Gulftainer co-owner Sheikh Dr Sultan Bin Muhammed Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, provided Russian arms trafficker Viktor Bout, known as the ‘Merchant of Death,’ with a shadowy weapons smuggling air base at the Sharjah Airport. The Sharjah Airport is controlled by the powerful Emir.

Bout used aircraft based at the Sharjah Airport to smuggle arms for U.S. adversaries and terrorists such as the Taliban. Bout trafficked weapons to some of the world’s most dangerous hot spots, including Mogadishu, Somalia, site of the infamous ‘Black Hawk Down’ Battle of Mogadishu.

“Gulftainer is owned by two shareholders, HH [His Highness] Sheikh Sultan Al Qassimi, the Ruler of Sharjah and Mr. Hamid Dhia Jafar,” according to World Bank International Finance Corporation (IFC) documents first uncovered in 2016 by The American Report.

The Pentagon placed Hamid Dhia Jafar’s brother and business partner, Iraqi nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, on U.S. Central Command’s Operation Iraqi Freedom Blacklist of Saddam Hussein regime senior officials wanted for capture or kill.

…The emirate Sharjah allowed its airport to be used by many dubious operators like Viktor Bout’s flagship firm Air Cess. In Sharjah, aircraft could be de-registered overnight and registered somewhere else the next day. Air Cess, Air Pass, Santa Cruz Imperial Airlines, Bukavu Aviation, Centrafrican Airlines, etc. aircraft could be seen in all the major war-zones. Sharjah was also the main shopping center for the Afghan Taliban regime, it could buy arms, satellite phones to generators and Bout serviced Ariana Afghan Airways (the airline was controlled by the Taliban mullahs) aircraft there in the open. Bout also sold them cargo aircraft to bring arms, material and more fighters in and drugs and operatives out.

This aircraft and the shady airlines it worked for have been linked to the notorious arms dealer Viktor Bout. According to researchers it was previously EL-AKQ, 3D-SBQ and 3C-KKL. Under the Kazakh registration UN-75005 its operators were named as Air Cess, ‘Air Bas’, ‘Linee Aerienne Tchad’ in late 2003 and then Irbis Air Company. Irbis became Mega Airlines and this machine became UP-I1801. It was flying between Djibouti and Somalia in the early 2000’s. She seems presently stored at Berbera, Somalia.​

“Spanish authorities on Wednesday [March 16, 2022] detained a mega-yacht called “Crescent” that is believed to belong to Igor Sechin, the sanctioned chief executive of Russian oil giant Rosneft, a police source told Reuters,” according to a  report from Reuters.

On September 22, 2016, The American Report broke the story of Gulftainer’s connections to Saddam’s nuclear scientist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar and former KGB agents Vladimir Putin and Igor Sechin, known as “Russia’s Darth Vader” and “the scariest person on earth.”

‘Crescent’ “can accommodate 18 guests with a crew of more than 24” and “is rumored to have cost more than US$ 600 million,” according to SuperYachtFan.com.

French authorities reportedly seized another yacht owned by Sechin on March 2, the Amore Velo.

The megayacht Crescent is registered in the Cayman Islands, where many vessels are registered and where the powerful Iraqi Jafar family conducts business.

[Spanish] Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said in an interview police had provisionally immobilised a $140 million yacht in Barcelona. That vessel belongs to Sergei Chemezov, a former KGB officer who heads state conglomerate Rostec, according to two sources.

The Canaveral Port Authority’s 35-year lease contract with Gulftainer subsidiary GT USA appears to have been illegal.

Both Hamid Jafar and Jafar Dhia Jafar were involved in the oil for WMD super weapons scam with Saddam Hussein and with the Russians. The Treasury Department lists the Jafars’ Russian business associate and their partner in the Jafars’ holding Dana Gas, Igor Sechin, as an SDN (Specially Designated National).  The Port Canaveral contract prohibits the Jafars from doing business with SDNs or Blocked Persons as Igor Sechin is designated as presenting a threat to the United States. The Jafars’ false information presented through their creation of downstream false front companies was to create a false picture hiding share allotments and their true business associations.

When Igor Sechin was working as President Vladimir Putin’s deputy chief of staff a decade ago, visitors to his Kremlin office noticed an unusual collection on the bookshelves: row after row of bound volumes containing minutes of Communist Party congresses.

Sechin is an open admirer of socialist icons such as Cuba’s ailing Fidel Castro, the late anti-U.S. Venezuelan leader Hugo Chávez and the executed Argentine Marxist Che Guevara, says Victor Mashendzhinov, who studied with Sechin at college. As a young man, Sechin served alongside Cuban fighters in the Cold War hot spots of Angola and Mozambique.

Iran, Amid Ukraine/Russia War, Will Become Hegemon Of The Middle East If Biden Concedes To An Even Worse Iran Nuclear Deal

Amid Vladimir Putin’s Russian invasion of Ukraine, Russian ally Iran is close to receiving a new and improved Iran nuclear deal that would lift sanctions against Iran.

“Indirect talks between Iran and the United States on reviving the 2015 Iran nuclear deal are close to reaching an agreement, the chief British and French envoys said on Friday as they and their German colleague flew home to brief ministers,” Reuters reported on March 4, 2022.

The removal of sanctions would allow Iran to resume funding its tyranical theocratic regime and its global terror operations by selling oil to Europe and the United States.

Now that President Barack Obama effectively turned Iraq over to Russian and Iranian interests, and Joe Biden has surrendered Afghanistan to the Taliban and China, Iran is the next pro-Russian adversary to emerge stronger and more dangerous.

Russia, like Iran, views Iraq as part of Iran. Russia and its Middle Eastern proxy Iran have taken control of Iraq’s oil resources, filling the vacuum created when the U.S. military and U.S. petroleum interests pulled out of the region.

Obama handed Russia a foothold in the Middle East they never before held before, just as Obama did when he let Putin and Russia take Crimea without any consequences.

Russia And Putin’s Business Partners The Iraqi Jafar Family, Owners Of Gulftainer And Crescent Petroleum, Are Connected To Iran And Barack Obama And Supported By Obama And Biden

Russia’s plan to take over the Middle East was put into action years ago by KGB legend Yevgeny Primakov.

Primakov was a close associate of Saddam Hussein who was Mikhail Gorbachev’s special envoy to Iraq. Primakov also served as Director of the KGB First Chief Directorate, Director of the USSR Central Intelligence Service, Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Prime Minister of Russia.

Primakov and Russian intelligence services worked closely with Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons mastermind Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, brother and business partner of Gulftainer co-owner Hamid Dhia Jafar.

Not only has the Biden Administration refused to cut off U.S. purchases of Russian oil, it is also pushing for a new Iran nuclear deal that would reestablish Iran’s ability to sell oil to the U.S. and Europe.

Obama and Biden put in place a never-before seen influence by Iran and Russia over Europe and NATO.

Many are wondering, as the world is being turned upside down and inside out by global communists playing for the New World Order, who the enemy really is.

U.S. President Barack Obama was caught on a hot mic saying to Russian President Dmitri Medvedev, “On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this can be solved, but it is important for him to give me space. This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.” 

Medvedev replied. “I will transmit this information to Vladimir [Putin].” 

Obama’s “flexibility” has had, and will continue to have, dire consequences.

Pearl Petroleum, the consortium led by Dana Gas and Crescent Petroleum of the UAE, has signed a $250 million financing agreement with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) to support the gas expansion works currently under way at the Khor Mor gas plant in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI).

DFC is the development finance arm of the U.S government and proceeds from the 7-year DFC financing will support an increase in gas production capacity by 50% to 690 million standard cubic feet (scf)/day to meet rising demand for clean natural gas for electricity generation and industry in the KRI. The total project cost is $630 million and the remaining financing has already been secured through a regional bank facility and the EPC contractor.

Mr. Majid Jafar, CEO of Crescent Petroleum and Board Managing Director of Dana Gas, commented:

“This financing agreement with DFC underscores the importance of developing the natural gas resources in the KRI to support regional economic development and growth. Despite the global challenges presented by the COVID pandemic, we have continued to maintain our record of uninterrupted operations and even managed to grow production. The DFC agreement is a testament to our successful track record and further highlights the potential of these resources and the bright future for the KRI.”

Dr. Patrick Allman-Ward, CEO of Dana Gas, added:

“With our partners in Pearl Petroleum we are proud to be further developing the gas sector of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, delivering expanded supply of cleaner energy, and supporting local economic development. A group photograph taken during the forum provides key evidence that Crescent executive Majid Jafar not only served as co-Chair of the Business Backs Education campaign alongside former President Bill Clinton, but also physically stood next to former President Clinton at a time when Gulftainer was secretly seeking to establish operations at Port Canaveral. That deal would soon require approval from Clinton’s long-time friend, Treasury Secretary Jack Lew.

And recently, Taha finally had to come clean. With no sign of remorse, she coldly admitted to the same U.N. officials that Iraq had developed one of the most original, wide-ranging and deadly programs in the history of germ warfare.

Not until the recent defection of Lt. Gen. Hussein Kamel Majid, son-in-law of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein and head of all weapons of mass destruction, was Taha ordered by her government to tell the truth–or at least more of it.

