Just a few hours after still-President Trump demanded a “redo” of the 2022 presidential elections based on the hard evidence produced at Mike Lindell’s recent symposium and other data pertinent thereto that is popping nearly every day, The Two Mikes had the opportunity to interview Mary Fanning of the American Report.
Referring to Trump’s demand, Fanning explained that Lindell’s symposium produced evidence of a 2020 election stolen with the participation of China that is irrefutable and accepted by an ever-increasing number of experts across the country, as well as every American with a bit of common sense.
Ms. Fanning said in the wake of the symposium’s data, the word “conspiracy” can no longer be connected to claims of a stolen 2020 election. She recalled that John Brennan and James Clapper redirected the “Hammer” signals-collection system against Americans. Once activated, Hammer began collecting against the Supreme Court Justices, 153 other federal judges, Senators, Congressman, and other politicians and public figures across the country.
No one, however, was tracked more constantly or completely than Trump, his family, and his business; there were literally a “zillion” times on which they were the “hammer’s” target.
All of this data was included in the 47 hard drives — which, printed and stacked, would be 30 miles tall — that Dennis Montgomery turned over to the FBI to be investigated for criminality and perhaps treason, but — like Hunter Biden’s laptop — the FBI deep-sixed the discs.
Ms. Fanning took a moment to praise two of America’s most honorable patriots — Lt. General Thomas McInerney and the late Admiral James “Ace” Lyons — for their efforts to keep this information before the American public even as the media tried to bury it.
The information from the symposium and hard-drives, of course, shows that America has many foreign enemies, not only in China but among a half-dozen or more European countries that lent aid to the Democrats, the FBI and CIA in their efforts to block trump from the Republican nomination; to remove him through two impeachments, and the then by stealing the 2020 election.
There are, obviously, no shortage of mortal enemies of Trump and the republic here at home, such as the white guilt-ridden liberals, the manipulated black community, deflective Chinese Americans whom refused to admit that the bioweapon came from China; and none is worse, and more seldom mentioned, than many in the Jewish-American community and their businesses, like Big Tech/Media which can always be found on the side opposing Trump and on the side of those eager to destroy Americans, their republic and Constitution, and their families, liberty, and livelihoods.

On September 11th and 12th, 2012 — ten years ago — during the battle of Benghazi terror attack against the US State Department’s diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, Obama Administration officials ordered a stand down of fully-ready US Air Force aircraft on the flight line at Aviano Air Base in Northern Italy — and then lied about it to the American people.
CIA security contractors Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty (both former US Navy SEALs) were killed while heroically defending the Benghazi compound from terror militias under the command of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The Iranian-led terrorists also killed US Ambassador Christopher Stevens and U.S. Foreign Service Officer Sean Smith.
President Donald Trump ordered the assasination of General Soleimani, who was killed on January 3, 2020 in a U.S. drone strike near the Baghdad International Airport in Iraq.
In an exclusive audio statement provided to The American Report, a former U.S. service member [name withheld] who was stationed at Aviano Air Base at the time of the Benghazi Terror attack told The American Report that U.S. military aircraft and crews at Aviano Air Base were already on alert and ready to go as part of a “real world exercise” when the Benghazi attack unfolded, but were ultimately told to stand down.

