Russia’s Club-K, however, is actually an advanced satellite-activated weapons system capable of launching Russian Kalibr cruise missiles armed with nuclear, electromagnetic pulse (EMP), chemical, biological, and conventional payloads. “‘This Club-K is game-changing with the ability to wipe out an aircraft carrier 200 miles away,’ said Robert Hewson, editor of Jane’s Air-Launched Weapons, which first reported on the Club-K developments,’” according to The Telegraph.
“Russia’s military is now more capable than at any time since the end of the Cold War,” Bloomberg reported on September 30, 2020, citing a new report from British think tank International Institute for Strategic Studies.
Russia is equipping new naval ships including corvettes and icebreakers with Club-K units. Sea trials are underway, Russian press outlet TASS boasted in August 2020.

U.S. Missile Defense Systems Look Outward, Giving Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System An Advantage
Just one Club-K Container Missile System could launch an EMP attack that could disable America’s power grid and impede America’s ability to respond with a retaliatory strike.
In theory, Russia and other adversaries could carry out a coordinated first strike surge attack from hundreds or even thousands of Club-K Container Missile Systems secretedbehind U.S. missile defenses. Additional missile salvos could be launched from Russian Club-K units in Mexico and from merchant ships and submarines off the U.S. coasts. Likely targets would be U.S. Navy submarine bases in Kitsap, Washington and Kings Bay, Georgia, U.S. Air Force strategic bomber air bases, command and control bases, and the Boeing E4B airborne command 747s.
The Club-K has a ten year shelf life. Club-K units can be remotely activated via satellite. After Club-K units enter U.S. seaports, they can be transported to every hamlet in America via rail, riverine boats, and semi tractor trailer trucks. It is not simply America’s seaports and military bases that are at risk of attack by the Club-K, but rather, the entirety of United States.
Translations from a Russian defense journal and from a secret Iranian military handbook suggest that Russia and Iran have developed a Pearl Harbor 2.0 plan to sink the entire U.S. Navy fleet as part of coordinated asymmetrical attacks against the United States and U.S. military bases around the world.
The plan is to launch Russian Kalibr cruise missiles from submarines, freighter ships, and Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System intermodal cargo “containers” that can be smuggled into U.S. ports and moved into the U.S. interior aboard trains and semi-trucks.

UAE Signs Port Deal With China’s COSCO
While we know that GULFTAINER is partially owned by the UAE government, it is important to note that the UAE government recently signed a joint-venture with Chinese state-owned shipping line COSCO. The UAE-COSCO port concession, known as COSCO Shipping Ports Ltd – Abu Dhabi, transferred control of a container terminal at the UAE’s Port of Abu Dhabi to China’s state-owned enterprise COSCO for 35 years.
The UAE’s Port of Abu Dhabi is now part of China’s One Belt One Road Initiative that has seized control of global trade routes and continues to build seaports across the globe to accommodate the communist superpower’s rapidly expanding fleet of Chinese Navy warships and submarines. China now has the largest navy in the world, with more ships than the U.S. Navy. GULFTAINER’s partial owner, the Ruler of Sharjah, is one of the seven members of the UAE Royal Family of Emirs who comprise the UAE’s totalitarian federation of seven monarchies.
Robert Sheridan, a former US Customs Investigator, told the Associated Press:
The last area that really brings it all together, I think, is having foreigners knowing how, even having an inkling of how the United States scrutinises containers from a security standpoint, the various layers of security. And I think that’s also a concern. Late Iranian General Soleimani Made Serious Threat Against The United States
On July 26, 2018, Iranian Major General Qassem Soleimani, the “Shadow Commander” in charge of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Quds Force that conducts clandestine operations for Iran, threatened President Trump and the United States. Soleimani warned America that Iran would “destroy all that you possess” and quoted ancient Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu. “You know our power in the region and our capabilities in asymmetric war…I’m telling you, Mr. Trump the gambler, I am telling you: know that where you are not thinking of, we are near you. Hamid Dhia Jafar is the brother and business partner of rogue nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, who was born in Baghdad, Iraq in 1943. Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar is the former Vice Chairman of the Iraq Atomic Energy Commission and the former chief of Saddam Hussein’s covert nuclear weapons program, code-named Petrochemicals Project/3 (PC3). NBC News referred to Dr. Jafar as “a combination of Lawrence of Arabia and Dr. Strangelove who mixes Muslim fatalism, Arab nationalism, and modern technocracy.”
Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar also oversaw technology transfer operations in support of Iraq’s chemical and biological warfare programs, according to CIA documents.

Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s Iraqi biological warfare colleague Dr. Rihab Taha was known as Dr. Germ. “Iraq had decided to begin full-scale production of anthrax and botulinum toxin. Botulinum, being a toxin, was Taha’s favorite,” NBC News reported in an article titled “The World’s Deadliest Woman?”

In unreleased video tapes seized by the U.N. two years ago, the animals that had been exposed to germ agents were shown writhing and dying in agony.
“Taha was directly responsible for those tests and some believe she may also have been responsible for human trials [of biological weapons], although she and the Iraqi government deny it,” NBC News stated.

UAE Ports Form Alliance With Communist China
Not only is Al-Qasimi and the Iraqi Jafar brothers’ Gulftainer in business with ROSOBORONEXPORT, the Russian enterprise that exports the Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System, the UAE has integrated its ports industry with Communist China.
As part of Communist China’s One Belt, One Road infrastructure project that aims to rebuild China’s ancient Silk Road trading route, five Chinese firms have invested $300 million in the UAE’s Abu Dhabi Ports.
“This is not the first time China and the UAE have collaborated. In 2015, the two countries established a joint investment fund worth $10 billion,” CNBC reported.
Was The Gulftainer Lease Legal Then, And Is It Legal Now?
The American Report learned from a confidential source that the Gulftainer ownership split between Hamid Dhia Jafar and Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi was 50-50 at the time of Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral lease application.
Because of Gulftainer’s fraudulent application and the false information contained therein, the agreement was not in compliance with U.S. law and therefore became null and void under CFIUS.
The approval process for foreign governments to buy or lease critical infrastructure in the United States that is vital to the nation’s economic stability and national security was overhauled in the Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act of 2018 (FIRRMA) that President Trump signed into law as part of the 2019 NDAA: “The new law brings expanded oversight over previously uncovered transactions, including minority stakes and other non-controlling investments. It expands CFIUS jurisdiction over real estate transactions including leases near sensitive locations,” according to The National Law Journal.
Congressman Duncan Hunter, Marine Corps Major Who Fought In Iraq, Stood Up To Gulftainer And The Deep State, Then Paid The Price
California Republican Congressman Duncan D. Hunter served as a U.S. Marine Corps artillery officer during two tours in Iraq and another tour in Afghanistan. Major Hunter fought in Fallujah, encountered frequent ambushes, and still struggles with the effects of his extended combat tours, although he says that he “never filed for post-traumatic stress. It’s not an issue.”
Duncan Hunter is the only official who stood up to Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral deal. While Senators were engaged in insider trading, and FBI Directors were lying under oath, enacting a seditious coup d’état and hoax Russian collusion investigation, and redistributing America to her adversaries, Duncan Hunter was the one and only official who stood up for America.

Canaveral Port Authority CEO John E. Walsh began conflating legitimate criticism of Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral deal with racism. Racism is the third rail of politics, so Walsh spit out that old racism canard. It was as if Walsh was channelling the ghost of Leon Trotsky himself, spewing Trotsky’s tired old communist talking point — “racism, racism, racism.”
Yet, top national security officials did not buy into the politically correct talking points. Those officials had deep concerns about Gulftainer’s 35-year lease at Port Canaveral. The American Report met with some of those officials.
The abruptly-announced deal between Gulftainer and Port Canaveral immediately became a lightning rod for criticism due to real and serious national security concerns.
To deflect those objections, Port Canaveral CEO Walsh employed the Obama administration’s standard talking point: “We can’t be racist.”
Joe Kasper, then Chief of Staff to Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA), when asked by The American Report to comment on the “We can’t be racist” argument made by CEO Wash, objected strongly:

