. Kirk Wiebe and William Binney on July 26, 2007.

Wiebe was a former NSA senior analyst and Binney was the former NSA Technical Director of the World Geopolitical and Military Analysis Reporting Group.

Mueller ordered the raid of former NSA officials Binney and Wiebe six long years after Binney and Wiebe had left the NSA in October 2001. A six-year lull is an eternity when tracking down evidence. The FBI’s six year delay only raises questions about Robert Mueller’s true motives.

Why did 12 FBI agents bust into both Binney and Wiebe’s homes, with guns drawn?

Preposterously, one of those FBI agents held a gun to Binney’s head as Binney stepped out of the shower.

The FBI agents rummaged through everything, taking anything they wanted while keeping the homeowners outside under armed guard for seven hours. The FBI stated that they were looking for evidence.

How does that make any sense? If Binney and Wiebe had anything, it would have been long gone after seven years. Why wait seven years to raid their homes if national security and seeking evidence was Mueller’s true intent.

Eventually, the FBI returned Binney and Wiebe’s property. Surprisingly, a sheepish FBI agent delivered their property directly to their homes.

Had the FBI raided Binney and Wiebe’s homes for another reason altogether?

According to Kirk Wiebe, the answer is yes.

In a recent interview on Operation Freedom, Kirk Wiebe told Dr. Dave Janda that the real reason the FBI raided his home “was to send a message to other people to keep quiet” and as a warning not to become a whistleblower.

Wiebe stated during that September 26, 2020 interview:

It took them awhile to do it … we [Binney and I] left [the NSA] in 2001 and we got raided by the FBI in 2007, July 26 — a date that will live in infamy, for those of us who went through it. But, isn’t it curious that if we were such big threats to security that it took them six years to get to us? Well that tells you a lot about the true agenda. The true agenda was to send a message to other people to keep quiet. Don’t be a whistleblower. That’s what it was all about.

Was Robert Mueller sending a message? Was that message, in fact, intended for Dennis Montgomery?

Considering the timeline of events that had taken place between Montgomery and Mueller’s FBI, one might think so.

The government had already had their way with Montgomery. In September 2006, Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte invoked the state secrets privilege and a government protective order — essentially a gag order — on Dennis Montgomery. If Montgomery ever discussed any classified information, he could spend the rest of his life in prison for violating the Espionage Act.

Following the FBI raid on Montgomery’s home, Montgomery ended up in a court case against the FBI. The FBI came up with the short end of the stick when U.S. Magistrate Valerie Cooke found in Montgomery’s favor, not only ordering the FBI to return Montgomery’s property, but warning Mueller’s FBI that FBI agents had presented false information and falsified affidavits.

Cooke threatened to throw FBI agents in jail.

Montgomery had won the first round with Judge Cooke. The FBI had to return Montgomery’s property. Judge Pro then weighed in, upholding Cooke’s ruling on March 19, 2007.

Mueller now needed a new tactic.

The FBI’s seemingly out-of-the-blue raids on Binney and Wiebe came just four short months after Judge Pro’s ruling in favor of CIA contractor Montgomery.

Though Montgomery became a whistleblower in 2015, Mueller eventually got what he was seeking.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curits and FBI Special Agents Barnett and Giardina were dispatched to Miami in 2015 to retrieve the 47 hard drives from Dennis Montgomery.

Under two immunity agreements, Montgomery provided James Comey’s FBI 47 computer hard drives in August 2015 and sworn testimony in December 2015, after the FBI had verified the 47 hard drives. The FBI now had back in hand the evidence of illegal domestic surveillance.

The hard drives contained evidence that, according to Montgomery, proves that President Obama, John Brennan, and James Clapper illegally surveilled Donald Trump and Michael Flynn, along with 38 million other innocent Americans, with THE HAMMER.

Comey’s FBI buried Montgomery’s evidence. None of the perpetrators of illegal domestic surveillance were prosecuted under the Obama administration.

Montgomery contends that Robert Mueller’s FBI provided the computers for THE HAMMER.