The American Report provided the audio statement to The Intelligence Briefing With John B. Wells On Ark Midnight Live for the Saturday, September 10, 2022 episode titled “Using Terrorism to Force the Great Reset,” which was broadcast live via the Salem Radio Network over terrestrial radio stations across the United States and over multiple streaming services.
“When we first heard of the embassy getting attacked in Benghazi, we were on alert. We got the aircraft ready to go, and we were on standby for 24 hour coverage until two days after the incident, then we were told to stand down,” the former U.S. military member told The American Report.
The former service member elaborated:
What I didn’t find out until later — I wasn’t sure who had given the order — either the USAFE [US AIr Forces In Europe] Commander or the European Combatant Commander — but all of USAFE pretty much, a week prior, was told to undergo a real world exercise.
So we generated our aircraft, they were fully loaded with live bombs and munitions.
And when we got the call that we were on alert to go to Benghazi, we were already ready.
Some people might call that coincidence, and others, like myself, I think somebody knew something.
So, we were already ready by the time the incident started happening.
However, we never got the call to go in. We were told to stand down, and absolutely no backup or anything from anywhere in Europe or US CENTCOM came or did anything about it.
General [Carter] Ham testified on June 26, 2013, before the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigation, that moments after the Benghazi attacks began, he alerted Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Martin Dempsey.
Secretary Panetta testified during a February 7, 2013, Senate Armed Services Committee hearing on the Defense Department’s response to the Benghazi attack:
There was no specific intelligence or indication of imminent attack on the U.S. facilities in Benghazi. And, frankly, without an adequate warning, there was not enough time given the speed of the attacks for armed military assets to respond.
The United States military, as I’ve said, is not and, frankly, should not be a 911 service capable of arriving on the scene within minutes to every possible contingency around the world.
General Dempsey stated during the same hearing:
There’s some places on the planet where we have some gaps and I think North Africa’s probably one of them.
The former military member who had been stationed at Aviano Air Base also told The American Report that “The attacks, from what I’ve seen afterwards, were coordinated, and this was a long time planning, which leads me to believe that somebody knew something and called USAFE to be on an unofficial standby by calling a real world exercise.”
Hillary Clinton and Susan Rice also lied to the American People. They ludicrously pushed the lie that it was a protest over an obscure film. It was Suleimani who led the attack in Benghazi. They knew. Records were ordered destroyed.
Part of the reason they lied was because they were moving weapons through Benghazi. General Flynn exposed that the Obama Administration was arming ISIS terrorists.

The now-retired general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Hillary when she worked on the Watergate investigation, says Hillary’s history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther — and goes much deeper — than anyone realizes.
Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career.
The former service member who had been stationed at Aviano Air Base concluded by telling The American Report:
To put a little visual on this, I saw the “Thirteen Hours” movie, and there was one scene where the camera pans onto a few jets with Aviano Tails [AV], and it was just dead silence. That is a pretty accurate description of what had happened. But, that’s my story, and I wish there was something more we could have done about it.
U.S. Army Colonel Lawrence Sellin (Ret.), PhD, received several emails, which he shared with The American Report this evening:
“My nephew is a Navy SEAL assigned at the time [of the Benghazi attack] to anti-piracy operations off the coast of Libya. They were ready, locked and loaded that night to go in and assist and were told to stand down.”
“And yesterday a neighbor here in Atlanta told me her daughter is a VA nurse in the DC area who’s been caring for a burn victim that was in Benghazi. Her daughter has been contacted three times over the course of his treatment by none other than Hillary herself, asking after the names of people who’ve been trying to talk to the patient. My neighbor doesn’t have a political bone in her body and isn’t aware of the newsworthiness of this item.”
“I should add that the person who sent me the information by email was a news reporter, not just someone spreading rumors,” Colonel Sellin stated.
Another former US military member told The American Report:
I was on [a US Navy ship] in the Mediterranean when our ship was called to aid and did nothing for 14 hours while they all died.
We had [dozens of] Marines locked and loaded to go. With flight ops running for 14 hours…
So much I can say about what our Navy has done to the sons and daughters of America to demolish and destroy our military. Weak liberal leadership purposely put in place to rid our military of good leadership.
Hillary Clinton canceled her trip to Ireland because of failure to give the order to go in. We wanted to go in so badly, but no orders ever came. Sad day for American servants everywhere, America will not save you.