Duncan Hunter had the full weight of government come after him for campaign finance irregularities. One must consider the attention that was drawn to Hunter after he exposed the national security nightmare of Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral and Port of Wilmington deals. Hunter was sentenced to nearly a year in prison. The Clinton Global Initiative, on the other hand, had $70 billion coming their way.
Rep. Hunter (R-CA), Chairman of the Subcommittee on Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation, stated during an interview with Frank Gaffney:
If you want to get a weapon of mass destruction into the U.S., you’re not going to walk it across the border with Mexico on your back in a giant backpack. You’re not going to land with it in LAX and say here’s my weapon of mass destruction. You’re going to use a cargo container. That’s how the bad guys will get a weapon of mass destruction into the U.S. next — is through some kind of shipping container. One of the easiest ways to have that happen is by this Gulftainer deal going through.
Democrat U.S. Senator Tom Carper of Delaware is assisting Middle Eastern seaports company Gulftainer in taking over U.S. strategic ports, threatening U.S. critical infrastructure and U.S. national security.
Senator Carper is closely tied to longtime U.S. adversaries Iran and the Vietnamese communist regime, despite the fact that Senator Carper served in Vietnam.
Gulftainer is intimately tied to Iraqi WMDs, Iran, and Russia. Senator Carper continued to push Gulftainer’s Port of Wilmington deal though the Gulftainer deal received no CFIUS National Security Threat Analysis.
Members of the International Longshoremen’s Association union in Delaware reached out to The American Report with deep concerns regarding the State of Delaware’s plans to bring Gulftainer into the Port of Wilmington.
Gulftainer showed its true colors in April 2020 when Gulftainer blockaded Wawa tanker trucks from delivering fuel to hundreds of Wawa gas stations across five north eastern states (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia) amid the Chinese coronavirus pandemic. Gulftainer then attempted to extort one million dollars from Buckeye Partners, the company that controls the fuel tank farm adjacent to the Port of Wilmington where Wawa loads hundreds of fuel tanker trucks each and every day.
Initially, Gulftainer received a 35-year lease to Florida’s Port Canaveral cargo container terminal under the Obama administration shortly after Gulftainer entered into a joint venture with Russia’s ROSTEC/ROSOBORONEXPORT, the exporter of Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Intermodal Cargo Container Cruise Missile Launching System. While the Club-K looks identical to a standard commercial intermodal cargo containers that get delivered to every hamlet in America, it is actually an advanced military weapons system that can deliver nuclear, EMP, chemical, biological, and conventional payloads.

