James Baker’s Bonanza Of Crime: General McInerney Calls For Former CIA Contractor Dennis Montgomery To Testify Under Oath Before Congress

U.S. Air Force Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney (Ret.) is calling for CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery to testify before U.S. congress, while under oath, about HAMMER, SCORECARD, and former FBI General Counsel James Baker.

Baker was a key player in the hoax Trump Russian collusion operation, alongside FBI Director James Comey, FBI counterintelligence official Peter Strzok, FBI attorney Lisa Page, and attorney Michael Sussmann.

Sussmann was a partner at Perkins Coie, the Seattle law firm hired by the Hillary Clinton campaign and by the DNC.

Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives investigated DOJ documents showing that Baker, during the run up to the 2016 presidential election, was in touch with Mother Jones reporter David Corn, the first journalist to write about the existence of Steele Dossier. Predictably, “Corn denied that Baker was a source for his story on the dossier,” Politico reported.

Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson, husband of Mary Jacoby (previously of the Rose Law Firm, the same Little Rock, Arkansas practice that employed Hillary Clinton), helped Baker, Comey, Strzok, and Page orchestrate the Russian Collusion operation to take down President Trump in a failed attempted coup.

Senior FBI and DOJ officials involved in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russian collusion investigation were also previously assigned to investigate whistleblower Dennis Montgomery’s claim that Obama administration officials John Brennan and James Clapper spied on Donald Trump.

Montgomery asserts that the FBI, under FBI Director Mueller, supplied the computers used to create a private, illegal, unconstitutional, super surveillance system that President Obama’s intelligence chiefs used to spy on Trump.

FBI Director James B. Comey, FBI General Counsel James A. Baker, and five of Mueller’s hand-picked recruits to his Russian collusion investigation team, including Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, were involved in the “buried” FBI investigation into CIA/DNI/NSA whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery’s claims.

Montgomery specifically alleges that President Obama’s intelligence chiefs, CIA Director John Brennan and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, with computers supplied by Robert Mueller, used their newly-created illegal surveillance system to spy on Trump, Trump’s associates, Supreme Court justices, and millions of innocent Americans.

Hours After General McInerney Read Over America’s Radio Airwaves The American Report’s March 17, 2017 Exposé About Montgomery And THE HAMMER, Baker’s Fellow FBI Trump Russian Collusion Hoaxsters Strzok And Page Exchanged A Text Message That Specifically Referred To Montgomery

On Sunday, March 19, 2017, Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons and General McInerney brought to America’s terrestrial radio airwaves the American Report’s March 17, 2017 exposé “Whistleblower Tapes: Trump Wiretapped ‘A Zillion Times’ By ]THE HAMMER,’ Brennan’s and Clapper’s Secret Computer System.” General McInerney read The American Report article verbatim on air.

Within hours of General McInerney launching over the airwaves The American Report’s exposé about Dennis Montgomery and THE HAMMER, Strzok and Page exchanged a text message that specifically mentioned Montgomery:

“I’m not going to respond to the whole group. The Klayman/Montgomery stuff in the email Jim just sent is utter BS. Best to say nothing and brief later if necessary.” – March 19, 2017 Strzok/Page text message sent hours after Lt. General Thomas McInerney went on air to discuss Brennan’s and Clapper’s secret surveillance system “The Hammer”

Baker, after leaving the FBI and joining the Brookings Institution, became Twitter’s deputy general counsel. Baker was eventually “exited” from the social media giant by new Twitter CEO Elon Musk in the wake of the Twitter Files scandal.

Strzok was never questioned under oath by Members of Congress about the text message he exchanged with Lisa Page that referenced Montgomery.

While Baker Was Censoring Content At Twitter, The FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) Forwarded To Twitter Executives The American Report’s October 31, 2020 Exposé “Biden Using SCORECARD And THE HAMMER To Steal Another U.S. Presidential Election — Just Like Obama And Biden Did In 2012”

In the immediate wake of Taibbi’s disclosure that the FBI and Twitter censored The American Report’s HAMMER and SCORECARD reporting, a Twitter Spaces live conversation amongst Twitter influencers, including internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom, ensued.

“If the U.S. government wants this to be removed there’s probably some truth to it. I mean, why else would they want to censor something that looks conspiratorial? … I’m going to do some reading about THE HAMMER,” Kim Dotcom stated during the Twitter Spaces conversation.

“FBI Director James Comey demanded that the FBI be given the source code to SCORECARD, the election-hacking application that operates on THE HAMMER surveillance supercomputer platform, as a condition of CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery’s 2015 FBI and DOJ immunity agreements, according to Montgomery,” The American Report previously reported.

Montgomery claims that he implanted a unique digital signature within the SCORECARD source code, that the same source code embedded with the unique digital signature subsequently emerged in China, and that China used SCORECARD in a cyberwarfare attack on the 2020 U.S. election.

Baker Claimed “Attorney-Client Privilege,” Refused To Answer Questions During February 8, 2023 House Oversight And Accountability Committee Hearing Into Twitter’s Censorship Of Hunter Biden Laptop Story

Baker, testifying under oath before the House Oversight and Accountability Committee on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 about Twitter blocking access to an October 2020 “New York Post” article about Hunter Biden’s so-called “laptop from hell,” said during his opening statement that “As the committee is aware, however, based on the advice of counsel, I believe in good faith that I am constrained today by my legal and ethical obligations as a former lawyer for Twitter, as well as by certain nondisclosure agreements.”

Later into the hearing, Baker responded to a question from U.S. Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) by stating “Unfortunately, sir, I think I’m constrained from answering that question any more fully than in my testimony because of attorney-client privilege.”

Representative Jordan is well aware that James Baker possesses extensive first-hand knowledge about Dennis Montgomery’s claims that the U.S. government engaged in illegal domestic surveillance. Jordan also knows that Baker dispatched FBI special agents to the FBI Miami Field Office to take possession of 47 computer hard drives because James Baker testified before Representative Jordan while under oath that he was in receipt of testimony and data from Dennis Montgomery that “government officials had other government officials and Americans under illegal surveillance.”

The February 8, 2023 Twitter hearing was a perfect opportunity for Representative Jordan to ask Baker, under oath, about THE HAMMER, Dennis Montgomery, and Twitter’s suppression of The American Report’s October 31, 2020 article about HAMMER and SCORECARD. Yet, Jordan failed to seize on this rare opportunity to interrogate Baker about Montgomery and THE HAMMER on live television.

The American Report previously reported in a May 29, 2019 article titled “HAMMERTIME: Baker Buried Whistleblower Montgomery’s Trump no Surveillance Evidence Then Suddenly “Remembered” FBI Had It”:

Former FBI counsel Baker, who was interviewed by a joint committee of the U.S. House of Representatives just weeks before the 2018 midterm election, stated during day one of his interview, conducted on October 3, 2018, that the FBI and the DOJ did not “infiltrate or surveil” the Trump campaign for “political purposes.”

Baker simultaneously denied on day one that Obama administration officials made “demands or requests” of the FBI and the DOJ to “infiltrate or surveil” the Trump campaign.

At the beginning of Baker’s day two testimony, conducted on October 18, 2018, Baker interrupted Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) stating he wanted to amend the record of his day one testimony, thereby sidestepping a potential perjury charge.

Between day one of his interview two weeks earlier and day two, Baker suddenly “remembered” that U.S. government contractor Dennis Montgomery had turned over to the FBI evidence in 2015 in the form of digital storage devices that, Montgomery asserted, proved that the U.S. government illegally surveilled American citizens and government officials.

Baker either lied or misspoke about which year Montgomery turned over evidence to the FBI, when he told the joint committee that Montgomery provided the evidence to the FBI in 2016, when in fact Montgomery had turned over the evidence in 2015, one full year earlier, before the 2016 presidential election.