During that episode of The Intelligence Briefing, titled “Hammering President Trump,” Terry Turchie stated:
Maybe the FBI today needs to be disbanded and we need to figure out how to start over…that’s kind of an attitude from former agents…
Christopher Wray was unusually surly that week…he was really bothered by having to be there and having to answer questions. Now, I’ve been involved in search warrants and I’ve been involved in chases and I have to tell you, Christopher Wray knew last week that he was going to be searching, or his agents were going to be searching the President’s home the following week.
But, of course, we wouldn’t have known it. He just, he had no time for us. He had no time for We The People. He had no time to be bothered with questions about the Hunter Biden laptop, and apparently he’s not nearly as worried as I am, and of course we have to hope he is really sitting on some really great information, because he’s not near as worried as I am that we may very well have a Chinese plant in the White House.
I worked counterintelligence before I got into counterterrorism. I am not on the fringe, John, and by the way, neither are you and probably the vast majority of your audience is not on the fringe. I’m not going to say that right away for CNBC and some of those places…
But the point is this: Christopher Wray had no time to talk about any of that, and when finally they said “we need twenty more minutes,” he said “I don’t have twenty minutes to give you, I’m on vacation. I’ve got a flight back to Saranac Lake.”
Now, this is what played out in the beginning stages before we ever knew there was going to be a search and a huge, long controversy about President Trump taking classified documents.
So, Christopher Wray didn’t have time for that. He had a flight to catch. Well it turns out now, we found out, the flight was the FBI’s Gulfstream. He was going to take the FBI’s Gulfstream back to Saranac Lake…
Now, here’s the problem I have with that. That’s a violation of Title 18 of the U.S. Code. We call it “theft of government property.” Now, why can I be so passionate and certain about this? Well, I’ll tell you why.
One of the last things I did as I turned my lights out and walked out the door of the J. Edgar Hoover FBI building, the last day I worked there, was finished up doing my role and playing my part as the Deputy Assistant Director of the newly-formed Counterterrorism Division – it’s in the FBI Director talking points – because he was pursuing the purchase of a Gulfstream with the help of Senator Ted Stevens of Alaska – I remember this like it was yesterday – and in the course of all of this deliberation, we were being very clear. The FBI – remember, this was before 9/11 – the FBI had made it very clear to Congress and everybody who would listen, America’s in trouble. America needs this Counterterrorism Division. America needs JTTF (Joint Terrorism Task Forces), and America needs rapid deployment forces because America is going to be hit again.
We’ve already been hit at our embassies overseas by that time in Kenya and Tanzania. We’ve already been hit in October, 2000 with the U.S.S. Cole,” another case I was involved in when I was there, and the director said, “Look, this is a good opportunity. We need this Gulfstream because it will assist in terrorism-related matters.”
But, the talk of these meetings, and I remember this clearly too, and we were kind of thinking we were joking, but I remember some specific statements to the effect “You know, we really need this plane, but God help us if some future FBI executive carts their buts around America on this plane that has nothing to do with terrorism.”
And so we watched as Christopher Wray had to get out of there because he didn’t have time for We The People, but he had to get to that plane at Joint Base Andrews or wherever and jet off to Saranac Lake.
Now I say all that saying his only defense, his only defense, was “Look, I’m a very important guy, and I needed this plane there. We have major national security emergencies.” But, my gosh, in all of his testimony, basically he would not commit himself to the fact that our border was a national emergency. He would not commit himself to the fact that our cities are a mess, that crime is rampant, that that’s what Americans want the FBI and police to focus on.
He would not even tell us “Gosh, that President Trump was a threat.” He just wanted out, and he converted, knowingly, property of the U.S. government to do it.
I want to read something to you. I don’t know if you read stuff, but I want your audience to kind of savor this. It’s called “Definition of 18 USC 641 of the US Code. “Theft of Government Property. “ I’m just going to read a couple paragraphs.
“Anyone who embezzles, steals, purloins, or knowingly converts to their use or the use of another, or without authority, sells, conveys or disposes of any record, voucher, money, or something of value of the United States or of any department or agency, or any property made under contract for the Government will be fined or imprisoned.”
Embezzlement is the fraudulent appropriation of property by someone to whom the property was entrusted. The individuals who have the most access to government property are often federal employees.
One common scenario in 18 U.S.C. § 641 prosecutions is the embezzlement of government property by one of the government’s own who enjoy a position of trust and access. Embezzlement is distinct from larceny or other forms of theft in that the physical taking of the property is often lawful.
In the employment context, this may mean that the federal employee was initially permitted to take into his or her possession the government property in question.
But to complete the crime of embezzlement under 18 U.S.C. § 641, the employee must misappropriate the property, meaning the employee converted or appropriated the property for their own use with the intent of depriving the United States of the use of the property.
Now here is the line that will really hit home:
This can be as simple as using a government-issued vehicle or other device for personal use…
And then it says:
It should be noted that intending to return or pay back the government for the property is not a defense under 18 U.S.C. § 641…
…As soon as the misappropriation of government property occurs, the offense is complete even if the government ultimately suffered no harm.
Now he may have one other defense. He may say, “Well, the attorney general said I really need that plane.”
Well, the attorney general can’t waive this either. So, I’d like to use your show and your platform tonight to say this:
After what we have had our nation go through, and what the former president is going through, I’m asking since we got a huge speech basically from both of these people about the integrity of the FBI and how insulted they were that the FBI and DOJ employees would be sullied around in the media by people like us, I’d like you to use this platform to say “These people need to go.They need to resign and the O.P.R. – and I’ll use words like the Black Lives Matter folks like to use and all of these other activists out there on the radical revolutionary side – I mean by that the Democratic Party – I’d like to use the word they use. I’m demanding it. These people have committed, on the surface, on the face of it, a crime. And I have a feeling this is not the first time he’s jetted away on the Gulfstream. We specifically preached to each other and we specifically preached to people in the Counterterrorism Division, 21 years ago, that we’re really hoping we can get this airplane, and by golly, this is not for people to play with. This is a serious thing for rapid deployment of counterterrorism resources. If we had a real urgent emergency in America while he’s up having fun in the Adirondacks, that plane would not be available to instantly get the HRT [FBI Hostage Rescue Team] or anybody else where they needed to be because it’s not home, it’s not in D.C.. It’s sitting on some runway waiting for the director. That’s all I’ll say about that. That is the difference between the old and the new FBI.
U.S. Representative Dan Donovan (R-NY) of New York’s 11th congressional district, which includes all of Staten Island and part of Brooklyn, met in early March, 2017 at his Washington, D.C. office with Mary Fanning and Alan Jones of the American Report and John Molloy, Chairman, National Vietnam and Gulf War Veterans Coalition.
Fanning and Jones briefed Representative Donovan and multiple members of Donovan’s staff on a new WMD (weapons of mass destruction) national security threat that was underway at America’s seaports. This nightmare was unfolding only a decade after the 2007 Dubai Ports World debacle and a decade and a half after the catastrophic 9/11 terror attacks that took down the twin towers, severely damaged the Pentagon, and left almost 3,000 Americans dead and another 25,000 injured.
Molloy, a survivor of both terror attacks at New York City’s World Trade Center – on February 26, 1993 and September 11, 2001 – as well as a Vietnam War combat veteran, fully understood the threat that investigative journalists Fanning and Jones had exposed in their series of research papers on Gulftainer, a seaports and cargo container management company based in the UAE, the same Middle Eastern country where Dubai Ports World is based. Seventeen out of the 19 9/11 hijackers traveled through the UAE during the months immediately preceding the September 11th terror attacks.
Fanning and Jones had discovered that Iraqi Hamid Dhia Jafar, the brother and business partner of Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, the Iraqi nuclear physicist who helped Saddam Hussein build his rogue nuclear, chemical, and biological WMD programs, was the co-owner of United Arab Emirates-based company Gulftainer and had gained control of the intermodal cargo container terminal at Port Canaveral, Florida. Gulftainer’s Canaveral cargo terminal is less than 1,000 feet from a U.S. Navy Trident submarine base and adjacent to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.