President Trump placed sanctions on Russia’s ROSOBORONEXPORT on the very day that Delaware’s Port of Wilmington approved Gulftainer’s lease of the entire port.
Both Jafar brothers were investigated by the U.S. government. The Pentagon placed Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar on the CENTCOM Operation Iraqi Freedom ‘Blacklist’ with orders to capture or kill Dr. Jafar. The U.S. Treasury Department and three Congressional committees investigated Hamid Dhia Jafar and his company Crescent Petroleum, a Gulftainer affiliate, for his ‘Oil-For-Superweapons’ program that financed Saddam’s and Dr. Jafar’s WMD programs.
Governor Tom Wolf of Pennsylvania and Governor Phil Murphy of New Jersey, both Democrats, are either unaware of the national security threat presented by Gulftainer, or they are terrified of taking the issue up with Congress. Representative Duncan Hunter (R-CA) objected to Gulftainer leases and the lack of a CFIUS National Security Threat Analysis, and the full weight of the U.S. government went after Representative Hunter.
Governors Wolf and Murphy wrote a May 28, 2020 letter to key leaders in the U.S. House of Representatives that conspicuously omits the name Gulftainer, urging them to reject Senator Carper’s shipping bill that favors a “foreign-owned entity” over American-owned port operators.
Senator Carper’s lousy proposed deal not only has Middle-Eastern-owned Gulftainer taking over America’s international shipping along the Delaware River, cutting out American competitors in Philadelphia and New Jersey, but also has the American taxpayers picking up the tab, paying Gulftainer’s bills.
Exactly who does Senator Carper work for? Because it does not appear to be the American people.
U.S. Representative Brendan Boyle of Pennsylvania, a Democrat, and U.S. Representative Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania, a Republican, also wrote a letter to Members of Congress strenuously objecting to Senator Carper’s efforts to assist Middle Eastern ports company Gulftainer.
Representative Fitzpatrick was formerly a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney with the Department of Justice and was an FBI Supervisory Special Agent. Fitzpatrick, as an FBI special agent, served as an al-Qaeda interrogator while embedded with U.S. troops in Mosul, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Gulftainer, the Middle-Eastern ports company managing two strategic U.S. seaports — Florida’s Port Canaveral and Delaware’s Port of Wilmington — is not only connected to Iraq’s WMD programs and Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile Launching System, but also, disturbingly, to Iraq’s Unit 999.
Oklahoma City television reporter Jayna Davis identified ‘John Doe No. 2,’ as Iraqi Republican Guard soldier Hussain al-Hussaini‘ in her book The Third Terrorist.’
Following the April 19, 1995 Oklahoma City terror strike on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building that killed 168 Americans and wounded 680 others, Davis identified Timothy Mcveigh, Terry Nichols, and Iraqi Unit 999 soldier Hussain al-Hussaini as the principal terrorists responsible for that attack.
Former Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) official Colonel Patrick Lang, working with Davis, concluded that Iraqi Unit 999 recruited Al-Husseini from Saddam Hussein’s Iraqi Republcan Guard.
U.S. intelligence and Pentagon officials concurred with Davis and Colonel Lang’s conclusion that Hussain al-Hussaini, a.k.a. ‘John Doe No. 2,’ was one of Saddam Hussein’s Iraqi Directorate of Military Intelligence (DGMI) Special Operations Group Unit 999 clandestine overseas operatives.
Gulftainer owner Hamid Dhia Jafar’s brother and business partner Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons mastermind, collaborated with DGMI, the Iraqi spy agency that ran Unit 999.
Dr. Jafar and DGMI collaborated on covert operations to conceal Saddam’s and Dr. Jafar’s nuclear, chemical, and biological WMDs.
Russian intelligence services oversaw these WMD deception operations in order to ensure that Saddam’s and Dr. Jafar’s massive WMD military industrial complex was fully concealed and undetectable by U.S. defense and intelligence satellites and UN weapons inspectors .
Both Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar and the Iraqi intelligence service that ran Unit 999 reported directly to Saddam Hussein’s Presidential Secretary Lt. Gen. Abid Hamid Mahmud al-Tikriti, a.k.a. ‘Saddam’s shadow,’ one of the most powerful regime figures within Saddam’s inner circle and another one of Dr. Jafar’s principal Iraqi WMD collaborators.
Dr. Jafar’s connections to DGMI, the Iraqi spy agency that ran Unit 999, are particularly concerning because they establish a connection between the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and Gulftainer, the Iraqi ports company that built their Port Canaveral container terminal adjacent to U.S. Navy Trident submarines, Canaveral Space Force Station, and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.
‘John Doe No. 2’: Iraq’s Hussain Al-Hussaini And Unit 999 — Inside The Wire
Jayna Davis, a former television reporter for NBC’s Oklahoma City affiliate KFOR, which doubled as CNN’s local affiliate, was one of the first reporters on the scene of the bombing and told Lou Dobbs during a September 9, 2002 CNN interview:
Several witnesses, 22 in all, have signed sworn witness affidavits and positively identified eight Middle Eastern men acting in collusion with McVeigh and Nichols at various stages of the bombing plot. Those Middle Eastern men, the majority of whom are Iraqi soldiers. One soldier in particular, Lou, is Hussain Al-Hussaini, and he was identified by seven witnesses, tying him to Timothy McVeigh, the Ryder truck, downtown Oklahoma City and the getaway vehicle aggressively pursued by the FBI the morning of the bombing …
Immediately following the Oklahoma City bombing, the FBI issued an All Points Bulletin advising citizens and law enforcement to ‘be on the lookout” for a Middle Eastern-looking suspect. The FBI distributed a sketch of ‘John Doe No. 2.”
In the hours and days following the brutal Oklahoma City attack, military and intelligence analysts arrived at a near-unanimous conclusion — that the Oklahoma City bombing had the fingerprints of a sophisticated Middle Eastern terrorist operation.
Then, the story from the FBI changed.
“The [Oklahoma City] FBI bulletin was quickly and mysteriously withdrawn,” the Wall Street Journal reported. “The original warrant for John Doe No. 2 described a man with “a tattoo on his left arm.”
Davis, working with U.S. Army Colonel Patrick Lang (Ret.), identified Hussain Al-Hussaini as a member of Iraqi Unit 999.
Colonel Lang is the former Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Director of Human Intelligence and Director of Middle East Analysis.
Davis and Colonel Lang initially connected Al-Hussaini to Saddam’s Republican Guard by studying a tattoo on Al-Hussaini’s left arm that depicts a snake wrapped around an anchor.