Only after that did Iraq admit that it had also worked on viruses that make eyes bleed, cause children to die from diarrhea and spread camel pox–heretofore unknown forms of germ warfare. And U.N. investigators think there are more surprises to come.

Even conservative estimates contend that Iraq’s recently revealed array of bacteria, viruses and toxins could have killed tens of millions of people; the amounts of agents could theoretically have killed billions. The only limits were the delivery systems.

President Trump slapped sanctions on Russia’s state-owned weapons exporter ROSOBORONEXPORT in 2018.

The half billion dollar Gulftainer / ROSTEC / ROSOBORONEXPORT joint venture was called Gulftainer Russian Technologies.

The Club-K launches four Russian Kalibr cruise missiles capable of delivering nuclear, EMP, chemical, and biological payloads at supersonic speed.

Once inside the continental United States, Club-K ‘containers’ can launch Russian cruise missiles from ships, trucks and trains, thereby evading U.S. missile defense systems that are designed to detect launches originating outside the United States. The Club-K can be controlled remotely via satellite communications and has a reported operational life of ten years.

It was not simply a coincidence that GULFTAINER ended up beside U.S. Navy Trident submarines that are armed with nuclear-tipped ballistic missiles.

The Port of Jacksonville is but a stone’s throw from Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, home to the U.S. Navy’s Atlantic Fleet of ballistic missile nuclear submarines that carry nuclear-armed Trident missiles. Those Trident missile submarines comprise the third, and most critical, leg of the nuclear triad of ICBM silos, strategic bombers, and submarines that serves as a deterrent to U.S. adversaries, including Russia and China. Jacksonville is also home to Naval Air Station Jacksonville and Naval Station Mayport.

“Gulftainer is owned by two shareholders, HH [His Highness] Sheikh Sultan Al Qassimi, the Ruler of Sharjah and Mr. Hamid Dhia Jafar,” according to World Bank International Finance Corporation (IFC) documents first uncovered in 2016 by The American Report.

The Pentagon placed Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar on U.S. Central Command’s Operation Iraqi Freedom Blacklist of Saddam Hussein regime senior officials wanted for capture or kill.

Governor DeSantis is attempting to step in and block the Biden administration’s efforts to further cripple the U.S. economy by dismantling America’s supply chain.

Joe Biden’s purposeful supply chain crisis has left a backlog of around 170 container ships waiting to unload their cargo at California’s Port of Los Angeles and Port of Long Beach.

Governor DeSantis has offered Florida’s seaports as a solution to the container ship backlog currently clogging up seaports along the U.S. West Coast. Container ships originating in Asia can sail to Florida by way of the Panama Canal.

Governor DeSantis announced on Friday, October 15, 2021:

We look at what is happening with some of these supply chain issues that can’t get into California.

Florida — we want people coming in here. Bring your goods here. We will get it done. We will cut the red tape. We are not going to be held up by that, so we are going to work with our ports to make sure people understand that.

“There are 15 ports in the state of Florida. Eight of them are capable of handling containers,” Florida Ports Council Chairman Jonathan Daniels stated.

The Florida seaports that are capable of handling containers include the Port of Jacksonville (JAXPORT), the Port of Miami, Port Everglades, Port Tampa Bay, Port Panama City, and Port Canaveral.

According to the former Chief of the National Security Division of the Department of Homeland Security’s New York City office Dr. Joseph F. King, less than one tenth of one percent of intermodal containers entering U.S. ports of entry are hand-checked, increasing the likelihood that Club-K missile launchers could be smuggled through U.S. seaports among the millions of commercial containers that enter the United States annually.

Glen Winn, an aviation and port security expert previously with the U.S. Secret Service, told Mary Fanning that “while we may not be able to check every cargo container coming into the country without bringing global commerce to a standstill, it is imperative that the lessees to America’s ports receive the proper National Security Threat Analysis. That is the point at which you maintain your national security.” There is no possibility that this was merely an oversight by the Obama-Biden administration. Placing GULFTAINER inside Port Canaveral was part of Obama’s monstrously evil transformation  of America.

It could not have escaped the Obama administration’s notice that an Iraqi nuclear mastermind’s voice was recorded on the secret ‘Saddam Tapes’ — the same audio tapes on which Saddam Hus sein and his senior cabinet members mused about detonating a nuclear bomb in Washington D.C.  Dr. Jafar was a senior member of Saddam’s cabinet.

GULFTAINER has a special penchant for positioning the family’s seaports company GULFTAINER adjacent to strategic U.S. Navy submarine bases and other U.S. national security assets. Where was America’s national security establishment while all of this was happening? How could they have ignored such a dire threat?

Following Joe Biden’s Afghanistan surrender  debacle, there is little doubt that Barack Obama and Joe Biden are in the business of assisting and arming America’s adversaries, including Middle Eastern terrorists.

Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s brother Hamid Dhia Jafar is now overseeing a cargo container operation on the ground in the very state Governor DeSantis must defend — and defend it he must.

The U.S. Treasury Department and three U.S. Congressional committees investigated Hamid Dhia Jafar, his Gulftainer affiliate Crescent Petroleum, and Hamid Jafar’s ‘Oil-For-Superweapons’ scheme to illegally sell Iraqi oil to fund Saddam’s and Dr. Jafar’s WMD programs. The Iraqi WMD programs under investigation included Dr. Jafar’s uranium enrichment and nuclear weapons programs. The U.S. government also investigated Crescent Petroleum to determine if it was a Saddam Hussein front company.

Gulftainer’s sister company Crescent Petroleum, also owned by Hamid Dhia Jafar, maintains an office on Africa Expressway in Tehran.

Hamid Dhia Jafar, through Gulftainer affiliate Crescent Investments, was a founding shareholder of the now-defunct Middle Eastern private equity firm The Abraaj Group. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation also invested in The Abraaj Group.

Pakistani businessman Arif Naqvi, former CEO of The Abraaj Group, was arrested on fraud and conspiracy charges at London Heathrow Airport in April 2019 upon request of the Trump administration. Naqvi is fighting extradition to the United States. The Abraaj Group collapsed in 2018.

Wahid Hamid, an Occidental College foreign student from Pakistan who knew Obama during college and joined Obama on his mysterious 1981 trip to Pakistan, was a managing partner at The Abraaj Group.

There are no coincidences.

Obama’s lifelong personal connection to Hamid Dhia Jafar’s Abraaj Group business associate Wahid Hamid is particularly interesting in light of the Obama administration’s decision to decline to conduct the mandated CFIUS review and National Security Threat Analysis of GULFTAINER’s Port Canaveral deal. That deal was secretly negotiated under a code-name: Project Pelican.

‘Former’ Biden Aide Shawn Garvin Green Lights New Gulftainer Container Terminal At Delaware’s Port Of Wilmington; GT Linked To Iran, Saddam Hussein’s Iraqi Nuclear WMDs, Russia’s Club-K Container Missile System

Shawn Garvin, a former aide to U.S. Senator Joe Biden who is now serving in Delaware Governor John Carney’s cabinet, has approved two Delaware state authorizations needed  to move forward a plan by Middle-Eastern seaports management company Gulftainer to construct a new intermodal cargo container terminal as part of Gulftainer’s planned expansion of Delaware’s Port of Wilmington.

Garvin, who is now the Secretary of the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), helped Gulftainer’s new container terminal project to proceed, despite his office having been advised by The American Report about Gulftainer’s joint venture with the exporter of Russia’s Club-K Container Missile System and about incontrovertible evidence that Gulftainer’s co-owner Hamid Dhia Jafar is the brother and business partner of Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, the rougue Iraqi nuclear physicist who was Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons mastermind.

“The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control issued two authorizations to the Diamond State Port Corporation (DSPC)  tied to the redevelopment of the former Chemours Edgemoor site,” Delaware Business Now reported in a September 30, 2021 article titled “DNREC green lights work at planned container port as questions swirl around current operator.”

“DNREC Secretary Shawn M. Garvin signed an order Thursday approving a subaqueous lands permit and a federal certification,” according to the report.

“Gulftainer’s plan to expand to the former Chemours Edgemoor industrial site clears a couple of regulatory hurdles,” NPR member station Delaware Public Media reported on September 30, 2021.

“DNREC issued two state authorizations to the Diamond State Port Corporation connected to redeveloping the site as a shipping container site with Gulftainer,” according to the Delaware NPR affiliate.

DNREC Secretary Shawn Garvin is a former aide to Senator Joe Biden.

Garvin “served as an aide to then-U.S. Senator Joe Biden,” according to Garvin’s official biography at the DNREC.

The State of Delaware awarded Gulftainer a 50-year lease to operate the entire Port of Wilmington, a lease transaction that was never subjected to the mandated CFIUS and National Security Threat Analysis reviews.

Gulftainer plans to expand the Port of Wilmington by building a new intermodal container terminal on the site of the former Chemours chemical plant in Edgemoor, adjacent to the Port of Wilmington. Gulftainer was waiting for Shawn Garvin and his agency the DNRC to sign off on the environmental permit and the federal certification in order for Gulftainer’s Edgemoor container terminal project to move forward. The Edgemoor chemical plant was previously operated by DuPont before Dupont spun off Chemours in 2015.

According to World Bank documents uncovered by The American Report, Gulftainer is owned by two shareholders:  Iraqi-born oil baron Hamid Dhia Jafar and Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah, United Emirates. Gulftainer, therefore, is partly owned by a foreign government, the United Arab Emirates.

