This much we know:
A student named James Andrew Baker from Wichita, Kansas graduated from Notre Dame University in 1983, according to Notre Dame’s 1983 commencement program.
After graduating from Notre Dame in 1983, Baker went on to earn a Master’s degree and a law degree from the University of Michigan in 1988.
Baker was known as “Mr. FISA.”
During the pinnacle of the FBI’s Trump Russian Collusion hoax investigation Crossfire Hurricane — and the symbiotic media hysteria that echoed chambered that conspiracy theory ad infinitum — Baker served as the bureau’s senior legal adviser to James Comey, the six foot, eight inch FBI director who famously admitted to New York Magazine, “In college … I’d moved from Communist to whatever I am now.”
In June 2020, five months before the highly-compromised 2020 election, Baker, with perfect timing, moved over to Twitter, joining the social media’s legal team as a deputy general counsel.
Baker managed to operate in relative obscurity at Twitter, toiling away in the shadowy depths of Twitter’s hyper-woke corporate blackbox, famous for shadow banning and permanently excommunicating conservatives, “anti vaxxers,” and “election deniers” from the platform.
Even when all hell broke loose after Twitter censored the New York Post’s bombshell éxpose on Hunter Biden’s ‘laptop from hell’ before the 2020 election, Baker managed to continue flying under the radar at Twitter.
It was only Elon Musk’s decision to fire Baker in spectacular fashion that finally catapulted Baker to the top of the news cycle.
Twitter’s CEO Jack Dorsey lied before the U.S. Congress when he denied that Twitter shadow banned conservative Twitter accounts.
Elon Musk’s Twitter Files have revealed that Twitter did indeed shadow ban accounts, a practice the company secretly referred to by the euphemistic code-phrase “Visibility Filtering.”
Baker was frantically reviewing the Twitter Files around the clock before Elon Musk “exited” Baker from Twitter.
Musk fired Baker for ‘vetting internal files on Hunter Biden laptop scandal and DELAYING release of second tranche’ of the Twitter Files.
But what have we known about Baker over the years?
The American Report, since early 2019, has documented in great detail James Baker’s involvement at the FBI with the whistleblower case of Dennis Montgomery, the former CIA contractor who states that he designed and built a super surveillance system known as THE HAMMER. The American Report first reported on THE HAMMER on The American Report’s Facebook page in 2015.
Bill Barr And James Baker Both Worked At Verizon And DOJ
William Barr, who served as U.S. Attorney General under President H.W. Bush and President Donald Trump, retired at the end of 2008 from his position as Verizon’s “executive vice president and general counsel since the company’s inception in 2000,” according to a Verizon press release. “Barr, 58, previously was general counsel at GTE, which merged with Bell Atlantic to become Verizon. Prior to his 14-year career in the communications industry, Barr was U.S. Attorney General under then-president H.W. Bush,” according to the press release.
At Verizon, Bill Barr, who became Trump’s AG, and James Baker, who during the Trump Russian Collusion hoax coup operation leaked the fraudulent Steele Dossier to Mother Jones reporter David Corn, simultaneously held the positions of Verizon General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel for National Security at Verizon Business, respectively, according to their biographies.
According to a January 15, 2014 FBI national press release announcing the appointment of James A. Baker as FBI general counsel:
In 1996, Mr. Baker joined the former Office of Intelligence Policy and Review (OIPR), which later became part of DOJ’s National Security Division. From 2001 to 2007, Mr. Baker served as counsel for intelligence policy and head of OIPR. In this position, he developed, coordinated, and implemented national security policy with regard to intelligence and counterintelligence matters for the department. Moreover, he provided the attorney general, the U.S. intelligence community, and the White House with legal and policy advice on a range of national security issues and conducted oversight of the intelligence community, including the FBI, on behalf of the attorney general…
…From 2008 to 2009, Mr. Baker was assistant general counsel for national security at Verizon Business. He then returned to DOJ, and from 2009 to 2011, served as an associate deputy attorney general working on a range of national security issues, including cyber security.
According to CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Montgomery, Comey and Baker buried evidence provided by Montgomery to the FBI showing the Barack Obama, James Comey, and John Brennan, using a foreign surveillance tool known as THE HAMMER, which the trio illegally commandeered to spy on Obama’s political enemies, and engaged in illegal domestic surveillance of Donald Trump and other Americans.
In October 2018, Former FBI General Counsel James Baker found himself being interviewed during an Executive Session Joint Hearing of the House Judiciary Committee and the House Government of Oversight Committee.
HAMMERTIME: Baker Buried Whistleblower Montgomery’s Trump Surveillance Evidence Then Suddenly “Remembered” FBI Had It

Former FBI General Counsel James A. Baker is the second current or former senior FBI official to have misled Congress about the FBI’s receipt of evidence from CIA/NSA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery that Montgomery maintains proves that President Obama’s intelligence chiefs, CIA Director John Brennan and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, illegally surveilled Donald Trump with the super-surveillance system known as “THE HAMMER” (HAMR).
Former FBI counsel Baker, who was interviewed by a joint committee of the U.S. House of Representatives just weeks before the 2018 midterm election, stated during day one of his interview, conducted on October 3, 2018, that the FBI and the DOJ did not “infiltrate or surveil” the Trump campaign for “political purposes.”
Baker simultaneously denied on day one that Obama administration officials made “demands or requests” of the FBI and the DOJ to “infiltrate or surveil” the Trump campaign.
At the beginning of Baker’s day two testimony, conducted on October 18, 2018, Baker interrupted Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) stating he wanted to amend the record of his day one testimony, thereby sidestepping a potential perjury charge.
Between day one of his interview two weeks earlier and day two, Baker suddenly “remembered” that U.S. government contractor Dennis Montgomery had turned over to the FBI evidence in 2015 in the form of digital storage devices that, Montgomery asserted, proved that the U.S. government illegally surveilled American citizens and government officials.
Baker either lied or misspoke about which year Montgomery turned over evidence to the FBI, when he told the joint committee that Montgomery provided the evidence to the FBI in 2016, when in fact Montgomery had turned over the evidence in 2015, one full year earlier, before the 2016 presidential election.
Baker carefully stated: “To the best of my recollection, it’s in the late summer, early fall 2016.” Baker misstated the year the FBI took possession of Montgomery’s evidence during day two of his interview. By carefully reciting that it was to the “best of his recollection” Baker neatly sidestepped a potential perjury charge.
Baker’s two-day interview, carried out on October 3 and October 18, 2018, was “part of a joint investigation by the House Committee on the Judiciary and the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform into decisions made and not made by the DOJ and the FBI regarding the 2016 Presidential election.”