Baker carefully stated: “To the best of my recollection, it’s in the late summer, early fall 2016.” Baker misstated the year the FBI took possession of Montgomery’s evidence during day two of his interview. By carefully reciting that it was to the “best of his recollection” Baker neatly sidestepped a potential perjury charge.

Baker’s two-day interview, carried out on October 3 and October 18, 2018, was “part of a joint investigation by the House Committee on the Judiciary and the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform into decisions made and not made by the DOJ and the FBI regarding the 2016 Presidential election.”

Former FBI General Counsel James A. Baker buried evidence provided to his office in 2015 by CIA/NSA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery. Montgomery turned over 47 hard drives of evidence of domestic surveillance that prove the Obama administration illegally surveilled innocent Americans including Donald Trump for years.

The FBI first granted limited immunity in August 2015, and then greater immunity in December of 2015 once Montgomery’s domestic surveillance information had been verified.

FBI General Counsel James Baker himself and DOJ Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis struck Montgomery’s limited immunity agreements and then his greater immunity agreement, once the FBI had verified Montgomery’s information.

PARTIAL TRANSCRIPT: DAY TWO OF JAMES BAKER’S INTERVIEW BEFORE MEMBERS OF THE U.S. REPRESENTATIVES, OCTOBER 18, 2018

Mr. Baker. So I recalled after — just actually a few days ago — that another incident when a — this time an attorney on behalf of a client came to me and wanted — came specifically to me and wanted to make information available to the FBI in the form of electronic media that he wanted to get into the —

Mr. Jordan. Different case or same case?

Mr. Baker. Different case.

Mr. Jordan. Okay.

Mr. Baker. Well, a completely different case. Different attorney, different client, but insistent on meeting only with me or the Director. And then he did not have the material with him at the time. We had to actually dispatch FBI agents to go to a — from a field office to go collect this material. It was in the — to the best of my recollection, it was roughly in the late summer, fall of 2016 timeframe.

Mr. Jordan. Can you tell us the case?

Mr. Baker. It was Larry —

Mr. [REDACTED] Mr. Baker, please do answer the question, but if it’s in a — if it’s a matter that’s totally unrelated to what’s being discussed here, I’d ask you not to discuss any specific investigative details. Can you answer the question?

Mr. Baker. Can I give the name of the attorney?

Mr. [REDACTED] The name of the — absolutely. Yes, sir.

Mr. Baker. Okay. The name of the attorney was Larry Klayman, and he also brought one of his associates with him whose name I don’t recall at this point in time, and it was on behalf of a particular client. Anyway, that’s what I recalled. And we were talking about that last time, and I did not remember that incident. Now I do.

Mr. Jordan. Okay. Thank you. Let’s go back to Mr. McCabe, Ms. Page, and —

Mr. Breitenbach. I’m sorry, Mr. Jordan. Can I just follow up?

Mr. Jordan. Sure.

Mr. Breitenbach. With regard to Mr. Klayman coming to visit you, was it with regard at all to surveillance concerns that he had concerning the general fact pattern that we’re here to discuss today?

Mr. Baker. Well, it had to do with surveillance. It had to do with an allegation about unlawful surveillance, but it was — I believe it was different from any fact pattern that we talked about last time here.

Mr. Breitenbach. Unlawful surveillance of whom?

Mr. Baker. Of Americans, including government officials. Yeah. I can go — I mean —

Mr. Jordan. Who was his client?

Mr. Baker. Can I just — I’m turning to the Bureau to describe this. So his client was an individual named Dennis Montgomery, who I believe, to the best of my recollection, he said that he had been a U.S. Government contractor and, in the course of that work, had come across evidence of unlawful surveillance by the government of Americans — and including government officials — and wanted to give that information to the Bureau, which eventually did take place.

Mr. Jordan. And was this — I’m sorry. Go ahead.

Mr. Sommers. During what time period?

Mr. Jordan. Yeah. That’s what I was going to ask.

Mr. Baker. To the best of my recollection, it’s in the late summer, early fall 2016.

Mr. Sommers. And the surveillance, what time period was that?

Mr. Baker. I’m not entirely sure what the timeframe was. It was a significant — it was — one of the issues in the case was it was a large amount of data that he had that he wanted to provide, that these — these disks or other media had a lot of data on them about this, allegedly.

Mr. Sommers. Surveillance by whom?

Mr. Baker. By the U.S. Government itself of Americans, unlawfully.

Mr. Jordan. Interesting. All right. Thank you. All right. Let’s go back to the McCabe-Page-Rosenstein meeting. When did you talk to Lisa Page and Andy McCabe about the meeting they had with Mr. Rosenstein?

US District Judge Richard Leon: ICIG Took Custody Of Montgomery Hard Drives And Testimony

The American Report also previously reported in a December 18, 2020 article titled “STEALING AMERICA: ‘Former’ Communist Comey Got SCORECARD Election Hacking Source Code And Knew SolarWinds Was Not Secure: US District Court Judge Richard Leon Confirmed That ICIG Had Possession Of Montgomery’s Recorded Testimony And Hard Drives”:

According to a March 3, 2018 opinion by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Leon in the case DENNIS MONTGOMERY, et al., Plaintiffs, v. JAMES COMEY, Defendants:

At the status conference in this case, counsel for the Government defendants represented to this Court that the “hard drives are in a secure facility with the [I]ntelligence [C]ommunity’s Office of Inspector General” and that there was “no risk” that they were “going to be destroyed anytime soon”…

…Plaintiffs’ primary argument on this point is that, without preservation of the hard drives and the interview tapes, they “will lose the material evidence in this case.” Pls.’ Mot. 18. But as I have already explained, the Government has represented to this Court that there is a litigation hold preventing the destruction of either the hard drives or the interview tapes.

The Intelligence Community Inspector General from 2010 to 2018 was former FBI agent Irvin Charles “Chuck” McCullough III. McCullough, in that role, reported directly to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. McCullough was also previously employed by the NSA Inspector General’s office.

This is the same James Clapper whom Montgomery claims illegally commandeered THE HAMMER, with John Brennan, and turned it against Barack Obama’s political enemies and the American people.

Maria Bartiromo, on the December 11, 2022 broadcast of her FOX News program Sunday Morning Futures, asked former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe about James Baker’s transition from FBI general counsel to Twitter deputy general counsel:

Jim Baker is someone you followed closely when he was the general counsel at the FBI. Walk us through what Jim Baker has been doing, and is it any coincidence at all after pushing his Russia collusion lie he gets the top general counsel job, or the deputy general counsel job, at Twitter, after being pushed out of the FBI?

Ratcliffe replied, “Well, I don’t think that’s a coincidence at all…I don’t think that Twitter just happened to, you know, find his resume on Monster.com.”

According to a January 17, 2021 report from The Epoch Times, subsequently covered by The Federalist Papers:

Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe assessed that China interfered in the 2020 federal elections, according to a letter transmitted to Congress.

In the letter (pdf), Ratcliffe alleges that intelligence about China’s election interference was suppressed by management at the CIA, which pressured analysts to withdraw their support for the view.

Does James Baker really have the right to claim attorney-client privilege while testifying under oath before Congress, after exploiting his position as deputy general counsel at Twitter to act as a deity? To destroy evidence? To give orders to violate the U. S. Constitution? To censor American citizens? To censure journalists? Who does James Baker think he is? And who exactly is James Baker?

U.S. Army Lt. Col. Steve Murray (Ret.), who previously commanded a Cyber Defense Battalion providing defensive cyber operations for the United States Pacific Command and US Army Pacific Forces, called the cyber attack by foreign actors against the 2020 U.S. Election an ‘Act Of War.’