Vice President Joe Biden set the table for Gulftainer’s takeover of the Port of Wilmington by granting Department of Transportation TIGER Grants that improved the port’s infrastructure.

In 2014, the Obama-Biden administration approved Gulftainer’s first U.S. ports deal, a 35-year no-bid lease to operate the container terminal at Florida’s Port Canaveral, adjacent to U.S. Navy submarines, a U.S. Air Force station, and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. The Obama-Biden administration refused to conduct the mandated CFIUS review and National Security Threat Analysis of Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral deal, setting a precedent for Gulftainer’s subsequent 50-year lease of the entire Port of Wilmington.

Gulftainer co-owner Hamid Dhia Jafar is the brother and business partner of notorious Iraqi nuclear physicist Dr. Hamid Dhia Jafar, Saddam Hussein’s former nuclear weapons mastermind.

Before Gulftainer completed it Port Canaveral deal, secretly-negotiated under the code name ‘Project Pelican,’ Gulftainer entered a joint venture with Russian state-owned enterprise ROSTEC. The joint venture was named Gulftainer Russian Technologies.

ROSTEC owns 100 percent of the shares of ROSOBORONEXPORT, the exporter of Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System. The Club-K is designed to look identical to a standard commercial intermodal shipping container, and can be transported aboard ships, trucks, and trains. The Club-K, however, is actually an advanced weapon system that can launch Russian Kalibr cruise missiles that deliver nuclear, EMP, chemical, biological, or conventional payloads at up to supersonic speeds. The Club-K can take out an aircraft carrier.

Gulftainer also has deep connection to Iran. Hamid Dhia Jafar not only owns Gulftainer, but also Gulftainer affiliate Crescent Petroleum.

Crescent Petroleum maintained an office on Africa Expressway in Tehran. Crescent Petroleum’s former Head of Strategic Planning was former Iranian Army officer Siamak Namazi, a close associate of Trita Parsi.

The American Report’s July 28, 2020 article titled “Gulftainer Co-Owner Al-Qasimi Demands Córdoba Catholic Cathedral In Spain Be Converted Into Mosque: ‘They Do Not Own It’ It ‘Belongs To Muslims’” revealed:

Gulftainer co-owner Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi, the dictatorial Ruler of Sharjah, United Arab Emeriates, is now demanding that Muslims recapture a 1,400 year-old Catholic cathedral in Córdoba, Spain and convert it into a mosque, in a shocking repeat of Spain’s gory eighth-century fall to Islam.

“They do not own it,” it “belongs to Muslims,” Gulftainer’s brutal Sheikh Al-Qasimi declared in July 2020.

Gulftainer’s Al-Qasimi is demanding a return to the 711 A.D. Islamic conquest of Córdoba, Spain. Al-Qasimi is insisting that Córdoba’s ancient Spanish cathedral be surrendered to Islam, according to a July 18, 2020 report from Spanish newspaper El Día de Córdoba hi, citing an interview Al-Qasimi provided to Sharjah News.

The American Report fully briefed DNRC and Secretary Garvin about Gulftainer’s derogatory intelligence and terrorism profile by submitting official comments regarding the Edgemoor project to the agency in 2020.

If a single American is injured or killed in a potential future terror attack or Act of War linked to Gulftainer, DNREC Secretary Garvin will have American blood on his hands, just as Joe Biden already has the blood of the 11 U.S. Marines, the Navy Hospital Corpsman, and the U.S. Army  NCO killed at the Kabul, Afghanistan airport on his hands.

Diamond State Port Corporation’s proposal to allow United Arab Emirates-based seaports management company GULFTAINER, through its subsidiary GT USA Wilmington LLC, to build a new container terminal along the Delaware River in Edgemoor, Delaware on the site of the former Chemours-Dupont titanium plant, presents a clear and present danger to the national security of the United States due to GULFTAINER’s extensive, decades-long derogatory national security profile.

The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), a law enforcement agency tasked with protecting Delaware’s state parks and the health and safety of Delawarians, has a moral and legal obligation to protect the citizens of Delaware and the United States from GULFTAINER and its parent organization THE CRESCENT GROUP OF COMPANIES.

THE CRESCENT GROUP’s principals who reside in the UAE are actively working with America’s adversaries Iran, China, and Russia.

GULFTAINER’s Iraqi-born principals Hamid Dhia Jafar and Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar have for decades been involved in the financing, design, construction, storage, transportation, concealment, and proliferation of nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons of mass destruction (WMD). Some of those WMDs have already wounded American troops and killed many innocent civilians.

As of 2010, GULFTAINER gained access to an advanced delivery system for those WMDs when GULFTAINER entered into a half billion dollar joint venture with Russian state-owned weapons conglomerate ROSTEC / ROSOBORONEXPORT that exports the Club-K Container Missile Launching System. The GULFTAINER – ROSTEC joint venture is called GULFTAINER RUSSIAN TECHNOLOGIES.

GULFTAINER CEO Peter Richards: GULFTAINER RUSSIAN TECHNOLOGIES Is Building The ‘Gateway To Moscow’ At Russia’s Baltic Sea Port Of Ust Luga

British-based Port Strategy Magazine, quoting GT USA CEO Peter Alexander Richards, reported in 2013:

The Port of Ust-Luga is one of Russia’s largest infrastructure projects; the YUG-2 terminal is the first venture of Gulftainer Russian Technologies, the joint venture created in 2011 by Gulftainer and Prominvest, the financial and investment arm of Russian Technologies [ROSTEC]…

…Ust-Luga is a key port gateway in the heart of Russia’s buoyant Baltic Western region, says Mr Richards. “It is envisioned that the YUG-2 terminal will supplement St Petersburg and act as a gateway to Moscow.”

Russia’s ROSOBORONEXPORT is currently exporting Russian S-400 missiles to China through Russia’s Port of Ust Luga.

China is preparing to use the S-400 missiles to shoot down Taiwanese aircraft as they take off during a planned Chinese military invasion of Taiwan, according to recent reports.

GULFTAINER currently operates the entire Port of Wilmington under a 50-year lease awarded to GULFTAINER in 2018 by the State of Delaware’s Diamond State Port Corporation.

Diamond State Port Corporation is the owner of the Port of Wilmington and the Edgemoor property where GULFTAINER plans to build a new container terminal as part of a proposed Port of Wilmington expansion.

When GULFTAINER received both its 35-year container terminal lease at Florida’s Port Canaveral in 2014 (secretly negotiated in an covert operation code-named ‘Project Pelican’) and its 50-year lease of Delaware’s entire Port of Wilmington in 2018, GULFTAINER did not undergo the required 30 and 45-day Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) reviews and the required National Security Threat Analysis by 17 U.S. intelligence agencies. This was an egregious national security lapse.

Had GULFTAINER undergone the required CFIUS reviews and National Security Threat Analysis, the following derogatory national security information would have come to light:

The Iraqi Jafar brothers are closely connected to the Iranian regime and two of the most powerful ex-KGB agents in the world, Vladimir Putin, and Putin’s number two, Igor Sechin, considered by some Russia watchers to be even more powerful than Putin. Sechin, who like his oil partners the Iranian regime, conducts business with the Iraqi Jafar family and their oil conglomerate Crescent Petroleum, is known as ‘Russia’s Darth Vader’ and “the scariest man on earth.”

GULFTAINER entered a $500 million joint venture called GULFTAINER Russian Technologies with Russian state-owned weapons and technology company ROSTEC, the 100 percent owner of the Russian government’s official weapons exporting company ROSOBORONEXPORT.

ROSOBORONEXPORT exports Russia’s Trojan Horse advanced weapons system known as the Club-K Container Missile System.

Russia’s Club-K looks identical to any standard intermodal cargo container — the type of metal shipping boxes that GULFTAINER handles at 40 percent of ports across the Middle East and now at two strategic U.S. seaports, Florida’s Port Canaveral and Delaware’s Port of Wilmington.

Russia’s Club-K, however, is actually an advanced satellite-activated weapons system capable of launching Russian Kalibr cruise missiles armed with nuclear, electromagnetic pulse (EMP), chemical, biological, and conventional payloads. “‘This Club-K is game-changing with the ability to wipe out an aircraft carrier 200 miles away,’ said Robert Hewson, editor of Jane’s Air-Launched Weapons, which first reported on the Club-K developments,’” according to The Telegraph.

“Russia’s military is now more capable than at any time since the end of the Cold War,” Bloomberg reported on September 30, 2020, citing a new report from British think tank International Institute for Strategic Studies.

Russia is equipping new naval ships including corvettes and icebreakers with Club-K units. Sea trials are underway, Russian press outlet TASS boasted in August 2020.

GULFTAINER and Saddam’s Overseas Terror Squad Unit 999

Gulftainer owner Hamid Dhia Jafar’s brother and business partner Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar was a senior member of Saddam Hussein’s cabinet and Saddam Hussein’s Presidential Nuclear Adviser as well as Saddam’s Deputy Minister of Industry and Military Industrialization.

Dr. Jafar also had oversight of the Iraqi Directorate of General Military Intelligence (DGMI) Unit 999 special operations and terrorism troops that, with technical assistance from Russian KGB, SVR, and GRU advisers, helped Dr. Jafar to conceal and transfer abroad his nuclear, chemical, and biological WMD programs.