FBI and DOJ officials involved in Montgomery’s whistleblower case, including FBI Director James Comey, Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division Peter Strzok, FBI attorney Lisa Page, FBI Special Agents William Barnett and Walter Giardina, and DOJ Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, went on to serve on Special Counsel Mueller’s hoax Russian collusion investigation.

Curtis, Giardina, and Barnett went on to prosecute General Michael Flynn in what is now known to be a complete and utter miscarriage of justice.

It is particularly interesting that FBI Special Agent William Barnett, who was involved in CIA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery’s case and was a member of Mueller’s Russian Collusion team, and was also involved in the prosecution of General Flynn, has apparently changed his tune.

According to the FBI’s 302 report of Barnett’s September 17, 2020 interview, “BARNETT believed the prosecution of FLYNN by SCO [Special Counsel’s Office] was used as a means to ‘get TRUMP.’”

The Obama administration’s DOJ and both Director Mueller’s FBI and Director Comey’s FBI, instead of stopping crimes, were committing them. Perhaps, these were the most egregious crimes in America’s history.

Montgomery was business partners with Edra Blixseth in a company called Blixware (Blxware). Montgomery developed and built a foreign surveillance system known as THE HAMMER to keep America safe after 9/11.

Montgomery has maintained that FBI Director Mueller provided the computers for THE HAMMER. Montgomery has also stated that he worked for Brennan and Clapper, and that Brennan and Clapper commandeered THE HAMMER and moved the surveillance supercomputer system to a secure location in Maryland two weeks after Barack Obama’s 2009 inauguration.

Montgomery became a whistleblower, and in 2013 alerted the offices of President Obama, Vice President Biden, and 17 federal agency officials that the Obama administration was conducting illegal domestic surveillance.

In 2015, Montgomery received two limited immunity agreements signed by the Department of Justice, in exchange for production of evidence and his sworn testimony.

In August of 2015, Montgomery provided the FBI and DOJ with 47 computer hard drives of evidence that Montgomery states prove that President Obama, Brennan, and Clapper engaged in illegal domestic surveillance of Donald Trump, Michael Flynn, U.S. government officials including over 100 members of Congress, federal judges, U.S. businesses and executives, and millions of other Americans.

In December 2015, Montgomery, while being videotaped inside an FBI Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), provided FBI and DOJ officials sworn testimony that the Obama administration engaged in vast illegal domestic surveillance. The FBI and the DOJ in receipt of the bombshell evidence never opened an investigation — instead, they buried it, claims Montgomery.

The Blxware website states that “Those that control this FBI/CIA/NSA private domestic surveillance system will control the 2020 election!” although it remains unclear how such a scenario would play out.

The question is: Where are U.S. Attorney John Durham and U.S. Attorney General William Barr with the previous information on THE HAMMER that has already been exposed? With this new explosive data describing an unprecedented scale of domestic surveillance, will the DOJ investigate this information? Will they confirm this newly-revealed information?

President Obama, John Brennan, and James Clapper commandeered THE HAMMER to not only spy on Obama’s political enemies — Donald Trump and Michael Flynn — but also on vast swaths of the entire private and public sectors — the U.S. government, U.S. businesses, U.S. law firms, Wall Street, American synagogues and churches, television networks, newspapers and reporters, and the American people, according to the Blxware website.

The Blxware website names additional targets of Obama, Brennan, and Clapper’s illegal domestic espionage operation: U.S. defense contractors, multinational corporations, American universities, U.S. right to life activists and abortion providers, U.S. mental health facilities, leading oil production companies, the nation’s largest cellular phone networks, U.S. satellite and space launch companies, American retail pharmacy chains, Texas synagogues and chuches, Texas banks, and Texas law enforcement agencies.

The Blxware website describes an Orwellian spying operation so expansive that the Stasi and the Gestapo could only have dreamed of such a totalitarian intelligence operation. This was nothing short of a repudiation of the U.S. Constitution and the destruction of the rule of law.

General McInerney Calls Out The Obama Administration’s Criminal Domestic Spying Operation: Where Is John Durham?

Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney (USAF Ret.) was interviewed on the Sunday, August 30, 2020 broadcast of Operation Freedom, hosted by Dr. Dave Janda on WAAM 1600. The topic of discussion was THE HAMMER supercomputer surveillance system that the Obama administration used to illegally spy on President Trump and General Flynn, according to Montgomery.