The FBI refused to accept Jayna Davis’ 22 sworn affidavits from witnesses who identified Al-Hussaini. The FBI never questioned any of the 22 witnesses nor interviewed Al-Hussaini, yet, the FBI never officially cleared Al-Hussaini.
Al-Hussaini, a former Iraqi soldier detained after the Gulf War in a desert POW camp in Saudi Arabia, entered the United States in 1994 as a self-proclaimed ‘refugee’ seeking asylum from Saddam’s regime.
“In the years following the Gulf War, the U.S. allowed 12,500 Iraqis to enter the U.S., including up to 6,000 ex–prisoners of war,” LA Weekly reported. Rob Frazier, a former U.S. State Department official in Saudi Arabia who dealt with refugees at the camp, including Republican Guard troops, “received many reports … alleging that the camp harbored ‘sleeper agents’ for Saddam Hussein.” “‘Remember, we really couldn’t background a lot of these guys,’” former U.S. Army intelligence officer Frazier said.
Unit 999’s elite espionage and terrorism recruits, carefully selected by the Iraqi intelligence services from Iraq’s Republican Guard and from Middle Eastern countries across the Islamic Bloc, received advanced training to prepare them for overseas bombings, airliner hijackings, and suicide missions.
Saddam’s intelligence services also provided Unit 999 soldiers with advanced training in weapons of mass destruction procurement and concealment operations and in the tactical use of conventional and unconventional weapons, including Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons of mass destruction.
The ‘United States Battalion’ of Iraqi Directorate of General of Military Intelligence Unit 999 sent dozens of undercover Iraqi special forces troops and intelligence agents into the United States and Canada, according to intelligence sources. By 2002, Unit 999’s United States Battalion had expanded to over 500 troops.
Unit 999 operative Al-Hussaini’s Oklahoma City co-conspirator Terry Nichols is connected to al-Qaeda terrorist Ramzi Yousef, a.k.a. Rashid, the Iraqi,’ who was convicted of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
Terry Nichols travelled repeatedly between the United States and Cebu City, Philippines where Ramzi Yousef was planning and directing terrorist operations. Intelligence revealed that Nichols, a.k.a. ‘The Farmer,’ did not have the technical capability to create the bomb(s) that detonated at the Murrah Building or the funds to repeatedly travel to and from the Philippines.
In his book Others Unknown, Timothy McVeigh’s defense attorney Stephen Jones writes that Nichols met with Ramzi Yousef and that Yousef was “an Iraqi intelligence operative.” Bin Laden was in the Philippines at approximately the same time as Nichols and Yousef, according to Stephen Jones.
Al-Qaeda terrorist Ramzi Yousef, responsible for the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, is the maternal nephew of 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM). KSM was apprehended and convicted as the mastermind of the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center twin towers and the Pentagon.
Gulftainer And Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s Connections To Unit 999
Rogue Iraqi nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar spearheaded Saddam Hussein’s secret nuclear weapons and uranium enrichment programs from the early 1970s until 2003.
Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar also oversaw technology transfer and procurement operations for Saddam’s chemical and biological warfare programs, CIA documents show.
Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar and Iraqi Directorate of General Military Intelligence (DGMI), a.k.a. al-Istikhbarat, the Iraqi spy agency that commands Unit 999 operatives, with assistance from Russian intelligence services, concealed Sadaam’s and Dr. Jafar’s nuclear, chemical, and biological warfare facilities, programs, and WMD stockpiles across Iraq’s 168,000 square miles of territory, and often outside of Iraq.
Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar set up and directed Iraq’s Tuwaitha nuclear complex, which Israel bombed in 1981. Undeterred, Dr. Jafar rebuilt Tuwaitha, prompting the U.S. Air Force to attack Dr. Jafar’s Tuwaitha nuclear site during its 1991 Package Q Airstrike, an Operation Desert Storm mission involving 78 U.S. military aircraft, two of which were shot down.
“After the 1981 Israeli raid on Iraq’s Osiraq [Osirak] nuclear research facility [a nuclear WMD facility at Tawaitha that was directed by Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar], [DGMI a.k.a.] al-Istikhbarat [the Iraqi spy agency that commands Unit 999] turned to the Soviet KGB for assistance. From 1982 to 1985, the KGB aided [DGMI a.k.a.] al-Istikhbarat in concealment and protection techniques of its military program and facilities, as well as strategic reconnaissance deception methods,” according to the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
Al-Amn al-Khas [the Iraqi Special Security Organization — S.S.O.] watched over the activities of [DGMI a.k.a.] al-Istikhbarat [the Iraqi spy agency that commands Unit 999] and the KGB during the Iran-Iraq War. The KGB advised these agencies in techniques of concealing covert weapons production facilities. It served as the central coordinating body between the Military-Industrial Commission [MIC] al-Istikhbarat [DGMI] and al-Mukhabarat, and the military in the covert procurement of the necessary components for Iraq’s WMD. During the 1991 Gulf War, it was put in charge of concealing SCUD missiles and afterwards, of moving and hiding documents from UNSCOM inspections relating to Iraq’s weapons programs. Based on these past activities, it would presumably continue these functions in the future.
Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar received decades of technical assistance from Soviet KGB officers and Russian Federation SVR and GRU intelligence officers, in coordination with Russian Ambassador to Iraq Yevgeny Primakov, a KGB/SVR superspy known as “The Bear in the Desert.”
According to John A. Shaw, former Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for International Technology Security, and Bill Tierney, the former head of the U.N weapons inspection team in Iraq, there were WMD in Iraq.
“I am absolutely sure that Russian Spetsnatz units moved WMD out of Iraq before the war,” stated John Shaw, Newsmax reported.
Former U.N. weapons inspector Bill Tierney explained during a CBN interview about the Saddam Tapes, audio recording of Saddam’s cabinet that Tierney translated for the FBI:
We showed that the Iraqis had no intention of ever complying with the U.N. Security Council Resolutions…
… It [The Saddam Tapes] ended up in my lap. And because I was a UN [weapons] inspector …one of these tapes, it was one briefing after the other, both for unconventional weapons of mass destruction and conventional