Dr. Jafar can be heard speaking with Saddam Hussein on the ‘Saddam Tapes.’ The ‘Saddam Tapes’ are secret Iraqi government audio recordings of Saddam’s cabinet meetings that were captured by Coalition Forces during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

On the “Saddam Tapes,” Saddam Hussein and his senior cabinet members were heard musing about detonating a nuclear weapon in Washington D.C. One of the foremost leaders in Saddam’s cabinet was his nuclear mastermind Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar.

When someone tells you that they want to kill you, believe them. When one of those people making a nuclear threat against the United States is a declared enemy combatant on the Pentagon’s ‘BLACKLIST,’ one might pay strict attention.

Aviation and cargo security expert Glen Winn, who is also a former Secret Service agent, asserted that “while we may not be able to check every cargo container coming into the country without bringing global commerce to a standstill, it is imperative that the lessees to America’s ports receive the proper National Security Threat Analysis. That is the point at which you maintain your national security.”

U.S. Missile Defense Systems Look Outward, Giving Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System An Advantage

Just one Club-K Container Missile System could launch an EMP attack that could disable America’s power grid and impede America’s ability to respond with a retaliatory strike.

In theory, Russia and other adversaries could carry out a coordinated first strike surge attack from hundreds or even thousands of Club-K Container Missile Systems secreted behind U.S. missile defenses. Additional missile salvos could be launched from Russian Club-K units in Mexico and from merchant ships and submarines off the U.S. coasts. Likely targets would be U.S. Navy submarine bases in Kitsap, Washington and Kings Bay, Georgia, U.S. Air Force strategic bomber air bases, command and control bases, and the Boeing E4B airborne command 747s.

The Club-K has a ten year shelf life. Club-K units can be remotely activated via satellite. After Club-K units enter U.S. seaports, they can be transported to every hamlet in America via rail, riverine boats, and semi tractor trailer trucks. It is not simply America’s seaports and military bases that are at risk of attack by the Club-K, but rather, the entirety of United States.

Translations from a Russian defense journal and from a secret Iranian military handbook suggest that Russia and Iran have developed a Pearl Harbor 2.0 plan to sink the entire U.S. Navy fleet as part of coordinated asymmetrical attacks against the United States and U.S. military bases around the world.

The plan is to launch Russian Kalibr cruise missiles from submarines, freighter ships, and Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System intermodal cargo “containers” that can be smuggled into U.S. ports and moved into the U.S. interior aboard trains and semi-trucks.

In 2015 the Russian journal “Natsionalnaya Oborona” (translation: National Defense) outlined a plan to “hit them in their ports” with Kalibr cruise missiles that could sink entire US Navy fleets docked in ports across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.

Dr. Joseph F. King, the former Chief of the National Security Section at the Department of Homeland Security’s New York City office, was assigned responsibility for all weapons of mass destruction (WMD) issues, including nuclear, chemical, biological (NBC), in the New York metropolitan area following 9/11 and had previously been stationed in Lebanon.

The detailed information that has been amassed regarding Project Pelican makes it clear that the threats to our Ports and Terminals, our first line of defense, and the corruption and criminal conduct in these conspiracies, surpass the scope of the “Iran Contra” and “Whitewater” affairs combined.

I find it mind-boggling that this Byzantine attack on our national security has been swept under the rug by the previous administration. I hope that someone in the Trump administration will pursue this dangerous and criminal attack on our Ports and Terminals and ultimately our national security so that, unlike Churchill, we will not have to fight them on our beaches.

Because of Gulftainer’s entrée into the global ports business, and U.S. ports in particular, GULFTAINER’s $500 million joint venture with Russian state-owned weapons company ROSTEC/ROSOBORONEXPORT is of particular interest.

ROSOBORONEXPORT is the exporter of Russia’s Club-K Container Missile System, a Trojan Horse advanced cruise missile launching platform that is visually indistinguishable from the thousands of commercial intermodal shipping containers GULFTAINER handles at the Port of Wilmington and plans to handle at GULFTAINER’s proposed Edgemoor container terminal.

GULFTAINER presents an existential security risk to Delaware, the United States, and the United States military.

President Trump imposed sanctions on GULFTAINER’s Russian joint venture partner ROSOBORONEXPORT on April 6, 2018, the exact same date on which the board members of Diamond State Port Corporation voted unanimously to lease the Port of Wilmington to GULFTAINER for 50 years. The legality of GULFTAINER’s presence in the United States is certainly questionable.

Neither the United States nor Delaware can afford the risk that GULFTAINER presents with the very real possibility that GULFTAINER may smuggle Club-K “container” units through the Port of Wilmington or the proposed Edgemoor container terminal.

From those Club-K ‘containers,’ U.S. adversaries could remotely launch Russian cruise missiles armed with nuclear, electromagnetic pulse (EMP), chemical, biological, and conventional payloads against U.S. military bases including Delaware’s Dover Air Force Base and major American cities including Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington D.C.

GULFTAINER recently showed its true colors during the initial months of the Covid-19 pandemic when GULFTAINER not only attempted to extort a million dollars but illegally blockaded hundreds of gas station and convenience store chain Wawa’s fuel tanker trucks from transiting through the Port of Wilmington to their tank farm. GULFTAINER’s menacing actions disrupted hundreds of Wawa fuel deliveries per day across five Northeastern states — Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.

GULFTAINER did not disclose in its Port Canaveral and Port of Wilmington lease agreements that the company is partially owned by the Ruler of Sharjah, and therefore partially owned by the UAE government.

GULFTAINER, through GULFTAINER’s consortium Gulf Stevedoring Contracting Company (GSCCO), was in partnership with the Iranian state-owned container shipping line The Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Line Group (IRISL) which acts as the primary shipping line for Iran’s covert nuclear weapons program. The Trump administration placed IRISL under secondary U.S. Treasury Department sanctions, effective June 2020.

Gulftainer is the majority owner of Gulf Stevedoring Contracting Co. Ltd (GSCCO).

Gulftainer owns 51% of GSCCO. KGL (Kuwait & Gulf Link) co-founded and partially owns GSCCO with Gulftainer. KGL executives and board members, it was revealed in an American court, were deeply involved in secret container ship operations with IRISL and were under FBI and DoD investigation for money laundering and sanctions violations.

KGL officials worked closely with a top IRISL executive who was placed under sanctions as a Specially Designated National (SDN) by the U.S. Treasury Department and was separately indicted for conspiracy by U.S. District Attorney Cyrus Vance in Manhattan on June 20, 2011

On June 8, 2020, the Trump administration’s Treasury Department announced that “today, sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (IRISL) and its Shanghai [China]-based subsidiary, E-Sail Shipping Company Ltd (E-Sail) have come into effect.”

“The US Treasury Department on June 8 [2020] designated 121 tankers, container ships and other vessels owned or tied to Iranian shipper IRISL for additional secondary sanctions,” according to S&P Global.

UAE Signs Port Deal With China’s COSCO

While we know that GULFTAINER is partially owned by the UAE government, it is important to note that the UAE government recently signed a joint-venture with Chinese state-owned shipping line COSCO. The UAE-COSCO port concession, known as COSCO Shipping Ports Ltd – Abu Dhabi, transferred control of a container terminal at the UAE’s Port of Abu Dhabi to China’s state-owned enterprise COSCO for 35 years.

The UAE’s Port of Abu Dhabi is now part of China’s One Belt One Road Initiative that has seized control of global trade routes and continues to build seaports across the globe to accommodate the communist superpower’s rapidly expanding fleet of Chinese Navy warships and submarines. China now has the largest navy in the world, with more ships than the U.S. Navy. GULFTAINER’s partial owner, the Ruler of Sharjah, is one of the seven members of the UAE Royal Family of Emirs who comprise the UAE’s totalitarian federation of seven monarchies.

In 2019, the Trump administration forced COSCO to sell its Long Beach Container Terminal at the Port of Long Beach, near the Port of Los Angeles, due to U.S. national security concerns.

Robert Sheridan, a former US Customs Investigator, told the Associated Press:

The last area that really brings it all together, I think, is having foreigners knowing how, even having an inkling of how the United States scrutinises containers from a security standpoint, the various layers of security. And I think that’s also a concern. No matter what the host country says that they’ve assured the American government that they’re following American guidelines, and what have you, there’s always a breakdown in language, there’s always a breakdown for nefarious purposes, and you have a problem. That’s where I see it.

And China has been known to have acquired critical technology from the United States illegally. And they still have a strong presence. Having said that, having a company controlled by the Chinese government through the arm of the PRC (People’s Republic of China) Army, I think is an opportunity, again, to set up an espionage apparatus.

Hutchison Whampoa is controlled by the Chinese government. And if you don’t have somebody there that’s from America whose an American employee of the Customs Service or the Coast Guard, whoever they want to put over there, however they want to name them, that’s representing America’s interest, there’s a chance for it to go haywire.

Late Iranian General Soleimani Made Serious Threat Against The United States

On July 26, 2018, Iranian Major General Qassem Soleimani, the “Shadow Commander” in charge of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Quds Force that conducts clandestine operations for Iran, threatened President Trump and the United States. Soleimani warned America that Iran would “destroy all that you possess” and quoted ancient Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu. “You know our power in the region and our capabilities in asymmetric war…I’m telling you, Mr. Trump the gambler, I am telling you: know that where you are not thinking of, we are near you. Places you cannot imagine, we are next to you.”