So, when we left off a few weeks ago, we were talking about a meeting you had with Andy McCabe and Lisa Page shortly after the meeting they had with Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein where Mr. Rosenstein indicated he was looking at the possibility of recording the President of the United States.
Tell me when that meeting that you had with — when was the meeting you had again with Ms. Page and Mr. McCabe?
Mr. Baker. Okay. First of all, if I can just say, at some point in time, there’s something I remembered from last time I’d like to — that I didn’t remember when we were sitting here together. I’d look to talk about that at some point and put that on the record. I don’t want to interrupt your flow of questions.
Mr. Jordan. Go do that. If there’s something you want to clarify from last time, do that upfront, and then we’ll go right back to my question.
Mr. Baker. Okay. Sure. It’s not directly related to this, and I’m happy to answer your question that you just asked me.
Mr. Jordan. Okay.
Mr. Baker. So I recalled after — just actually a few days ago — that another incident when a — this time an attorney on behalf of a client came to me and wanted — came specifically to me and wanted to make information available to the FBI in the form of electronic media that he wanted to get into the —
Mr. Jordan. Different case or same case?
Mr. Baker. Different case.
Mr. Jordan. Okay.
Mr. Baker. Well, a completely different case. Different attorney, different client, but insistent on meeting only with me or the Director. And then he did not have the material with him at the time. We had to actually dispatch FBI agents to go to a — from a field office to go collect this material. It was in the — to the best of my recollection, it was roughly in the late summer, fall of 2016 timeframe.
Mr. Jordan. Can you tell us the case?
Mr. Baker. It was Larry —
Mr. [REDACTED] Mr. Baker, please do answer the question, but if it’s in a — if it’s a matter that’s totally unrelated to what’s being discussed here, I’d ask you not to discuss any specific investigative details. Can you answer the question?
Mr. Baker. Can I give the name of the attorney?
Mr. [REDACTED] The name of the — absolutely. Yes, sir.
Mr. Baker. Okay. The name of the attorney was Larry Klayman, and he also brought one of his associates with him whose name I don’t recall at this point in time, and it was on behalf of a particular client. Anyway, that’s what I recalled. And we were talking about that last time, and I did not remember that incident. Now I do.
Mr. Jordan. Okay. Thank you. Let’s go back to Mr. McCabe, Ms. Page, and —
Mr. Breitenbach. I’m sorry, Mr. Jordan. Can I just follow up?
Mr. Jordan. Sure.
Mr. Breitenbach. With regard to Mr. Klayman coming to visit you, was it with regard at all to surveillance concerns that he had concerning the general fact pattern that we’re here to discuss today?
Mr. Baker. Well, it had to do with surveillance. It had to do with an allegation about unlawful surveillance, but it was — I believe it was different from any fact pattern that we talked about last time here.
Mr. Breitenbach. Unlawful surveillance of whom?
Mr. Baker. Of Americans, including government officials. Yeah. I can go — I mean —
Mr. Jordan. Who was his client?
Mr. Baker. Can I just — I’m turning to the Bureau to describe this. So his client was an individual named Dennis Montgomery, who I believe, to the best of my recollection, he said that he had been a U.S. Government contractor and, in the course of that work, had come across evidence of unlawful surveillance by the government of Americans — and including government officials — and wanted to give that information to the Bureau, which eventually did take place.
Mr. Jordan. And was this — I’m sorry. Go ahead.
Mr. Sommers. During what time period?
Mr. Jordan. Yeah. That’s what I was going to ask.
Mr. Baker. To the best of my recollection, it’s in the late summer, early fall 2016.
Mr. Sommers. And the surveillance, what time period was that?
Mr. Baker. I’m not entirely sure what the timeframe was. It was a significant — it was — one of the issues in the case was it was a large amount of data that he had that he wanted to provide, that these — these disks or other media had a lot of data on them about this, allegedly.
Mr. Sommers. Surveillance by whom?
Mr. Baker. By the U.S. Government itself of Americans, unlawfully.
Mr. Jordan. Interesting. All right. Thank you. All right. Let’s go back to the McCabe-Page-Rosenstein meeting. When did you talk to Lisa Page and Andy McCabe about the meeting they had with Mr. Rosenstein?

Baker’s wife Darsie Cahall graduated in 1976 from Germantown Academy, the oldest nonsectarian day school in the United States, located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, a wealthy suburb of Philadelphia, according to her Facebook profile.
Cahall graduated from the University of Delaware in 1980 and from graduate school at the University of Michigan in 1986.

According to a profile of Tim Cook’s father titled “Living The Good Life,” published by Gulf Coast Media on July 13, 2018:
“My middle name is Dozier, my father’s middle name was Dozier and my grandfather’s middle name was Dozier,” he said. “I used to get teased about that, but I’m proud of my name and where I’m from.”
In 1952, he got a job at the Alabama Dry Docks in Mobile and shortly thereafter he was drafted into the U.S. Army. He went through basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, before shipping out from Camp Pendleton in California to serve in the Korean Conflict.
“Serving in the Army turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me,” he [Donald Cook] said. “I learned a lot in Korea that stuck with me for the rest of my life.”
Cook said he missed seeing any heavy fighting during his tour of duty. He got what he called “the best job in the Army,” serving as a parts supply clerk for 2 ½ ton military cargo vehicles known as “deuce and a half’s.”
“We had 67 vehicles total in our Company,” he said. “My job was to make sure they had the parts they needed. They gave me a Jeep to drive around in and I had everything I could want.”
Cook said the living conditions were primitive. He lived in quad tents that were little more than a tent with just a sleeping bag between him and the floor. He and his fellow soldiers lived without a phone, electricity or running water.
“I grew up in the country,” he said. “I didn’t mind it as much as some of the other guys…

On Tuesday [November 29, 2022], lawyers from the offices of Attorneys General Eric Schmitt of Missouri and Jeff Landry of Louisiana deposed FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan as part of their lawsuit against the Biden administration.” That suit accuses high-ranking government officials of working with giant social media companies “under the guise of combating misinformation” to achieve greater censorship.
Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt is the United States Senator-elect from Missouri, a situation that likely strikes fear into the hearts of any U.S. officials of democrats who were involved in federal government meddling in the 2020 election in order to illegally defeat President Trump and install CCP-connected Joe Biden.
“According to the complaint, pursuant to a third-party subpoena, Meta identified the FBI’s Foreign Interference Task Force and Chan as involved in the communications between the FBI and Meta that led to Facebook’s suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story,” the Fox News report states.