… I was at CENTCOM for five years and during that time frame there was evidence that the Russians helped the Iraqis on a technical level. Now probably, earlier, they taught them how to conceal.
“The director of DGMI, Staff Lt. Gen. Zuhayr Talib ‘Abd-al-Sattar [Seven of Hearts in the Operation Iraqi Freedom Most Wanted Playing Card Deck], reported directly to the Presidential Secretary” Abid Hamid Mahmud al-Tikriti, according to CIA documents.
Like DGMI’s director who commanded Unit 999, Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar also reported directly to Saddam’s Presidential Secretary Abid Hamid Mahmud al-Tikriti, separate CIA documents confirm.
“Beyond President Saddam’s family circle, the key figures can be counted on one hand … By far the most important is the one with the most menial title – President Saddam’s secretary,” The Guardian reported. “[Presidential Secretary] Mahmoud … is the third or fourth most powerful person in Iraq, according to exiled dissidents.”
Further cementing Dr. Jafar’s ties to Unit 999 is intelligence out of Iraq that revealed that Dr. Jafar operated a massive biological warfare research lab and production line at Salman Pak, the secret Iraqi military base near Baghdad where Iraqi intelligence services trained Unit 999 spies and terrorists.
Iraqi bioweapons scientist Rihab Tata, known as ‘Dr. Germ,’ “rose to run a 150-person bio-weapon operation at the infamous Salman Pak facility, which inspectors once dubbed germ-warfare central,” according to a newswire story posted by UCLA’s Department of Epidemiology.
‘Dr. Germ’ is married to former Deputy Minister of the Military Industrial Commission Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s colleague, Amer Mohammad Rashid al-Ubaidi, the second of Saddam’s three former deputy ministers of the Iraqi Military Industrialization Commission.
Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, Osama bin Laden, Iraqi Unit 999, And Iraqi Chemical WMDs
Intelligence out of the Middle East separately reported that Iraqi Special Operation Group Unit 999 trained al-Qaeda in chemical warfare tactics and that Saddam sold chemical weapons manufactured by Dr. Jafar and Iraqi Lt. Gen. Dr. Amir al-Saadi to Osama bin Laden.
Al-Saadi, like Dr. Jafar, was one of Saddam’s three deputy ministers of military industrialization who served as Saddam’s WMD scientific advisers.
Al-Saadi, Saddam’s ‘chemical weapons expert and ‘Superweapons Czar,’ schemed with Dr. Jafar and Dr. Jafar’s brother, Gulftainer owner Hamid Dhia Jafar, in a plot known as ‘Oil-For-Superweapons’ to finance Saddam’s and Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s nuclear, chemical, and biological warfare programs.
The Oil-For-Superweapons scheme led to multiple U.S. government investigations, including three Congressional committee investigations and a U.S. Treasury Department investigation.
In interviews with senior officials, the following picture emerged: American intelligence believes that Al Qaeda and Saddam reached a non-aggression agreement in 1993, and that the relationship deepened further in the mid-nineteen-nineties, when an Al Qaeda operative—a native-born Iraqi who goes by the name Abu Abdullah al-Iraqi—was dispatched by bin Laden to ask the Iraqis for help in poison-gas training. Al-Iraqi’s mission was successful, and an unknown number of trainers from an Iraqi secret-police organization called Unit 999 were dispatched to camps in Afghanistan to instruct Al Qaeda terrorists…
…According to several intelligence officials I spoke to, the relationship between bin Laden and Saddam’s regime was brokered in the early nineteen-nineties by the then de-facto leader of Sudan.
U.S. officials accused Iraqi WMD scientist Emad Husayn Abdullah al-Ani “of being involved with a Sudanese chemical [weapons] plant linked to Osama bin Laden,” according to the Sydney Morning Herald. Sample tests from that plant indicated a “smoking gun” for VX nerve gas, CNN reported.