While General Soleimani was permanently taken off the battlefield by President Trump, Soleimiani led Iran’s Quds Force that remains an active threat to the United States.

EMP expert Dr. Peter Vincent Pry warned in an April 26, 2020 Newsmax article:

Gulftainer affiliate Crescent Petroleum’s former Head of Strategic Planning was a former Iranian military officer. Crescent Petroleum maintained an office on Africa Expressway in Tehran, in defiance of U.S. sanctions against Iran.

Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT), while serving as Representative Sanders (I-VT) on the House Financial Services Committee, passionately opposed on national security grounds the 2006 Dubai Ports World deal that would have handed over six major US seaports to the UAE government.

The UAE has been a key transfer point for illegal shipments of nuclear components to Iran, North Korea, and Libya. … The 9/11 Commission reported that a United States missile strike intended for Osama bin Laden had to be called off in 1999 because members of the United Arab Emirates Royal Family and government officials were at Bin Laden’s hunting camp in Afghanistan. In other words, we could have killed Osama bin Laden over two years before 9/11 if we were not concerned about harming the royal family of the UAE.

Can any of you tell the American people the names of the government officials or royal family who enjoyed hunting trips together with Osama bin Laden?

Further, can you tell us that these very same officials will not be involved in the UAE government-run Dubai Ports World which will have ownership over six major American ports?

Dr. Jafar’s expansive nuclear weapons program had 20,000 employees, 7,000 of whom were scientists and engineers. “Jafar’s empire included more than two dozen weapons plants, most of them clustered around Baghdad. He managed a legion of employees and remarkable laboratories that concentrated exclusively on fissile materials and their weaponization” according to the book Critical Mass: The Dangerous Race for Superweapons in a Fragmenting World.

NBC News referred to Dr. Jafar as “a combination of Lawrence of Arabia and Dr. Strangelove who mixes Muslim fatalism, Arab nationalism, and modern technocracy.”

Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar also oversaw technology transfer operations in support of Iraq’s chemical and biological warfare programs, according to CIA documents.

Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar is the CEO of GULFTAINER affiliate Uruk Project Development Company, establishing not only a direct Iraqi family connection, but also a direct business connection between GULFTAINER, the lessee of Delaware’s proposed Edgemoore container terminal site and Saddam Hussein’s extensive weapons of mass destruction programs.

The United States Secretary of Defense placed Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s name on U.S. Central Command’s classified Operation Iraqi Freedom Blacklist of senior Saddam Hussein regime officials that U.S. military and Coalition partners were tasked with capturing, and in the case that U.S. or coalition service members faced resistance, to engage with lethal military force.

Dr. Jafar designed and built Saddam’s ‘Arab Bomb,’ the Iraqi miniaturized nuclear weapon known as ‘Beach Ball.’ Saddam Hussein, according to the book Brighter Than the Baghdad Sun: Saddam Hussein’s Nuclear Threat to the United States, planned to conceal one of Dr. Jafar’s ‘Beach Balls’ aboard a cargo ship, and sail it into Israel’s Port of Haifa, which is often visited by U.S. Navy warships and submarines. Saddam planned to detonate Dr. Jafar’s nuclear weapon in Israel’s port.

Like Saddam, GULFTAINER has a particular affinity for positioning its container terminals near U.S. Navy ships and submarines, especially U.S. Navy ballistic submarines armed with Trident II ballistic missiles that comprise America’s last line of nuclear deterrence and defense against China and Russia. GULFTAINER maintains a very close and long-time association with Russia, a relationship that dates back into the Soviet era.

From 2012 to 2014, GULFTAINER executed its secretly-negotiated operation ‘Project Pelican.’

Initially, GULFTAINER attempted to take over container terminal operations at Florida’s Port of Jacksonville, in a $250 million under-the-table scheme that would have made GULFTAINER a secret, silent partner at the port.

The Port of Jacksonville is located a few miles south of Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, home of the U.S. Navy’s Atlantic fleet of Trident ballistic missile submarines. The Jacksonville deal fell through in 2012 after it was exposed by a local reporter.

In 2014, however, GULFTAINER succeeded in securing a 35-year no-bid container terminal lease at Florida’s Port Canaveral, home of another U.S. Navy submarine base and adjacent to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.

President Barack Obama’s administration bypassed the required CFIUS National Security Threat Assessment of GULFTAINER’s ‘Project Pelican’ Port Canaveral deal.

GULFTAINER affiliate Crescent Petroleum also provided material and financial support to Saddam Hussein’s regime in support of Iraq’s military industrial complex, and in particular, Saddam Hussein’s nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons of mass destruction programs, collectively referred to by the regime as Saddam’s “superweapons” programs.

In a letter to Crescent Petroleum owner Hamid Dhia Jafar, a copy of which was provided to United States Members of Congress investigating the military capabilities of Saddam’s Iraqi regime, was written and signed by Iraqi Lt. Gen. Dr. Amir Al-Saadi (a.k.a. al-Sadi), co-Deputy Minister of Military Industrialization (alongside Deputy Minister Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar) who also served as the head of Iraq’s chemical weapons program. Dr. Al-Saadi was #32 on the U.S. military’s most wanted list and Seven of Diamonds in the Iraqi Most Wanted Playing Cards.

Al-Saadi was recently named as a co-conspirator in a lawsuit filed on behalf of the survivors of the Halabja chemical weapons massacre.

In the below letter, Deputy Minister Lt. General Dr. Al-Saadi authorized Gulfainer owner Hamid Dhia Jafar to launch a secret Iraqi regime operation known as ‘Oil-For-Superweapons’ to illegally sell Iraqi gasoline to unwitting American motorists in order to finance Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction programs, including Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s covert nuclear weapons and uranium enrichment programs.

GULFTAINER’s Connections To The Halabja Chemical Weapons Genocide: Saddam Hussein “Gassed His Own People”

GULFTAINER has direct ties to the architects of the 1988 Halabja chemical weapons genocide by which Saddam Hussein’s regime used sulfer mustard and other chemical weapon agents to massacre at least 5,000 Kurdish civilians and wound 10,000 more with chemical burns, neurological damage, and other severe, permanent injuries. The Halabja chemical weapons attack also contaminated Halabja’s natural environment.

Why Was There No GULFTAINER CFIUS Review And National Security Threat Analysis: CFIUS Staff Chair Amin Nabi Mir’s Connections To Hamas And Pakistani Intelligence Service ISI

“As CFIUS Staff Chair, and then as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Investment Security at the US Department of the Treasury, Aimen served as the most senior US government career official responsible for conducting US national security reviews of foreign investment, managing the disposition of over 1,000 transactions,” according to a 2019 press release. Mir was in a position to influence GULFTAINER’s CFIUS case while overseeing CFIUS cases at the Treasury Department and during an unusual eight-month stint in 2014 at the Department of Justice National Security Division.

In the cases of both GULFTAINER’s Port of Wilmington lease and GULFTAINER’s Port Canaveral lease, U.S. Treasury Department officials incorrectly argued that GULFTAINER was not required to undergo CFIUS national security investigations and National Security Threat Analysis on the flawed legal theory that because those port agreements were leases and not purchases they were not CFIUS “covered transactions.”

Aimen Mir was the two-time president of the youth wing of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). ISNA is associated with Palestinian terror organization Hamas. ISNA was named by the U.S. Justice Department as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land terrorism support case.

Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s Iraqi biological warfare colleague Dr. Rihab Taha was known as Dr. Germ. “Iraq had decided to begin full-scale production of anthrax and botulinum toxin. Botulinum, being a toxin, was Taha’s favorite,” NBC News reported in an article titled “The World’s Deadliest Woman?

Dr. Taha worked directly for Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, Saddam’s Deputy Minister of Military Industrialization.

The BBC reported:

The facts are undeniable. Dr Taha’s team grew 19,000 litres of botulinum toxin, a food poison that swells the tongue and suffocates its victim.

Two thousand litres of aflatoxin were produced, which causes liver cancer. And they also prepared gas gangrene, which causes skin to melt away.

UN weapons inspectors discovered munitions filled with these agents dumped in a river, proving they had indeed been weaponised.

According to a U.S. Air Force research report, Dr. Taha:

had earlier been responsible for tests of anthrax and botulinum at Iraq’s Salman Park facility.These tests were conducted on rats, mice, rhesus monkeys, beagles and donkeys. In unreleased video tapes seized by the U.N. two years ago, the animals that had been exposed to germ agents were shown writhing and dying in agony.

“Taha was directly responsible for those tests and some believe she may also have been responsible for human trials [of biological weapons], although she and the Iraqi government deny it,” NBC News stated.

During Operation Iraqi Freedom, radioactive material from Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar’s nuclear weapons and uranium enrichment programs sickened U.S. personnel on the ground that were searching for WMDs.

The American people, including many operating within the government, have been conditioned by the media to repeat the phrase “there were no WMDs in Iraq.”

Any thorough and honest investigation of Dr. Jafar and his WMD programs will reveal that there were WMDs in Iraq and many of them remain unaccounted for. Many Iraqi WMD sites were never even located or inspected. Moreover U.S. troops were sickened after exposure to chemical weapons and radiation while operating in Iraq.