Who Is Elvis Chan?
According to ClassCreator.com, a student named Elvis Ming Chang graduated in 1987 from Ingraham High School, located in the Seattle neighborhood of Haller Lake.
Also located in Seattle’s Haller Lake neighborhood is the elite private Lakeside School, the alma mater of Microsoft co-founders Bill Gates and Paul Allen. Chan’s alma mater Ingraham High School and Gates’ alma mater Lakeside School are located less than a mile apart — about three blocks.
“I used to work in the semiconductor industry for fourteen years before I joined the bureau,” Chan stated.
According to Google Patents, an inventor named Elvis Chan is listed as the co-inventor on a patent for NEC Electronics America filed in 2005 titled “CMP wafer contamination reduced by insitu clean” and a patent filed in 2004 for NEC semiconductor spin-off Renasus titled “Metal capping of damascene structures to improve reliability using hyper selective chemical-mechanical deposition.”
“In one Chinese village, he [Ted J. Glum, director of the DoD’s Defense Microelectronics Activity unit] noted, Japanese tech giant NEC discovered that counterfeiters had brazenly duplicated an NEC assembly line, complete with fake NEC signage outside,” Forbes reported in a September 4, 2008 article titled “Pentagon Worries About Chinese Chips.”
Elvis Chan is an Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) assigned to FBI San Francisco. ASAC Chan manages the field office’s Cyber Branch, which is responsible for cyber investigations, digital forensics, technical operations, community engagement, and public affairs. With over 16 years in the Bureau, he is a decorated agent who is recognized within the Intelligence Community as an election cybersecurity and cyberterrorism expert. ASAC Chan was the lead agent on significant cyber investigations and managed joint counterterrorism operations with domestic and foreign law enforcement agencies. Prior to joining the Bureau, ASAC Chan was a process development engineer in the semiconductor industry for almost 12 years. He holds two U.S. patents, presents at many technical and law enforcement symposiums, and published multiple articles in journals. ASAC Chan earned his bachelor’s degrees in chemical engineering and chemistry from the University of Washington and his master’s degree in homeland security studies from the Naval Postgraduate School.
FBI Agents Elvis Chan And Laura Dehmlow Were “involved in the communications between the FBI and Meta that led to Facebook’s suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story” According To Missouri AG’s Lawsuit Against The Biden Administration
Pursuant to the third-party subpoena, Meta has identified the FBI’s FITF [Foreign Interference Task Force], as supervised by Laura Dehmlow, and Elvis Chan as involved in the communications between the FBI and Meta that led to Facebook’s suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Dehmlow evidently works with CISA on social-media censorship issues. On March 1, 2022, Dehmlow gave a presentation to CISA’s Protecting Critical Infrastructure from Misinformation & Disinformation Subcommittee in which Dehmlow indicated that the FBI’s FITF “engages … with appropriate partners for information exchange.” On information and belief, this “information exchange” includes communications with social-media platforms about censorship and/or suppression of social-media speech.

Five Months Before 2020 Election, Twitter Hired Former FBI General Counsel James Baker; Baker Is Still Twitter’s Attorney As Of November 2022
The New York Post reported on June 16, 2022 article titled “Twitter hires former FBI lawyer James Baker to join legal team,” “Twitter has tapped former FBI general counsel James Baker, a central player in the Russia collusion investigation, to serve as counsel to the tech giant.
The most senior in-house attorneys left at the company [Twitter] are Baker, a former general counsel of the FBI hired by Twitter in 2020, and Lima, the international legal head who recently relocated to the US, the people familiar said.
Baker and Lima didn’t respond to requests for comment.
We previously reported at The American Report on July 13, 2017 that Senior U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia “struck a limited immunity agreement for Montgomery with the FBI.” At the time that Judge Lamberth struck Montgmery’s limited immunity agreement with the FBI, future Twitter Deputy General Counsel James Baker was the FBI’s general counsel.
Montgomery states that he “implanted a unique digital signature within the source code” of SCORECARD, The American Report reported on May 17, 2021.
“As for outside firms that have been doing work for Twitter, Perkins Coie has represented the company on data privacy and litigation-related matters. The firm handled more than 25% of Twitter’s litigation in US federal courts within the last five years, Bloomberg Law data shows, Bloomberg Law reported on November 22, 2022.

2. Mueller and his team had two main findings regarding the Russian influence campaign. First, the report found that the IRA’s [Russia’s Internet Research Agency’s] social media campaign aimed to sow discord in the U.S. elections but pivoted to favoring Donald Trump when it became apparent he would be the Republican presidential nominee. Second, Mueller’s team concluded that the hack and dump attack against the DNC was intended to harm Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

In March 2021, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) issued an unclassified version of the intelligence community assessment summarizing foreign state-sponsored threats to the 2020 U.S. elections. In particular, the ODNI’s report provided a succinct but comprehensive overview of the Russian influence campaign, which focused on damaging the Biden presidential campaign and favoring the Trump campaign.
4. …the ODNI assessment emphasized the ongoing and concerted Russian disinformation campaign, which was designed to promote the reelection of President Trump, denigrate Joe Biden and the Democratic Party, erode trust in the election process, and inflame political and social tensions within the United States.
Chan Is Still Pushing The FBI’s Big Lie
Elvis Chan presented the “findings” of his Master’s Thesis in several YouTube videos, one of which was uploaded just two weeks ago, during which Chan dutifully narrates in a flat, uninspired delivery tone that sound like he is reading from a script.
During the run-up to the 2020 U.S. election, agents from the FBI’s San Francisco bureau met with California-based social media executives — initially on a quarterly basis, then monthly, and finally, weekly, according to Missouri Attorney General and U.S. Senator-elect Eric Schmitt.
On one side of the table were agents from the FBI San Francisco field office cyber branch, where Elvis Chan and FBI Section Chief, Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) Laura Dehmlow led efforts to cross pollinate and synchronize the efforts of FBI officials and social media company executives in a Chinese Communist Party-style control grid over all internet communications.
On the other side of the table were executives from social media companies such as Facebook owner Meta and Twitter, where former FBI General Counsel James Baker, who served as a Deputy General Counsel, and as of December 2022, is perhaps now leading Twitter’s legal department.
Elon Musk promised to expose internal Twitter emails and subsequently linked to a Twitter thread by reporter Matt Taibbi.
According to an internal Twitter corporate email published on Twitter by Taibbi, amid an internal debate among Twitter executives on the decision to censor links to a bombshell New York Post report about Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell,” James Baker wrote:
I support the conclusion that we need more facts to assess whether the materials were hacked. At this stage, however, it is reasonable for us to assume that they may have been and that caution is warranted.
There are some facts that indicate the materials may have been hacked, while there are others indicating that the computer was either abandoned and-or the owner consented to allow the repair shop to access it for at least some purposes. We simply need more information.
We previously reported at The American Report on July 13, 2017 that Senior U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia “struck a limited immunity agreement for Montgomery with the FBI.” At the time that Judge Lamberth struck Montgmery’s limited immunity agreement with the FBI, future Twitter Deputy General Counsel James Baker was the FBI’s general counsel.
On Tuesday [November 29, 2022], lawyers from the offices of Attorneys General Eric Schmitt of Missouri and Jeff Landry of Louisiana deposed FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan as part of their lawsuit against the Biden administration.” That suit accuses high-ranking government officials of working with giant social media companies “under the guise of combating misinformation” to achieve greater censorship.
…According to the complaint, pursuant to a third-party subpoena, Meta identified the FBI’s Foreign Interference Task Force and Chan as involved in the communications between the FBI and Meta that led to Facebook’s suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story.
In August 2015, CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery provided the FBI and the DOJ with evidence stored on 47 hard drives that implicates Robert Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden, in illegal activities, Montgomery states.
Among the 600 million pages of documents stored on those 47 hard drives of electronic data that Montgomery turned over to the FBI were 10,000 pages of documents regarding Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, according to Montgomery. The 10,000 pages of documents regarding Hunter Biden and Joe Biden included videos and images.
Going all the way back to 2003, Montgomery maintains, the U.S. government continuously targeted Joe Biden and Hunter Biden with electronic surveillance via THE HAMMER.