Lt. Col. Murray stated, in reference to the 2020 US Election in Maricopa County, Arizona:

By 3 am, they realized that the vote was so overwhelming for Trump that they went back into the machines and actually did, they moved votes, they deleted votes, they shifted votes, you name it. And all of the forensic pieces that go into that, especially the pieces with the [Maricopa County] routers and why those are so important is that it shows that foreign powers reached into those machines using anonymous connections — that’s what the anonymous connections mean — the “type 3” remote connections in Windows, that means somebody outside your domain logged into that machine, and that’s critical that they identify where those source IPs came from, who those actors were, and I think when they get to the bottom of that you’re going to see number one, an Act of War, because that is an Act of War, and number two, you are going to see that our allies and our enemies were both involved in this.

So, it’s important that we, number one, put pressure on Karen Fann to rip up that agreement, and number two, on [Arizona Attorney General Mark[ Brnovich, to make sure he is doing his job and doing an investigation and allowing access to those routers. Why he hasn’t confiscated those routers by now, I have no idea. But there is no good excuse for it.

And here is the topper for all of it: [Arizona Governor] Doug Ducey certified an election he knew was fraudulent. So, do with that what you may, but the truth of the matter is Dominion was the source of cheating, and when they couldn’t obfuscate that enough, that’s when they pulled out the paper ballots. That’s where we are sitting right now.”

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) Grilled Maricopa County About Deleted Election Server Files

While being interrogated on October 7, 2021 by U.S. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Bill Gates of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors admitted that Maricopa County deleted files off the Maricopa County server after the 2020 election. Bill Gates’ laughable excuse was that Maricopa County “archived” the deleted files and was therefore not required to turn those files over to auditors since “archived” files were not specified in the subpoena.

REP. BIGGS:

Is it standard practice to delete files off a server after an election, Mr. Bennet?

BENNET:

I hope not.

REP. BIGGS:

So, Mr. Gates, will you agree with that?

BILL GATES:

I would say that it is appropriate to maintain files, and that’s exactly what we did — we deleted — the deleted files have been discussed — they were archived.

REP. BIGGS:

So, you admit that you guys did delete, Maricopa County did delete files off the server after the election?

BILL GATES:

That are archived.

REP. BIGGS:

So, when you released these servers and this information to the auditors to begin with, they didn’t have access to those archived files at first, is that fair to say?

BILL GATES:

They did not subpoena those, that’s correct.

REP. BIGGS:

(Laughter) So, you didn’t feel obligated to turn that over to them.

BILL GATES:

We responded to the subpoena.

REP. BIGGS:

Mr. Bennet, your response to that?

I find it frankly laughable to suggest that a county, in response to a subpoena, could say “we will delete files from the hard drives and materials that we give to the auditors because we have those files archived on data that we did not give to the auditors when the subpoena said turn over all the records related to the election.”

Attacks On Dennis Montgomery, HAMMER And SCORECARD, ‘Absolute Proof,’ Have CIA Connections

Larry Johnson, writing at the Gateway Pundit, attacked “Absolute Proof” and former CIA contractor Dennis Montgomery. Joe Hoft, referring to Montgomery in another recent Gateway Pundit article, wrote “We don’t know who’s paying him.”

Conversely, the question should be asked, who is paying Larry Johnson and The Gateway Pundit to put out disinformation about CIA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery and to bury the story about Barack Obama’s intelligence chiefs John Brennan and James Clapper who illegally commandeered THE HAMMER to spy on Donald Trump and millions of other innocent Americans.

Dennis Montgomery’s one-time attorney Michael Flynn stated yesterday during an exclusive interview with The American Report that Montgomery is the real deal.

The characterization of CIA contractor turned whistleblower Dennis Montgomery that Montgomery’s former attorney Michael Flynn provided to The American Report stands in direct opposition to the false narrative that ex-CIA operative Larry Johnson, along with Joe Hoft and The Gateway Pundit are attempting to sell to the public.

Johnson’s false version of reality that The Gateway Pundit has chosen to publish is a blatant attempt to discredit CIA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery and “Absolute Proof,” the documentary about the 2020 election fraud. Why would they attempt to obfuscate the truth to the American people?

Attorney Flynn explained that he was shown Montomgomery’s top security clearance by the U.S. Department of Justice Assistant Director, Civil Litigation, Carlotta Wells and United States Justice Department counsel Raphael Gomez. The DOJ verified Montgomery’s top security clearance to attorney Michael Flynn. Montgomery’s TS/SCI security clearance with access to SAP allows Montgomery access to the highest level of intelligence information.

Attorney Michael Flynn stated that he met with DOJ attorneys Wells and Gomez to discuss Dennis Montgomery’s State Secret Privilege (SSP) and Government Protective Order (GPO). The SSP and the GPO had been invoked against Montgomery as a government muzzle. The government did not want the American people to know what Dennis Montgomery had to say about the super surveillance system known as THE HAMMER or about its vote theft application SCORECARD.

The CIA holds no charter to spy on the American people. The CIA utilizing THE HAMMER to spy on the American people is grossly outside the U.S. Constitution and well beyond the rule of law.

The attacks now being propagated against Dennis Montgomery are based upon old, recycled disinformation and outright lies. Some of those individuals propagating that false information are well aware of what they are doing.

Montgomery’s Former Attorney Michael Flynn Says State Secrets Privilege and Government Protective Order Were Illegally Invoked Against Montgomery; “Montgomery couldn’t tell the truth because he was being threatened by Brennan … A Truly Evil Man”

Attorney Michael Flynn said the government lifetime muzzle on Montgomery was illegal. According to Flynn and Montgomery, U.S. government attorney Raphael Gomez stated that if the State Secrets Privilege (SSP) and the Government Protective Order (GPO) were invoked to cover up government malfeasance then both the SSP and the GPO are illegal.

Flynn stated that if Dennis Montgomery had not initially been completely transparent, he believed it was because Montgomery was being threatened by John Brennan. Flynn said that “Brennan was truly an evil man.”

“Montgomery couldn’t tell the whole truth because he was being threatened by Brennan,” attorney Flynn stated.

U.S. Army Colonel Phil Waldron (Ret.) pondered the dubious nature of the U.S. government’s October 26, 2020 response, a week before the 2020 election, to Dennis Montgomery’s request to file a Bivens claim. Assistant U.S. Attorney Greg Addington responded that Montgomery was still under the SSP and the GPO which Montgomery has been under for a mere 5,089 days. It is no small matter that the U.S. government reminded Montgomery one week before the election that he remained under a government muzzle.

Another Attack Dog — The “Inherently Duplicitous” Mike Zullo

Attorney Michael Flynn also mentioned another one of the attack dogs going after Dennis Montgomery — Mike Zullo. Flynn said that “Mike Zullo was inherently duplicitous” and that he has told others “never to trust Mike Zullo.”

Purported detective Mike Zullo is the individual who covertly recorded Dennis Montgomery and Tim Blixseth in what we dubbed “The Whistleblower Tapes.”

Zullo has stated that those audio recordings were never supposed to have been made public. Those recordings, that were somehow released from U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow’s courtroom, also revealed the existence of THE HAMMER.

Tim Blixseth, the now-ex-husband of Montgomery’s one-time business partner Edra Blixseth, can be heard on The Whistleblower Tapes stating:

About three or four months ago, this guy [Montgomery] is showing me 900 million phone calls. And I see myself in there. I see people I know, I mean I see Donald Trump in there a zillion times …

… Montgomery was such a brilliant computer guy, he figured out, it started in 2004, they built this supercomputer in Reno, Nevada, long, far away from CIA headquarters but they were a contractor … Then, in 2009, the CIA came back to my ex-wife [Edra Blixseth] and to Montgomery and said “look, we want to do this the right way. What will it take?” He [Montgomery] says it’s gonna take about five million dollars worth of computers. They said “O.K. We’ve got a place called Fort Washington, Maryland. It’s disguised as a naval research center, but it’s the CIA cyber headquarters of the world.” So they said, “you’ve got to come back there and build it. You’ve got to be there for a year.” So Montgomery goes back there and he builds what they call “The Hammer.” And that’s what the government nicknamed it, “The Hammer.” And it’s so god damned powerful it, it does a billion combinations a minute of passwords.