On September 15, 2021, North Korea tested a new “railway-borne missile system,” according to North Korean state television. U.S. allies South Korea and Japan detected two ballistic missile launches. The UN Security Council held an emergency meeting to discuss the missile tests, according to France’s UN ambassador.

North Korea’s new train-launched missile system resembles Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile system. The Club-K launches Russian Kalibr cruise missiles from intermodal cargo containers transported aboard ships, trucks, and trains. The Club-K’s missiles can deliver nuclear, EMP, chemical, biological, and conventional payloads at up to supersonic speeds.

Joe Biden’s disastrous Afghanistan fiasco and surrender of Afghanistan and Bagram Air Base to the Taliban demonstrated to the entire world that his allegiance, and Obama’s allegiance, is to America’s adversaries China, Pakistan, and the Taliban, not to the United States.

Pakistan is the primary sponsor of the Taliban, and China is the main sponsor of Pakistan and North Korea.

Or, these CFIUS staff members, whom the Obama administration had installed, were complicit…

…President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden established the TIGER GRANT program in 2009 under the umbrella of the so-called Recovery Act. Biden and Obama quickly began steering millions of taxpayer dollars through the U.S. Department of Transportation to seaport and container terminal projects that would later benefit GULFTAINER.

GULFTAINER operates as a front company for U.S. adversaries.

The CFIUS gatekeeper installed by the Obama-Biden regime was Aimen Nabi Mir, former two-time president of the youth wing of the Islamic Society of America (ISNA).

Since Obama/Biden Took Office, North Korea Has Entered America’s Backyard; North Korean Freighter Ships Previously Sailed Caribbean Sea, Gulf Of Mexico Near The U.S. Coast, Smuggled Weapons Missile Components From Cuba, Turned Off Transponders To Conceal Identity And Location

Forbes reported in a 2014 article titled “North Korean Ship Tests the Waters Near America’s Shores”:

It’s not often that North Korean-flagged freighters turn up near America’s shores, but when they do, they deserve attention. North Korea has a prolific record of arms smuggling, narcotics dealing, counterfeiting, terrorist ties and missile and nuclear proliferation. So, let’s hope U.S. authorities are keeping a close eye on a North Korean cargo ship called the Mu Du Bong, which late last month called at Cuba, then vanished from the commercial shipping grid for more than a week. This past Thursday, July 10, the Mu Du Bong reappeared at Havana, then began steaming north of Cuba, and as of this writing is cruising the Gulf of Mexico, not all that far from the Mexican port of Tampico — or for that matter, the coast of Texas.

The previous year, another North Korean freighter, the Chong Chon Gang, was caught smuggling weapons, including surface to air missile components and Soviet-built MiG fighter jets, out of Cuba.

According to Forbes:

The U.N. report describes how the Chong Chon Gang set out in mid-2013 from North Korea, took on fuel in a Russian Far East port, crossed the Pacific and transited the Panama Canal into the Caribbean. The ship then disappeared from the commercial shipping grid by switching off its onboard transponder, the Automatic Identification System (AIS), with which vessels for reasons of maritime safety are required to signal their identity and real-time location.

The Chong Chon Gang episode combines two of North Korea’s maritime smuggling modus operandi: the use of shipping containers and bulk carrier vessels owned by North Korean companies. The United Nations Panel of Experts has documented the use of shipping containers for North Korea-related consignments of embargoed dual use or military goods that may be used for missile production or weapons of mass destruction (WMD) programs…These consignments, falsely declared and transported anonymously for much of their journey aboard container vessels owned by some of the world’s biggest shipping lines, blend into the huge volumes of container traffic that depart East Asia for Middle Eastern, European and African markets on a daily basis.

If a North Korean freighter ship carrying missile launchers concealed inside rail cars or intermodal cargo containers sails undetected in the Caribbean Sea or the Gulf of Mexico, it could strike U.S. targets, including U.S. military bases and major cities such as Houston and Miami.

If North Korea smuggles a container missile launching system aboard a major shipping line, it could end up inside the United States.

These serious national security incidents involving North Korean ‘ghost’ freighter ships sailing with transponders turned off while smuggling Cuban weapons near United States shores did not stop Barack Obama from visiting Cuba in 2016, where he and wife Michelle attended a baseball game and did ‘the wave’ with fellow Marxist revolutionary Raúl Castro.

Another Obama-Biden Technology Transfer To America’s Enemies? Russia’s Club-K Uses Technology Almost Identical To 92 Percent Completed U.S. Army NLOS-LS ‘Missiles In A Box’ System That ‘Coincidentally’ Obama And Ash Carter Cancelled At The Same Time That Russia Announced Club-K

The technology used in Russia’s Club-K appears identical to technology developed for the U.S. military under a program called the Netfires XM501 Non-Line-of-Sight Launch System (NLOS-LS), also known as “missiles in a box.” NLOS-LS was part of the U.S. Army’s Future Combat Systems, the largest U.S. Army modernization program since the Second World War.

In 2010, the Obama-Biden Administration’s Under Secretary of Defense Ash Carter cancelled Future Combat Systems and NLOS-LS, even though NLOS-LS was 92 percent complete. By scrapping NLOS-LS, Obama and Ash Carter threw out 13 years of “missiles in a box” research and development that had cost $1.1 billion.

Russia immediately announced that they had ‘developed’ their own version of the NLOS-LS, which Russia called the Club-K.

The timing of Obama and Carter’s 2010 cancellation of the U.S. Army’s NLOS-LS and Russia’s 2010 unveiling of their own version of that system, the Club-K Container Missile System, coincided within only a few weeks.

Under Secretary Carter canceled NLOS-LS against the advice of nine U.S. House Armed Services Committee members and two retired U.S. Army four-star generals who helped develop the system.

Retired four-star U.S. Army general, Paul Gorman, who with DARPA developed Netfires NLOS-LS, stated that NLOS-LS could have saved the lives and limbs of U.S. troops stationed at forward operating bases in Afghanistan that were constantly under attack by Taliban fighters.

General Gorman cited the “growing human costs, not only in lives lost, but also in the ever-expanding numbers of wounded warriors.”

U.S. weapons showing up in the hands of adversaries became commonplace under Obama and Biden. In 2021 Biden surrendered Afghanistan to the Taliban.

In another Obama-Biden transfer of U.S. defense technology to America’s enemies, Biden surrendered Afghanistan and Bagram Air Base to the Taliban terrorists, awarding them $82 billion worth of taxpayer-funded military equipment and technology.

Consider this nightmare scenario:

The Russian Uranium One deal is connected to the Clinton Foundation, former President Barack Obama, Russian intelligence, and Russia’s nuclear military industrial complex.

So is the secret “Project Pelican” Gulftainer deal with Florida’s Port Canaveral connected to the Clinton Foundation, former President Barack Obama, Russian intelligence, and Russia’s nuclear military industrial complex.

But this is not a bad dream, it’s reality and it begins where the Uranium One deal and the Port Canaveral Gulftainer deal intersect — at the Iraqi Jafar family.

The Jafars were deeply involved in Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein’s secret nuclear weapons and uranium enrichment programs. That involvement included decades of contact with Russian intelligence.

Gulftainer and the Jafars are in the final stages of taking over operational control of Delaware’s Port of Wilmington, near Philadelphia. Diamond State Port Corporation will meet at 9 a.m. on Friday, April 6, at Wilmington’s Chase Center on the Riverfront to vote on the deal.

Gulfainer hid its secretly negotiated Port Canaveral deal from the American people until the day deal was simultaneously announced and signed. Similarly, Gulftainer hid its pending deal with the Port of Wilmington until Thursday, March 22, 2018, when members of the U.S. Senate and Congress was leaving Washington D.C. for a two-week recess. Gulftainer has been lobbying Delaware’s state assembly.

Delaware Secretary of State Jeffrey W. Bullock, the Democrat politician in control of the Port of Wilmington through his simultaneous position as chairman of the board of the semi-public Diamond State Port Corporation, told the News Journal that “the goal is to have a contract the (Delaware) General Assembly can debate when the body returns from Easter break.”

Diamond State Port Corporation’s board is scheduled to vote on the Gulftainer deal April 6th.

The scandalous Uranium One deal transferred control of 20 percent of U.S. uranium reserves — a strategic element essential to nuclear weapons, nuclear energy, and national defense — to Russian interests linked to Vladimir Putin.

Under Project Pelican at Port Canaveral, Obama awarded a 35-year cargo container terminal lease to Gulftainer and the Jafar family, despite the national debacle over the 2006 Dubai Ports Worlds deal.

Naval Station Port Canaveral, a nuclear submarine base used by Trident missile-armed “boomers,” is located a few hundred yards from Gulftainer’s terminal. NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and Canaveral Air Force Station, a U.S. military gateway to space utilized by SpaceX, are very near Gulftainer’s terminal.

Boeing E4B “Doomsday’ planes are also occasionally seen at Patrick Air Force Base.

Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral lease was allowed by the Committee on Foreign Investments (CFIUS) despite connections between Crescent’s principals and Saddam Hussein’s WMD and uranium enrichment  programs.