The Obama administration in 2014 initially placed Gulftainer, a company with connections to two of Barack Obama’s foreign student friends from his days at Occidental College in the 1980s — Vinai Thummalapally from India and Wahid Hamid from Pakistan — inside the wire at Florida’s Port Canaveral, adjacent to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and 1000 feet from U.S. Navy submarines armed with Trident II ballistic missiles.
Understand that the Middle Eastern Jafars, with ties to illegal nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons, were granted a 35-year lease to Port Canaveral’s container terminal and a 50-year lease to the entire Port of Wilmington, with neither deal being subjected to the required National Security Threat Analysis and CFIUS review.

Melissa Hodgman, wife of fired FBI Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Peter Strzok, was the assistant director of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s enforcement division in 2015 when the SEC dropped, “without explanation,” its multi-year, $3.7 million insider trading case against Dhia Jafar, a Dubai trader working for the former chief of Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons program, Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar.

Hodgman’s unfaithful husband Peter Strzok, as one of the FBI’s top counterintelligence officials with specialized experience in Russia and in the use of weapons of mass destruction by terrorists inside the United States, should have been acutely aware of and should have blocked Gulftainer from setting up operations in the United States, particularly inside the wire of a critical infrastructure port housing berths used by U.S. Navy submarines, U.S. Military Sealift Command, and the U.S. Coast Guard. The fact that Port Canaveral is adjacent to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and to U.S. Air Force launch pads used to send classified U.S. defense satellites into space is another reason why Strzok and the FBI should have blocked Gulftaiiner.
As a youth, Strzok lived inside Iran, where his father, also named Peter Strzk, worked. After the 1979 Iranian revolution, Strzok’s father expressed admiration and support for the Islamic regime’s Mullahs, citing the “order” that the Mullahs and their theocratic rule brought to the Iranian nation.
The SEC initially filed an airtight amended complaint against Dhia Jafar and won the support of a federal judge who denied defendant Dhia Jafar’s motion to dismiss an SEC lawsuit alleging that he had illegally made millions of dollars by trading Onyx Pharmaceuticals options using insider information.
In September 2015, however, the SEC, “without explanation” snatched defeat from the jaws of victory with their abrupt reversal where the SEC stunningly dropped its $3.7 million multi-year insider trading case against Dhia Jafar.
By 2015, the SEC case had been attracting considerable unwanted attention from financial press outlets around the world for two years, threatening to blow the lid off of a national security nightmare involving Iraqi WMDs, Russia’s Club-K Container Missile System, Port Canaveral, and Russia, that is on track to become the essence of the Obama administration and its breathtaking acts of treason.

During the same general time frame, the Iraqi Jafar family’s company Gulftainer went into at least five deals with Russia’s military industrial complex, a Russian state-owned petroleum company, a Russian bank, and Russian seaports. Gulftainer entered into a 2010 joint venture with Russia’s ROSTEC, the state-owned military technology company that owns ROSOBORONEXPORT, the exporter of Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System. The Club-K is an advanced weapon disguised as a standard intermodal shipping container that launches Russian Kalibr cruise missiles carrying lethal nuclear, chemical, biological, Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP), or conventional payloads. Yet, the Obama administration, knowing that Gulftainer had partnered with ROSTEC, the Russian state-owned enterprise that exports the Club-K Trojan Horse asymmetrical weapon system, placed Gulftainer inside the wire at Port Canaveral, 1000 feet from the Trident submarine turning basin used by the U.S. Navy and the British Royal Navy.
In 2011 and 2013, Gulftainer entered deals with Russia’s Port of Ust Luga, near St. Petersburg — one of Russia’s ports designated for handling nuclear materials.