Both Dr. Janda and General McInerney had viewed the stunning information on the Blxware website.

The broadcast began with a recap of the stunning events of Sunday, March 19, 2017 — the day General McInerney and Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons brought the American Report’s exposé on THE HAMMER and THE WHISTLEBLOWER TAPES to America’s airwaves.

In April 2018, the Justice Department released text messages exchanged between Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division Peter Strzok and FBI attorney Lisa Page. Those messages revealed that Strzok and Page exchanged a text message on the night of Sunday, March 19, 2017, just a few hours after General McInerney spoke about THE HAMMER and Dennis Montgomery on Operation Freedom. Strzok and Page’s Sunday night text message specifically mentioned Montgomery by name.

Which means the Obama administration, FBI, and intelligence sources are listening to you a lot. Enough said, huh?

It shows, without a doubt, Dave, the greatest attack against our democracy in our history.

Obama Exposed: There Were No FISA Warrants, There Was No Incidental Surveillance, There Was The Hammer — The Persecution Of General Flynn

For years, Sally Yates and James Clapper were acutely aware that the Obama administration was engaged in illegal domestic surveillance.

In August of 2014, CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery met with Senior Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia Royce C. Lamberth, one-time presiding judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. Montgomery handed over to Judge Lamberth a cache of Special Access Program (SAP) classified documents.

Judge Lamberth then approached FBI Director James Comey and Lamberth’s longtime friend FBI General Counsel James Baker, in an attempt to assist Montgomery’s efforts to become a whistleblower and expose illegal domestic surveillance programs run by President Obama and his intelligence chiefs John Brennan, and James Clapper.

The government was desperate to get back Dennis Montgomery’s evidence, even if it meant granting Montgomery whistleblower immunity.

Brennan and Clapper, Montgomery says, illegally commandeered a U.S. government foreign surveillance tool known as The Hammer, then relocated that system to Fort Washington, Maryland on February 3, 2009, according to The Whistleblower Tapes.

FBI Director Robert Mueller provided the computers for The Hammer, according to Montgomery.

Sally Yates Plays Her Part In The Scheme

In April 2015, one month after Donald Trump announced his presidential candidacy, Sally Yates arrived at DOJ headquarters in Washington D.C. to begin her new job, pending confirmation, as President Obama’s Deputy Attorney General.

Previously, Attorney General Eric Holder appointed Sally Yates to serve as vice chair of the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee. Eric Holder was held in Contempt of Congress for lying about Operation Fast and Furious.

Within one month of her confirmation, Yates barred the DOJ Inspector General (IG) from the DOJ’s National Security Division, which had already taken possession of SAP information that Montgomery had turned over to Judge Lamberth. The DOJ National Security Division and the FBI were in the process of setting up arrangements for Montgomery to turn over additional information contained in the 47 computer hard drives.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis was at the DOJ National Security Division. Curtis not only took Montgomery’s testimony in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at the FBI Washington D.C. Field Office, she also went on to join Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel hoax Russian Collusion investigation team and became the lead prosecutor of General Michael Flynn. Subsequently, Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis stepped down from her position as the lead prosecutor on the Flynn case and left the DOJ on September 27, 2019.

In August of 2015, Montgomery turned over to the FBI 47 hard drives that contained over 600 million pages of illegally-harvested domestic surveillance data. Those documents, when stacked one upon another, measured a stunning 30 miles high. Included in those 47 hard drives was illegally-harvested information on Donald Trump, General Flynn, and their families.

FBI General Counsel James Baker dispatched FBI agents to the Miami Field Office to take possession of Montgomery’s 47 hard drives. Comey and Baker buried Montgomery’s whistleblower evidence, Montgomery says.

However, in October, 2018, Baker testified before a U.S. House of Representatives joint committee:

Can I just — I’m turning to the Bureau to describe this. So his client was an individual named Dennis Montgomery, who I believe, to the best of my recollection, he said that he had been a U.S. Government contractor and, in the course of that work, had come across evidence of unlawful surveillance by the government of Americans — and including government officials — and wanted to give that information to the Bureau, which eventually did take place.