Gulftainer is the port container operations subsidiary of the Jafar family’s UAE-based conglomerate the Crescent Group. Crescent Petroleum and Crescent Investments, like Gulftainer, are subsidiaries of the Crescent Group.

Hamid Jafar and his brother and business partner rogue nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar funded and managed Saddam’s Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) programs. Both are top executives at Gulftainer’s parent company the Crescent Group.

The Jafars and their Gulftainer affiliate Crescent Petroleum were investigated by the Pentagon, Congress, and the Treasury Department. Crescent Group Chairman Hamid Jafar schemed to fund Saddam’s WMD programs through Crescent Petroleum.

Hamid’s brother, Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, directed Saddam’s nuclear weapons and uranium enrichment programs. Dr. Jafar, (aka Ja’far), according to CIA documents, oversaw procurement and technology transfer operations for Saddam’s nuclear, chemical, and biological WMD programs.

Known as the “father of Iraq’s nuclear program” and “the father of Iraq’s uranium enrichment program,” Dr. Jafar served as Saddam’s Deputy Defense Minister and directed Iraq’s own nuclear weapons “Manhattan Project” with a team of over 27,000 scientists and technicians — a workforce comparable in size to the CIA.

At the onset of Operation Iraqi Freedom the Pentagon considered Dr. Jafar a high-value target. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld placed Dr. Jafar’s name on CENTCOM’s secret “blacklist,” designating Jafar as an enemy combatant and an enemy of the United States.

Rumsfeld identified Dr. Jafar as a senior Saddam regime official wanted for capture and approved as a legitimate military target who could be engaged by coalition forces.

The Jafars, through several Crescent Group subsidiaries, entered into multiple joint ventures and other deals with Russian state-owned enterprises, all connected to Russia’s military industrial complex.

Crescent Investments entered a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Inter RAO UES, a subsidiary of Russia’s state-owned Rosatom, the new majority owner of Uranium One.

The Jafars’ Inter RAO UES deal happened in February 2011, only months after Rosatom acquired Uranium One. Rosatom manages Russia’s sprawling nuclear weapons production complex.

Igor Sechin, Inter RAO UES chairman of the board, is also CEO of Russia’s state-owned oil conglomerate Rosneft that is in a joint venture with the Jafars’ Crescent Petroleum.

Former KGB agent Igor Sechin, known as “the Darth Vader of Russia, is ”more powerful than Russian prime minister Dmitry Medvedev,” “more powerful than Vladimir Putin” and “feared more than Putin” Forbes reported in January 2018.

The Inter RAO UES and Rosneft Russian business deals connect Gulftainer to Uranium One. Russian executives move between Inter RAO UES, Uranium One, and Rosatom as though through a revolving door.

The Jafars’ deal with Rostec/Rosoboronexport, a 2010 joint venture named Gulftainer Russian Technologies, elevates U.S. national security risks.

Gulftainer entered a joint venture with Russia’s state-owned weapons conglomerate Rostec, the sole shareholder of Rosoboronexport. Rostec/Rosoboronexport exports Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K Container Cruise Missile Launch System.

At first glance, the Club-K appears to be a standard intermodal cargo container. Upon remote satellite activation, Club-K “containers” instantly transform into deadly advanced weapons systems capable of launching surprise attacks of Russian Kalibr cruise missiles armed with nuclear, EMP, chemical, and conventional warheads.

Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K ‘containers’ can arrive undetected throughout America via semi-truck, rail car, ship, or riverine, quietly lying in wait until satellites transmit electronic launch orders from space.

The Jafar’s Gulftainer container terminal at Port Canaveral is a potential entry point for Russian Club-K “containers.”

EMP expert Dr. Peter Pry told the Washington Examiner, “Iran has also purchased Russia’s Club-K missile system … The Club-K, if armed with a nuclear warhead, could be used to execute an EMP attack.”

The Club-K “is able to wipe out an aircraft carrier up to 400 kilometers away,” warns MG Paul E. Vallely, U.S. Army (Ret.).

Badr Jafar, CEO of Gulftainer’s parent Crescent Enterprises and Chairman of Gulftainer’s Executive Board, visited the Obama White House on March 27, 2014, six weeks before Gulftainer simultaneously announced and signed the Port Canaveral lease, according to visitor logs.

Badr Jafar announced at an Abu Dhabi business conference where Badr Jafar and Former President George W. Bush were both speakers that Gulftainer plans to “close an acquisition on the U.S. East Coast this year” and launch operations at a second U.S. port, Reuters reported on Feb. 8, 2018.

Gulftainer, the News Journal revealed on March 22, 2018, is now in the final stages of acquiring control of Delaware’s Port of Wilmington and plans to expand the port by building a new container terminal on the site of a former DuPont (spun off as Chemours) chemical plant.

Crescent Petroleum CEO Majid Jafar and former President Bill Clinton co-chair the Business Backs Education initiative. In March 2014, three months before Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral deal was announced, Majid Jafar and Bill Clinton were photographed together at a Dubai meeting of Business Backs Education, an educational project funded by the Varkey GEMS foundation.

The Varkey Foundation website states: “The Varkey GEMS Foundation has helped to facilitate more than 2,300 commitments through the Clinton Global Initiative to date. Upon funding and implementation, these commitments will have a total value of over $70 billion.”

The Wall Street JournalThe New York Times, and Morningstar reported in early February 2018 that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Bank have launched a forensic accounting trace on hundreds of millions of dollars they gave to the Abraaj Group, a Pakistani private equity group affiliated with Crescent Investments.

Hamid Jafar is a founding shareholder of the Abraaj Group. Barack Obama’s Occidental College friend Wahid Hamid from Pakistan is a managing partner. The missing money was earmarked for hospital projects in Pakistan and other developing countries.

Shady Biden Port Deals Placed US At Risk From Russian, Chinese Club-K Container Missiles; Biden’s TIGER Grants Set The Table For GULFTAINER

Hunter Biden Tried To Turn Over Louisiana’s Proposed Monkey Island LNG Port To Chinese Intelligence And The Chinese Army

Hunter Biden’s proposed Monkey Island, Louisiana liquified-natural-gas (LNG) port deal with communist China that Hunter Biden brokered was not the only shady U.S. strategic infrastructure seaport deal that the Bidens implemented with adversarial foreign front companies.

Hunter Biden’s shady port deal with CEFC China Energy, a Chinese front company connected to Chinese intelligence services and the Chinese Army, the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), were confirmed through audio recordings of Hunter Biden himself that were discovered on his laptop and were also confirmed by The New Yorker magazine.

No amount of “plausible deniability” can cover for the fact that the Bidens are compromised by Red China and deeply involved in handing over U.S. strategic seaports to shadowy foreign front companies operating on behalf of America’s most lethal adversaries, the governments of Russia and China.

Joe Biden used Department of Transportation TIGER GRANTS to set the table for GULFTAINER, a foreign company linked to Russia, China, Iran, the former Iraqi regime of Saddam Hussein and Saddam’s Iraqi WMDs, to take over shipping container terminals at two U.S. strategic seaports, one in Florida and another in Delaware.

GULFTAINER, a Middle Eastern-based seaports operator, received no-bid leases at Florida’s Port Canaveral (35 years) and Delaware’s Port of Wilmington (50 years) after those ports received infrastructure upgrades that GULFTAINER (a.k.a. GT USA) needed to operate. These port infrastructure upgrades were paid for with millions of dollars in Obama-Biden Stimulus infrastructure grants known as TIGER GRANTS (Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery Grants).

The Obama/Biden administration installed a CFIUS (Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States) ‘gatekeeper’ to ensure that GULFTAINER and their secretly-negotiated U.S. port deals were never subjected to the required CFIUS national security reviews and the required National Security Threat Analysis that involves all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies. Those security reviews were bypassed. The National Security Threat Analysis never happened. Those 17 U.S. intelligence agencies were never notified by CFIUS staff at the U.S. Treasury department that GULFTAINER was attempting to take over container terminals at strategic U.S. seaports. Or, these CFIUS staff members, whom the Obama administration had installed, were complicit.

Biden’s TIGER GRANTS Awarded To Port Canaveral And Port Of Wilmington Before GULFTAINER Won No-Bid Leases To Port Canaveral And Port Of Wilmington; GULFTAINER Owner Is Brother/Business Partner Of Saddam Hussein’s Nuclear Mastermind

GULFTAINER, the beneficiary of those Obama-Biden TIGER GRANT stimulus dollars, is owned by the United Arab Emirates government and Iraq-born oil oligarch Hamid Dhia Jafar, the brother and business partner of Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons mastermind Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar.

The Pentagon placed Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar on the Operation Iraqi Freedom CENTCOM ‘BLACKLIST’ of senior Saddam Hussein regime leaders wanted for capture or kill by U.S. and Coalition military forces.

GULFTAINER owner Hamid Dhia Jafar had previously been under investigation by the U.S. Treasury Department and three U.S. congressional committees for his ‘Oil-For-Superweapons’ scheme to sell Iraqi oil to fund Saddam and Dr. Jafar’s WMD programs, including nuclear weapons development and uranium enrichment operations.