Blixseth ended up in solitary confinement in prison for a year after being put into involuntary bankruptcy with his $1.6 billion fortune greatly impacted. Others, however, benefited. Blixseth points to Lanny Breuer, partner and comrade to Eric Holder.

Attorney Flynn names Lanny Breuer as “another evil government insider.” Breuer worked closely with Eric Holder. Both are attorneys at Covington & Burling. Those who gained from Blixseth’s fortune were connected to government insiders.

The U.S. government has been running a campaign to discredit Dennis Montgomery in order to cover up their own bad behavior. As far as HAMMER goes, they don’t want to admit its existence because it was supposed to be a foreign surveillance tool but was instead turned illegally on America.

WikiLeaks published the CIA Hacking Tools in their Vault 7 release. Those tools included The Hammer.

Former CIA Officer Larry Johnson, At The Gateway Pundit, Rehashes False Narrative That HAMMER Does Not Exist And Dennis Montgomery Defrauded The CIA

Former CIA analyst Larry Johnson, who was not read into the SAP program HAMMER, has made spurious claims at The Gateway Pundit that the super surveillance system HAMMER does not exist.

Johnson is attempting to sell his narrative about Dennis Montgomery while simultaneously neglecting to disclose the existence and content of his relatively recent phone conversation with Montgomery.

Following a particularly odd phone conversation with one of these reporters during which ex-CIA analyst Larry Johnson lost his cool and began screaming, Dennis Montgomery phoned Johnson to offer clarity to the confused and seemingly upset former CIA agent.

Larry Johnson told Montgomery that Johnson’s CIA contact had confirmed to him that HAMMER does not exist — though few intelligence personnel have ever been read into the HAMMER Special Access Program (SAP).

Johnson told Montgomery that he had a CIA guy who could confirm his assertions that HAMMER did not exist. Montgomery responded, “put him on a three-way call now.”

Montgomery offered to put his own guy who was read into the HAMMER SAP program in touch with Johnson’s supposed CIA contact. Johnson quickly reneged and then claimed that his man had “now retired.”

According to Montgomery, Montgomery said “I’ve got a hundred guys. Where are your contacts in CIA, DIA, U.S. Air Force, Special Operations Command, DoD, Homeland Security? Why is it Larry, that it is the CIA who you seem to be representing?”

That is when Johnson demurred and hung up the phone.

Johnson now vacillates between saying that HAMMER does not exist to claiming that HAMMER does exist but that Montgomery did not build HAMMER. Robert Mueller’s FBI provided the computers for THE HAMMER.

It does not appear that Larry Johnson was ever seeking confirmation or real knowledge about Dennis Montgomery and THE HAMMER, which brings to mind an old adage, “Once CIA — Always CIA.” This suggests that Johnson was simply sent in to discredit Montgomery, the same way by which reporters at Playboy and the New York Times had previously been sent in to discredit Montgomery.

However, CNN national security analyst Peter Bergen’s September 10, 2020 National Geographic television special “Bin Laden’s Hard Drives” confirmed that everything Montgomery had said was right, and that Playboy and the New York Times were dead wrong.

Montgomery’s Testimony To The FBI And DOJ

Dennis Montgomery gave sworn and videotaped testimony to the FBI and the DOJ on December 3, 2015, under immunity, about THE HAMMER and SCORECARD.

Montgomery stated:

I had to produce ten years of financial records, including banks, credit cards, checking accounts, tax records for me and any company I owned as part of my immunity to the FBI … they sure know where I got my money from. They told me my records were accurate.

I had to produce ten years of the same records for my 1991 IPO [NASDAQ Initial Public Offering]. I had to produce 20 years for my TS/SCI agreements.

Look at this microscope I have had to live under and not one entity found one mistake in any of them.

Montgomery states he also passed two polygraph tests — one for the CIA and the other for the DoD.

The Gateway Pundit’s Supposed Expert Yaacov Apelbaum Weighs In About THE HAMMER and ‘Absolute Proof’ Without Proof

On February 8, 2021, The Gateway Pundit published a dubious article by Larry Johnson titled “A Closer Look at the Hammer and Scorecard.” Johnson relies on someone named Yaacov Apelbaum in an attempt to discredit forensic evidence that The American Report published and that Mary Fanning presented in “Absolute Proof” showing that China and other foreign adversaries conducted a cyberwarfare attack against the 2020 U.S. Election.

According to Johnson’s article, Apelbaum stated:

The values in the fields titled “SOURCE ID” and “TARGET ID”, which have a MAC address format were most likely created with a random number generator. A sampling of these MAC addresses yielded no results of known network card manufacturers.

By definition, however, all MAC addresses are random — none repeat.

Yaacov Apelbaum, the self-described cybersecurity expert challenging the credentials of CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery and The American Report’s exclusive exposés on HAMMER and SCORECARD, purportedly co-founded a private ‘facial recognition’ company called XRVision with Guy Ron, a former research and development lead at the Israeli Ministry of Defense, based upon reviews of the LinkedIn profiles of Apelbaum and Ron.

Apelbaum and Ron’s company XRVision is headquartered in Singapore, a notorious surveillance police state that maintains close ties with communist China.

According to Medium.com’s OneZero:

XRVision’s claims are implausible and nearly impossible to verify, as the company does not seem to have any relationship to the facial recognition industry or academia. Unlike many other companies operating in the space, it has not published research publicly, it has not seemed to appear at recent academic conferences, it does not appear to have public federal government contracts, and it does not list any information about clients or its technology online.

Montgomery actually has government contracts which prove that he provided facial recognition software to the U.S. military.

Montgomery’s company eTreppid Technologies provided facial recognition software to U.S. Special Operations Command.

Ron studied information systems and engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel and received an MBA from Rutgers.

Apelbaum’s LinkedIn profile shows him belonging to the following LinkedIn groups: Association of Former Intelligence Officers, Intelligence and National Security Alliance, Information Security, The Intelligence Community. There is no evidence, however, that Apelbaum has ever worked for any U.S. intelligence agency.

Apelbaum’s XRVision Connected Through Luxembourg-Based Boundary Holding To Italian Defense Contractor Leonardo

XRVision was funded between 2016 and 2018 with startup money from several investors including Boundary Holding, a Luxembourg-based fund invested in artificial intelligence, and an organization called the Mekong Business Initiative, according to private equity and venture capital data published by Seattle-based Pitchbook Data Inc, a unit of Morningstar.

The founder of Boundary Holding is Rajat Khare, and the president is Ms. Shweta Khare. Both Khares were educated in India, according to their biographies.

One of Boundary Holding’s co-investors is MBDA Missile Systems, according to Pitchbook. MBDA is a joint venture owned by BAE, Italy’s Leonardo, and Airbus.

Apelbaum’s attacks on Montgomery are being promoted at the Gateway Pundit by Joe Hoft, twin brother of Jim Hoft. Joe Hoft has spent time working in Singapore, where XRVision is headquartered.

“Joe’s career positions have involved attending and presenting at corporate and not-for-profit board meetings and audit committee meetings at locations around the world (including the US, the UK, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Malaysia, India and Bermuda),” according to a biography on his website www.joehoft.com.

Joe Hoft, who spent nearly a decade living in Hong Kong, worked as (Vice President) Head of Asia Pacific Global Audit Services, Reinsurance Group of America. Reinsurance Group of America’s Asia Pacific operations include branches in Shanghai and Beijing, China.