Those 47 hard drives proved that the Obama administration, and, in particular, John Brennan and James Clapper, were conducting illegal domestic surveillance on the American people. The CIA’s charter prohibits the agency from conducting domestic surveillance.

FBI General Counsel James Baker and DOJ Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis had arranged for limited immunity for Montgomery in exchange for that evidence and Montgomery’s testimony.

But the DOJ Inspector General would never see Montgomery’s evidence because, several months earlier, Sally Yates had barred the DOJ IG from the DOJ National Security Division, where both she and Deborah Curtis worked.

With the DOJ National Security Division free of the Inspector General’s oversight, there was no one to inspect the DOJ for the commission of crimes — and commit crimes they did.

Clapper And Yates Squirm And Stutter Under Questioning From Senate Judiciary Committee’s Lindsay Graham

On May 8, 2017, Senator Lindsay Graham (R-SC), Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Terrorism, questioned former Director of National Intelligence General James Clapper and former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates regarding the surveillance and unmasking of President Trump’s National Security Adviser Lt. General Michael Flynn.

Before firing off his very direct line of questioning, Senator Graham laid out the overall situation to Clapper and Yates:

Clearly, he [incoming National Security adviser Flynn] is talking to the Russians and we know about it. So if there is no FISA warrant — and I’m going to find out about this by the way — the other way that we know about what he was talking about with the Russians is if he was incidentally surveilled. So those are the two options.

But there was no record of FISA warrants. And there was no record of incidental surveillance. The cabal had made their fatal error that would expose the extent of their treachery.

Senator Graham did not appear to be aware that there existed a third option: That option is known as The Hammer.

Senator Graham then shifted his attention to General Clapper. “Do we know who unmasked the conversation between the Russian ambassador and General Flynn? Was there unmasking in this situation?”

“Are you looking at me?” replied General Clapper like any other suspect out of a mafia flick .

“Ah, I don’t know,” Clapper stammered.

“Do you, Ms. Yates?” Senator Graham then asked the petrified-looking Sally Yates.

“I can’t speak to this specific situation,” Yates answered with a stunned, deer-in-the-headlights look.

“The bottom line here is, I want to know how it got to the Washington Post” Senator Graham continued. “Somebody had to have access to the information and they gave it to the Washington Post.”

“Neither one of you did it?” Senator Graham asked point blank.

“That’s right,” Clapper and Yates nervously answered in near-unison.

Someone had dropped that information about General Flynn to the complicit Washington Post. The cabal wanted to set the narrative that General Flynn was a traitor. They tried to frame Donald Trump with the same narrative — that he was a ‘Russian asset.’ In both cases, it was nothing but filthy lies. Strikingly, they were setting up a duly-elected President of the United States with an avalanche of damnable lies.They schemed against President Trump. And they schemed against General Flynn.

Never was there such a magnitude of criminality seen in the United States of America before. One might have expected that this group of people worked for America’s adversaries.

There would be no proof. There were no FISA warrants. There were no incidental surveillance documents to cover for their lies. The lack of proof exposed that Barack Obama had gleaned the information about General Flynn from another source — an illegal source.

The stench of fear filled the chamber. Clapper and Yates knew that they had made a fatal misstep.

So did Peter Strzok. And so did Lisa Page. Strzok and Page’s text messages would later reveal that they were watching and that they were apoplectic.

The “incorrect narrative” was being set. They had not gotten their lies straight. The train had derailed.

Text Messages Reveal: Strzok And Page Apoplectic About Clapper And Yates Presenting The Wrong Narrative

Peter Strzok texted his putative paramour Lisa Page a filthy expletive:

You watching Sally?

F*CK! Clapper and Yates through Graham questions are all playing into the “there should be an unmasking request/record” for incidental collection incorrect narrative.

Their texts then suggest that they scurried off to meet one another:

I’m free if you have two minutes.

Just called your desk. I’m free.