The New York Post reported on June 16, 2022 article titled “Twitter hires former FBI lawyer James Baker to join legal team,” “Twitter has tapped former FBI general counsel James Baker, a central player in the Russia collusion investigation, to serve as counsel to the tech giant.
The most senior in-house attorneys left at the company [Twitter] are Baker, a former general counsel of the FBI hired by Twitter in 2020, and Lima, the international legal head who recently relocated to the US, the people familiar said.
Baker and Lima didn’t respond to requests for comment.

U.S. adversary Russia would no doubt love to take control of the cargo container terminals at the Port of New York and New Jersey, the busiest seaport in the United States, measured by cargo volume, as of August 2022.
But Russia would probably settle for the next-best Northeastern U.S. seaport, the Port of Philadelphia. After all, Philadelphia is located only 89 miles from New York City, the primary target of the September 11, 2001 terror attacks.
The Port of Philadelphia is designated as a National Port Readiness Network (NPRN) Commercial Strategic Seaport. “The National Port Readiness Network (NPRN) is a cooperative designed to ensure readiness of commercial ports to support force deployment during contingencies and other national defense emergencies,” according to the U.S. Department of Transportation Maritime Administration.
“The Strategic Seaport Program, or SSP … provides America’s armed forces with a reserve seaport capacity to handle any sudden, large increases in the need to move military assets during a national emergency or surge deployment,” according to the U.S. Army.
“Ports in Philadelphia, PA, Charleston, South Carolina, Jacksonville, Florida and Beaumont, Texas play major logistics roles, loading cargo to supply American troops in war zones,” according to The Marine Express. “These have been the top four ports for supplying our troops with ocean-borne cargo over the past fifteen years.”

The U.S. Navy stores decommissioned surface warships at the Naval Inactive Ship Maintenance Facility (NISMF) at the former Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, commonly known as the Navy Yard.
Russia likes to operate in the shadows, so the seaports management company that Russia would likely turn to in order to get into the Port of Philadelphia, near The Big Apple, is GULFTAINER.

This latest Democrat-hatched scheme would severely undermine U.S. national security.
This will fulfill the military objective of America’s adversaries: to secure additional” long-term access “inside the wire” at strategic U.S. seaports.
Expanding GULFTAINER’s U.S. seaport footprint beyond Florida’s Port Canaveral and Delaware’s Port of Wilmington, and into a new major metropolitan target, Pennsylvania’s Port of Philadelphia, would make not only make World Economic Forum Founder and CEO Klaus Schwab proud, but also Henry Kissinger, and George Soros, the number one funder of the Democrats.
Agreements between competitors to assign or allocate customers to divide territories or to not solicit or hire the others’ employees are almost always illegal. Only the terms and conditions of the deal will expose the legality of the agreement. On its face, expanding to another territory for a counterparty that has not performed and is in financial arrears begs the question as to what is actually going on.
The Wolf-Carney talks in which the fellow democrats are floating the disastrous idea of expanding GULFTAINER’s footprint across the busy Northeastern U.S. seaports corridor along the Delaware River, alarmingly close to New York City and Washington DC, is especially dangerous now, as Russia’s war in Ukraine along NATO’s border pushes the world’s superpowers ever closer toward escalation into World War III.
According to the World Bank’s IFC, GULFTAINER is co-owned by Sheikh Sultan Al-Qassimi, the Ruler of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates and Hamid Dhia Jafar.
Hamid Dhia Jafar is an Iraqi oil magnate and former Saddam Hussein loyalist who secretly plotted to finance Iraq’s WMD programs. Notorious Russian arms trader Viktor Bout, who supplied weapons to the Taliban and other terrorists, operated out of Sharjah’s airport, controlled by Hamid Dhia Jafar’s GULFTAINER partner Al-Qassimi.
Hamid Dhia Jafar’s brother and business partner, Iraqi nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, served as Saddam Hussein’s nuclear mastermind and is widely recognized as the principal architect of Iraq’s clandestine nuclear weapons program. ROSOBORONEXPORT, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ROSTEC, exports Russia’s Club-K Container Missile System, a Trojan Horse weapons system that looks nearly identical to the intermodal shipping containers routinely handled at the Port of Wilmington and the Port of Philadelphia.
President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden, using U.S. Department of Transportation Recovery Act TIGER grants to set the table for GULFTAINER’s takeover of two U.S. strategic seaports, bypassed the mandated Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) national security threat analysis and allowed GULFTAINER to build a container terminal at Florida’s Port Canaveral.
Shockingly, or perhaps not, the Obama-Biden administration welcomed the Iraqi Jafar family’s GULFTAINER with open arms at Florida’s Port Canaveral, where Gulftainer built a container terminal 1000 feet from U.S. Navy submarines armed with Trident nuclear missiles, adjacent to Canaveral Air Force Station, and within sight of NASA’s Kennedy Space Station.
GULFTAINER was subsequently able to piggyback off of the Obama-Biden Administration’s approval of the Port Canaveral deal to obtain a 50-year lease to Delaware’s entire Port of Wilmington.
The gatekeeper to CFIUS during GULFTAINER’s Port Canaveral deal (secretly negotiated under the code-name Project Pelican), was CFIUS staff chairman Aimen Nabi Mir. Mir was the two-time president of the youth wing of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA).
CFIUS staff chair Aimen Mir’s father Dr. Ghulam Nabi Mir is an Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) founders committee member. ISNA was named by the United States government as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation Hamas terrorism funding trial.
President Trump slapped sanctions on Club-K exporter ROSOBORONEXPORT on April 6, 2020, the same day that Delaware’s state-owned Diamond State Port Corporations’ board voted to award GULFTAINER with a 50-year lease to manage the entire Port of Wilmington.