Montgomery Has Plenty Of Bonafides; Why Would Johnson, Apelbaum, And The Gateway Pundit Be Motivated To Claim Otherwise?

Montgomery and his work is a ““known known,” and has been confirmed by multiple cybersecurity experts, former NSA officials, multiple federal judges, the former general counsel of the FBI, and former U.S. military intelligence officials.

It is not clear what former CIA officer Larry Johnson, Yaacov Apelbaum of Singapore’s XRVision, and The Gateway Pundit are up to when they deny an obvious truth, that Montgomery is the real deal. Or, perhaps, considering the CIA’s involvement, it is perfectly clear.

President Trump has the authority, and so too the responsibility, to lift a pair of years-old federal gag orders known as the State Secrets Privilege and Government Protective Order that are preventing CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery from revealing the truth about an illegal domestic surveillance program known as THE HAMMER and one of THE HAMMER’s applications, an election theft cyberwarfare weapon known as SCORECARD.

Montgomery presents a compelling case of fraudulent voting in battleground states. Montgomery’s analysis clearly demonstrates the coordinated involvement of China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, and Pakistan, with specific data points such as source locations, dates, and times.

Montgomery’s programs were built under contracts with the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Air Force, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Director of National Intelligence, the Central Intelligence Agency, among others.

THE HAMMER had been a tool for foreign surveillance until February 2009, at which time Brennan and Clapper commandeered it and turned it against America by transforming THE HAMMER into an illegal domestic surveillance tool.

Fourth Amendment violations happened under Brennan and Clapper on a massive scale, under the Obama-Biden administration.

The Obama-Biden Administration, with Brennan and Clapper, took THE HAMMER with them when they left office. They stole the keys to the kingdom.

Montgomery revealed that there is not just one HAMMER in the United States, but now, also a second HAMMER in the United Kingdom, and also, a third HAMMER in China. How that happened is a mystery.

Video shows a clearly coordinated cyberwarfare attack by foreign adversaries to steal the 2020 election from the American people and President Trump. It is worth noting that foreign adversaries wanted to place their preferred candidates Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in the White House, negating the American people’s vote.

Montgomery did not provide to the United Kingdom or China THE HAMMER or the source code for SCORECARD.

The FBI, the DOJ, and the CIA did have the source code for SCORECARD. The last person to require the source code for SCORECARD was FBI Director James Comey, under the Obama-Biden Administration. The SCORECARD source code was a requirement by FBI Director Comey under Montgomery’s two 2015 immunity agreements.

THE HAMMER and SCORECARD were used to steal the 2020 election from President Trump on behalf of Joe Biden, according to Montgomery and Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia, a cyber security expert who has spent decades working for the Defense Department and U.S. Intelligence Community agencies, including the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, and the Department of Homeland Security.

Lt. General Michael Flynn (U.S. Army Ret.), the former Defense Intelligence Agency director who became President Trump’s first National Security Advisor, agreed with Dr. Keshavarz-Nia’s assessment that HAMMER and SCORECARD were used to steal the election from President Trump and transfer Trump votes to Joe Biden.

The New York Times, in a September 9, 2020 profile about a fake CIA officer titled “How One Man Conned The Beltway,” gave high praise to Dr. Keshavarz-Nia’s reputation for providing unmatched cybersecurity expertise to members of the U.S. Intelligence Community over the span of decades:

Navid Keshavarz-Nia, those who worked with him said, “was always the smartest person in the room.” In doing cybersecurity and technical counterintelligence work for the C.I.A., N.S.A. and F.B.I., he had spent decades connecting top-secret dots.

The State Secrets Privilege and Government Protective Order invoked against Montgomery are being used as a cudgel to hide the Deep State’s repeated seditious coup attempts against President Trump and to carry out the ongoing election theft operations.

This was not just the theft of an election, this was the very theft of America herself.

If the theft of this landslide election for President Trump is successful, there will never be another fair election in America. The lights will have gone out on freedom, and Americans’ constitutional rights will be but a distant memory.

The Obama-Biden Administration intelligence chiefs James Clapper and John Brennan illegally commandeered THE HAMMER in February 2009. They utilized the illegally-harvested surveillance data they collected with THE HAMMER in order to carry out a blackmail and leverage operation inside the United States of America against President Obama’s political enemies, in support of President Obama’s ultimate goal of transforming America into a communist client state.

President Trump, under the powers accorded to him as Commander-in-Chief and protector of the U.S. Constitution, has the duty to declassify documents that prove that THE HAMMER and SCORECARD, cyberwarfare tools originally designed and built to keep America safe, were not only being utilized to stage multiple coups against President Trump and the United States, but also to usurp, on behalf of domestic traitors and foreign adversaries, the American citizens’ right to vote in U.S. elections.

The illegal domestic spying operation, conducted by rogue U.S. intelligence community officials utilizing THE HAMMER surveillance supercomputer, harvested terabytes of surveillance data. According to the federal government, the DNI is “subject to the authority, direction, and control of the President of the United States.”

President Trump holds the power to order current DNI John Ratcliffe to remove the State Secrets Privilege that DNI Negroponte invoked against Dennis Montgomery over thirteen years ago.

According to the U.S. government:

Subject to the authority, direction, and of the President of the United States, the DNI serves as head of the United States Intelligence Community and as the principal advisor to the President of the National Security Council, and the Homeland Security Council for matters related to intelligence and national security.

Montgomery argued that the State Secrets Privilege was invoked against him in an effort to hide illegal government activities.

NSA Whistleblower Kirk Wiebe: HAMMER And SCORECARD Were Collecting Data Outside The Mandates Of Congress, Far Different Than The NSA’s Mission

According to NSA whistleblower Kirk Wiebe, HAMMER and SCORECARD were collecting data outside the mandates of Congress, a far different scenario than what the NSA was doing when collecting data under the mandates of Congress.

According to Wiebe what the NSA did was approved and mandated by Congress regardless of what people thought about the NSA collecting information.

What Brennan and Clapper did was illegal. What they did was outside the rule of law and an act of treason.

NSA whistleblower Kirk Wiebe stated “What NSA did was approved and mandated by Congress. What Brennan and Clapper did was totally illegal and outside the law.”

Brennan and Clapper were not only collecting outside the law, outside the mandate of Congress, but were using the illegally-collected data for the purpose of blackmail and leverage against surveillance targets in all three branches of the U.S. government: Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, FISA judges, Member of Congress, and executive branch officials.

This was not just the transformation of America. This was the capture of America through a blackmail and leverage operation.

Montgomery revealed that one time U.S. Presidential candidate Rep. Jack Kemp (R-NY), once asked, in horror, DOJ official Carlotta Wells Carlotta Wells “what the hell are you doing?” in relation to Dennis Montgomery’s case. Kemp further asked Wells why she was doing it.

According to Montgomery, Carlotta P. Wells of the U.S. The Department of Justice Civil Division told Kemp that she was “simply taking orders from above.”

Montgomery also revealed that Justice Department official Rafael Gomez specifically expressed that if government officials invoked the State Secrets Privilege in order to hide government malfeasance or illegal government activities, then the State Secrets Privilege and Government Protective Order were “null and void.”

Montgomery’s 47 Hard Drives, The DOJ, And The FBI

On August 1, 2014, Dennis Montgomery and his then-attorney Larry Klayman met with Senior U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia Royce C. Lamberth in Washington D.C. at the E. Barrett Prettyman United States Courthouse. Judge Lamberth formerly served as the Presiding Judge of the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA Court)…

…Subsequently, Judge Lamberth proceeded to facilitate two limited immunity agreements for Montgomery. The agreements were struck in 2015 among Montgomery’s then-attorney Larry E. Klayman, Department of Justice Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, and FBI General Counsel James Baker.