Dr. Jafar also oversaw Iraqi chemical and biological warfare programs alongside Hamid Jafar’s ‘Oil-For-Superweapons’ co-conspirator Lt. Gen. Dr. Amir Al-Saadi, the father of Iraq’s chemical warfare program. Dr. Al-Saadi and Barack Obama’s Iraq billionaire patron Nadhmi Auchi were named in a 2018 lawsuit as co-conspirators in the 1988 Halabja chemical weapons genocide.

By weaponizing federal TIGER infrastructure grants, Vice President Joe Biden helped U.S. adversaries. While telling American workers that the TIGER grants were creating American jobs, Joe Biden was actually paving the way for foreign seaports operators such as GULFTAINER to take over U.S. ports. Biden ‘privatized’ America’s critical infrastructure ports through back-room no-bid deals that rolled out the red carpet for the foreign operators and compromised the national security of the United States.

By upgrading America’s critical infrastructure ports in the years and months leading up to the foreign takeover of those very same ports, Joe Biden set America up for potential “unrestricted warfare” attacks that could be exponentially more devastating than the September 11, 2001 attacks. Americans made their wishes known back in 2006 during the Dubai Ports World debacle by rejecting the idea of a Middle Eastern company operating American ports.

Within that same timeframe, just before GULFTAINER initiated secret negotiations, code-named ‘Project Pelican,’ for Port Canaveral cargo container operations, Russia announced that it had acquired a new weapon, the Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System. In the aftermath of Russia’s Club-K announcement, GULFTAINER entered into a joint venture with state-owned ROSTEC/ROSOBORONEXPORT, Russia’s exporter of the Club-K.

During this same time period, GULFTAINER became a part-owner of Russia’s Port of Ust Luga, one of twelve Russian ports authorized to handle nuclear materials. ROSOBORONEXPORT has recently used the Port of Ust Luga to ship Russian missiles to China.

On the same day that Delaware officials with Diamond State Port Corporation voted to lease the Port of Wilmington to GULFTAINER, President Trump imposed sanctions on ROSOBORONEXPORT.

The Club-K is a Russian cruise missile launching system that looks identical to a standard commercial intermodal shipping container. The Club-K launches Russian Kalibr cruise missiles that can deliver nuclear, EMP, chemical, biological, and conventional payloads. The Club-K’s missiles achieve supersonic speed during the terminal phase of travel toward their targets and can destroy an aircraft carrier from 200 miles away.  Unfortunately, U.S. missile defenses are oriented outward to detect missiles launched from outside the United States, not missiles launched from inside the United States.

Shortly before Project Pelican negotiations began, the Jacksonville Business Journal exposed GULFTAINER’s attempt to pay $250 million under the table in exchange for becoming a secret, silent partner at Florida’s Port of Jacksonville. The Port of Jacksonville is in close proximity to Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay. The exposure of GULFTAINER’s under-the-table payment collapsed the Jafars’ planned deal at the Port of Jacksonville. Convicted felon Corrine Brown was involved with the duplicitous Port of Jacksonville deal.

TIGER GRANTS managed by Joe Biden were awarded to the Port of Jacksonville, Port Canaveral, and the Port of Wilmington.

Joe Biden Managed Millions of Dollars In TIGER Port Infrastructure Grants That Helped GULFTAINER, The Seaports Management Company Linked To China, Iraqi WMDs, and Russia, Take Over U.S. Critical Infrastructure Strategic Ports; In Military Jargon, Joe Biden Brought America’s Enemies ‘Inside The Wire’

President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden established the TIGER GRANT program in 2009 under the umbrella of the so-called Recovery Act. Biden and Obama quickly began steering millions of taxpayer dollars through the U.S. Department of Transportation to seaport and container terminal projects that would later benefit GULFTAINER.

GULFTAINER operates as a front company for U.S. adversaries.

President Barack H. Obama, speaking before a crowd of dignitaries at the Port of Wilmington, Delaware, on July 17, 2014, announced:

Thanks to a competitive grant program called TIGER—a program, by the way, that was part of the Recovery Act that we initiated when I first came into office and Joe Biden helped to manage—this port is rebuilding a wharf that will finally let Wilmington compete with other ports for the biggest cargo ships. [Applause] For the biggest cargo ships.

Vice President Joe Biden, during a visit to the Port of Baltimore alongside U.S. Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx, announced that “TIGER Grants were conceived by our administration to build a 21st century infrastructure, a 21st century economy.”

However, that 21st century infrastructure ended up in the hands of foreign companies instead of American companies. Those foreign companies subsequently gave some of the port jobs to foreign workers who were awarded special work visas. Joe Biden was not working on behalf of the American people.

GULFTAINER’s Connections To Communist China

The UAE government that partially owns GULFTAINER entered into a joint venture with China’s state-owned shipping company COSCO, granting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) control of the UAE’s Port of Abu Dhabi for a period of 35 years.

The Obama administration granted GULFTAINER partners Hamid Dhia Jafar and Muhammad Al-Qassimi, the Emir of Sharjah in the UAE, a 35-year container terminal lease at Florida’s Port Canaveral.

The UAE’s COSCO-controlled Port of Abu Dhabi is now part of China’s One Belt One Road Initiative. China is the only foreign country that the UAE allows to operate a port inside the Emirates.

The New York Times reported in 2003:

For two years before the American invasion of Iraq, Mr. Hussein’s sons, generals and front companies were engaged in lengthy negotiations with North Korea, according to computer files discovered by international inspectors and the accounts of Bush administration officials …

… the goal was to obtain a full production line to manufacture, under an Iraqi flag, the North Korean [Rodong a.k.a. No-dong] missile system, which would be capable of hitting American allies and bases around the region …

According to the CSIS Missile Defense Project, “numerous reports suggest that the North Koreans received [No-dong missile] assistance from Russian and Chinese scientists.”

Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar was seeking a delivery system for his miniaturized nuclear weapon known as ‘Beach Ball.’

Gulftainer parent company Crescent Enterprises, led by Badr Jafar, is a partial owner of Gama Aviation and has been involved with Gama since 2006. In 2019, Hutchison Whampoa China increased its stake in Gama Aviation to 30 percent.The Iraqi Jafar family that owns GULFTAINER is partnered with the Chinese government through Hutchison Whampoa.

Hutchison Whampoa scans U.S.- bound cargo containers at the Port of Freeport, Bahamas, an arrangement that experts consider to be a national security risk for the United States.

Newsmax reported in 2006:

Asia’s richest man, Li [Ka-Shing] owns Hutchison Whampoa. He is well known outside of financial circles, having attracted the attention of the U.S. military in a top-secret document drawn up in 1999 during his successful bid to buy the Panama Canal ports.

According to the October 1999 “intelligence assessment” prepared by the U.S. military’s Southern Command, the Hong Kong billionaire is a “threat” to U.S. national security…

…  According to a 1999 investigative report by the American Foreign Policy Council, “Hutchison Whampoa, through its Hutchison International Terminals subsidiary or Panama Ports Co., has substantial links to the Chinese communist government and the People’s Liberation Army.”

Both Russia’s Club-K Container Missile System and China’s version of the Club-K, the YJ-18C container missile, are Trojan Horse advanced weapon systems disguised as commercial intermodal shipping containers.

In an interesting side note, China is now producing toy models of the Club-K, that makes a nice trophy for many CCP families.

China’s massive military programs and China’s Belt and Road Initiative by which China is taking over seaports around the world were made possible by Joe Biden, who as a U.S. Senator, fought hard to grant China entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO) and to receive Most Favored Nation trade status, leaving China flush with cash that the communist regime now uses to prepare for military attacks against the United States and U.S. allies such as Taiwan and South Korea. China’s new found wealth enables it to build and manufacture China’s version of the Club-K.

Bill Gertz reported in the Washington Free Beacon in March 2019:

China is building a long-range cruise missile fired from a shipping container that could turn Beijing’s large fleet of freighters into potential warships and commercial ports into future missile bases.

The new missile is in flight testing and is a land-attack variant of an advanced anti-ship missile called the YJ-18C, according to American defense officials.

The missile will be deployed in launchers that appear from the outside to be standard international shipping containers used throughout the world for moving millions of tons of goods, often on the deck of large freighters.

The YJ-18C is China’s version of the Club-K cruise missile built by Russia that also uses a launcher disguised as a shipping container.

Joe Biden brought dangerous adversaries inside the wire of America’s critical infrastructure ports, violating the dictates set forth in Sun Tzu’s book “The Art of War.” Joe Biden’s actions went well beyond the point where plausible deniability would be a credible excuse.

Military academies throughout the world teach young officers about the ancient Chinese master military strategist Sun Tzu.

Joe Biden, in a stealth manner, brought the enemy inside the wire. Considering Sun Tzu’s maxim on warfare being based upon deception, and the exposure of the Biden family’s connections to Chinese intelligence services and to the Chinese military, one has to ask for whom does Joe Biden work.

It is almost as if Sun Tzu, thousands of years ago, had envisioned Joe Biden’s TIGER Grant operation for Gulftainer in concert with Russia’s Club-K Container Missile System.

Considering Sun Tzu’s maxim on deception, Joe Biden’s deals with the Chinese communists, and Biden’s efforts to rebuild U.S. ports in anticipation of foreign takeovers, a serious investigation should commence regarding GULFTAINER’s U.S. port leases. Had any of these port deals received the legally-mandated CFIUS National Security Threat Analysis, Joe Biden could not have gotten away with these blatant acts of treason.