Governor Wolf “Initiated” The Conversation, Governor Carney Says
“A month after bankruptcy experts took control of the Port of Wilmington’s private operator, the governors of Delaware and Pennsylvania spoke by phone about ways in which the financially distressed facility could partner with its longtime rival in Philadelphia “as opposed to competing all of the time,” according to the News Journal report.
Governor Carney stated that “the conversation … occurred about two weeks ago and was initiated by Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf,” according to the paper.
“Such a proposal to incorporate Wilmington into a larger regional system of ports along the Delaware River has been floated and discussed internally among Port of Philadelphia officials in recent months, according to a source with direct knowledge of the conversations,” the paper noted.
Governor Wolf’s 2014 gubernatorial campaign received support from the Communist Party USA, a detail that makes Wolf’s overtures toward the Port of Wilmington, controlled by Russia’s partner GULFTAINER, all the more concerning.
According to a September 1, 2014 Communist Party USA (CPUSA) article titled “Communist Party USA in action: What we do,” “Some of our members are working with their unions; others are active with Working America and involved in the campaign to defeat Tom Corbett and elect Democrat Tom Wolf.”
GTUSA owes its creditors, “a group led by AIG,” $100 million according to The News Journal.

Bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange FTX’s “early investor” Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, is deeply connected to the Chinese communist party (CCP), Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum (WEF), and the United Nations (UN).
The doomed FTX empire that was founded by disgraced FTX CEO Samuel Bankman-Fried, the Democrat party’s second largest donor behind George Soros, was built upon an early investment from Binance. Binance is deeply connected to the CPP, the WEF, and the UN.
“The shambolic 30-year-old whiz kid, once said to have been worth $16 billion, had spent $10 million helping get Biden elected in 2020,” the New York Post reported.
According to CNBC, Binance was one of FTX’s first investors. “As one of FTX’s first investors, Binance knew the company well,” CNBC wrote on November 17, 2022.
Therefore, the CCP and WEF-connected Binance cryptocurrency exchange enabled the establishment of the massive Bahamas-based FTX slush fund that bankrolled the Democrats’ fraudulent 2022 election operation. The Democrat’s FTX-funded 2020 election scheme, which was connected to the CCP and WEF via FTX early investor Binance, placed Joe Biden, the father of Hunter Biden, into the White House.
The Binance FTX global conspiracy is just another avenue by which China’s CCP was able to control U.S. elections, much in the same way that China, during the 2020 election, was able to use source code from HAMMER and SCORECARD to place the CCP’s preferred candidate Joe Biden into the White House.
Hunter Biden is a well-known CCP espionage services-connected globe-trotting operative who met with Xi Jinping and KGB veteran Russian oligarchs in an effort to corner the global energy market on behalf of China and Russia.
Most disturbing is the fact that at the center of Binance’s global crypto exchange syndicate is a Chinese-born, British-based CCP operative named Helen Hai.
Helen Hai was “born in Changchun, Jilin province, in 1978,” according to Chinese state-run media outlet China Daily.
Helen Hai “was educated on a Beijing scholarship in the UK,” according to the Financial Times.
Helen Hai, who formerly holds the title of Binance Vice President, oversees such a wide swath of Binance’s global operations, that the argument can be made that it is Hai, and not Binance’s CEO, Sino-Canadian entrepreneur Changpeng ‘CZ’ Zhao, who is calling the shots at Binance.
Either way, both Hai and Zhao appear to work for the CCP.
China’s ‘unrestricted warfare’ doctrine includes economic warfare, in addition to lawfare, network warfare (financial, transportation, communication, power grid), technological warfare, terrorism, biological warfare, information warfare (propaganda), cyberwarfare, and election cyberwarfare.
The extensive list of Binance executive appointments held by Helen Hai include the Senior Vice President of Binance, Binance Head of Global Fiat Exchange, Binance Head of Africa (until September 2022), and Binance Head of NFT & Fan Token (until October 2022). Additionally, Hai previously held the positions of Binance Head of Europe and UK and Binance Head for M&A.
Hai earned an executive MBA from Xi Jinping’s alma mater Tsingua University, where President Barack Hussein Obama’s former ‘Depopulation’ Science Tsar John P. Holdren was appointed Distinguished Visiting Professor. Holdren advised the US government to lift the ban on gain of function research eleven days before President Trump’s inauguration.
Enter Klaus Schwab’s WEF
Helen Hai was a World Economic Forum (WEF) Young Global Leader, and the World Economic Forum Co-chair of Future council of Consumption, according to Hai’s LinkedIn profile.
“Linda Fried, the aunt of Bankman-Fried, is the dean of Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health and a co-chair of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on the Future of Human Enhancement,” The Daily Wire reported on November 18, 2022.
Web archive sites show that the World Economic Forum — whose glitzy shindig in Davos, Switzerland, is a must-attend for billionaires and world leaders each year — had previously listed FTX as one of its “partners,” touting the Bahamas-based firm as a “cryptocurrency exchange built by traders, for traders.”
Bankman-Fried also was a speaker at Davos last May alongside luminaries such as Google financial chief Ruth Porat and Bill Winters, CEO of the London-based financial giant Standard Chartered. Nevertheless, WEF has since scrubbed any mention of FTX from its website in the days after the crypto exchange filed for bankruptcy.
Enter China, Via The United Nations
Helen Hai is also the “Goodwill Ambassador, United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Shanghai,” according to the World Economic Forum.
A video featuring Hai further confirms that the Binance VP is a Goodwill Ambassador, United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Chief Executive Officer, Made in Africa, China.
According to the Financial Times and the Daily Mail, Helen Hai previously operated and acted as CEO of a massive CCP-backed Chinese-owned shoe factory in Africa that exploited local cheap labor in Ethiopia.
Head of overseas investment for Huajian and CEO of the Chinese shoe factory in Ethiopia… Huajian has also signed an agreement with the China Africa Development Fund, a private equity fund owned by [the Chinese government-owned] China Development Bank, to invest jointly $2bn over 10 years in developing manufacturing clusters focused on shoemaking in Ethiopia, Ms Hai told the Financial Times. This has potential, she said, to create 100,000 jobs.
“Hai, who is married to a successful Chinese financier and used to run a shoe factory in Ethiopia, has bragged in interviews about her wealth,” the Daily Mail reported. ‘If I stop working, I don’t need to worry about money,’ she told the state-run China Daily.”