On August 19. 2015, Dennis Montgomery, under an immunity agreement provided by the DOJ and FBI, turned over 47 computer hard drives to the FBI Miami Field Office.

In December 2015, Montgomery provided classified testimony to FBI and DOJ officials at the FBI Washington, DC Field Office. During that debriefing, Montgomery provided FBI and DOJ officials with sworn testimony about HAMMER and SCORECARD, as well as information about the security vulnerabilities of the SOLARWINDS software used by multiple federal agencies.

Montgomery subsequently filed a lawsuit against Barack Obama, James Comey, the FBI, and other federal agencies and officials. In the lawsuit, Montgomery accused the defendants of burying the investigation of his whistleblower claims about illegal domestic surveillance.

In a 2018 opinion about the lawsuit, U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon wrote that Montgomery’s hard drives and the U.S. government’s recordings of Montgomery’s testimony were in the custody of the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG).

Judge Richard Leon in court documents said hard drives were turned over to ICIG. From 2010-2018 the ICIG was Irwin Charles McCullough III.

According to a March 3, 2018 opinion by U.S. District Court Judge Richard J. Leon in the case DENNIS MONTGOMERY, et al., Plaintiffs, v. JAMES COMEY, Defendants:

Montgomery testified in 2015 to the DOJ and the FBI that Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic, ES&S, and SOLARWINDS were all open to hacking.

Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia and General Flynn both agreed with Montgomery’s analysis that Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic, and ES&S were open to hacking. But the Obama-Biden Administration did nothing to secure all of the government agencies that were open to hacking due to the security vulnerabilities of SOLARWINDS software. Furthermore, the Obama-Biden Administration did not advise the Trump Administration of the known security vulnerabilities of SOLARWINDS or of the the Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic, and ES&S election systems. Instead, they utilized the vote theft mechanism as part of a multi-faceted vote theft operation.

General Flynn agreed with Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia’s sworn affidavit that HAMMER and SCORECARD had stolen votes in the swing states to steal the election from President Trump. This is important because General Flynn was the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency that had access to THE HAMMER when it was a foreign surveillance tool.

The 2020 election was nothing less than the traitor class’ coup de grâce in an endless series of attempted coup d’états.

FBI Director James Comey demanded that the FBI be given the source code to SCORECARD, the election-hacking application that operates on THE HAMMER surveillance supercomputer platform, as a condition of CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery’s 2015 FBI and DOJ immunity agreements, according to Montgomery.

SCORECARD is an election-hacking cyberweapon designed to monitor and engineer elections. SCORECARD is one of the HAMR exploits designed to run on THE HAMMER framework.

The American Report was the first news organization to report on SCORECARD, in an article titled “Biden Using SCORECARD and THE HAMMER To Steal Another U.S. Presidential Election — Just Like Obama And Biden Did In 2012,” published on October 31, 2020, three days before the 2020 election.

In 2003, Dennis Montgomery designed and built THE HAMMER for the Department of Defense as foreign surveillance tools to keep America safe after 9/11. THE HAMMER kept America and U.S. troops on the battlefield safe, multiple U.S. military intelligence sources told The American Report. Montgomery states that he also designed and built SCORECARD.

John Brennan and James Clapper illegally commandeered THE HAMMER on February 3, 2009, according to Montgomery. WikiLeaks confirmed the existence of HAMR (THE HAMMER) on March 7, 2017 when the organization dumped CIA Vault 7, a cache of classified documents concerning top secret CIA hacking tools.

In 2015, Montgomery, as a whistleblower, brought the information regarding THE HAMMER and SCORECARD, as well as 47 computer hard drives containing 600 million pages of illegally-harvested domestic surveillance data, to the DOJ and FBI.

Montgomery stated he also testified to the DOJ and FBI about SolarWinds.

The CIA’s charter prohibits the agency from spying on Americans inside the United States.

Montgomery was required to turn over the SCORECARD source code as part of the two immunity agreements that Mongomery received from the FBI and DOJ, according to Montgomery.

Both FBI Director Comey and FBI General Counsel James Baker in December 2015 took custody of THE HAMMER’s SCORECARD election hacking application source code, according to CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery.

Senator Ron Johnson Seeks Evidence of SCORECARD and HAMMER

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) stated that he has not seen evidence of SCORECARD and HAMMER and that he seeks that evidence.

CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery’s evidence from his computer hard drives and his recorded testimony regarding SCORECARD and HAMMER were given to the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG). Montgomery states that the evidence regarding SCORECARD and HAMMER can be found not only on the hard drives but also in his recorded testimony. Senator Johnson, as Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, has subpoena power to order the ICIG to produce Montgomery’s hard drives and recorded testimony.

Senator Johnson can find the evidence he seeks with the ICIG, unless, of course, that evidence has been removed, buried, or destroyed.

Senior U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon, in a legal opinion, stated that the evidence that Dennis Montgomery provided to the FBI and the DOJ is in the hands of the Intelligence Community Inspector General.

It is not known what, if anything, FBI Director James Comey did with the source code to SCORECARD. Did Comey share the source code with others, and if so, with whom? Did Director Comey brief President Trump about the existence of SCORECARD?

According to a March 3, 2018 opinion by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Leon in the case DENNIS MONTGOMERY, et al., Plaintiffs, v. JAMES COMEY, Defendants:

“I enjoyed a very good relationship with Jim Clapper. We got along famously” McCullough told The Hill during a December 2018 interview. McCullough initially handled the Hillary Clinton email case before he handed it over to the FBI, where the case was handled by Peter Strzok. “And so we went back to the agencies and said ‘hey is this stuff [Hillary’s private server emails] classified?’ And lo and behold, part of our sample initially was classified. We pulled more, there was more classified, and so we had a problem at that point, and that’s when I referred the entire matter over to the FBI for investigation.”

McCulllough also discussed the classified emails the ICIG’s office found on Hillary’s private server, some of which reportedly contained Special Access Program (SAP) information:

There were emails that were so classified in there that my people, and we were the IG so we had almost every clearance known to man, I had to get my people read in to certain compartments to even see these emails that were out there residing on this private server. Now, did she know that? Did she understand? I don’t know. Now you’re getting into a matter of intent. Was this just sort of sloppy and reckless? It certainly was reckless.

McCullough handed over the emails from Hillary Clinton’s private email server, emails that contained top secret classified information, to Director Comey, who advised the DOJ not to prosecute Hillary.

FBI Director Comey stated during his July 5, 2016 Statement on the Investigation of Secretary Hillary Clinton’s Use of a Personal E-Mail System:

Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent. Responsible decisions also consider the context of a person’s actions, and how similar situations have been handled in the past.

In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.

However, under the law, intent makes no difference. The full weight of the law came down on U.S. Navy submariner Machinist Mate 1st Class Kristian Saucier who took photos of classified areas of a submarine he served aboard. Saucier was found guilty and sent to prison. Hillary Clinton, however, faced no charges after Comey claimed that the FBI determined that Hillary did not act with “intent.”

Does DNI Ratcliffe Still Possess The Evidence?

The question now is, does DNI John Ratcliffe still have the evidence about THE HAMMER and SCORECARD that Montgomery turned over to the FBI or did it disappear under James Comey and ICIG McCullough?

The ICIG had previously received a whistleblower complaint information from Montgomery in 2013.

Montgomery also handed over to the FBI information regarding SolarWinds.

SolarWinds

Foreign hackers, suspected to be working for Russia, carried out a massive cyberware campaign against the U.S. Government exploiting a vulnerability in SolarWinds software in order to hack into multiple U.S. government agencies.

According to Montgomery, the Obama Administration was well aware that weaknesses within SolarWinds products could provide hackers with access to U.S. government computer systems because, Montgomery says, he repeatedly advised them about the SolarWinds security problems.