Gulftainer And The Iraqi Jafars’ History Of Getting Inside The Wire At U.S. Ports Near U.S. Navy Submarine Bases
In 2012, Gulftaiiner attempted to illegally and covertly take over cargo container operations at Florida’s Port of Jacksonville, a stone’s throw from Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, home base of the Atlantic Fleet’s Ohio-class Trident submarines and fast-attack submarines.
Local media in Jacksonville exposed Gulftainer for having offered $250 million under the table to become secret, silent partners at the Port of Jacksonville. Subsequently, the Port of Jacksonville’s CEO rejected Gulftainer. One presumes that Gulftainer’s attempt at an illegal entrée to a critical infrastructure port with significant monies under the table, better known as bribery, would have precluded Gulftainer from doing business in the United States.
Gulftainer and the Jafars then turned their attention toward Port Canaveral.
Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s brother and business partner Hamid Dhia Jafar is the co-owner of Gulftainer, a seaports management company to which the Obama administration awarded a 35-year cargo container terminal lease at critical infrastructure Port Canaveral, Florida, within spitting distance of the U.S. Navy’s Trident ballistic missile submarines, the most important leg of America’s nuclear triad, and adjacent to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and Canaveral Air Force Station.
Essentially, the Obama administration placed nuclear terrorists inside the wire where America’s air, sea, and space commands reside. The Obama administration bypassed the required National Security Threat Analysis and CFIUS review of the Gulftainer / Port Canaveral deal that was secretly negotiated under the code-name “Project Pelican” and that had illegally bypassed Florida’s open-bidding Sunshine law.
James Comey’s FBI and Peter Strzok, at the time section chief of the Counterespionage Section within the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division, never weighed in on the secret “Project Pelican” deal.
The Project Pelican negotiations coincided with the SEC’s prosecution of Dhia Jafar’s insider trading case.
The SEC dropped the prosecution of Dhia Jafar and his insider trading case shortly after the Port Canaveral / Gulftainer secret “Project Pelican” deal was consummated after the U.S.Treasury Department announced that the Gulftainer Port Canaveral deal required no CFIUS review on the legally flawed premise that the lease, not being a purchase, does not require a CFIUS review. The 2007 CFIUS law states just the reverse.
The Obama Treasury Department’s argument was fatuous on its face as Port Canaveral housed military and civilian critical infrastructure spanning from Trident missile testing facilities, CIA satellite launches, SpaceX launch pads, and petroleum pipelines that pump jet fuel for 50 miles from Port Canaveral to Orlando International Airport. Gulftainer’s cargo container terminal at Port Canaveral is also within easy striking distance — only twelve miles — of Patrick Air Force Base, where the Boeing E4B “doomsday plane” used as an airborne nuclear war command post is intermittently stationed on standby, engines running, ready to take off in the event of a nuclear conflict with Russia, China, or Iran. Just imagine the armageddon that would ensue from planting nuclear terrorists inside this facility.
A previous U.A.E. deal — the Dubai Ports World takeover of six U.S. ports, led to a firestorm of controversy, congressional hearings, and wall-to-wall media coverage. Even communist Senator Bernie Sanders was opposed to the Dubai Ports World takeover of U.S. ports, citing national security concerns in the wake of the 9/11 terror attacks. But that did not slow down the Obama administration — not one iota.
Adding gasoline to that firestorm should have been the knowledge that not only was a Middle Eastern ports company taking over critical infrastructure at a major U.S. military complex at Port Canaveral, but so too that the family being awarded the 35-year no-bid contract, with no CFIUS review and National Security Threat Analysis, was comprised of two Middle Easten brothers who had not only been under investigation by the U.S. Government as supplying and funding Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons, but that one of them, Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, had also been placed on the Pentagon’s “Blacklist” explicitly wanted for capture or kill.

Scrapping 13 years of development costing $1.1 billion, President Obama’s Under Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter inexplicably canceled the Pentagon’s revolutionary NLOS-LS “Missiles in a Box” weapons system in 2010.
Though development of NLOS-LS was 92 percent complete, Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics Ashton Carter canceled the entire NLOS-LS “Missiles in a Box” program less than one month after “Jane’s Defence Weekly” shocked Western defense experts with a breaking report that Moscow was now marketing Russia’s own “Missiles in a Box” system, the previously unheard of Club-K Container Missile System.
Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K “Missiles in a Box” system, perplexingly, bears a striking resemblance to the Pentagon’s now-canceled NLOS-LS.
The Pentagon designated its revolutionary “Missiles in a Box” weapon the XM501 Non-Line-of-Sight Launch System (NLOS-LS).

Nadhmi Auchi, the Iraqi-born billionaire, is a defendant in a $4 billion lawsuit filed in Iraq on behalf of survivors of the Saddam Hussein regime’s 1988 chemical weapons attack in Halabja, Iraqi Kurdistan.
The complaint alleges that Auchi is a co-conspirator in the March 16, 1988 chemical attack, also known as the Halabja Massacre or Bloody Friday, that killed over 5,000 civilians and injured more than 10,000 Kurds.
The Halabja Massacre “was and remains the largest poison gas/chemical weapon attack launched against civilians since World War II“ according to the complaint.
The Halabja Massacre was part of a “highly organized, genocidal campaign called Anfal…during which the Saddam Regime murdered as many as 180,000 Kurdish civilians, destroyed approximately 4,000 Kurdish villages, and depopulated areas of the Kurdish Region of Iraq” says the complaint.
According to Dr. John A. Shaw, the former head of the U.S. Department of Defense Office of International Technology Security, “Auchi had been Saddam Hussein’s senior arms dealer and had morphed into his principal international financial bagman,” the complaint alleges.More →