For example, it’s going to, in my opinion, it’s going to be the technological renaissance for art and inspirations. For Binance, I would say, we have been keep doing as the industry shaper, trying to shape the Fourth Industrial Revolution. And we look forward to work with all of our users and all the people who believed in the technology, using the technology to make the world a better place.
Despite his denial that Binance had any kind of ‘master plan’ going into this public feud, we might reasonably imagine that the exact opposite is true. And that perhaps CZ intended to decimate his rival, to utterly defeat him in such a way that there could never be any comeback for the one-time wunderkind of crypto.
And perhaps rather than merely speculate, we can examine the actions, not just the words, of a man who tweeted a Sun Tzu quote in June of 2022: “In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity.”
Binance’s Early Investment And Early Exit From FTX Before SBF’s Scam Crypto Exchange FTX Imploded
Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange by volume, was an early investor in crypto exchange FTX, which 29-year-old Sam Bankman-Fried founded in 2019. This week, the investment relationship suddenly ended. In an extensive interview with Decrypt, Bankman-Fried discussed why.
“We recently repurchased shares from Binance to buy them out of our cap table,” Bankman-Fried said. “I think it just makes sense given the role that our businesses are playing in the space. It can also give us more flexibility going forward”…
Bankman-Fried says he and CZ “had a cordial conversation” about parting ways, and that both “had been expecting it would go in that direction for a little while, and now seems like a decent time to just go ahead and get it done. And obviously they did quite well on the investment as well, so I certainly think it’s been a win for them.”
The initial investment and the exit sum are not being disclosed. But FTX was worth only $1.2 billion barely a year ago, and is now worth $18 billion—a 1,400% increase.
Four months later, Binance dumped its FTT holdings.
Binance’s decision to sell FTT is part of what ignited the whole crisis. Last week, a public Twitter feud between CZ and SBF ended with CZ dumping Binance’s holdings of FTT, worth around $500 million…From the rubble, CZ has emerged as a clear winner, as his company Binance stands to gain the most from FTX’s collapse.

In 2013, Michigan-based KONNECH, the election management software company accused of storing data on servers in China, submitted a “confidential and proprietary” proposal to election officials in Jefferson County, Missouri, near St. Louis.
KONNECH’s proposal, which was marked on each page as ‘Confidential and Proprietary,’ reveals that KONNECH’s flagship software platform, PollChief, tracks and collects a far wider swath of extremely sensitive election information than the mainstream media has thus far reported — election data that U.S. adversaries such as China could weaponize during cyberwarfare operations targeting U.S. elections.
KONNECH’s ‘Cloud-based’ PollChief system tracks the locations and movements of serialized equipment such as voting machines, scanners, and tabulators, as well as memory cards, election ballots, chain of custody data, election staff payroll, and election judges (adjudicators), according to an analysis conducted by The American Report of KONNECH’s 2013 Jefferson County proposal.
KONNECH’s PollChief platform collects and transmits election-related data over the internet and relies on Android and iPhone smartphones, RFID, and other technology that could be vulnerable to hacking, according to information contained in KONNECH’s 2013 proposal.
The breadth of data that KONNECH vacuums up from election operations in the U.S. counties where it operates goes far beyond the mere scheduling of labor shifts of election workers.
In the wake of the arrest of KONNECH CEO Eugene Yu after his indictment by Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón, the mainstream media, in the course of its extremely limited and skewed coverage of the case, has maintained the very deceptive, tunnel vision narrative that KONNECH has little involvement in US elections beyond providing software to manage the labor schedules of poll workers. Yu was arrested “on suspicion of stealing data on hundreds of Los Angeles County poll workers,” according to the Associated Press.
The true picture is far worse.
KONNECH’s data harvesting tentacles reach far and deep into troves of both personal and technical data that is used to manage U.S. elections.
This sort of sensitive election data, were it to fall into the hands of a major US adversary such as China, could leave U.S. elections even further vulnerable to sophisticated cyber warfare attacks.
According to True The Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht and her research partner Gregg Phillips, who were jailed in Texas earlier this week by U.S. Marshals for contempt of court on the orders of U.S. District Judge Kenneth Hoyt after Engelbrecht and Phillips refused to divulge the name of a confidential informant they worked with on exposing KONNECH’s practice of storing US election data in China.

Rod Blagojevich, entered into a joint venture with a British firm in a $150-million deal to build a power plant in Iraq.”
Federal authorities are looking into an Iraqi power plant deal involving one of Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s top fundraisers.
The Chicago Sun-Times reported that Antoin ‘Tony’ Rezko is believed to have been defrauding Illinois taxpayers. Investigators want to talk with Aiham Alsammarae, Iraq’s jailed former electricity minister, on how Rezko landed the lucrative contract.
Rezko was also involved in the crooked real estate deal that put Barack and Michelle Obama into a luxurious Chicago mansion.

First Jaffar listed the steps in the design and manufacture and then described the technical hurdles and how he would conquer them. For two hours he didn’t stop. He drew sketches of explosive lenses, of how to shape the nuclear core and how to get the enriched uranium. At the end Jaffar just smiled and walked out.
Kay was speechless, as was the rest of his team.
‘Why did Jaffar as good as tell us that he has built a damn bomb?’ one team member asked when they were back at their hotel.

Bidens Brokering Energy Deals Between China And Russia
Tony Bobulinski, Hunter Biden’s former business partner, exposed that the Biden family was brokering a business deal between Russia and China whereby Chinese energy company CEFC would purchase a $9 billion stake (14%) in ROSNEFT, the Russian energy company led by CEO Igor Sechin.
The Biden Family were “right in the middle of” of the proposed CEFC – ROSNEFT deal, according to a Bobulinski’s interview with Tucker Carlson on October 4, 2022.
Interesting, considering that the Biden Administration shut down U.S. domestic oil production and U.S. pipelines and drained the U.S. strategic petroleum reserves while the U.S. faces the possibility of a two-front war against China and Russia. Yet, Hunter Biden was facilitating energy deals between America’s adversaries Russia and China, making certain they were flush with petroleum. At what point does deal making become treason, when serving the enemy?
Based upon an analysis of the timeline of Hunter Biden’s movements and his brokered deals, it appears that Hunter Biden was one of the point men who interfaced with powerful ex-KGB agents running Russian enterprises that established business ties to GULFTAINER in the immediate run-up to GULFTAINER’s PROJECT PELICAN operation. The Project Pelican operation turned over America’s strategic seaports to America’s adversaries.