“At least two US agencies have publicly confirmed they were compromised: The Department of Commerce and the Agriculture Department. The Department of Homeland Security’s cyber arm was also compromised,” according to CNN. “But the range of potential victims is much, much larger, raising the troubling prospect that the US military, the White House or public health agencies responding to the pandemic may have been targeted by the foreign spying, too.”

“The Energy Department and National Nuclear Security Administration, which maintains the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile, have evidence that hackers accessed their networks as part of an extensive espionage operation that has affected at least half a dozen federal agencies, officials directly familiar with the matter said,” according to Politico.

“If you compromise somebody’s network for 6 months, there’s a lot of opportunity. It’s an amazing coup for the Russians — really impressive.” said James Lewis, “a cybersecurity expert at the Center for Strategic and International Studies” told CNN.

SolarWinds Network Monitoring Platform

According to Montgomery, he reported SolarWinds security flaws and suggested fixes to the FBI, CIA, DOD, and DOJ in 2009, 2010, 2014, and 2016. “All of this is well documented,” Montagomey stated.

“HAMMER first breached SolarWinds company and their technology platform on February 23, 2009 at Ft. Washington, Maryland, days after HAMMER went live,” according to Montgomery. “HAMMER has breached every version of their product over the last seven years, undetected.”

“SolarWinds current technology still has many documented flaws, easily compromised and exploited irrespective of their current problems,” Montgomery added.

Montgomery maintains that he provided information at the highest levels of the U.S. government, including to the Inspectors General of CIA, DIA, DNI, DOD, AF, DHS in a whistleblower complaint. Montgomery stated that he personally provided the information to FBI Director James Comey in electronic form and in a videotaped deposition on December 3, 2015.

“How can SolarWinds protect the U.S. government networks when the government cannot or does not protect their network?” Montgomery asked.

Montgomery testified to the FBI and DOJ in December 2015 that under the Obama Administration that SolarWinds was accessed four times in six years with HAMMER while he worked for John Brennan and James Clapper.

Montgomery testified and specifically detailed SolarWinds vulnerabilities to the FBI in his sworn and videotaped testimony in December of 2015.

Why was nothing done to correct those “vulnerabilities” as detailed to the Obama Administration and their DOJ and FBI who were in receipt of that specific information?

“How can SolarWinds protect the U.S. Government networks when they cannot even protect their network” Montgomery queried.

But the Obama Administration’s FBI and DOJ knew that.

Did the Obama Administration or former FBI Director James Comey share that information with the Trump Administration? If not, why not?

Was the Obama administration so busy fighting the incoming Trump administration with multiple coup attempts that their mission to set up President Trump took precedence over securing the nation? Or was that their intent?

CISA Director Christopher Krebs, Connected To Clapper, Claims That HAMMER And SCORECARD Are ‘Domestic Disinformation,’ Yet Admits To Senate That Some Voting Machines Transferred 2020 Election Tallies Over The Internet

On December 16, 2020, now-fired DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA) Director Christopher Krebs, during a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing on election security and administration, dismissed reports about HAMMER and SCORECARD as domestic disinformation.

This was not Krebs’ first attempt to discredit information about SCORECARD. Before President Trump fired him, Krebs tweeted about HAMMER and SCORECARD, calling it a hoax.

Krebs’ latest attack on information about THE HAMMER and SCORECARD happened immediately after Chairman Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) skillfully forced Krebs to admit that the 2020 election voting machines were in fact connected to the internet and therefore, capable of being hacked by foreign adversaries or other bad actors.

Krebs admitted to Senator Johnson:

Some [election machines] may have modems that are typically disabled, but in certain states, I believe in Wisconsin, some are temporarily activated to transmit some counts…

…As you move out from election day, there will be tabulators that may have internet connections to transmit the vote from the precinct to the county level to the state.

“But those tabulators are connected on election day, because that’s how they transit the data to the counties and also into the unofficial…?” Senator Johnson then asked Krebs.

“In some cases, yes sir,” Krebs replied to Senator Johnson.

According to Montgomery, SCORECARD accesses the vote tally at the transfer points as the election tally enters the internet.

Minority Ranking Member Gary Peters (D-MI) appeared to have coordinated with Krebs during the hearing in order to, indirectly, paint reporting about HAMMER and SCORECARD as Russian disinformation. Senator Peters, immediately after Krebs finally admitted to Senator Johnson that voting machines are connected to the internet, asked Krebs about CISA’s “Rumor Control” page and Russia and other foreign adversaires echoing Trump team “disinformation” about election fraud, with Krebs, as if on cue, immediately responding that “THE HAMMER and SCORECARD claims that there was a CIA supercomputer and program that were flipping votes” was a “domestic disinformation campaign of a cybersecurity nature.”

It was at that point that Senator Johnson in the hearing’s most dramatic moment accused Hillary Clinton and Senator Peters of being purveyors of Russian disinformation, and of falsely claiming that derogatory information pertaining to Hunter Biden is “Russian disinformation.”

“You lied repeatedly in the press,” Senator Johnson yelled at Senator Peters.

Krebs previously worked at private contractor Obsidian Analysis with Peter O’Prey, who hired James Clapper at another private contractor, DFI. Krebs’ CISA deputy director Matt Travis also worked with O’Prey at DFI. Clapper’s Pentagon military intelligence office that oversaw THE HAMMER contracted O’Prey’s DFI division.

Montgomery created SCORECARD, an exploit that was designed to run on THE HAMMER supercomputer framework. SCORECARD was designed to covertly monitor and manipulate foreign election results for the U.S. intelligence community fighting communism around the world, Montgomery states.

According to The Whistleblower Tapes, THE HAMMER was used to steal the 2012 election in Florida.

Maria Bartiromo reported at FOX Business on December 15, 2020:

An intel source telling me President Trump did, in fact, win the election. He says that it is up to the Supreme Court to hear suits from other cases across the country to stop the clock. This follows the high court’s refusal to hear the lawsuit from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, challenging results in four swing states.

CBS News Senior Investigative Correspondent Catherine Herridge reported:

DNI Ratcliffe leads the 17 intelligence agencies and he has access to the most highly classified information that is held by the US government. And he told CBS News that there was foreign interference by China, Iran, and Russia in November of this year and he is anticipating a public report on those findings in January.

Dominion Voting Systems Not Secure By Design, Montgomery Told FBI

In December 2015, Montgomery told FBI and DOJ officials that Dominion Voting Systems equipment is not secure and was designed not to be secure, according to Montgomery.

SCORECARD can exploit back doors intentionally built into Dominion Voting Systems equipment, according to Montgomery.

NBC News reported in a January 10, 2020 article titled “‘Online and vulnerable’: Experts find nearly three dozen U.S. voting systems connected to internet”:

The three largest voting manufacturing companies — Election Systems & Software, Dominion Voting Systems and Hart InterCivic — have acknowledged they all put modems in some of their tabulators and scanners. The reason? So that unofficial election results can more quickly be relayed to the public. Those modems connect to cell phone networks, which, in turn, are connected to the internet.

Trump: “We will never, ever surrender”

During his first rally since the election, President Trump told a cheering crowd in Valdosta, Georgia on December 5, 2020 “we will not bend, we will not break, we will not yield, we will never give in, we will never give up, and we will never back down. We will never, ever surrender.”

“The Founding Fathers may not have known about cyberwarfare, but they certainly recognized tyranny when they saw it,” according to General Michael Flynn.

The Obama Administration had illegally taken possession of THE HAMMER and SCORECARD and were well aware that SolarWinds and the U.S. agencies that relied on SolarWinds were anything but secure.

Cyberwarfare was waged against America by domestic traitors and foreign enemies. In an undeclared act of war, these enemies attempted to not only to steal the vote, but to steal America herself.