President Trump Reformed CFIUS By Signing The NDAA Of 2019, Which Includes The Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act (FIRRMA)
Representative Donovan attended President Trump signing of the NDAA, which included the Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act of 2018 (“FIRRMA”), at U.S. Army Fort Drum on August 13, 2018. President Trump called out Representative Donovan during his remarks.
Norton, Rose, Fulbright, a global law firm, provided a concise analysis of the Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act of 2018 (“FIRRMA”):
On August 13, 2018, President Trump signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act (“NDAA”), which included the Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act of 2018 (“FIRRMA”). This marks the most significant change in over ten years in the law governing the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (“CFIUS”)…
…Additionally, CFIUS will have the authority to review transactions that involve a purchase, lease, or concession of land at or “in close proximity” to sensitive US sites, including airports, seaports, and sensitive government or military locations, if the site access could allow the foreign person to collect intelligence on activities at the site or otherwise expose national security activities at the site to foreign surveillance. The law has no bright lines on what it means to be “in close proximity” to a sensitive location, and CFIUS is charged with issuing regulations in due course. The regulations are meant to ensure that the term refers only to “distance or distances” within which the site access could pose a national security risk.
Barack Obama’s Treasury Secretary Jacob ‘Jack’ Lew declined to perform the required National Security Threat Analysis or CFIUS investigation of Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral 35-year container terminal lease deal that was negotiated in secrecy under the code-name Project Pelican.