Hunter Biden was not only meeting with Russian oligarchs and CEOs. Igor Sechin was Russia’s former Deputy Prime Minister.
GULFTAINER was doing business with Igor Sechin, a U.S. Treasury Department Specially Designated Nation (SDN) under UKRAINE SANCTIONS Executive Order 13661. GULFTAINER’s PROJECT PELICAN lease contract with Port Canaveral specifically prohibits the Jafars from doing business with SDNs. That one fact alone makes GULFTAINER’s Port Canaveral lease null and void.
GULFTAINER’s 50-year lease at Delaware’s Port of Wilmington is also in jeopardy. GULFTAINER reportedly “has not made a lease payment in more than a year – indicating a delinquent amount to taxpayers of at least $3 million,” according to a letter quoted in the Wilmington News Journal that was sent to Delaware’s governor from a Delaware lawmaker. Jeff Bullock, Delaware’s secretary of state, said GT USA owes its creditors $100 million, according to the paper.
Both Hamid Jafar and Jafar Dhia Jafar were involved in the oil for WMD super weapons scam with Saddam Hussein and with the Russians. The Treasury Department lists the Jafars’ Russian business associate and their partner in the Jafars’ holding Dana Gas, Igor Sechin, as an SDN (Specially Designated National). The Port Canaveral contract prohibits the Jafars from doing business with SDNs or Blocked Persons as Igor Sechin is designated as presenting a threat to the United States. The Jafars’ false information presented through their creation of downstream false front companies was to create a false picture hiding share allotments and their true business associations.
“Former Soviet spy … [Igor] Sechin is widely regarded to be the head of the Kremlin’s siloviki clan, made up of nationalist hardliners with a security or military background,” according to The Guardian.
Some Russia observers have speculated that Sehin is more powerful than both Medvedev and Putin.
When Igor Sechin was working as President Vladimir Putin’s deputy chief of staff a decade ago, visitors to his Kremlin office noticed an unusual collection on the bookshelves: row after row of bound volumes containing minutes of Communist Party congresses.
The record stretched across the history of the party and its socialist predecessor — from the first meeting in March 1898 to the last one in July 1990, a year and a half before the Soviet Union collapsed.
Sechin perused the documents and took notes, says Dmitry Skarga, who at the time was chief executive of Russia’s largest shipping company, OAO Sovcomflot.

The two former fellow KGB officers and Russian government officials who work closely with Vladimir Putin are ROSNEFT CEO Igor Sechin, and ROSTEC CEO Sergei Chemezov.
Data on Hunter Biden’s laptop confirmed that the Bidens were working with ROSNEFT CEO Igor Sechin on the Chinese CEFC deal, and also that Hunter’s calendar revealed that Hunter had a meeting scheduled in Moscow with Sergey Chemezov, the CEO of ROSTEC.

Russia’s CLUB-K is an advanced weapon system that appears identical to a commercial intermodal cargo container. However, hidden inside each CLUB-K unit are four Russian Kalibr cruise missiles which launch out of the “intermodal container” and can deliver nuclear, EMP, biological, chemical, or conventional payloads.
“This Club-K is game changing with the ability to wipe out an aircraft carrier 200 miles away” [Robert] Hewson [of Janes Defence Weekly] told Britain’s Telegraph.
Russia’s CLUB-K cruise missile launchers can be innocuously transported aboard container ships, semi trucks, and rail cars, all the while blending in with commercial intermodal containers.
What Is GULFTAINER, And Who Owns GULFTAINER
Gulftainer is a Middle Eastern seaports management company co-owned by Iraqi oil baron Hamid Dhia Jafar, the brother and business partner of Iraqi rogue nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar.
Hamid Dhia Jafar and his brother Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, who served as Saddam Hussein’s nuclear mastermind, are descended from Iranian royalty — the Qajar dynasty, according to late American lawyer Northcutt Ely, who also claims the the Jafar brothers are direct descendants of the Prophet Mohammad. The Shiite Qajar dynasty ruled Persia (now Iran) from 1785 to 1925.
The Pentagon placed Dr. Jafar on the Operation Iraqi Freedom CENTCOM Blacklist of Saddam Hussein regime officials wanted for capture or kill.

It was in 2012 that GULFTAINER tried for the first time to gain entry into the United States. Gulftainer was caught trying to arrange a secret silent partnership, with a $250 million under the table payment, to take over Florida’s Port of Jacksonville.
The Port of Jacksonville is located a stone’s throw away from Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay. Kings Bay is the home of the U.S. Navy’s Atlantic Fleet of Ohio Class nuclear-powered submarines, known as “boomers,” armed with Trident missiles capable of carrying nuclear weapons. The U.S. Navy’s submarines are the most important leg of America’s nuclear triad that provides a deterrent against preemptive attack by Russia and China.

U.S. Military Faces Daunting Task Using Radar To Detect Cruise Missile Attacks Against Homeland, Such As Launches From Russia’s Club-K Container Missile System
“Land-attack cruise missiles can be launched from the air, ground or sea and because they fly at low altitudes under powered flight, it is difficult for radars to detect them,” DefenseNews reported in July 2022. “For cruise missiles, decision makers may have only a couple of minutes and salvos of cruise missiles can attack from different directions.”
The DefenseNews report also states:
Budgets for cruise missile defense of the homeland in fiscal 2022 and 2023 were modest, with combatant commands including NORTHCOM placing additional funding for development in so-called wish lists rather than in base budget requests and hoping that Congress ultimately supplies the dollars.
Development of the Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS), a blimp carrying sensors designed to detect cruise missiles, has been delayed for years while the cruise missile threat from Russia and China has rapidly escalated. “The Pentagon’s plan to defend the U.S. homeland from cruise missiles is starting to take shape after a prolonged period of development because until recently, the threat was perceived as a more distant regional one, a senior Air Force official said,” according to the DefenseNews report.
A July 2022 report from the Center For Strategic And International Studies (CSIS) called “North America Is a Region, Too: An Integrated, Phased, and Affordable Approach to Air and Missile Defense for the Homeland” provides little to no reassurance that the United States is anywhere near prepared to defend the homeland from the threat of cruise missiles launched from Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile Systems aboard ships, trucks, and trains positioned both outside and inside the United States:
Once an adversary bomber or submarine launch platform sorties out, it should be tracked to constrain its options by holding it at risk from the air or below the surface. The best way to defeat an air-launched cruise missile is before launch—targeting the delivery platforms with forward-based fighters or other means in Northern Canada and Alaska to canalize adversary approach options. A Mk 48 torpedo is likewise an especially effective way to defeat sea-launched cruise missiles—while still aboard the threat vessel. If the missile is launched at any distance, OTHRs [Over The Horizon Radars] can provide warning of subsonic missiles hours in advance of their arrival.
Notably, the CSIS report focuses on air-launched or submarine-launched cruise missiles traversing across sectors near “Northern Canada and Alaska” en route to the U.S. homeland. What happens if Russian Kalibr cruise missiles suddenly, and without warning, launch from trucks, trains, or river boats already sitting deep inside the U.S. interior?
Simply put, the U.S. is not prepared for such a scenario. According to CSIS’s report, it will be impossible to protect everything.
Despite this alarming vulnerability in U.S. homeland defense from cruise missiles, the Biden Administration has approved $40 billion in military aid to Ukraine between August 2021 and August 2022, according to one recent estimate.