An hour later, apparently after meeting once, Agent Strzok had another question that would require a second in-person meeting:

Hey if you have time and it’s not super late, have a follow up q for something you said. I know you’ve got Bill’s session now…

Strzok and Page had other things to worry about as well. They were responsible for manipulating the original FBI 302 report in order to frame General Flynn for a crime that he did not commit. General Flynn did not lie. Strzok and Page knew that.

Strzok and Page framed General Flynn. And that is a crime.

President Obama, John Brennan, and James Clapper Targeted General Michael Flynn

President Obama had intelligence on General Flynn and knew what he had said on confidential phone calls. Yet, there were no FISA warrants nor a documented record of incidental surveillance. Barack Obama was getting his information from another source.

President Obama’s vendetta against General Flynn went back several years.

General Flynn had commented that the Obama Administration had armed al-Qaeda and ISIS terrorists. Those terrorists had perpetrated a genocide of Christians across the Middle East.

President Obama, with his henchmen Brennan and Clapper, targeted General Flynn. Apparently they had no compunction about throwing into prison a decorated veteran who had honorably served his country for 33 years.

General Flynn, working as President Trump’s national security adviser, would have known his way around the intelligence community like few others. General Flynn began his Army intelligence career in 1981 as second lieutenant.

The cabal schemed and they lied, then they lied and they schemed. They plotted to charge General Flynn with Logan Act violations. When that didn’t fly, they attempted to frame him with the ludicrous accusation that General Flynn plotted to have Fethullah Gülen kidnapped. In order to get General Flynn to cooperate, they then set their sights on his son. There was nothing they would not do to take down General Flynn. Their criminality knew no limits.

General Flynn must have suspected that Brennan and Clapper had commandeered the powerful foreign surveillance tool The Hammer, as that foreign surveillance system had been used on the battlefield by the DIA to save American lives. Brennan and Clapper, however, used The Hammer to politicize the intelligence community. In the process, Brennan and Clapper were turning America into a Stasi-style police state.

In January 2017, just days before President Trump’s inauguration, the outgoing Obama administration greatly expanded the number of intelligence agencies that could receive raw NSA signals intelligence data. President Obama, Clapper, and Brennan, just before they got out the door, appear to have been attempting to obfuscate the source of domestic intelligence illegally collected by The Hammer. With so many agencies in possession of the raw collection data it would become near-impossible to track the source of illegally-collected domestic intelligence or the source of any leaks. It would be the perfect cover for the CIA, which, under the Obama administration, had clearly been operating in violation of its own charter. Any leaks or illegal surveillance could be blamed on mishandled NSA data.

Over the course of his 33-year military career General Flynn had unmasked only one American, and that was because that American had met with a known terrorist, according to his attorney Sydney Powell.

General Flynn understood the legal boundaries of surveillance and the implications of bypassing the rule of law, in contrast with Obama, Brennan, and Clapper, who held the rule of law in contempt. Consequently, Obama and his henchmen set out to destroy General Flynn.

U.S. Air Force Lt. General Thomas McInerney (Ret.) remarked on the outrageous abuse of The Hammer by Obama, Brennan, and Clapper and decried their activities as being “worse than Watergate.”

General McInerney and U.S. Navy Four-Star Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons (Ret.) presented The American Report’s March 17, 2017 exposé on The Whistleblower Tapes and The Hammer to Dr. Dave Janda, host of ‘Operation Freedom’ on WAAM TALK 1600. During the March 19, 2017 broadcast of Operation Freedom, General McInerney took the story of Dennis Montgomery and The Hammer to America’s airwaves. Within minutes, Strzok and Page were texting one another.

A March 19, 2017 Strzok/Page text message sent hours after General Thomas McInerney went on air to discuss Brennan’s and Clapper’s secret surveillance system “The Hammer” reads:

I’m not going to respond to the whole group. The Klayman/Montgomery stuff in the email Jim just sent is utter BS. Best to say nothing and brief later if necessary.

In December 2018, from his deathbed, U.S. Navy Four-Star Admiral James A. ‘Ace’ Lyons (Ret.),’ former Pacific Fleet Commander, reached over to his longtime friend Air Force Lt. General.Thomas McInerney (Ret.) and told him “The Hammer is the key to the coup.”