FOX News And Rupert Murdoch Knew About THE HAMMER and SCORECARD Since 2013

For seven years, FOX News and Rupert Murdoch hid from the American people information the cable news network possessed about cyberwarfare weapons THE HAMMER and SCORECARD.

THE HAMMER’s application known as SCORECARD was used in a covert operation to steal U.S. elections, according to Dennis Montgomery, the CIA contractor-turned-whistelblower who created THE HAMMER and SCORECARD.

FOX News was complicit in the information warfare campaign, a.k.a. psychological warfare operation, to brainwash Americans into believing that Joe Biden had won the election.

FOX News was also well aware of the existence of THE HAMMER and SCORECARD. As such, FOX News was complicit, by omission, in hiding the cyberware operation to steal the election.

The cyberwafare attack on the 2020 election by foreign adversaries and domestic traitors was an act of war.

The cyber warfare operations were stealing from the American people the sacred right to vote and the right to choose their own leaders.

FOX News was in possession of information about THE HAMMER and SCORECARD since 2013.

The network’s star reporter Carl Cameron, known by his nickname “Campaign Carl,” interviewed and videotaped Dennis Montgomery in 2013 demonstrating the use of SCORECARD and HAMMER to steal U.S. elections, according to Montgomery.

Montgomery demonstrated to Cameron how John Brennan and James Clapper, during the 2012 election, easily stole the state of Florida on behalf of Barack Obama.

In 2013, Carl Cameron and a camera operator spent a week videotaping Montgomery as he demonstrated how THE HAMMER and SCORECARD work.

Montgomery also demonstrated how Brennan and Clapper had easy access to computer systems inside the various secretary of state offices of individual U.S. states. Brennan and Clapper had planted administrators inside those secretaries of state offices.

Cameron videotaped Montgomery’s demonstration of SCORECARD and HAMMER in front of four other individuals. When Montgomery asked Cameron for a copy of the tape and where the tape had gone to, Cameron told Montgomery that the Murdochs had “confiscated it,” according to Montgomery.

When Carl Cameron started asking Dennis Montgomery for detailed private information about conservative activists Jon Voight, Clint Eastwood, “and all kinds of conservatives” connected to Donald Trump, Montgomery began to realize that Carl Cameron and FOX News had no intention of broadcasting Cameron’s reports about THE HAMMER and SCORECARD. Cameron was also asking Montgomery for information about Roger Ailes, Megyn Kelly, and the Murdoch family.

The FBI and the DOJ have also been in possession of information regarding SCORECARD and HAMMER since August of 2015.

In August 2015, Montgomery handed over 47 computer hard drives to FBI Special Agents William Barnett and Walter Giardina and DOJ Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis at the FBI Miami Field Office in Miramar, Florida.

In December 2015, after the FBI verified the information on Montgomery’s 47 hard drives, Special Agents Barnett and Giardina and Assistant U.S. Attorney Curtis debriefed Montgomery for over three hours in a videotaped deposition, while Montgomery was under oath, inside a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) at the FBI Washington D.C. Field Office.

Montgomery says that he spent a large part of the debriefing session talking specifically about SCORECARD.

While inside the SCIF, Montgomery handed over to the FBI and the DOJ 40 Mini-DV tapes.

FBI And DOJ Obtained The SCORECARD Source Code From Dennis Montgomery As Part Of Montgomery’s Immunity Agreement

Montgomery was required by the FBI and DOJ to provide the source code to SCORECARD as part of his immunity agreement.

The FBI, under Director Comey, and the DOJ buried that information.

Or did they?

This is the same FBI and DOJ that were involved in Crossfire Hurricane, the hoax Trump Russian collusion investigation, and the outrageous four-year persecution of General Michael Flynn.

Did the DOJ and the FBI use the SCORECARD source code information they received from Montgomery to help the Democrats steal another election?

Baker testified before Congress in October 2018:

Baker confirmed that Montgomery had provided his FBI agents with evidence that government officials were conducting unlawful domestic surveillance of Americans, including other government officials.

Montgomery says that THE HAMMER and SCORECARD were used to steal the 2020 election from Donald Trump and hand it over to Joe Biden.

FOX News and Murdoch knew that THE HAMMER and SCORECARD would steal U.S. elections, just as FOX News knew that their decision to call the race for Biden amidst voter fraud would support the information warfare campaign. Information warfare was launched to brainwash the American people into believing that Biden won the 2020 election when in fact a landslide election had reelected Donald Trump.

SCORECARD uses a prismatic scoring algorithm.

SCORECARD steals elections by stealing votes at the transfer points as the vote tabulation leaves the secretaries of state computers at the point at which the votes enter the internet on their way to data collection vaults.

Montgomery later hinted that “something happened in 2016,” but did not elaborate.

When things didn’t go their way in 2016, a multi-faceted plan of attack was put into place using illegally printed ballots and fraudulent ballots, Dominion voting machines, and SCORECARD, which cloned identical blocks of votes across multiple states, in favor of Joe Biden.

General Michael Flynn’s First Interview Since Pardon: “The President Has Clear Paths To Victory”; General McInerney: “Most Dangerous Situation Since The Civil War”

Lieutenant General Michael Flynn (U.S. Army, Ret.) gave his first interview since receiving a pardon from President Trump during a special Friday evening broadcast of Worldview Weekend TV, hosted by Brannon Howse on November 27, 2020. The program also featured General Flynn’s friend Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney (U.S. Air Force, Ret.) and investigative journalist and author Mary Fanning of The American Report.

General Flynn opened his interview by sounding the alarm about the massive election fraud that took place during the November 3, 2020 election:

What’s happening in this country should never happen. And we are going through, there is no doubt in my mind, we are going through a crucible of history and if we don’t correct what it is that is happening right now over the next couple of weeks then I really hate to even think about what will happen in our country going forward into the latter part of December and certainly into the next month.

I do not believe for a second that the country will accept Vice President Biden as the next president based on what we know to be probably the greatest fraud that our country has ever experienced in our history.

General Flynn also expressed optimism, stating:

To me, it’s all positive. I was asked today on a scale of one to ten who will be the next president and I said ten, it will be Donald Trump, it will be President Trump,

There is no doubt in my mind that he won this election hands down in a landslide, probably somewhere between 350 and 400 electoral college votes.

“I am upset. I am determined. I am going to be resilient. And I believe that I reflect millions and millions and millions of people across this country who feel the exact same way that I do,” General Flynn added.

General McInerney, who introduced General Flynn at the opening of the program, commented on General Flynn’s statements and called the 2020 election fraud crises “a fast moving train”:

We are seeing the most unprecedented situation in the history of America. This is the most dangerous situation since the Civil War of keeping this nation united. And why do I say that?

The Civil War, it was just warfare. Today, you and General Flynn talked about cyberwarfare. In cyberwarfare it’s hidden, it’s mystical, you don’t see it coming. It happens. And all of a sudden 138,000 votes or 150,000 votes, all of a sudden they show up. And because we are looking at computers we assume they are all legitimate. But in this particular case, they are not legitimate.

And because of what Sidney Powell has been doing, who was General Flynn’s lawyer, and what she submitted in the state of Georgia and Michigan on Wednesday night, the night before Thanksgiving, we got a document in those lawsuits from a Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia who is a 59 year old resident of California who spent 40 years almost in the D.C. metropolitan area as a career intelligence community expert…

…Because of this declaration that he [Keshavarz-Nia] made in which I am quoted and independently confirming he uses my name, Kirk Wiebe, who was a former NSA official, a good friend of ours in working with Mary [Fanning] and I, and Dennis Montgomery, a former CIA analyst, who was really the creator-inventor of THE HAMMER and SCORECARD capabilities.