Aviation and cargo security expert Glen Winn, who is also a former Secret Service agent, was interviewed by telephone by the authors several times in September and October 2016. Winn asserted that “while we may not be able to check every cargo container coming into the country without bringing global commerce to a standstill, it is imperative that the lessees to America’s ports receive the proper national security threat analysis. That is the point at which you maintain your national security.”
Yet, the Obama-Biden Administration, not only brought Dr. Jafar’s family inside the wire at Port Canaveral, but set the table for the Iraqi Jafars and their Middle-Eastern company GULFTAINER by awarding TIGER infrastructure grants to Port Canaveral and bypassing the federally-mandated CFIUS National Security Threat Analysis of GULFTAINER’s PROJECT PELICAN 35-year lease deal at Port Canaveral.

Gulftainer is positioned inside Port Canaveral a mere 1000 feet from the U.S. Navy’s Trident Turning Basin, where Ohio Class nuclear-powered submarines carrying Trident submarine-launched ballistic missiles armed with nuclear warheads are docked on wharfs.
According to CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, PROJECT PELICAN was not the only dangerous thing that came into Port Canaveral.
Montgomery states that S90 and Cesium entered Port Canaveral in cargo containers on three separate occasions. Hours after Hunter Biden met with then-vice president of China Xi Jinping in Washington DC, Hunter Biden flew to Moscow for a scheduled meeting with Sergey Chemezov, CEO of ROSTEC.
ROSTEC is the Russian weapons and technology conglomerate that owns CLUB-K exporter ROSOBORONEXPORT and had entered into a 2010 joint venture with GULFTAINER called GULFTAINER RUSSIAN TECHNOLOGIES.
Then, in 2014 the Obama-Biden Administration facilitated GULFTAINER’s takeover of Port Canaveral’s container terminal with a 35-year lease while bypassing the required national security threat analysis.
GULFTAINER’s container terminal is only 1000 feet from U.S. Navy Ohio Class nuclear powered submarines armed with Trident missiles carrying nuclear warheads. The Trident submarines are the third and most important leg of America’s nuclear triad.
The U.S. Air Force Boeing E4B Advanced Airborne Command Post, designed for operation during a nuclear conflict, occasionally flies in and out of Patrick Space Force Station, a short distance away from GULFTAINER’s terminal.

Sechin’s back-to-the-future fascination with his country’s communist past is something he shares with Putin, who, soon after coming to power in 1999, restored the music (though not the lyrics) of the Soviet-era national anthem and later described the collapse of the U.S.S.R. as the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the 20th century.
Sechin is an open admirer of socialist icons such as Cuba’s ailing Fidel Castro, the late anti-U.S. Venezuelan leader Hugo Chávez and the executed Argentine Marxist Che Guevara, says Victor Mashendzhinov, who studied with Sechin at college. As a young man, Sechin served alongside Cuban fighters in the Cold War hot spots of Angola and Mozambique.
At a forum in Stavropol on Monday, [Russian President Vladimir] Putin … insisted his attitude to Communist ideas had never wavered and that to this day he keeps his party membership ticket at home.
“You know that I, like millions of Soviet citizens, over 20 million, was a member of the Communist Party of the USSR and not only was I a member of the party but I worked for almost 20 years for an organization called the Committee for State Security,” Putin said, referring to the KGB.
“I was not, as you know, a party member by necessity,” he said. “I liked Communist and socialist ideas very much and I like them still.”

According to KGB defector Major Anatoliy Golitsyn and Christopher Story (former adviser to the U.K.’s Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher), the Perestroika Deception was a KGB/SVR operation designed and conducted to deceive the United States, the U.K., and NATO into thinking that “the West ‘won the Cold War’, that the enemy ‘disappeared’, that ‘Communism is dead’, that the Soviet Union ‘collapsed’ and that Russia had embarked upon ‘progress towards democracy.’”
The Perestroika Deception and the Islamic Bloc were meant to weaken the U.S. military through endless wars on terror, and to set the stage for Vladimir Putin’s takeover of the Middle East, even as U.S. strategic nuclear forces atrophied.

In a column entitled “Big Political Shifts Are Underway,” Joelle Fishman, the chairman of the CPUSA Political Action Committee, emphasized that the CPUSA was now part of Obama’s coalition. Nor is it any wonder that when Obama became president, the first open member of a Communist Party was working at the White House. Van Jones (now a CNN contributor) had belonged to an organization named “Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement (STORM).”

In 2010, the FBI arrested ten Russian intelligence officers documented as native-born Americans who were serving as spies in the United States. President Obama then returned them to Russia before they were interrogated by the FBI about their spying tasks.

The 1200 BlackBerry devices were similar to the BlackBerrys used by Hillary Clinton and President Obama.
According to Montgomery, the Obama White House presented in 2009 a list of names of individuals who were specifically designated for exclusion from any and all surveillance by THE HAMMER. Joe Biden and Hunter Biden were on that ‘exclusion’ list, and were not supposed to be surveilled by THE HAMMER, says Montgomery.
Brennan and Clapper disregard the ‘exclusion’ list order and used THE HAMMER to spy on Hunter Biden and Joe Biden anyway, according to Montgomery.
BlackBerry devices communicated over a closed encrypted secure network known as PIN-to-PIN messaging that does not traverse the internet. The 1200 BlackBerry devices provided to Obama team insiders worked directly off of THE HAMMER.

Each of those 1200 White House-provided BlackBerry devices was set up with the capability to access THE HAMMER VAULT and the secrets it held, according to Montgomery.
THE HAMMER VAULT is a secret data center repository where valuable illegally-collected surveillance data vacuumed up by THE HAMMER, including corporate and military intellectual property and U.S. defense secrets, were securely stored and made accessible only to Obama team insiders.
Some of the sensitive information stored in THE HAMMER VAULT may have been subsequently passed to U.S. adversaries including Russia and China according to Montgomery. The FBI and the DOJ are in receipt of that entire body of evidence.
This information regarding Hunter and Joe Biden was known at the highest levels of the Obama Administration’s FBI and DOJ, including FBI Director James Comey, FBI General Counsel James Baker, U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curits, and FBI Special Agents Walter Giardina and William Barnett, according to Montgomery.

Jack Maxey, who obtained a copy of Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop and who brought information from that laptop to the Washington Post, and also approached numerous U.S. Senators and Representatives about Hunter’s laptop, stated during appearance on the April 2, 2022 episode of The Intelligence Briefing, titled “Laptop from Hell”:
The most shocking thing for me was early on in this process, on about day four or five, we found root certificates that seem to give Hunter access to the DoD computer systems. Some of them seem to have administrative access which seems to allow Hunter to make email accounts within that system. My first concern as always was national security.
Jack Maxey delivered a digital copy of Hunter Biden’s laptop to the Washington Post on June 14, 2021 and again on October 21, 2021.
“Federal agents investigating President Biden’s son Hunter have gathered what they believe is sufficient evidence to charge him with tax crimes and a false statement related to a gun purchase,” the Washington Post reported on October 6, 2022.
But those are the least of the Biden crime family’s transgressions, as the FBI is all too well aware.