Sean, Congressman Rosendale along with Oklahoma Governor Stitt and others and lawmakers from Washington DC are saying that this is their ability to push them out right now – to get Huawei and the Chinese government to move out of our telecommunications systems and the only reason they’ve been able to do that Sean is because under the Trump Administration they’ve been able to expand the ability of the Commerce Department to investigate as well as the FBI and as well as the FCC.
FIRRMA gave the U.S. government new powers to investigate foreign companies such as Huawei that operate near U.S. military installations.

Nancy Pelosi traveled to Taiwan and the Far East and met with numerous entities and individuals. Was the purpose for her to increase her family fortune?
The two photographs below originated from a source in Taiwan. The circled man in the photo on the left is the same man labeled as Paul Pelosi Jr., Nancy Pelosi’s son, in the photograph on the right. That man is clearly part of Nancy Pelosi’s inner entourage, but, strangely, he does not appear in any other photographs circulating on the internet.
The photographs of the man labeled as Paul Pelosi, Jr. above have a similar tie worn by Paul Pelosi, Jr., as shown in the 2017 photograph taken in Ukraine below.
Additional pictures were uncovered of Pelosi’s travels in Asia, and one picture reportedly from Singapore looks like that is her son traveling with her.

If Paul Pelosi Jr. did accompany his mother on her August 2-3, 2022 trip to Taiwan, is he playing the same role for Nancy Pelosi as Hunter Biden played for Joe Biden, enriching the family through influence peddling?
Like Hunter Biden, Paul Pelosi Jr. has been linked to many shady business dealings but has never been prosecuted.
Paul Pelosi also was involved in Ukraine (and therefore so was his mother).
In addition, an enormous amount of money has flowed from Taiwanese government agencies to Democrat Dick Gephardt’s lobbying firm to specifically influence Nancy Pelosi.
So, the question is, what was the true purpose of Nancy Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan that has risked war with China?
My guess is that it is about computer chips and the family fortune, not diplomacy.

The United States is no longer a functioning constitutional republic.

On June 24, the Supreme Court of the United States of America, overturning the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, healed a constitutional vulnus [wound] and at the same time restored sovereignty to the individual States after almost fifty years. The decision of the Supreme Court did not rule the “right to abortion” – as the mainstream narrative claims – but rather it has overturned its “obligatory legalization in all of the States,” returning the power to decide about the “profound moral question of abortion” to “the people and their elected representatives,” from whom Roe v. Wade had removed it, contrary to the dictates of the U.S. Constitution.
Thus the attempt to intimidate the Justices of the Supreme Court, which began with the malicious leak of the draft of the decision by members of the pro-abortion lobby, has failed, just as the rhetoric of death of the Democrat left, fueled by extremist movements and groups financed by George Soros’ Open Society, has also failed. And it is significant to see how violent and intolerant the reaction has been from self-styled liberals, from Barack and Michelle Obama to Hillary Clinton, from Nancy Pelosi to Chuck Schumer, from the Attorney General Merrick Garland to Joe Biden, not to mention the declarations of politicians and heads of state from across the Western world.

Many American states have already declared abortion illegal, and thanks to the decision of the Supreme Court they will finally be able to recognize and protect the rights of the unborn child.
The Vatican Press Office as well as the U.S. Bishops’ Conference are reacting to this historic day with a suspicious moderation, as if it is an embarrassing duty for them. Bergoglio is silent, but he was very talkative when it came to attacking Donald Trump or supporting Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and Democratic candidates. His silence in the face of the victory of the Good over the ideology of death of the world without God still echoes the propaganda of the Bergoglian church in support of the so-called vaccines and the Agenda 2030 of the UN, which is one of the main proponents of “reproductive health” that has been imposed on nations precisely since 1973 with Roe v.
